You know, I seriously think I'm cursed. Last chapter, I made a big deal about how I finally posted a chapter on time, and look at me now. I missed last week's update and the update before that. I'm really bad at keeping my schedules. At this point, I should change the summary notice from "Updates every Monday," to "Updates whenever the hell I can swing it."

Whatever. Explanation time.

I do have a legitimate reason for being gone two weeks ago. I was visiting my aunt and wasn't able to bring my laptop. I meant to leave a notice in the last chapter telling you all that I would be gone, but I forgot to do that, so that's my bad. Sorry.

As for why I didn't post this chapter last week… I honestly just couldn't think of anything. Usually I'm pretty good about thinking up plans on the spot. I can write entire essays for English class with barely any planning (which is how I passed the class) but for some reason, I just couldn't think of anything last week. I was blocked.

Thankfully, I don't have that problem anymore. At least not right now.

On a happier note, I played "Sunset Overdrive" for the first time at my aunt's house, and my god it was glorious. Now I understand why that game has such a decent following after all this time since its release.

Enough rambling, let's get back to that story.

Oh, wait, one last thing. There's an important note at the end of this chapter. Even if you usually skip my author's notes, I ask that you take the time to read this one. Thank you in advance.

Peter had woken up about 10 minutes ago, but was currently in the middle of the "magic thirty." Everybody knows the feeling. Those glorious 30 minutes that come around every morning, where you've just woken up and you're tired enough for your bed to be comfortable but awake enough to properly appreciate the feeling. The warmth, the comfort, everything that makes sleeping great.

For the past 15 minutes, Peter had been enjoying himself, laying on his back with his eyes closed.

Of course, he had temporarily forgotten what happened before he fell asleep, so upon waking up and seeing Nejire laying on his arm, Peter had a minor heart attack. Then he remembered what happened and calmed down before settling down to enjoy the magic thirty.

Then he freaked out again.

"Her parents won't kill me, right? They're usually so nice, and they mentioned before that they'd be cool with something happening. If they do try to kill me though, what do I do? Do I fight back? Do I run? Will Nejire protect me?"

On the outside, Peter was calm, happily enjoying the feeling of laying in bed. On the inside, all these thoughts and more were running through Peter's mind, despite his best efforts to ignore them and enjoy the peaceful feeling of laying in bed. Honestly, despite being half the cause of his mental turmoil, Nejire's presence helped a lot. Feeling the soft weight on his arm, the light, warm breeze created by her breathing, and just simply being around her did wonders for Peter's nerves.

Cracking open one eye, Peter looked at the clock on the nightstand. It was nearly 1 PM. Normally Peter would have been freaked out by how late he slept, but considering he hadn't properly gone to sleep until just 6 hours ago, it wasn't that surprising.

"Thank god." Peter whispered. "It's actually a normal time for once."

Deciding he had been in bed long enough, Peter began the careful process of climbing out from under Nejire without waking her. Obviously, the utmost surgical precision was necessary.

Carefully placing his free hand under Nejire's head, Peter slowly lifted her head up and pulled his arm free. Gently setting her back down, Peter swung his legs over the side of the bed and stood up. Before leaving, Peter took one last look over his shoulder to ensure the hyper girl was still sleeping.

Seeing that she was indeed still passed out, Peter opened the bedroom door and made his way to the dining room. Otonashi and Kanade were both there eating lunch together. Upon seeing Peter enter the room, Otonashi flashed him a light smile.

"Morning Peter. Want some breakfast? Or should I say lunch?"

"Sure, thank you." Peter smiled gratefully. The blue-haired man stood up and walked into the kitchen. A few clanking noises came from the small room before Otonashi returned, a plate full of food in his hands. Peter accepted the plate and sat down to eat.

"So, will you be going back out there today?" Kanade asked curiously.

"OH! Right, I forgot about that!" Peter dropped his fork on the table and excitedly stood up once more. He carefully pressed his hand onto his biceps, legs, and chest, checking each area of his body for injuries. When nothing began aching, Peter's smile grew.

"Yeah, I'm all better now. Nothing hurts anymore and I don't feel sluggish when I move, so I've gotta be back to normal." Now feeling very happy, Peter sat back down and continued to eat. Unbeknownst to him, the Hados were exchanging worried looks.

