By Monday night Kingsley floo called Hermione and Charlie telling them they didn't decide yet and that the court will gather the next day to discuss it further. They were disappointed but still hopeful.

"At least there talking about it and not just shutting it down." Charlie said as they stood up from the fireplace and poured them a glass of fire whiskey.

"I know." She took the glass and sipped it before sitting down on the sofa. "Maybe we didn't put in enough evidence, not enough information."

"Hermione we did everything we could. Now is the hard part, waiting."

"Yeah." She said softly her mind already drifting of. "It just with this and with the reserve in Wales, we are sort of in limbo you know. I almost told it to Fred yesterday."

"I almost spilled the beans to George too. Thank Merlin you whispered something dirty to Fred that moment because it was the perfect distraction." He grinned at her and she blushed. "What did you say to my brother that it made him shut up?"

"I'm not telling you!" Her eyes went wide.

"That dirty hé?"

Hermione chucked a pillow at his head as he laughed.

"Come on let's go do our night rounds before heading to bed." He was still laughing as he pulled her up and handed her coat.

"Charlie?" Hermione asked as they walked on the dimly lit pathway, the full moon shining down on them. They silent breathing from different dragons filled the air as they slept.

"Yes?" He looked away from the enclosure he was glancing in.

"I just wanted to thank you."

"For what?"

"For the opportunity to work here. Even tough I miss home and our family." Charlie smiled as she called his family, ours. "It really opened my eyes and I really love working here and working with you." She stopped walking and turned to him. "I just wanted to tell you in case Wales falls through."

Charlie pulled her close and wrapped her in a tight hug.

"I love working with you too. I learned so much from you and we've become even more close than before. I'll miss you if you go back home."

"I'll miss you too." She murmured in his chest.

"But let's not dwell on this." He pulled her back on her shoulders looking in her eyes. "Nothing is decided. By this time next week we will know."

She nodded and turned started walking backon the pathway.

"So you decided?"

"Decided?" She looked at him frowning in confusion.

"If Wales won't happen, you would be going back home at the end of the year."

"I don't know." She sighed. "You know I love it here."

"But Fred."

"Not only Fred but yeah. I never felt like this for anyone before." She said looking down, twirling with her necklace. Charlie dropped his arm over her shoulders.

"And believe me when I tell you Fred hasn't either. I've never seen him like this. His head over hills with you."

Hermione smiled to herself as Charlie told her this. He squeezed her shoulders and looked down.

"Come on." He turned them. "Let's get back to the cabin, it's getting late."

Hermione's day had been so busy she didn't even think about the court meeting. A dragon broke loose from it's enclosure causing havoc in the reserve. It took more than three hours to get him back in but that was enough time to send the infirmary into over drive. Every bed was filled and Hermione worked until late at night to get everyone healed and sent home to rest. The last one on the bed was Charlie, who had a broken arm and several gashes around his torso. He sat on the bed bare chested covered in blood.

"Do you want me to call your mum?"

"No Mione. She would worry to much." Where heard she thought that before? She thought to herself smiling, definitely a family trait.

"Fine. Let's patch you up then. I'll start with the bleeding, you drink this." She handed him a vial that he quickly poured down his throat. She smiled at the thought of the blind trust everyone had in her. She murmured spells as she circled her wand over his torso. The bleeding stopped and the gashes started to close.

"You'll need to take that potion for three days to fully heal those wounds so they don't leave scars."

"I thought women liked scars." He grinned at Hermione who was already working on his broken arm. She rolled her eyes at him as his arm healed in a pop.

"You're a miracle worker." He sighed as he dropped his head on the pillow.

"Do you need a pain reliever?" She asked but before he could answer the door burst open. Hermione whipped her head around and saw Kingsley storming in.

"Kingsley?"

"Is everything alright?" The minister asked worried.

"It is now." Hermione looked back at Charlie. "A dragon got out of it's enclosure, hurt a lot of people."

"Hermione here healed everyone right up." Charlie smiled at her as he pushed himself up. "What are you doing here?"

"I've been trying to floo call you for the last two hours. It's almost ten at night, I thought something might have happened so a came over. And something obviously did."

Hermione sat down on the bed next to Charlie who shoved up a bit to give her room. Hermione summoned at chair from the other side of the room for Kingsley.

"Do you have any news?"

