Phase 1: Hazbins on Earth
"Welcome, my name is Dr. Samuel Hayden, I used to run the Martian branch of the Union Aerospace Corporation and eventually led the rebellion known as the Armored Response Coalition. I know you're probably wondering what happened to the Slayer of Hell since his last escapades in this Dimension's Earth and the involvement with the Maykrs and demented quest for salvation. Well, some time before that, the Slayer had returned to the Hell metropolis known as Pentagram city and the reunion with his old friends, Charlie and Vagatha, they aided him in returning to our Dimension's Earth to protect it from the soon to be threats you witnessed on Earth, Sentinel Prime and Urdak, but Charlotte still felt like she owed the Marine everything and decided to help him once more. Less than a week ago, he has completed his mission, the Icon of Sin is dead, the Khan Maykr is no more, and Earth is now safer than it was before… Though the Demons still spread and corrupt Earth to try and pick up what little slack they could and that is not even including the damage they're doing to Urdak as we speak. However, the Slayer never rests…
especially when he has guests arriving at his current home in this dimension…"
(Dr. Samuel Hayden walks into the center area of the Fortress of Doom, he stands tall and watches as several scientists and researchers set up their equipment throughout the Roman-Catholic looking fortress. The setup process continues as one of the Intern scientists then turns to Hayden and tilts his head up to greet his towering boss.)
Intern-Guy:"So Sir, how's the new body working out?"
Hayden:"Quite well actually, I was concerned the repairs would be insufficient due to our lack of access to resources but it seems that our tech only improved as time progressed and the available supplies at hand were more than plentiful, well done everyone."
(As he basks in his rebuilt form, the Slayer, back from his duel with the Icon of Sin, approaches from behind, prompting the mechanical director to give him his attention. Hayden turns to the Marine then greets the Hero as he congratulates his efforts and attempts to explain their next goal.)
Hayden:"You've won…Again…The Demons are becoming less and less of a threat and with the rebuilding of the UAC under ARC management and the Icon of Sin no more, we are all but finished…Well, this Earth is at least…I doubt you'll be staying here and keeping guard, which is why I wish to request that you stay just a little bit longer, at least until our defenses are at capacity for any future Demonic invasions…After that, you may return to Hell and enjoy resuming the work of your eternal occupation. The Final gore nests are being located thanks to the combined efforts of UAC research and Night Sentinel technology designed by the Maykrs themselves…We must also track down an important component to aid in finishing this conflict, an old friend of yours to be exact…By my estimation, this should be over before dinner…So long as-"
(A Dimensional rift opens in the room and interrupts Hayden from his declaration of victory. Just upon a glance, they can tell it's deep red and sinister looking, similar to the structure of the Demonic portals typically used by the legion of Hell.)
Hayden:"…I was going to say 'so long as nothing else attacks Earth' but…clearly I should've mentioned the Fortress itself."
(ARC soldiers rush and aim their guns at the portal, anticipating whatever atrocity may walk through it. Something finally passes through the dimensional gate and surprises the present company…It was…A woman? A beautiful woman with long blonde hair, bleach white skin and pinkish dimples. She came out of the portal rubbing her eyes and opening them as they began to wander the environment, she awed at the tech present as she assumed herself alone.)
Woman:"Woah, This place is bigger than I expected. Vaggie, You GOTTA see this!"
(She tilts her head behind her, inciting whoever was on the other side of the portal to follow her through. Her curiosity and astonishment is interrupted when she becomes aware that she is shadowed by a large robotic humanoid of some sort. Dr Hayden stands over this woman, already bombarding her with questions about her origin and her connection to the portal that was just opened. Her nerves only tensed when she saw a squadron of soldiers behind the robot, guns raised and ready to fire at her at the slightest wrong move.)
Hayden:"Who are you and how is it you opened a Demonic portal without any emission of Argent energy!"
Woman:"Uh…Vaggie!?"
(A grey skinned woman with an X over one of her eyes stepped out of the portal as the first called out to this name. The second female only showed a similar shocked expression at the sight of Hayden and his form, they stood there wide eyed and scrunched up, uncertain of what to do or say.)
2nd Woman:"What is it, Hun? Woah, ¡Ese es un gran robot!"
