Pomorie and her friends had been anxiously waiting for that day to come but it would come around. May ninth had arrived and Pomorie and her friends were more than excited to hear about this carnival. Especially Rila.

"I know that day is here but can I take these bandages off from my eyes?" Rila asked as Pomorie and her friends had been helping out take care of Rila for the past week or so. Pomorie was reading the ads as Saunders had been aggressively advertising for this carnival and it was becoming hard to deny.

"Not yet but tonight I will promise." Pomorie responded. Varna was busy cleaning up Rila's room as she was worried that Rila couldn't do it all herself.

"So want to spend tonight together?" Varna asked as she really wanted to go to this event.

"Yes it will be a great way to celebrate what we managed to achieve together." Pomorie responded as she walked over and hugged Rila. "Someone will be in for the surprise of her life.

"Thanks Pomorie." Rila responded as she felt Pomorie's arms around her. Varna laughed as it took her a moment before she stopped.

"Okay, we should get ready for tonight." Varna responded as she got up and left for her dorm to get ready. She was pretty sure everyone else was going to get ready as well.

Later on that afternoon, the girls were gathering around what seemed to be the airfield where they were going to get escorted to the massive USS George Washington carrier. Rila was excited to get the bandages off of her face and Varna was impatiently waiting for the arrival.

"You said Kay was holding this event at night right?" Varna asked if Pomorie remembered when she was going to hold it.

"Yeah it's at night when Kay told us about it. She's probably going to be checking us before we go in." Pomorie responded as the girls got to the front of the line. The security guards began to check them to make sure they had nothing on them other than money.

"You three are good to go." The guard told the girls as they were going to be boarding a few of their planes to go attend the event. Pomorie and her friends nodded as they walked off, they were going to have the night of their lives.

It was a few minutes later as they were high up in the air, Pomorie looked out of the window to see the golden sun setting to the west. She turned to her friends as she seemed curious.

"Have you two been to anything like this before?" Pomorie asked as she was wondering if her friends got to attend an event as joyous as this one.

"Probably not." Varna responded as she relaxed in her chair.

"Me either but we're going to take the bandages off and put them in the handbag Rila has with her. She's got our phones and the money for the tickets." Pomorie told Varna about their plans.

"Okay I made sure it was secure all around so I don't end up losing it." Rila told Pomorie about what they had stashed away. Pomorie nodded, she then turned and looked out of the window again as the sun continued to disappear over the horizon, the golden sky giving away to a light darkness as nighttime was coming. Pomorie still decided to keep vigil.

"I wonder what we will be doing this summer?" Rila asked as she began to think about it. Pomorie and Varna seemed confused by this matter as they didn't know what Rila had in store.

"Probably hit the waters, I think they are beautiful and warm so if we get the chance to hang out with our friends, beach time?" Varna replied as she wanted to see if the girls were going to be up for a swim.

"Yeah let's wait until the school year's over and we're docked in port." Pomorie told her friends that they shouldn't be jumping ahead to getting to what they needed to do. Pomorie turned her head back out of the window as she spotted a flicker of lights as the dark black sky was quickly cruising above them. The bright neon colors below them had lit up the stern area of the massive carrier as Pomorie and her friends had never been to this school before. The plane circled overhead as it was looking for a place to land, steadily going down as the students looked on with excitement from the bright lights. After a few minutes, they landed on a runway as a couple other planes had parked themselves. The door opened as Pomorie, Rila, Varna and many other students from their school disembarked. Pomorie decided to get a look around the place as this ship was massive.

"Goodness they have the biggest ship here, It looks like it can go on for miles!" Varna began as she was helping Rila off of the plane. A familiar face walked up to Pomorie to greet her.

"Pomorie! I haven't seen you in so long." El greeted her as it looked like Blue Division had just landed as well. El walked up to Pomorie and gave her a hug.

"Me too but how are you doing?" Pomorie asked El how she and her friends were doing. Viridiana and Tristana walked up as they looked at the Yogurt academy student with curiosity.