"Um, Peter?" The young hero looked up from his food after hearing his name. "I'm not doubting that you're better… and I'm not telling you that you should take more time off. Just do me a favor and be extra careful, alright? We've been watching the news these past few days. There are even more heroes in our area now, and all of them are here to look for you. You drew a lot of attention to yourself after your fight with Endeavour, and-"

"You don't have to worry." Peter cut off Kanade. "I understand. I promise to be careful when I'm out there. I'll avoid the other heroes as much as possible, and if I do get held up by one of them, I'll try my best to get away. Trust me, by 7 o'clock, I'll be walking through the front door, totally fine, with plenty of stories to tell you about my day."

Without another word, Peter went back to eating his food. The blue-haired couple listened carefully as he spoke, and decided he wasn't lying. They were still worried obviously, but that came with the territory. The strange boy who their daughter had turned up with one day, claiming he was homeless, had become an important part of their lives. He could have beaten All Might himself in a fistfight and they would still be worried.

They already knew there was no point in trying to stop their worrying, so instead, they focused on their other feelings. Their happiness for getting to know Peter, the comfort in knowing he would come back home later, the pride that he was such a great hero despite his young age.

The worry probably wouldn't ever disappear, but it wouldn't stop the Hados from being happy for Peter.

"Alright then. I expect you to walk through that door at exactly 7 PM tonight Peter. If you're not back by then, you're grounded." Otonashi smirked.

"Wha-?! You can't ground me!" Peter indignantly replied.

"Of course I can. You're in my house, which means I can ground you whenever I like."

Instead of arguing, Peter just dropped back into his seat, mumbling something about unfair punishment. Otonashi decided this was the perfect time to show the boy what he had been holding onto since that morning. He had tried so hard up to this point to not burst out laughing, but now all bets were off.

Carefully, Otonashi pulled his phone from his pocket and found a certain photo that he had taken only a few hours ago.
"Oh come on Peter. You promised you'd be back by then anyway, so there shouldn't be any problem. Besides, we won't be the only ones waiting on you. I'm sure there's somebody else who really wants to see you come back safely."

"What're you-" Peter stopped his mumbling and glanced up, only for his sentence to fall apart once he saw what was in Otonashi's hand.

"What? Did you think I wasn't going to see what was going on when neither of you were awake by the time the afternoon rolled around?"

Displayed on the senior Hado's phone was a picture of Peter and Nejire sleeping together.

"Normally I would have dragged you out of the bed immediately and tossed you outside, but knowing the relationship you have with our daughter, I'm willing to bet this was her idea." Otonashi smirked.

"Though I have to wonder why you both ended up sleeping so late. Kept each other up all night, did you?" Kanade teased.

"NO!" Peter yelled. It was official. Nejire definitely got her teasing side from her mother. "We were both too nervous to sleep until, like, 7 in the morning." The defense was flimsy, but it was technically the truth.

"Hm, are you sure? Nejire didn't happen to tempt you in anyway?"
"N-no. No she did not." Nothing happened between- oh. Wait." As he continued to defend himself, Peter suddenly remembered that something had happened last night.

A very big "something."

"Do… do I tell them? Even if I don't, Nejire probably will. I should just take care of this now in the clearest, calmest way possible before Nejire explains it… her way."

"... Okay, so… maybe something did happen, but it's not what you're thinking." Both Hados dropped their playful smirks and listened intently.

"Y-you see, we may have-"

"Morning mom, morning dad. Hey Peter." A familiar, cheery voice rang through the dining room, saving Peter from his own terrible explanation. All heads turned to see Nejire walking into the kitchen, looking as happy as ever, more so even. She practically skipped to the table and took a seat next to Peter. Rather than grabbing her own plate from the kitchen, she snatched Peter's fork and ate his food.

"Hey! That's my food!" Peter complained.

"Is that so? Strange, since I seem to be the one holding the fork." Nejire flashed a cheeky smile before continuing to eat. "So what's up. You guys talking about something interesting?"
"Ah, yes. Peter was just telling us about what you two were doing last night together." Kanade responded. Peter decided to tap out of the conversation and made a quick trip to the kitchen, returning a moment later with a cup of water. Rather than returning to the dining table, he remained in the kitchen and drank his water as slowly as possible to avoid having to return.

"Huh?" While Peter made his trip, Nejire was trying to figure out what her mother meant. A few seconds passed, and she suddenly understood. "Oh, right! We kissed last night."

And there went the water. Peter accidentally choked on his drink and almost dropped his cup.

He knew it. He knew Nejire would tell them, but it still managed to catch him off guard. Why did she have to be so blunt about everything?