Hayden:"Answer my question, who are you two and WHY are you here!"
Woman:"My-name's-Charlie-and-this-is-my-girlfriend-Vaggie, we-run-a-hotel-that-rehabilitates-sinners-and-don't-wanna-be-shot-Please!"
(The Blonde one, who claimed her name Charlie spoke rapidly in a clearly panicked voice as she grabbed the woman next to her, holding her tight with a hug in fear that it may be their last. Hayden was caught off guard by this reaction, he never expected to be so intimidating to Demons before, especially since they managed to best him in a fight and practically tear him to scraps. He assumed they were demons at least, Considering how they opened a portal and seemed inhuman, it was a safe bet to assume them as either Demons or something of a similar nature.
However their nerves were ironically soothed as they noticed the Slayer standing among the armed soldiers. Charlie smiled as she noticed the Marine and spoke with a cheerful tone as she tried to gather his attention.)
Charlie:"(Gasp) There you are!"
(She rushed in to hug the brute that was beyond well known for slaughtering demons and the Slayer oddly enough hugged her back. The one eyed woman followed shortly after as she greeted and piled onto the Marine with a group hug. Hayden only questioned things further and sought answers from the Slayer and these 'friends' that he failed to bring up during their previous encounters.)
Hayden:"You know these…'People'? I'm shocked, How come you never mentioned either of these two before!?"
(The Slayer just glared at Hayden with an agitated look, as if he should've already known the answer to the question. The shorter one, who went by the name 'Vaggie' explained what she could to the Mechanical Doctor.)
Vaggie:"Yeah he doesn't talk that much…Anymore…For- some reason. Look, we've known him for a while and he's saved our dimension so many times that we just want to return the favor. In fact, there's a computer-guy named Vega that's always with the big guy, he can explain it better than anyone here."
Hayden:"You know Vega?"
Charlie:"Yeah, he's really cool and lives in the big guy's helmet. By the way, how is he?"
(She asks as she turns to the Slayer)
Hayden:"My works are none of your concern, what should be prioritized by your attention is the questions I will give. The next one being-WHY IS THE PORTAL STILL OPEN!?"
(Answering his question immediately, an Impish looking Demons step through the portal.)
Blitzo:"Christ on a stick, how is THAT portal ride actually more vomit inducing than the oth-? OH SHIT!"
(Blitzo shouts and raises his hands as a bunch of UAC soldiers aim their rifles at him.)
Blitzo:"Mox! Get the fuck out here and take some of the heat for me!"
(As a smaller yet similar looking Imp comes out of the portal next, next to him is a female Imp and both are greeted the same way as their leader is. Moxxie and his female friend raise their hands as he says the following during the occurrence.)
Moxxie:"Sir, what the hell are you talking abo-OH shit!"
Millie:"We come in peace!…I think, do we know these guys?"
Hayden:"Stand down, I assume these Imps are with you?"
(Hayden says as he turns to Charlie, who confirms with a nod and explanation "Yeah, they're actually friends of the Slayer as well." as the guards lower their arms and the Imps their hands. The last two Demons to exit the portal were a pale spider Demon and a wolf girl, the company security kept their eyes on their new guests as they anticipated any and all forms of trouble, this happened as Dr. Hayden stood there as he continued to interrogate the Demons that stand before him. He spoke again from his voice box "Regardless of why you're all here, I want to make something abundantly clear about the situation…We are NOT friends, so don't expect any special treatment from us other than locked on sights and safety's off." but his intimidation was broken when the Slayer stood between him and the foreign allies, he looked pissed about Hayden's comment and it was obvious the Slayer would've jumped Hayden if he tried anything.
Taken completely by shock, the Doctor questioned the Marine with "You can't honestly believe these mutants to be your allies can you?!" and was answered with a shotgun being cocked. One of the scientists, specifically the Intern, spoke to Hayden during this stand off as he stated "Dr. Hayden, I have NEVER seen the Slayer be anything other stone cold and silent…He hugged this woman, if the legends and scriptures about the Slayer are true, if he really IS incorruptible… They…might actually be our allies in this conflict." Dr. Hayden stared at the Intern as he commented and finally turned his gaze back at the group and threatened them as he vocalized "I guess it IS hard to argue with the presented evidence. However, I still have my eye on you all…I also intend to have a personal psych test for each of you to evaluate your stability for our work." as he held his arms behind his back.