"I came here as I know I will have a good time tonight but I didn't expect to run into you." El responded as she patted Pomorie on the head. She then spotted Rila who had the upper half of her face bandaged up. "What happened to her?" El asked out of curiosity.

"Rila had to have surgery done to her eyes as we found out that she was going blind. That happened a week ago so we're just about ready to remove the bandages." Pomorie replied about what had just happened to Rila. El nodded with anticipation.

"Want to remove them now?" El asked as she went to grab the bandages on Rila's face. Pomorie gently nudged El's hand away from her face.

"Not at this moment, I'll remove them when the time is right. Come on, let's go." Pomorie told El that she wasn't exactly ready to do this. She then began to skip off as her friends followed.

Pomorie and the others were waiting at a train station that was going to take them directly to the carnival. El was standing with excitement as she was fidgeting on the platform.

"I've never been to anything this exciting before, I don't think I've been to last years before." El began as she couldn't keep herself calm.

"I don't know either, this should be an interesting night." Pomorie responded. El looked over to Pomorie as she seemed a bit confused about what she had just said.

"You've never been to any of Kay's parties before." El began. Pomorie turned to El as she looked like she just scoffed at her statement.

"I haven't but what makes Kay's parties and events so special, it could be like any other party or even just as boring as that posh and uneventful dinner date we went to in February." Pomorie told El about what could make these events special when it could be like everything else that Pomorie and her friends attended.

"Come on, the Easter celebration wasn't that bad." Varna told Pomorie to lighten up a bit. El began to speak.

"I've only been to one so far and let me tell you why they are special." El began. She began to remember what their parties were known for as Pomorie continued to wait for any sign of a train. "Kay seems to always throw massive parties out of the blue for her school and invites us all over even if they don't have a reason to happen, she's always the one who will invite us over to attend as she will try bringing everyone into the crowd. Even if you say no and try to skip out ahead of the parties, she will find some way to force you to attend. This party is a little more known to the public and wasn't declared on short notice as it took days to complete everything. Also the food from what I heard is something only a hog according to Pravda students would eat. The portions are enough to probably feed five students and there are little to no vegetables in the diet. From what I heard from Brook, she would rather eat bitter marigold flowers instead of Kay's cooking."

"I guess the food that Saunders makes isn't good then, looks like we're limited on what we could eat as of tonight." Pomorie responded. Varna turned to her right as she spotted the train approaching from a distance.

"Yeah I guess you're right though their mixed nuts and regular chocolate are good but it's too sweet to my tastes." El told Pomorie that Saunders didn't have many good things and only their students would eat what they made.

"Hey! The train's here!" Varna called out as the steam locomotive pulled up. It was a simple twelve wheeler as the steel carriages pulled up alongside. Pomorie was the first to board as Varna helped Rila on board. El and her friends followed on as they decided to take their seats. More students continued to board as Pomorie wanted to resume the conversation.

"So their food is not good?" Pomorie asked if that was correct.

"Yeah that's correct, I brought some snacks in case you get hungry." El responded. With the hiss of steam from the whistle. The train began to pull out as they were now heading for the fair grounds. "We should be arriving in a few minutes so don't get too comfortable." El told Pomorie and her friends that the trip there will be a very short one so no need to settle down.

The train pulled right outside of the entrance as the girls disembarked as they were going to enjoy themselves. Maybe get to catch up on a few things. Pomorie helped Rila off as they walked up to the booth where the tickets were being sold. There was a line but it looked like it was going fast. El stood behind Pomorie.

"Tickets are for the games only as well as getting into the park so you can try winning yourself a prize as of tonight." El told Pomorie what the tickets would be used for. Pomorie walked up to the ticket booth and began speaking to the man working the booth.

"So what is it that we should do?" Viridiana asked El as Pomorie was buying the tickets.

"I don't know but what rides should we go on first?" El asked her friends as they were going to stick by Pomorie and her friends but they also wanted to do their own thing.

"That's up for Pomorie to decide since you agree we should spend the night with her." Tristana whispered to Viridiana. The line suddenly moved as Pomorie and her friends had finished purchasing the tickets.

