The ships tore each other apart. Tuffnut watched in a morbid fascination as one Trireme got torn in half by a well-placed flaming cannonball, but was the black ships that scared him the most, and even through the distance their gleaming hulls winked at him as though they knew it. Tuffnut suddenly flew out of his shock, he needed to warn Stoick. As he turned and ran back into the dark forest, the fight behind him drifted towards Berk.

Ruffnut was right behind Tuffnut, she knew it. Just a little burst of speed here and there, and she would be able to follow him without getting caught, or worse, lost. She reached a small clearing the forest. Every direction was covered by trees, plants, moss, and whatever else was green. Where did you go Tuff? She peered around until she saw it. It was a small path, hardly enough to be called a path really. There were fewer fallen leaves there, and the grass was parted about a stone's length apart. The branches leaned slightly away, as if an idiotic twin came through quite often.

She followed the trail of broken branches, crushed leaves, and smashed grass till she reached a smooth wall of rock. What in the Thor? She inched around it. Tuffnut visits a giant boulder in the night? Maybe she had followed the path wrong, but as she turned around to retrace her steps, the moonlight illuminated a small opening, reflecting off a familiar looking shield.

Hiccup's head hurt. Actually, everything hurt. Like inside and outside. Did Snotlout beat him again? Or maybe he fell off Toothless? Wait, that didn't make sense, Toothless was Chaos. Why was he riding Chaos? That didn't make sense either. Hiccup would have probably stayed dazed and confused for a while more if it hadn't been for Toothless.

"Hiccup! Hello? How are you feeling?" The concern in Toothless's voice was a familiar sound to Hiccup's ears, and he started to regain some control of his thoughts.

"What happened?" He asked mentally, his head throbbing with the effort. Toothless told him some of the vague details, but as he sensed Hiccup's confusion, he backpedaled. "You don't remember anything?" Toothless asked. "Nothing." Hiccup confirmed.

Toothless told him about him summoning chaos, and the glimpses of dreams that he had seen over the past few days. Toothless also told him about Obsidian's attack, and how afterwards Hiccup had fainted.

"Its been three days?" Hiccup said, shocked. He could sense the restlessness inside of Toothless. He was afterall a dragon who was trapped inside of an unconscious body. Hiccup slowly got up, taking care not to strain his body too much. That was when he saw the black lines enveloping his entire arm.

Short chapter, really a wap-up chapter to start writing/updating more daily now.
