"You were right, Ali," Bella says, throwing herself onto the sofa beside us. I glance up at her, as does Alice. "The bidet rocks."

Alice lights up. "Isn't it awesome? It's so much cleaner!" They are off, talking about the bidet and the wonderful features it boasts. I turn my attention back to the TV. I'm sick of watching shows, though, and now that Alice is fully distracted and not watching anymore, I flick the TV off. I lean over, pressing a kiss to Alice's cheek before I get up and head out toward the yard.

Emmett and Edward stand out there, both drinking beers as they stare at Emmett's new planters. I stop for a beer myself before I join them in the yard.

"Hey," I say, joining them.

They murmur the greeting back. "We were just talking about my cold garden," Emmett says, sounding proud. I glance over at the flower beds.

"Does your garden include plants for safe sex?" I ask, bringing the beer to my mouth. Emmett frowns, looking at me.

"What?"

I nod toward one planter bed. Condom foils have been affixed to every leaf in the garden bed, and as soon as Edward notices it, he doubles over laughing. I can't help joining him as Emmett swears, heading over to the garden to gently extract the condoms from his precious plants. He can't get them off, and it occurs to all of us at the same time they have been super glued on.

"Dammit, Bella!" Emmett shouts toward the house. "This means war!"

Edward and I can barely breathe as Emmett fusses over the plants.

Not sure if I clarified this before but a cold garden is really just a garden with cold care plants. Like a medicinal garden. I have one so I imagine Emmett grows the same plants: yarrow, calendula, echinacea, catnip, lemon balm, peppermint, feverfew, ginger, and fennel. So many plants will aid you in health against colds but these are the ones in my garden.

See you loves tomorrow!