Pomorie, Rila and Varna walked into the main entrance as they were going to wait for El and her friends to purchase their stuff before they could decide on what they should do first.

"Okay so we promised you that we would be able to do something like this so we might as well do it while our friends are purchasing their tickets." Pomorie told Rila. Varna took out Rila's glasses from her bag. "Keep those eyes closed." Pomorie began to unwrap the bandages from Rila's face as Rila kept her eyes firmly shut. It took a minute before they came off as Pomorie was rolling them up. Varna slipped on Rila's glasses as Varna gave the command.

"Open your eyes." Varna told Rila. Rila began to struggle as her blue eyes began to open. She could finally do this after so long. Once her eyes opened, the vision ahead of her was blurry.

"I can't see that well." Rila began. Varna giggled as she patted Rila on the back.

"That's because you have your glasses on silly, take them off." Varna told Rila that was what she needed to do. Rila nodded as she began to take her glasses off as her arms were shaking with anticipation and nervousness blended with anxiety. She had been waiting all week for this as the glasses slipped off of her face. Everything ahead of her seemed to have cleared up like magic.

"I can see!" Rila yipped as she jumped into Pomorie's arms with excitement.

"I know you can, you've been waiting for this moment your entire life. So what would you like to do first?" Pomorie asked as Rila released Pomorie from her arms.

"Hop onto a ride?" El asked as she hugged Pomorie from behind. Pomorie blushed a bit as they had managed to get their tickets.

"Sure, I mean what ride should we go on?" Pomorie asked as she laughed with her friend sneaking up on her like that. Viridiana looked up to see the flash of rainbow neon colors highlight the biggest ride in this carnival.

"I say we should go on that." Viridiana told the group that was what she wanted to do. She began to lead the way as everyone else followed her. Pomorie and the group followed as they were going to make their way to the ride.

Brook, Dimitri and Kay were walking around another section of the carnival themselves. Dimitri was snacking on some popcorn mixed with chocolate candies. They were chatting among themselves.

"You know some things in life aren't going to come easy, trying to find work is one thing but this must be a once in a lifetime opportunity." Dimitri was rambling with his friends. Brook took a piece and ate it herself.

"Yeah but are you trying to steal my girl or what?" Kay playfully teased Dimitri as she pinched his cheek.

"Not really." Dimitri began to giggle as he knew Kay was only teasing him.

"I think you should try finding someone else, I mean she's got older sisters who are looking to you know." Kay playfully slapped Brook on the left shoulder.

"Ow!" Brook winced as she didn't like being touched there. "You know I was shot there last year with an actual bullet." Dimitri looked at Brook as he seemed puzzled. Brook, just for payback, slapped Kay in the side. Kay just laughed.

"Wait, my girlfriend's been shot?" Dimitri asked if this was correct.

"Yeah she has been, and so have I, two in the stomach." Kay told Dimitri where she had been hit.

"At least you two are all right, did the killer get what he or she deserved?" Dimitri asked as Kay was casually eating the popcorn.

"Yeah Brook shot her as revenge when she recovered. And then another rebellion broke out." Kay told Dimitri what exactly happened. Brook looked at the two of them as she wanted to tell them something.

"Okay let's pretend to tell the readers that these last few sentences were never spoken, if they find out that someone is harboring weapons on the ship, then the AR-15 will be classified as an assault weapon and sanctions to Motherland by greedy western capitalist pigs will be reissued for all of us to keep suffering. You know how much I hate the AR-15." Brook told them as she didn't want to stir up any bad memories of what happened last year. Kay turned her head finding the dart stand that her friend managed to play and win.

"Well, do you think that was a good memory last year? I heard you won a prize." Kay asked Brook if she should have another go just for old times. Brook looked at the carnival game as she nodded with excitement.

"Yeah. Who should go first?" Brook asked Kay as she seemed nervous and didn't want to step up to the plate.

"Let me do it." Dimitri responded as he tore off one of the tickets and walked up to the stand. He handed the man the ticket as he grabbed the three darts that were laid by him. Dimitri picked up one of them and threw it. The dart curved on down as it fell short of its target. Brook laughed.