"What!?"
"Eh?!"
"... You couldn't have worded that more carefully?" Peter groaned, entering the dining room with water dripping off of his shirt.
"You… How could… why…" It would be dramatic to say that Nejire's dad looked angry. It'd be more accurate to say that he looked like he didn't know what to feel.
"Yup. Last night, a few times. It was really nice. Warm too." Nejire continued cheerfully, not seeming to notice that every word out of her mouth gave Peter grey hairs.

"Please stop going into detail. I think they get it. Please just stop. " Peter pleaded. Nejire barely paid him any notice, ignoring the chaos around her and happily eating her food instead.

After a few more seconds of stumbling with his words, Otonashi finally let out a sigh, pausing for a moment before speaking again.

"You both agreed to it?" Peter and Nejire both nodded. "You're both okay and happy now that it's happened?" Again, they both nodded. "...Well, whatever then. No point in freaking out over something that's already happened."

Peter was surprised that it was dropped so easily. Not that he was unhappy about it, mind you, just a bit surprised.

"Just promise not to do anything… dangerous together, alright?" Kanade requested.

"Of course not." Peter responded.

"No promises." Nejire said. Again, everybody in the room gave her a shocked look, which she once again ignored. Her parents both gave Peter a look that made him feel smaller.

"... Don't worry, we won't do anything like that." He promised.

All conversation dried up. Peter felt too embarrassed to say anything, Nejire was too busy eating to say anything, and her parents both seemed to be trying to figure out what they should say first.

So, instead of talking, they all went back to eating. Peter left the table once more and threw together a sandwich. After having his original lunch stolen by Nejire, he was careful to keep her from taking it away.

The odd thing was that it wasn't tense at all. You would think there would be a crushing amount of tension in the room making everybody feel awkward and uncomfortable, yet there wasn't. Everybody seemed calm despite the silence.

"What is happening?" Peter was desperately trying to figure out what to say but couldn't think of anything.

It took a good, full minute, but after he finally thought of something to say, Peter said it without a second thought.

"Um… I, er… so Nejire, you know I'm going back out later today? I'm finally healed up so I should be good to go."

Nejire, who had been hungrily devouring everything on her plate just a moment ago, immediately stopped. Her fork hung loosely in her hand and she had stopped chewing the food currently in her mouth.

"... Um, Nejire?"

"..."

Without a word, Nejire calmly placed her fork on her plate and pushed herself away from the table. She turned over to Peter, not doing or saying anything for several seconds.

"N-Nejire? You're kind of freaking me out here. What are you-"

Continuing to remain silent, Nejire's hands darted towards Peter, firmly grasping the bottom of his shirt and yanking it upwards.

"Gah! What are you doing!?" Peter half-shouted.

"Checking you. You've been lying for a while now about being fine, so I'm making sure." Nejire responded. She was carefully checking him for injuries, pressing herself far into his personal space to get a closer look.

Peter turned to Otonashi and Kanade, hoping they would help him. Neither of them made a single move to stand up. Instead, they remained seated, both wearing shit-eating grins, and calmly sipped from their cups. They were obviously enjoying this.

"She's got a point Peter." Otonashi shrugged.

"You have been lying a lot recently." Kanade agreed.

"YOU WATCHED ME CHECK MYSELF EARLIER! TRAITORS!" Peter yelled across the table. This did nothing to wipe the grins off of the Hados' faces.

Nejire paid no mind to any of this. Satisfied with her inspection of his torso, she moved to Peter's back, once again moving much closer than necessary. Every now and then, she pressed a few fingers into specific places, trying to see if they got a reaction.

"Just deal with it. There's nothing wrong anymore, so she definitely won't find anything. You just have to ride it out Peter. Just ride it ou-"

"OW! What are you doing back there?" Peter looked over his shoulder, trying to see what Nejire was up to.

"Sorry about that, pressed a little too hard with my nail." Nejire apologized before returning to her work.

It took a full 5 minutes of careful inspection before the blue-haired girl was satisfied. Or at least, it seemed that way. When Peter stopped feeling her prodding him, he assumed it was over. So when Nejire stood in front of him expectantly, he felt lost. Even her parents didn't look like they understood what was happening.

"What now?"

"Pants. Take 'em off." Nejire replied, sounding completely serious.

"Okay, we're done here." Peter shot out of his seat and retreated to the kitchen, carefully watching Nejire the whole time. Thankfully, she didn't follow him out of the dining room.

Peter carefully watched the door, ready to bolt if Nejire came after him. She had just told her parents that they had kissed while sharing a bed, so Peter was in no rush to have her take his pants off in front of them.

