Yumi stared at her phone as she maneuvered through mall traffic. She had a Bath & Body Works bag and Sanrio bag on one wrist, two Barnes & Noble bags on the other, and a strawberry boba in her free hand. She owed her balance and grace to all those ballet lessons while her ability to multitask manifested as a result of countless years spent shopping.
She looked over plans for the evening on her phone. The girls were finally getting together to hang out, something they hadn't been able to do in a long time. Unlike the guys, who seemed to hang out every weekend, the girls all had conflicting schedules and could never get it to work out. By the grace of God, their schedules finally aligned.
"Hey, watch where you're going," someone called out, causing her to look up.
It was only now that she noticed she was in front of Build-a-Bear. Inside, Kirishima stood behind the counter and Sero leaned on it from the other side.
"Oh, hey." Yumi walked inside and gave Sero a kiss on the cheek. "You're on break?"
Sero wrapped his arm around her waist. "Yeah. I see you've been busy," he said, looking at the bags on her wrists. Despite this being her day off, he wasn't surprised to find her at the mall.
"I picked up a couple volumes of that manga you like. A candle for the apartment and Sanrio was having a sale." She sipped her boba happily.
He peeked into the Barnes & Nobles bags to see how many mangas she'd bought. "You're the best," he said, kissing the top of her head. "Are you going to do any more shopping?"
She ran a hand through her hair. "I'm going to go to Hot Topic to buy more dye. I need a touch-up. Afterwards I'll probably go home until you get off." She kissed Sero and broke free, heading towards the exit. "I'll see you guys later."
"Hey Yumi, buy me a bottle as well and I'll pay you back!" Kirishima called from behind the counter. He needed a touch-up as well.
Yumi turned around. "No way! You owe me for the last 3 bottles!" she said, holding up three fingers to prove a point.
Kirishima leaned against the counter. "Please!" he begged, giving her some sad puppy eyes. That's how he'd gotten her the last time.
Yumi shook her head. "No."
Seeing that the puppy's eyes weren't working, Kirishima pouted a bit. "I'll let you have any bear you want."
Standing there, she thought about that offer. "...I want an outfit as well."
"Deal!"
Yumi turned around and walked out, satisfied with the agreement. "I'll be back."
Once she was gone Sero looked at Kirishima. "Dude, stop giving my girlfriend teddy bears!"

Bakugo punched the cash register. It froze for the third time that day.
"Stupid junk," he muttered, restarting the register. "These things need to be replaced."
Jiro walked by, carrying a box of Funkos for the wall. "Or maybe you should stop smacking them. That might help."
Bakugo growled as the register came back to life. Izuku laughed as he folded shirts. He enjoyed times like this while working at Hot Topic. He could recall all the times he'd seen Jiro pick on Bakugo from Cinnabon and how he'd long to be part of those conversations. It was hard to believe it really was happening.
At that moment Yumi entered the store. "Hey, Jiro! Hello Cinnabon. Pomeranian," she said, greeting everyone as she entered.
Bakugo growled as she said that. "Who the hell are you calling a pomeranian?"
"The growling fool behind the counter," she said, making her way to the Arctic Fox shelf. This got a chuckle out of Jiro.
Izuku looked at Bakugo. Now that she mentioned it...his hair did make him look like a Pomeranian. Good thing he liked dogs.
Kaminari emerged from behind the backroom. "Is it time to clock out yet? I want it to be night already," he complained, leaning against the counter. All the guys were going to come over and hang out.
Izuku tilted his head. "What's tonight?" he asked, curious about what would be happening.
"It's guys' night!" Kaminari exclaimed happily, causing Bakugo to roll his eyes.
"Keep it down. We have customers," he said, gesturing towards Yumi, who was looking through all the colors to find the right ones.
Izuku looked back and forth between Kaminari and Bakugo. It was guys' night? Why hadn't he been told about it? No one invited him.
Bakugo noticed the change in Izuku's facial expressions. "Shit," he muttered under his breath, realizing he'd forgotten to do something. "Izuku - "
" - Don't worry Cinnabon. They never invite their girlfriends. That's why we're having our own night out. You're welcome to join us," Yumi said, finally finding the colors she needed. Grabbing the bottles, she walked to the counter.
Bakugo gritted his teeth. He didn't like that idea. "What exactly are you doing at girl's night?" he asked, crossing his arms.
Yumi looked back at Jiro then looked at Bakugo. "It's a secret. Need to know basis, and you don't need to know."
"Trust me, Izuku. We're going to have a lot of fun. You should totally come," Jiro insisted. She hadn't really hung out much with him since he started working, so maybe this wouldn't be a bad idea.
Izuku flushed a bit. He wasn't sure what to say. Although he was dating Bakugo, he didn't think of himself as the girlfriend of the relationship. Still, it was nice that they offered to include him. He really hadn't had the chance to hang out with them. He'd known about these people for the last three years. It would be nice to actually get to know them. However, he preferred the option that allowed him to stick with Bakugo.
"Plus Mina and Kendo haven't gotten to see you much since the photoshoot! They miss you," Yumi said as she turned to look at him.
Izuku flushed as he remembered the photoshoot he'd done with them. He hadn't talked to either of them since then, although they had been really supportive of him back then. Maybe he should tag along to hang out with them.
"That would be nice."
"Hold up, who's going to be there?" Bakugo asked, suspicious.
"Chill, Bakugo. It's just the girls," Jiro said, organizing the Funko shelf.
"Which girls?"
Yumi rolled her eyes. "Jiro, Mina, Kendo, Ochako-"
" - Hell no, he's not going!"
Izuku's face fell. "But, Katsuki - "
Bakugo narrowed his eyes at the blue-haired girl. "How do I know this isn't some trick you're setting up?"
Yumi rolled her eyes. "Oh yes, you've discovered our plan. We totally planned a makeout party with Izuku being the only guy there. I can't believe you figured it out," she said somberly, her face deadpan the whole time.
Jiro and Kaminari chuckled. Bakugo being protective over Izuku was an unfamiliar sight they were still getting used to, but this new side of Bakugo was so fun to mess with.
Yumi looked at Izuku as she grabbed the bottles of hair dye off the counter. "We're meeting at Mina's apartment. Jiro can give you directions. Hope to see you there, " she said sweetly before heading to the door.
"You gotta pay for those!" Bakugo yelled from behind the counter.
Yumi looked over her shoulder, a wide smile on her face. "Consider it a 'stupid questions' tax!"