As the Doctor continued, Charlie noticed the Slayer walking away and heading out an advanced alien looking Airlock with a strange design to form the marking of some creature. The Robot's voice slowly became blurred static and beeps at Charlie as her focus faded from Hayden and to the Marine, she eventually decided that she would follow him once the Doctor's lecture would end. The thing to fully convince her to go forth was Dr. Hayden telling her "I also wish to know more about you…Princess…" which caught her off guard once he leaned in. Charlie snapped her attention back to the Airlock as she held up a finger and asked "I'll explain everything…Later, right now I need to go...Where ever that door goes." as she began to speed walk to the airlock, prompting one of the scientists to ask "Does she know where she is orrrr-?" But was immediately interrupted when Hayden shouted "Where do you think you're going?" and was answered by the pale Spider Demon who stated "She said outside, Use your fuckin' ears!" As he annoyed the Director enough to drag the whole conversation into a ridiculous debate.
The argument continued as Charlie walked out one of the advanced alien airlocks and saw the Slayer staring out into the Horizon of Earth, his hands gripped around the thick railing as he leaned against it. Charlie was astonished at the sight of the Earth and her realization that they were in space…She was also horrified to see what chaos plagued its surface, but she snapped her attention back to the Slayer as she remembered her reason for being here, she then approached him and tried to converse with him.)
Charlie:"So…This is where you live, huh? I like it, it seems…Spacious."
(She follows with a nervous chuckle to try and lighten the mood, but once turned to the Slayer, she noticed that he just glanced at her and resumed his focus on Earth.)
Charlie:"…I promise…We'll do everything we can to help."
(She holds out her hand and places it on the Slayer's rail resting grip and the two share a moment as they lock eyes.)
Charlie:"I know you don't need our help but…We DO want to help however we can. Even Angel said he wanted to help, that means you're stuck with us until this is over."
(The two then look back at Earth, staring at the globe as it was covered in scorch marks and satanic symbols. The Slayer stared at the etched signs of damnation with rage and hatred, while Charlie stared at it with a sense of hope, like she dreamed to see it safe and free from the terrors of Hell.
Eventually Charlie realizes something, she looks around the environment and turns to the Slayer as she breaks the silence by asking a simple yet urgent question.)
Charlie:"-How are we breathing out here?"
[A few hours later…]
(After debating for a while on what to do with the new arrivals, the ARC eventually decided on allowing the unholy foreigners to stay (Mostly because they didn't wish to defy the Slayer, who seemed adamant on permitting their stay) but only in a single section of the station until they can plan a better way of dealing with these visitors from the underworld.
Dr. Hayden walks the group of newcomers into a large basement-like section of the station, the Ripatorium as he referred to it. Hayden then explained his reasoning of bringing them to this room as he clarified to the Hazbins and Imps "This is where you will all be staying, it's where we kept the Demons before the Slayer executed them for target practice and weapons training." The group looked around and saw the…'debatable' status it was in, Which prompted them to complain to the Towering Mechanical Doctor and ask questions.)
Angel:"Looks like shit!"
Charlie:"Are you sure there isn't a nicer place we could stay…maybe somewhere with a bed at least?"
Hayden:"The Demons I encountered never needed such trivial things. Besides, I know nothing about you and don't trust you any further than I can throw you…Then again, I can throw pretty far. So until I deem it worthy, you'll stay down here and like it… After all, it surely beats the Airlock option."
Vaggie:"Funny, we get it though. You don't trust us and rightfully so, and until we prove we're on the same side, we'll stay down here. But know this Dr. Hayden, we don't trust you either, so until you prove that you're on the Big guy's side too, don't expect us to break our backs for you."
Hayden:"I'm glad we found SOME common ground and can come to this understanding. Find a nice patch of mold or grass if you need something to sleep on, feel free to eat some of it if you're hungry… I have work to do."