"You missed." Brook responded as she watched her man miss the first shot. Kay grabbed a handful of the popcorn as she began snacking on it. Dimitri grabbed the second dart and threw it at the balloons ahead but the dart once again fell short as it landed on the ground.

"I think you're not having any luck with your aim." Kay spoke with her mouth full of food. Dimitri grumbled as he grabbed the last dart and threw it. It struck the wood below the balloons as he missed all three shots.

"Well I got no luck." Dimitri responded as he decided to sit down and enjoy the snacks. Brook felt bad that Dimitri didn't manage to get anything from the game. She tore off one of her tickets and handed it to the man. The man handed Brook three darts as she looked at Kay and Dimitri.

"Watch and learn." Brook told the two of them as she picked up all the darts at once with her hands. She had one in her right hand and the other two in her left. She took aim and then threw the dart. The dart struck one of the balloons as a popping sound was heard. Kay and Dimitri turned their heads when they heard the sound.

"Wow, her throw must be as good as her aim." Dimitri told Kay as he was wondering how she managed to land the first hit. Brook took the second dart as she prepared to throw it. Once she found her mark, she threw it. The dart landed on the second balloon, popping it. Kay had never seen this before.

"Well that might be true, she might strike you down from a thousand meters away with one bullet." Kay replied. Brook had the last dart in her hand as she threw it. The last dart struck one of the balloons as the man looked up with excitement.

"Winner right here!" He shouted as he held Brook's hand up high. He then gave her a small prize for what she managed to win from the game. Dimitri looked up to see that his girlfriend won something.

"What is it that you won?" Dimitri asked as he seemed curious about what she managed to get.

"It's a snow leopard." Brook responded as she held her small prize. "You want it?" Dimitri nodded no.

"You keep it, you manage to win that game." Dimitri responded. Kay laughed as she shook Dimitri around a bit.

"There's plenty of games for you to try out, if you run out of tickets, I can always get you more." Kay told Dimitri that he shouldn't be so upset with losing a game. Pomorie and her friends walked past the three people as they were chatting among themselves.

"So what kind of games are we talking about?" Varna asked as she was wondering if this was going to be like.

"Probably games that allow you to win prizes though I'm moreover usually the one for the rides despite how few of them there are." El told the group as she was looking for the entrance. "Darn where is that entrance for that tall ride. Pomorie looked around as she spotted the entrance as it was right there.

"Hey, there it is!" Pomorie told the group for the entrance to the ride. Pomorie and her friends entered the line as they were now waiting for their turn. The minutes ticked by as the girls were waiting for their turn.

"So have you been on this ride before?" Pomorie asked as she seemed unfamiliar with the ride.

"These rides in general, I think Viridiana has ever since she went to that resort last summer. I think she really liked it from what I gathered." El responded as they were shuffling their feet along as they were waiting for their turn to get onto the ride.

"Well let's see what this ride will bring us as I'm willing to get on as well as figuring out what we can have here. Maybe I've changed my mind.." Pomorie told El that she was getting curious about the smell of the adults that were cooking the food. The line continued to move as the students were getting arranged into pairs for the ride that was going to come ahead. Pomorie went with El as their friends went with each other.

"I think we'll have an excellent time, I call front row seats." El responded as she called dibs. Pomorie nodded as the line continued to move up.

"Well I seem to be a bit nervous as this is my first time going on a ride like this." Pomorie told El as she continued to listen to the ride's machines clanking in the background.

:"You'll be fine, trust me, it'll be fun." El responded as she looked on ahead. Several carts rolled onto the entrance as the previous riders disembarked. The gates opened as Pomorie, El and their friends went to the seats. An attendant took Rila's bag as they were going to keep it mostly for safety reasons so it didn't get lost. Pomorie and El buckled themselves into the ride as the pulled the lap bars down. "Now we're in. We should be taking off in a minute." El told Pomorie to at least be excited for what was going to happen.

"Well this is my first time being on something like this so I will be nervous." Pomorie replied as she kept her hands on the lap bar. Suddenly the ride lurched forward as they began rolling away from the platform. They dipped down first before going around the corner. El shot her hands up with excitement before they began their climb.