Surprisingly, she never came. The energetic girl never came into view. Instead, Peter could hear the sound of… laughter?

"Pe… Peter, come back. I'm just kidding." Nejire called from the dining room, having to pause a few times due to her laughter.

Not fully buying it, Peter poked his head into the room and did a quick check. Nejire was back in her seat, laughing happily. Her parents were doing the same.

"You can keep your pants on Peter. If you don't want to take them off, you don't have to."
"Stop trying to make it sound like I want to!" Peter retorted. This only served to make Nejire laugh even more. Sighing lightly, Peter returned to his own seat and started eating his sandwich again.

If nothing else, the situation served to return things to normal. Conversation resumed as normal, making it feel like any other meal they had together.

Before long, all the food was eaten and it was nearly 2 o'clock.

"I've spent a lot of time here. I should probably head out now." Peter informed the Hados. "Nejire, where is my super suit?"

"Hm?"

"My super suit. Where did you put it?"

"I hid it somewhere." Nejire shrugged. [1]

"Right, I know that. I'm asking where you hid it." Peter pressed.
"Wait here, I'll go get it for you." Nejire chuckled slightly as she left the room. Peter watched her go, now a bit nervous. Was she really going to get the suit or was she hiding it better?

"Peter, could you sit back down for a minute?" Otonashi asked politely. Peter felt a bit weirded out by the fact that his usual happy tone was gone, replaced by a slightly more serious one.

Instead of questioning him, Peter did as he was told and sat back down.

"Listen, I know you're a good kid. If somebody tried to tell me you were untrustworthy or evil, I would laugh right in their face. But, I still have to have this talk. It's kind of like… an unspoken rule for dad's. You'll understand someday." Otonashi scratched the back of his head awkwardly. Kanade remained quiet, a small smile on her face.

Peter was pretty sure he knew where this was going, so he just stayed quiet.

"Look, I get that you and Nejire are close. You have no idea how painful it's been watching you two these past few weeks. Mostly you though. I swear, you are the most oblivious teenager ever. But... I'm still not totally clear on you."

"... What do you mean?" This was not going the direction Peter thought it would.

"Peter, it's obvious Nejire likes you a lot. Like I said, it's been painful watching you these past few weeks. Our daughter cares about you a lot. I have no doubt that she would be willing to jump in front of a villain to keep you safe if she had to. I'm sure you would do the same. What I'm not sure of is why?"

"..."

"...I… what do I say? Do I just keep listening?"

"What I mean is… how do you feel about my daughter? Would you defend her because it's your responsibility as a hero? Because she's somebody close to you? Or because you truly do care about her? Sure, you two kissed last night, but for all I know, you just went with it because you wanted to. I trust you Peter, which is why I need to hear it from you, here and now. How do you really feel about Nejire?" Otonashi finished, his expression serious.

"So that was it. Well… now that he mentions it…"

Peter had a pretty good idea of how he felt. Nejire was great. She was curious and always eager to learn. She was kind to everybody and was even trying to be a hero so she could protect people. Overall, she was a great person. And after all the time they had spent together…

It wasn't quite love, but Peter could confidently say that she was far more important to him than any other person he had been friends with in his life.

But how to word it?

"Nejire…" Peter began. "She… I… she's special. Believe it or not, I never had many friends. Growing up, I had a few, but I seemed to lose more of them the older I got. These past few months have been pretty lonely. Then I met Nejire. She came out of nowhere and gave me a home here. She made me feel welcome, she was there when I needed company. I… I don't know what to say about how I feel about Nejire. She's not like any person I've ever met before." Peter paused to collect his thoughts. At this point, he was just rambling.

"... I'm not stupid. I won't say that I love her when we've only known each other for a few weeks. You know that wouldn't be true. But… that doesn't mean she's not important to me. You're right, I would step in front of a rampaging criminal to keep her safe, and I'd do it without hesitating. Not because it's my job, but because of how I feel about her. I would do whatever needs to be done to make her happy and safe. I… I really like her, and that's the truth." Peter finished. Had he rambled too much? Did Nejire's parents buy it? He was scared to look up. What if they didn't like his explanation?

Peter refused to look up. His eyes were firmly planted on his empty plate. It was as if looking up would be like giving up on everything he had just said. It was irrational, of course, but he was nervous!

So, when he felt a hand press itself onto his shoulder, Peter felt a bit shocked.

Looking up, he saw that Otonashi was standing next to him, smiling widely.
"Why so nervous? I told you before, didn't I? I trust you Peter, I just needed to hear from you how you really feel."