"Finally, guys night. I'm so hyped!" Kaminari flopped onto the couch, excited. The guys were coming over to play video games. He committed himself to get them to watch some of his favorite anime movies as well. There was plenty of alcohol in the fridge for the night, and they could call for pizza once all the guys arrived.
Jiro came out of the bedroom, holding onto her purse. She wore a pair of black skinny jeans with a grey band T. The shirt had been altered to fall off her shoulder. The finishing touch was a leather jacket that matched her boots. She went light with the makeup, opting for a deep berry lipstick.
She checked her purse to make sure she had her phone, keys, and wallet. "I hope you guys have fun. I'll probably be out until 2 am," she said.
Kaminari smiled. "No worries. Enjoy your night out!"
Jiro smiled as she walked over. Brushing some hair out of his face, she kissed his lightning bolt. "Be good, love. Give the boys Hell in Mario Kart."
"Anything for you, Babe!"

Izuku stood outside the apartment door, hesitating on making his presence known. He could hear the sounds of women's laughter coming from the other side of the door.
What am I doing here? he thought to himself. How'd I let myself get talked into this?
He contemplated turning around and going back to his car. A night spent alone didn't seem so bad anymore.
"You okay, sweetie?"
Izuku turned around to see Yumi standing behind him. Too late to turn back now.
"I-I'm okay...just nervous," he admitted. He was still getting used to this group of people. There would only be a few familiar faces. He wished that Bakugo was with him.
Staring at him for a bit, Yumi gave him a warm smile. "Don't worry, they're all mostly harmless. They're not gonna bite you….well...maybe Mina," she said, thinking about it. "But you can see her coming, so just dodge."
Izuku swallowed the lump in his throat as Yumi walked past him. Going to the door she opened it.
"KIRI! HANTA IS WAITING FOR YOU IN THE CAR!" she yelled inside, making her arrival known to all inside.
Holding the door open, Yumi gestured to Izuku to go inside. Legs like jello, Izuku slowly moved into the apartment just as Kirishima made his way to the door.
"Oh hey, dude. I see they got you to join in," Kirishima said, surprised to see Izuku hanging out with the girls for the evening.
"Yeah yeah, we're all very excited. Now get going, he's got the car running and gas isn't cheap." Yumi started pushing him out of the apartment.
"Alright, I'm going. Bye ladies!"
"Bye, babe!" Mina called from the kitchen. In front of her, she had shot glasses lined up with a bottle of cherry vodka.
The door shut behind him. Izuku stood there, unsure what to do. He recognized a few of the women like Kendo, Ochako, Mina, and Momo. Of course, he knew Jiro and Yumi.
Mina looked around. "I think everyone is here. Ladies, and Izuku, gather around." She gestured for everyone to come to the kitchen counter. "Let's do a chaser before we leave!" She poured the vodka into the shot glasses, distributing them out to everyone.
"We're leaving?" Izuku asked, holding onto the shot glass. No one had told him what the plans for the evening were actually.
The women all looked at each other and giggled. This didn't reassure Izuku one bit.
"What's so funny?"
"Izuku...what were you expecting tonight?" Kendo asked, leaning against the kitchen counter.
He thought about it. Honestly, he'd expected they would be staying in, watching movies, and eating popcorn. There hadn't been a high expectation for tonight.
"The guys probably think we're going to get our nails done, getting facials or stuff like that. Little do they know what we actually do on girl's night."
The girls all giggled.
Izuku stood there. Oh shit.