"We're going up high so we're going to be able to have the ride of our lives." El told Pomorie that she needed to be excited for what was going to happen. Viridiana had her hands up as she was really excited, they continued to climb up higher and higher as Pomorie felt like she was going up a mountain. They were reaching the top as Pomorie looked down. She felt like was high up in space as the ground was so far below. Pomorie gulped as knew the only way up was to go back down.

The ride lurched down as the sudden acceleration had taken Pomorie felt the acceleration hitting her face with the gush of wind. El was screaming with excitement as her hands were up as they were plunging down as fast as a tank shell was flying along. They hit the bottom as they began going up again as they lurched to the left. Pomorie felt a moment of calm as the ride slowed down before it began to accelerate again circling around rapidly. El kept her hands up as Pomorie felt scared. Within moments, they were out of the loop before they were climbing back up again. They weren't going up as high as last time but Pomorie still felt nervous about what was going to happen. They began lurching back down as Pomorie felt the rush of the acceleration on her cheeks as the wind was blasting in her eyes. The ride reached the bottom before heading back up and into the second loop around. They were entering the second loop around as they were now circling around rapidly. Pomorie and the others felt the wind hit their faces as they were now reaching the bottom. They suddenly shot up as the ride was braking as they were coming to a stop. They were now riding back into the platform as they had just enjoyed themselves. Once they pulled into the platform, they pushed up the lap bar as they took off their seatbelts, they disembarked as they got off.

"Now that wasn't so bad." El began as Rila grabbed her bag. Pomorie smiled a bit as it indeed wasn't.

"Yeah I had some fun but this isn't really my cup of tea." Pomorie replied as she wasn't used to having to ride something like this.

"I tell you, you will get used to it." El told Pomorie as they began to walk away from the ride.

Pomorie and her friends were making their way through the carnival as they decided to sit down and rest. El turned to the group as she wanted to get something.

"I forgot to bring drinks along with us so we're going to grab a few water bottles from the stand, you three need anything?" El asked as she wanted to see if Pomorie and her friend were to need a drink.

"We're good." Pomorie responded. El nodded as she began to speak.

"I'll get you three bottles of water just in case." El told them as she and her friends walked away. Pomorie nodded as she began relaxing on the bench. They were already getting bored but they were getting tired.

"I wonder if this is going to go on all night as we might have to get a room at a hotel and then catch a plane back to the school tomorrow morning." Pomorie sighed as she began to yawn. It appeared she was starting to get sleepy.

"Yeah this is what is going to seem to be hours, and there will be some fireworks going off in I don't know." Varna responded as she sighed.

"You know it's rude to leave before the fireworks so you need to stay as long as possible." Rila told them but they were just about ready to fall asleep on each other. A ring was heard that got Pomorie's attention.

"Well I bet you can hit harder than that Nyaa." It sounded like Nekota as she and her friends were playing the HI Striker. Nina and Alina were playing along as Nekota was disappointed with Alina's performance. Nekota grabbed the hammer as she was ready to make an example: "Watch me." Nekota grabbed the hammer as she swung it down, the rubber mallet slamming into the plate as the number began to rise and ping! Nekota managed to get to 100. Momoga cheered and clapped for her friend.

"Nice work Momo." Momoga responded. Piyotan looked at her friend as she began speaking next.

"I know you swing hard Mai but Momoga punched harder than you when we were in that mall remember?" Piyotan told her friend. Nekota wasn't pleased.

"First off I don't like being called Mai and second, I've been trying to get stronger." Nekota told her friend as she was trying her best not to come off as rude. Nina grabbed the rubber mallet as she prepared to swing. She swung it as the mallet struck the plate and ping! Nina managed to hit 100 as well.

"Well we're even." Nina concluded as she looked at the results. The girls of Anteater team looked at the results as Nekota was busy getting her prize. She turned and spotted Pomorie and her friends as they looked like they were drifting off asleep.

"Looks like the freshmen are tuckered out." Nekota told herself as she was making the observation. El returned moments later with the water bottles as she noticed Pomorie and her friends dozing off.