"If you say you'll make Nejire happy, I believe you. If you say you care about her, I believe you. You don't have to worry so much." Kanade reassured Peter, offering him a comforting smile.

Peter felt… happy. It was good to know that he wouldn't need to fight to make them believe him, though it did feel a bit odd that convincing them was so easy.
Still, it was nice.

"Th-thank you. I really did mean what I said. I'll do what I need to, to make her happy." Peter promised.

"We know you will Peter. And I'm pretty sure she knows too." Kanade's smile morphed into her trademarked smirk. Peter knew that look. It meant somebody was about to be embarrassed and she was fully prepared to tease them for it.

Painfully aware of what was likely waiting for him, Peter slowly turned around. Just as he expected, Nejire was standing there with the Iron Spider module clasped in her hands. Like her parents, she was smiling, though it was much smaller. Based on the sizeable blush on her face, she was probably embarrassed.

Peter was pretty much the same.

"NEJIRE!? Why are you here!?" Peter instantly jumped to his feet, feeling at a loss.

"... I brought you your suit." Nejire said somewhat quietly, holding out the spider-shaped module. Peter stared for a few seconds before slowly reaching out and taking it from her.

"Th-thanks."

While the two teens felt very awkward, Nejire's parents looked like they were greatly enjoying themselves.

"You two are so cute. You remind me of us when we were younger."

"MOM!"

"Well it's true. Your father got so shy every time I went near him. I figured him out a few weeks into high school and spent the rest of the year waiting for him to ask me out." Kanade reminisced. Her husband looked fairly amused by this.

"Yes, yes, I was an awkward teenager. You just love telling people about that, don't you?" Otonashi lightly shoved his wife's shoulder, making her stumble slightly.

With the Hados momentarily distracted, Peter took the opportunity to back out of the dining room into the hallway. Nejire followed his lead, remaining close by as he left the happy couple alone.
A short trip later and the two of them were once again in Nejire's room. They both sat in relative silence on her bed. It felt uncomfortable to say the least.

"This is stupid. I mean, we practically confessed last night, so why is this so… different?"

Peter opened his mouth, about to say something to break the uncomfortable silence, but Nejire beat him to it.

"So, you don't love me huh? I'm hurt Peter. I thought we were special." Nejire teased. She still had a tiny bit of blush left, but that didn't seem to stop her from making her usual jokes.

For once, Peter felt like he could counter.

"Well, I'd like to say I didn't mean it, but it just isn't working. The magic isn't there anymore." He shrugged.

"Is that right?" Nejire questioned.

"Yep. I guess we kind of just drift apart now. I think we should still be friends though."

"Well that just won't do."

"Really? Then what would you suggest?" Peter asked. It felt nice to not be serious about relationship matters for a while and just have a stupid conversation with Nejire.

Peter felt the sensation of arms being wrapped around him and felt Nejire rest her chin on his shoulder.

"Let's see… if the magic is gone, we just have to get it back. Now how can we do that?" Nejire inquired. Peter didn't have to look at her to know she was smiling.

"Screw it. We kissed twice and she just heard me explain how I feel about her. Forget being Peter for a minute, it's time to be more like Mr. Stark."

Not responding, Peter turned his head so he could see Nejire's face. He couldn't quite reach down to her lips, but there was nothing to stop him from kissing her forehead.

"You know what? I think that's it. Magic's back for me. How about you?" He asked, trying his best to sound as cool as he felt. On the inside though…

"WHOO! I made the first move! I'm the master of relationships!" Peter was too busy congratulating himself to notice Nejire's smile grow wider.

"Good enough for me." Nejire released her grip on Peter and pulled away. This didn't last long however. She was quick to swing her legs to the other side of the bed and lean her head on his shoulder like she had done the first time they went to the mall together.

"You're really heading back out today, huh? You sure your suit can handle it? It looked pretty bad last time."

"Oh yeah, I forgot about that. Hang on, let me see how bad it is."
Walking to a short distance from the bed, Peter pressed the compartment onto it's usual place over his shirt.

"Karen?"

"Hello Peter. It has been a while since I've heard your voice. It's been oddly lonely without you. Oh, and Ms. Hado, I would appreciate it if you would refrain from hiding me in your underwear drawer in the future." Karen spoke casually, seemingly uncaring of the bomb she dropped at the end of her statement.

"Wait, what!?" Peter was quick to notice what Karen had said. "Nejire put you where!?"

