I was reminded yesterday because I keep forgetting to include these in my plant lists, that Dandelions are a wonderful plant. Actually, most weeds are! If cleavers grows in your area? Magic! Plantain? ACTUAL MAGIC! So many uses for local plants and if you want to nerd out with me about their uses, I'm so down. I just spent the weekend at a master class in herbalism and I love talking about it!

Day 19: April 1, 2020

We're all heading to bed a little early, being a little drunk and most of us tired from the constant pranks Emmett has unleashed on the house. Bella has been the recipient of most of the pranks, but we've each gotten a few.

I go to brush my teeth, and when I come out of the bathroom, I spot Emmett down the hall.

"What the hell are you doing?" He's loitering outside of Bella's room like a fucking perv.

"Nothing," he says, glancing at me. I frown.

"Are you trying to listen to them have sex?" like he fucking needs to be outside her door to hear those howler monkeys.

He opens his mouth to answer when an ear-splitting shriek comes from behind Bella's door. Seconds later, Bella comes running out in Edward's shirt and not a whole lot else.

"Emmett fucking McCarty, you are a dead man!" She screams at the top of her lungs. I can see Edward on her bed, howling with silent laughter as Bella throws a handful of somethings at Emmett's chest. He's nearly doubled over laughing himself, and Bella is making such a fucking scene, even Alice and Jasper have come out of their room.

"What?" Jasper asks, pushing up his glasses. Bella is nearly purple with her rage.

"Watch your fucking back!" she screams before slamming her bedroom door. Emmett falls to the hallway floor, howling with laughter. Alice looks at me, but I shrug. We all look back at Emmett, who is laughing so hard, he can't speak. Instead, he holds up a giant rubber spider.

So being afraid of spiders myself, I can tell you if someone had filled my bed with fake tarantulas, I'd lose my mind. Thankfully, this Bella is made up of maybe some stronger stuff than I am. ;)