"You three seem tired, I guess it's your first full night out." El told Pomorie as she and her friends woke up. Pomorie looked at El as she began speaking.

"Yeah, I'm usually in bed at about nine most of the time as I wake up at seven the next day and need the rest." Pomorie responded as she took one of the water bottles. Pomorie opened it as she began drinking it as it felt refreshing. "It's half past ten at this point and I think I'll collapse with my uniform on." Pomorie told El that she was getting exhausted. El looked at Pomorie.

"Yeah I don't know what is taking Kay so long, usually the fireworks would happen around this time to Eleven. So she's getting herself prepared, but in the meantime, let's try finding something else to do." El stuck her hand out as Pomorie grabbed it. El pulled Pomorie up to her feet as they were going to continue wandering around the carnival for something to do.

Maho meanwhile was talking to a small group of students as she was enjoying herself tonight.

"Well we managed to get on all the rides no problem, looking for Boko products for my younger sister but I've come up empty handed." Maho began as she took a lick at what she had got. "I like strawberry as the best flavor."

"Yeah these pulverized ice cones are the best. Raspberry is the best." Solti remarked as she took a lick from hers. Dalmatia was at Solti's side once again with Istria sitting next to her.

"Yeah I got blueberry, Dalmatia's got bubblegum. I think your apprentice also has bubblegum." Istria told Maho as she was licking hers.

"Yeah, this is one of the few things Olivia can have without having her getting sick to her stomach as I don't want Olivia complaining to me about her having a belly ache and missing the night all together because of it so I'm watching out for her." Maho replied. Olivia and Stefanik appeared as they were carrying their prizes.

"Stefanik won the marksman game so I decided to give my second ticket to try winning something myself and I won." Olivia told Maho about what happened.

"Good for the both of you, let me see your prizes." Maho told them as she was eager to see what they had won. Olivia and Stefanik laid out their fluffy prizes as Stefanik won a Tiger and Olivia won a black and fawn colored dog. "Nice prizes, I just want the fireworks to come."

"Yeah we're getting pretty tired at this point." Dalmatia responded as she yawned. She was ready to go to sleep.

"So what do you think we should do next?" Maho asked as she relaxed at the picnic table. Solti began to think as she was a little confused.

"Just hang out, we should be able to see the multiple colors of the fireworks go off." Solti responded as she continued licking her ice.

"Yeah that would be nice." Maho responded as Olivia was hugging her prize she won. Maho turned her head as she spotted Pomorie and her friends. "Hey Pomorie, nice to see you that night." Pomorie looked over to Maho who was sitting in a crowd with all of her friends.

"So nice to see you all, I guess you're all here enjoying the free stuff I believe." Pomorie nodded as Solti got up to greet her with a warm smile.

"So nice to see you." Solti responded as she gave Pomorie a hug. El nodded as she decided to let them continue their chatting. "How are you enjoying this carnival so far?" Solti asked Pomorie on how she was enjoying this event. Pomorie looked at her as she wanted to respond to this.

"Eh it's interesting, I have to say, I've got on one of the rides with El and we wandered around the carnival a bit, she gave me some water though I felt like we were going to fall asleep." Pomorie responded as she was feeling tired. Solti looked at her as she decided to ask something else.

"Have you played any of the games here?" Solti asked as she wanted to see what Pomorie had done other than walk around and go on a couple of the rides.

"I think I haven't probably because we're just feeling tired." Pomorie responded. Solti felt bad that Pomorie was going to walk out empty handed as she wanted to figure out what they were going to do if Pomorie was going to win something.

"Hmm, maybe I can get you a prize or let you play one of the games, get you an energizer as you seem tired. Come on, I'm going to get you to win something." Solti told Pomorie as she got up and began leading Pomorie away from her friends as they were busy chatting among themselves to not notice that Pomorie and Solti had walked off.

Pomorie and Solti were by themselves as they were looking for a game for themselves to play and get Pomorie a prize.

"So what's your fun fair game that you would enjoy playing?" Solti asked Pomorie if she had any options.