(As the tall robot left the room and took the elevator back up, The group was pissed about their living condition and were immediately complaining about the situation. But as they yammered on about their detestment to the 'living' area, Charlie just tuned them out and stared up above towards the staff members at work, Vaggie noticed this before she even said anything about her dislike or distrust of Hayden and decided to ask Charlie about her feelings of the situation as a whole.)
Vaggie:"You ok, hon?"
Charlie:"…We're going to help these people!"
Blitzo:"Pfft, if they'll let us."
Charlie:"I know they aren't open to the idea of us being a part of their team, but I'm sure we can convince them which side we're on…Besides, I'm sure wherever Vega is, he'll help vouch for us!"
Vaggie:"She's right, all we need to do is show them they can trust us."
Moxxie:"We already have the Slayer on our good graces, how hard could it be for him to convince the others?"
Loona:"Considering the fact that he doesn't talk?"
Angel:"She's right, I don't think he's gonna hand us any 'I'm with Him' passes to those dorks anytime soon."
Millie:"I guess then Vega's the best shot we have for an Alibi."
(As she said this, everyone began to look around and ponder a very important question, one that was asked by Angel when he said "So…Where is Hal, He in the robo-bathroom or something?" But just as they began to ponder where the AI was at the moment, the doors to the dungeon opened once more to reveal the Intern-Guy entering the room with a handful of blankets. This disrupted their brainstorming and caused them to give him their collective attention, He approached Charlie and explained his reason for visiting the group as he handed her one of the sheets of cloth from the pile he carried.)
Intern-Guy:"Hey, I just wanted to swing by and give you guys these. I know it may not seem that way now, but a lot of us are actually genuinely curious about you guys, your section of Hell and your connections and history with the Slayer."
Angel:"So why ain't THEY coming down here?"
Intern-Guy:"Because I chose Rock instead of Scissors. A lot of us are still nervous about your reasons for being here but I guess you could say our curiosity outweighs our anxiety. Anyways…Welcome to the ARC! Don't worry about the door being locked, there's a portal that leads the user back to the main room."
Moxxie:"Why are you telling this to a bunch of Demons you just met?"
Intern-Guy:"Hey, if the Slayer chose not to kill you guys…I think that means there's more to the situation than Dr. Hayden would like to admit-Please don't tell him I said that by the way. Anyways, the Slayer hasn't really given anyone a reason to distrust him before…So…If he says you're ok, then you're ok…Or you know, whatever he does to imply that you guys aren't evil."
(As he handed the last blanket to the remaining empty hands, Charlie began to thank the man as she also used the opportunity to ask "We really appreciate this, but we also want you to know that we do wanna help however we can. If you need anything from us…Just let us know." The Intern-Guy thumbs up from the response and says in his usual nervous manner "Same! Try and get some rest if you guys need it, Doctor Hayden's gonna ask you guys a BUNCH of questions tomorrow." as he begins to head out of the room and return to the Elevator.
Some members of the group passed around (while others more accurately fought over) the blankets as Charlie just felt some semblance of peace, knowing that at least ONE person was willing to let her help. They then tried to get as comfortable as they could for what they assumed was the night before finally resting and anticipating whatever events may transpire when they awoke.
So this is it, the Sequel to Hazbin Hotel:Eternal Doom.
I know it's starting off super slow and even a little awkward, but I promise you it will get interesting sooner than not. Here's some things to note for the story though, just you know what you're in for:
-This one will be longer, It has more chapters and more stuff going on in it than [HH:ED] and will last much longer.
-It will fit into the story, I actually have a plan for it to end on the Ancient Gods Part 1 (More specifically it will literally end on the cliff hanger of when we see the Dark Lord).
-More will happen in this story, we will return to some familiar places like Urdak, Nekroval, Fortress of Doom, ARC Carrier, etc. and visit strange new places such as Hazbin's Heaven and New York.
-As for the Big question I know some people may ask... What about the Demons from Hazbin Hell? Will they be destroyed if Doomguy Slays the Dark Lord, that will actually fit into the story and even more so of how it will effect the Slayer's goal and his view on Hayden.
-Last but far from least, there will be more "After Chapter" dialogue like this, but instead of giving an overview of what's to come, it will instead tell a story of how things came to be. More specifically, where the Devil fits in all of this and what is his plan and goals.