The young hero sent an accusatory glance at the culprit, who simply shrugged her shoulders.

"I had to put her somewhere you wouldn't look. I figured my underwear drawer was a good place." She replied nonchalantly.

Peter was a bit hesitant to touch the compartment now. It felt a bit uncomfortable even having it on him. He gingerly reached down to tap the button that would activate the suit, barely making contact with the surface before pulling his hand away.

Luckily, the brief contact was enough to activate the nanobots. Peter felt the familiar sensation of his suit spreading across his body, though it stopped much sooner than it should have.

Glancing down at himself, Peter saw what the issue was.

As expected, the fight with Endeavour had destroyed most of the nanobots in the suit. They were still programmed to protect the most important places, those being his head and torso, but there weren't enough left to cover his entire body. They reached to about his elbows and knees before stopping. It was like wearing an armored t-shirt with matching shorts.

"Well… that could be a problem." Peter groaned. "I mean, I could still go out like this if I have to, but it'll probably take some getting used to."
"Are you sure? Don't you get knocked around a lot? Should you really be going out without a full set of armor to protect you?" Nejire began rapid-firing questions, concern evident in her voice.

"Meh, it's fine. My original suit was just a sweatshirt and goggles with some sweatpants. I'm used to not being protected very well, I'm just not used to being fully uncovered." Peter waved her off. The damaged suit probably wouldn't affect his performance too much, and he could always divert the nanobots as necessary. He just had to make sure his suit didn't get damaged much more. The materials for making nanobots of the same quality as the complete original suit weren't exactly easy to get unless you were rich.

Deciding he was as ready as he was going to get, Peter walked over to Nejire's window and pushed it open.

"You're leaving now?"

"Of course. I've been gone for a few days now. The sooner I get back out there, the better." Nejire couldn't hide her worried look before Peter took notice.

"Hey, it'll be fine. I've done this plenty of times." He shot a quick glance at the alarm clock on Nejire's nightstand. It was 2:07. "Look, I'll make you a promise. By 7 tonight, I'll be walking through the front door, perfectly fine and ready to tell you about my day."

"You promise?"

"I promise." Peter smiled under his mask. Turning his back on Nejire, he leaped out of the window into the outside world. Nejire watched him swing away until he disappeared from sight.

Despite her worry, it still made her happy seeing Peter heading out to fight crime. Smiling slightly, she walked over to the window and shut it. Taking a moment to stretch, the young girl left her room. It would probably be boring trying to find something to do without Peter, but she would make do.
"I'll see you at 7 Mr. Superhero."

At last, we're back to the usual dynamic. It feels good to not be writing about the same stuff these past few chapters have been about.

[1]: This meme might be outdated, but it still makes me laugh, so I figured I'd put it in.

Anyway, I don't want to delay this, so let's get right into it. The "important note" I mentioned is just me talking about something real fast.

Recently I've been getting a LOT of messages from readers of both my stories. Most of these messages are the same. It's people coming up with crazy ideas and saying something along the lines of "Could you write a story like this?"

I have good news and bad news.

The bad news is that I will not be writing these stories. It's not because the ideas are bad, it's just that I'm not interested in them. I started writing on this site not for approval or because I wanted to get popular, but because I had ideas that I liked and wanted to share them with people. I couldn't write a story knowing that I'm just writing out somebody else's idea. I'm sorry, but I only want to write my own stuff.

There is good news though. You can write it. Yeah, I know this is a generic response, but just hear me out.

Like I said, I got started because I had ideas I liked and wanted to share them. I don't care if some of my ideas seem generic or stupid, it's just my personal take on my own story, and it could be the same with all of you. To all the people sending me messages, if you have an idea you like, don't send it to me, just write it yourself. Sit down, pull up a chair, and go to work (Sorry if that sounds rude).

I'm serious. We've all read a story that we enjoyed, but there would always be something we didn't like. A character's personality, a choice made by the MC, or some other detail. When you're the one writing, you control everything. Your story follows your own design.

It's like the author of "I'm The Grim Reaper" said in one of her chapters. "If you don't write the story you want to read, then who the hell else will?" I knew the stories I wanted to read, so I decided to write them out myself despite not having the best writing skill.

Anyway, that's all I wanted to say. If any of you do want to start your own story, shoot me a message. A bit of advice, listen to music when you're writing. I have music playing every time I write and it helps me to focus and relax. I'll help you through the process if you need me to, and I'll be happy to read your stories once they're released on the site.

Thanks for reading and remember to leave a review.

Aren signing off.