"I don't think I've ever played these types of games before so there is a lot to choose from." Pomorie came up with her answer. Solti looked around to try finding what game Pomorie could be good at. She turned her head and spotted what seemed to be an old western game. One of the students was trying to hit the targets.

"Want to try that out, I think you make a great shot as you were in the tank." Solti told Pomorie to try that game out.

"Any stabilizers?" Pomorie asked as she wanted to see if her shooting could be straight. Solti laughed.

"The only stabilizer is your hand." Solti told Pomorie as she scooted her up to the stand. The man turned his head after the last person moved on.

"What can I do for you?" He asked as Solti tore off one of Pomorie's tickets.

"I bet she would like to be the crack shot at your local game." Solti responded as she mocked a country accent. She scooted Pomorie's ticket over to the man as the man examined it.

"Come on up and test your aim, you need to hit the targets that are presented when they flash." He instructed Pomorie. He scooted the fake revolver attached to a wire to Pomorie as it was her tool to complete the game. Pomorie picked it up as she gave it an inspection. She turned back to see Solti was on a line to get snacks.

The game had started as Pomorie tensed herself up and got ready for the game. A target popped up as Pomorie quickly aimed and fired, bang! The target was knocked over and another one popped up to take its place, Pomorie fired again, and another, and more came from the top. Bang! Bang! Bang! Pomorie continued to fire as the targets were taken down. Pomorie continued shooting as more targets came up and was determined to take them all down. Once the clock had reached zero, the man looked at her score and was impressed.

"Impressive." He responded, he then looked at Pomorie as he wanted her to pick one of the fluffy animal prizes they had. "Which one do you want to get?" He asked as Pomorie looked over the choices, they had cats, dogs, and various other animals. Pomorie decided to make her decision.

"The Calico, look at its colors." Pomorie told the man what she wanted. The man nodded as he handed her the calico cat plush. Pomorie took it as she held it in her arms, She had won that, all for herself. Solti walked up to her as she was holding a couple of corndogs and some potato wedges.

"I see you've won yourself a prize, want a corndog?" Solti asked Pomorie if she would be up for a tasty snack. Pomorie looked at Solti as she seemed curious about what this foreign snack tasted like.

"Sure…?" Pomorie responded. Solti handed her the corn dog as Pomorie took a bite out of it. It was indeed very odd for her.

"What does it taste like?" Solti asked as she was eating hers. Pomorie didn't know how to properly describe it.

"Strange to say the least." Pomorie responded as she continued speaking. "Very refined and smooth unlike what we have been eating for months."

"Well not everyone could have a cooking budget like Saunders does, and the thing that impresses me is how fast they were able to do it. When I first saw Saunders as a freshman, their school was backwards, they didn't have much in terms of industry and their infrastructure was pretty bad despite being the richest school out of all of us so they must've built that wealth up over the years." Solti told Pomorie as she continued to eat her corndog.

"Don't know if the other schools are going to industrialize as we definitely have the money." Pomorie asked Solti if this was a good time to make a move.

"I don't know if your school is waiting for dreams to come true from thin air. If you do become president of the student council, you will be in the pilot's seat and have access to the funds. If you do, I wish you luck, make the school better than it was last year going forward." Solti told Pomorie that the years going forward would probably see the school rise up.

"Thank you." Pomorie replied as she knew she was going to need it going forward. The two girls then sat down at the table where their friends were. Solti had her snacks as Pomorie was finishing her corndog, her friends hovered over her wondering what she managed to win.

"What did you win?" Rila asked as she observed Pomorie's prize.

"Looks like a cat." El began as she decided to take a look at the prize that was presented to them. Maho decided to take a look.

"Impressed she managed to win something and hopefully the fireworks should happen at any moment now." Maho told the group as she was impatiently waiting for the fireworks to go off. She yawned as she was beginning to feel tired as well. Suddenly the speaker went on as someone was tapping the microphone. The students turned their heads as they were curious to see what it was.