"Yes." Kingsley face lit up. "They voted in favor of the motion."

Charlie and Hermione yelled out happily before hugging each other.

"It took some convincing but the Minister showed up this afternoon and told them what he saw here when he visited on Saturday."

"Never would have expected that." Charlie's mouth fell open.

"You two left quiet an impression. Not only on the Romanian minister." He added excitingly.

"What do you mean?" Hermione asked confused.

"You're work here and that you two almost single-handedly turned the law around not only in France but here in Romania reached the ears of some very important people in London. The reserve in Wales has been approved!" Hermione's eyes went wide and she heard Charlie gasp next to her. "They got together this evening after they heard the news of the motion passing."

"You're not messing us around are you?" Charlie asked still in shock.

"I'll never joke about something like this!" Hermione leaped forward and wrapped her arms around the minister of magic who smiled down at her. Hermione pulled back and turned to Charlie smiling wide.

"Charlie! I can't believe it." Tears started to fall down her cheeks. Charlie got up and walked over to her enveloping her in his strong arms. Holding her tight as they both took in the news.

"What do we need to do? Do we need to help get the reserve ready?" Charlie asked after a few minutes over Hermione's head to Kingsley. Hermione slowly parted and sat back on the bed whipping away her happy tears.

"You have time to sort everything out here. If it's possible I want you two to come to the reserve the second week of December. So we can get everything ready. We already have some papers worked up to get some dragons flown over from here and a couple of overcrowded reserves across Europe."

"From here?" Charlie asked surprised.

"Mainly the small ones. The native ones will stay here of course. We have at least four grown dragons, three small ones and a couple of eggs that we had confiscated from several traffickers in the UK."

"Oh wow!" Hermione gasped.

"Do you have the plans for the reserve?" Kingsley nodded. "Can you send them over? Than we can look them over and start planning to see what has to be done."

"I'll send them over as soon as I get home. Together with a list of possible employees."

"We get to chose the employees?" Hermione looked surprised.

"I don't trust anyone better than you two to chose the right people." Kingsley rose from his seat.

"I'll better get going it's almost 11.30. I'll send over the paperwork and I'll talk to you both soon."

Kingsley waved and disappeared with a pop.

Charlie dropped down next to Hermione both blown away of what the day brought.

"I need a drink."

Hermione laughed at Charlie. "Me too. Let's go."

Hermione and Charlie sat on the sofa drinking fire whiskey as they tried to calm down from the events of the last couple of hours. Hermione summoned her phone and quickly send a text to Fred telling him she will call tomorrow as she just got home from work. He texted right back that he'll call tomorrow. She sighed happy and dropped the phone next to her.

"Fred?" Charlie asked.

"Yeah, just told him I'll talk to him tomorrow." She turned her head that was leaning on the back of the sofa to Charlie. "What and when are we going to tell everyone?"

"Was thinking about that too." Charlie watched the flames in the fireplace before turning to her. "Let's wait until we have all the information from Kingsley and until we have a plan."

Hermione nodded her head as she leaned forward.

"I was thinking the same thing. We could wait until Neville's wedding. We are both going to be at the burrow for a few days before the wedding we can tell everyone then."

"I think that will work." Charlie agreed. "What about Fred and George? Because you know once you tell Fred, George will know. Even if Fred didn't tell him, he would certainly notice his mood change."

"You're right." She chuckled while Charlie grinned. "I want to tell him in person and I don't want him to mad that I told the whole family before I told him."

"He'll never be mad at you about that maybe a little grumpy but never mad. But I agree, I think you should tell him beforehand."

"Ok so I'll tell Fred.. and George." She smiled. "The day we arrive and tell the family together at the first family dinner."

"Great. We better let Kingsley know he has to keep his mouth shut for now."

Hermione's hand flew to her mouth. "You're right! If he bumps into Harry or Ron tomorrow." She jumped up and walked to the desk in the corner quickly scribbling down a note as she whistled. Apollo came flying out of her room and landed on her shoulder. He hooted softly as she stroked his head.

"This needs to get to Kingsley." She said as she tied the letter to his leg. He nibbled her finger and flew out the window into the night. Hermione watched her owl fly away until he was out of sight before dropping back down to Charlie.

"Now that's been taking care of we can start planning tomorrow." Charlie said as he looked out the window.

"Can't wait." She smiled as she rested her head on his shoulder.
