This is Just a One-Shot idea. Pro Heroes from all Over Tokyo has been seeing a certain green haired 8 year old child writing something in his notebooks while watching their fights with awe. They take notice of the fact that the child is always present at every hero fights whether if it is daytime or nighttime and they want to figure out who that child is.