"I hope everyone is enjoying themselves tonight as we know that the carnival will continue until midnight but we are getting ready for the best part about it. I want to say thank you to those attending the carnival as we are getting ready, turn your heads to the skies to see the stars exploding the colors of the school." Kay spoke over on the loudspeaker, the students turned their heads up as they began to gaze on the clear nighttime sky.

Suddenly a shrill was heard as something began to fly far up into the sky. The rocket exploded in the air as several more followed up behind it. The students were looking up in awe as the rockets exploded into their dazzle of rainbow colors. More fireworks continued going off as they were going to light the sky. Pomorie and her friends looked up to see the dazzle of colors going off as they were in wonder.

"These look like the rockets from the Panzerfaust. I wonder if we have any of these back at home?" Varna asked as the orange fireworks exploded in the sky like a mini star. After the opening barrage, more began coming up as it began to explode into a variety of reds, whites, yellows and blues, perfect for Saunders colors.

"We probably don't because we can't buy any of these as they are too dangerous." Stefanik responded as she knew her school didn't have any like these. Olivia and Maho looked up as they were in awe.

"I wonder if we will be up there high in the sky with those fireworks?" Olivia asked as she liked the sight of what was going on. Maho looked on and patted her.

"Someday we will be up there like you mentioned about souls going to heaven. We'll be up there one day." Maho told Olivia as she was watching the fireworks going off. She leaned over and kissed Olivia's cheek.

"I thought you said I should be saving this love for Erwin?" Olivia asked Maho why she was still being kissed.

"I know but sometimes I can't help myself." Maho giggled before she tickled Olivia. Olivia laughed as she felt Maho's fingers tickle her ticklish spots behind her neck.

"This tickles!" Olivia was laughing hard as Maho stopped. Now was the time to continue watching the fireworks.

It was a while before the fireworks ended as Saunders fired off a good chunk of fireworks and the students were getting tired as a result. Pomorie and her friends stumbled out of the carnival as they were feeling tired from their experience.

"Man that night was fun." Pomorie began as she had a lot of fun. El and her friends looked at Pomorie as they were wondering what their next plan was.

"So what are your three plans for doing?" El asked as she was preparing to board the train and head for home.

"Probably get a room somewhere to stay, we're not going to take the plane as we are just too tired to." Pomorie yawned as they heard the whistle of one of the late night commuter trains pulling up to take the exhausted students to hotel rooms or the airport so they could return home.

"I understand, it was nice chatting with you and spending the night." El responded as she yawned. Once the train stopped, the students began boarding the train as they were going to need their sleep. Pomorie relaxed in her chair as she closed her eyes to catch a quick cat-nap while she cuddled her calico prize. The train began to pull away from the station as Rila and Varna laid on each other, cuddling as they almost fell fast asleep.

Within a few minutes, the train stopped at the next station as Pomorie and her friends exited the train and began to stumble around as they were very tired. A golf cart pulled up as it had multiple seats.

"You three need a room?" The driver asked as he wanted to escort the tired girls to a hotel room.

"Yes, we're exhausted." Pomorie responded as she yawned. The man offered to let the sleepy girls on as Pomorie and her friends stumbled onto the golf cart and laid their heads back. Seeing how tired they are, the driver drove them to a nearby hotel where the girls could get a good night's rest. Once getting there, the girls stumbled into the hotel room as the attendant looked at the tired girls.

"You three need a room. Come on, as many of the students will need their rest." She said as she was giving them a free night as they were just going to stay until the morning where they could go back. They stumbled along as Pomorie and her friends went to the room and she opened it. The room was basic with two beds and a bathroom. But for Pomorie and her friends, it didn't matter, it meant that they could go to sleep. Pomorie stumbled into her bed as her friends did the same to their bed and within moments they were fast asleep.

They had so much fun that night that they had been worn out.

[A/N]: This chapter took a lot longer than I had anticipated but I wanted to give the characters a bit of flavor despite the fact I wanted to focus on Pomorie and her friends as they were enjoying the fun of the night. The last chapter will hopefully be published within a few days as it will clean up a few loose ends, give a bit of a prologue and I will give the trivia and the references in this story. I will see you then. Goodbye.
