The Gods of olympus were having their winter soltice gathering as per usual when suddenly Hera Queen of Olympus gasp out in pain and suddenly started crying from the pain, the other Gods were on high alert and were worried. The moment her tears touch the floors a bright light appeared and after that a glowing baby was on the floor.
Hera and the others gasp, a new god!
Then suddenly the fates appeared, "Hely God of magic, desire,children,family, swordmanship and beauty. Son of Hera and the 13th olympian." Then they dissapeared.
Hera went off her throne and took her son in her arms, looking at him with a smile on her face. "Welcome to the world son".
He had beautiful blue eyes and his hair was black like his mother. His lips was plump and pink. He looked up at his mother and cooed at her.
The other olympians went down their thrones to see the new Olympians!
" So he is my new little brother huh, swordmanship was it? Perhaps i will have fun sparing with him when he grows up?" said Ares the god of war.
"He is so cute, and i wonder how handsome he will grow up to be if he is the God of beauty huh" said Aphrodite the God of love. " I will be taking this boy's virginity hehehe" she though. As usual Aphrodite was a sex loving woman.
"Congratulations Hera" said Poseidon.
" He looks just like you dear" said Zeus with a smile.
"Now now I will be going to my place to spend time with my boy. You lot should go now." Hera teleported to her chambers. She laid down on her bed and put the baby beside her. "God of family huh, does that mean that unlike my other children you will always be there for me? My dear Hely." She kissed him on his forehead and watched him drift to sleep.
Hely was different from the other gods while growing up. Compared to them who grew up to adulthood in a matter of weeks or months. He grew up like a normal human baby would. Hera and the others were worried and they consulted many who might have an answer. Goddess Hecate speculated that the boy as the god of children and family most likely could sense Hera's wish to be a mother for longer than just a few weeks or months so with magic and his will he most likely is gonna grow up like a human would.
They all had accepted this explanation and Hera was glad that she will have her son as a child for years.
Centuries later..
The greeks would love and worship the 13th Olympians, especially the women. He was a beautiful man and with his magic he helped the sick during the greece era. He usually would be the protector of children and he had a high affection for the priestesses of his temples. The first 10 who built his first temple and declared themselves his Holy priestesses as they were pure in body and soul were blessed by him. They were granted immortality upon death and to this day they serve as his concubines and mothers of his numerous minor gods children. They were compared to Apollo's 9 muses but they were called the "Ten blessed of Hely". They inherited his talents in swordmanship and talent in all magical art like him.
There would be many legends about him and songs and even books and plays about him. Most of them would be romantic histories and songs. He was known to be a romantic and faithful God. Once he would fall in love with a female mortal he would love her and only her until the end of her days. He was praised often for his faithfulness.
But he was not just a romantic prince charming. He had other legends depicting his prowess as a warrior. From his fights against legendary monsters to fighting armies. His magical abilities like Hecate were legendary. There was even some legends that depicted Hecate as his lover of 500 years but then they broke up. No one knew of the reason. His swordsmanship was unrivalled too and it is said that he would teach some legendary generals personally when he was bored.
It is also stated that he disliked Zeus children as they were the proof of Zeus yet again cheating on his mother. He would play pranks on them, sometimes turning them into frogs or pigs for fun but he would not be too cruel by killing them.
There was also one of his most famous story where Zeus and him fancied the same woman. It nearly escalated into a fight that could have killed millions. Hely was a powerful God and his domain over magic and swordsmanship meant that Zeus could not scare him with his thunder or even think of hurting him as that would have angered Hera. It was no secret that Hely was the apple of her eyes and she was very protective of him. The story ended with the woman choosing Hely leaving Zeus to sulk for a few weeks until the horny God saw somebody else that caught his eye and forgot about the woman totally.
He would really fall in love or father demigod children as often as the other male gods though. Most of the time he would spend centuries travelling the world with his ten concubines as they would always be his favourites.
That is why whenever he fell in love between centuries it would become worthy of songs and legends. For it was a rare occasion.
When the roman invaded Greece and the flames went to Rome, he got his roman aspect. As a mockery of their Greece's God of beauty they decided to change his likeness to that of a beautiful woman and began building statues and temples for him. The collective minds of romans that began seeing him as a woman over the years slowly turn his roman aspect as that of a beautiful woman. She would be called Belleza by the romans, the Goddess of beauty and women. He was pissed at the romans for what they did to him as back then he could no longer change form nor the other gods could to. They stayed in their roman aspect until the roman empire was over. For centuries Hely was a woman. As a woman she had to be wary of males as her beauty could drive some to do terrible things to her. She would wear a veil in public,none allowed to see her face.
Her priestesses would be her only lovers during this time period. As she was not attracted to men, sadly once she was kidnapped by a Titan. She was saved in the nick of time by Artemis and her huntress just when her clothes were teared from her body and she was about to be defiled. Ever since then Artemis and her had been friends. She would blessed the Huntress who saved her and she would spent decades going around with Artemis and her huntress. There would be many rumours and legends among the mortals because of this. They would say that Bezella and Venus were lovers throughout their adventures together.
The romans would depict her through beautiful portraits and sing of her beauty in songs. Her and Aphrodite were the two most beautiful Goddesses of the romans.
Another popular story is the story where she was cursed by a jealous primordial Goddess and fall into a slumber. The only way to wake her up was through going through a Quest that the primordial Goddess would give. A certain Demigod of Apollo would go on a quest for her, defeating enemies after enemies and getting the artifact the goddess wanted. Finally Belleza woke up. It is said that while she was through the slumber she was being tortured by nightmares after nightmares. Upon thanking the young hero that saved her she told him that she would grant one wish of his as a reward and thanks for saving her.
The man had told her that he wants to marry her and take her as his wife. He was a young prince. She had hesitated but finally she decided to grant him this wish, telling herself that if the relationship does not work she could go away anytime she wants. But to her surprise after spending time being courted by the handsome man she could not help but fall in love with him.
They proceeded a few years later to marry. He would become a great king and her a great Queen. She would bear him three children. And they would lead a happy life until he died of old age. It is said that after her one and only husband died, the only man she had and will ever loved she never took a male lover or slept with one ever again. Saying that even in his death she would stay loyal to her oath to her husbamd and would never sully his memory by letting another man touch her. To this day no one knows the man's name nor which kingdom he ruled. It would never be revealed.
When the flame went to the west. The gods could finally control their aspect again and Hely turned back to a man again. It is said that she said that no man would ever see her female form again in memory of her dead husband she decided it would be the best choice as she did not want other men to lust over her. She would appear as a woman only to other Goddesses and the Amazons and Huntress of Artemis.
In America he would not take any mortal human as lovers and would spend most of his time with his priestesses. It was a new continent and they would travel from city to city and venture in this new world.
He would take pity on barren women and would blessed them with his child through the use of magic. Those demigods would be born out of magic and not of intercourse. His behaviour had changed greatly after his husband died and apart from his priestesses he would not sleep with any other women for centuries.
A lot of times later world war 2 happened. A war between the demigod children of the Big three. After that disastrous event they decided to no longer have any children with mortal, an agreement was made between the three of them.
But obviously such an agreement would be broken one day. And everything will start when a lightning bolt is stolen and Zeus start pointing fingers at poseidon and his kid. A certain Perceus Jackson.
