Very short ficlet or quadrabble I wrote in response to the challenge prompt: cake. NB: All of my stories stem from the OT but are tagged as AU, as the present "official canon" (depicting events after RotJ) is revolting to me and I reject it with all of my heart.

In year 34BBY, a violent coup leaves but two surviving heirs of the Clan Kryze. Satine flees under the protection of Jedi, and Bo-Katan declares allegiance to the new government. A sprawling story of love and hate: of that which sparks between two young idealists who cannot seem to understand each other, between Master and growing Padawan, and between two sisters separated by war.

When Satine sends a message to Obi-Wan, begging for his help, there was no way he would abandon her. But what if instead of leaving without approval, he took an even bigger risk?
