Chapter Twenty

Ambush

"Shit, mother of all fucks and shits and god damns idiots who think its okay to just up and disappear on me like this." Harry growled as he flicked the elder wand around, trying to get the damn thing to track down Sirius and Remus.

The two had been missing for a while now, almost a full week, and there had been no signs of them anywhere. Not even using the Elder Wand could give him a definitive location. All it did was take him to some random place in the middle of the ocean where there was nothing. Absolutely nothing was located in that area and it was starting to piss him off whenever the stupid wand drifted him towards that area.

It didn't help that he had finally caught wind of the werewolves dying in the area of unnatural causes.

Reborn had been the one to bring it to his attention. Between him and the other two Arcobaleno that had been looking into the deaths littering the town, it had finally unraveled what was happening to the people in the small town.

Or, the werewolf community. They had taken refuge here due to the youngest Hibari in town protecting those in his territory with a ferocity that scared even wizards. Though, from what he's seen so far, something had changed and so drastically that they ignored the Hibari threat entirely.

Something was occurring here that Harry didn't know about and it was going to come and bite him back in the butt. With this affecting the werewolf community, he already knew he would be sucked into the situation. He normally was when some sort of mystery popped up in his vicinity.

It didn't help that it would put the pup into danger as well. Tsuna hadn't a clue of what was going on at the moment, which he was hoping to prolong. The child didn't need to get involved in this just yet, especially something so cruel and vicious concerning the burning of werewolves and the forced transformations.

It would only give the boy nightmares.

He'd also have to stay close by to make sure that whatever was going at the moment wouldn't touch the boy. He was in danger just by being in Namimori at the moment and it made Harry want to move the boy out of the town, maybe even the country, to make sure he was safe.

Either way, he'd just have to work to keep the pup safe.

While he did that though…

"WHY DOES IT KEEP TAKING ME BACK TO THE MIDDLE OF THE FUCKING OCEAN!" He screamed as he held his hands up, twitching, as if they wanted to strangle something.

"Hmm, it could be like Mafia Island, Kora." Colonello spoke as he held his chin in his hand. "It's constantly on the move and is never in the same place, so it's not mapped anywhere."

"True. Though I wonder what could be moving around in the middle of the ocean if it's something similar to Mafia Island." Lal stated as she pulled out her phone, getting a hold of a few of her contacts, to see if maybe there were more moving islands that they weren't aware of.

"That's right, Mafia Island." Harry murmured to himself. He had never seen the moving island himself, but he had heard about it. The mafia world was full of things he had never seen nor heard of before he had entered it. It was a lot like the wizarding world in that way.

He blinked as he looked at the map once more, wondering how dimwitted he could be.

"It's not mafia related, it's wizarding related." He said as he pointed the tip of his wand at the map, right where the elder wand was continually leading him to. "The reason why I keep being led here, is because there's an island here, hidden by magic."

"Much like Hogwarts." Lal stated with a nod, understanding instantly hitting her. "So, what do we need to be able to find this hidden away island?" much like the passwords for Diagon Alley and several of the portraits in Hogwarts, she was sure there was a need for this island.

Harry stood there and glared at the map for a long moment as he tried to figure out what to do. The magical world and rift with lots of different mysteries and sometimes it was so convoluted that it drove him mad. He needed to find out more about the Japanese magical government and how it was world and all the hidden worlds contained within. It would mean he would have to get into the Japanese hidden world and find a library or something equivalent.

He huffed as he held his wand over the map once more. "Point me Japan Wizarding Market." He had no clue what they called their version of Diagon Alley but he hoped that this would work, especially if he used the Elder Wand.

Lucky for him, it led him to an area in Tokyo. It would take a hot second to get to where he needed via apparition, but hopefully he'd be able to make it without too much trouble. "Alright, I'm gonna head to Tokyo, I'll hopefully be back within a couple of days. I need you guys to keep an eye on everyone else, especially Reborn and Tsuna. Those two are targets of whatever is going on." He explained as he turned to look at the present Arcobaleno.

"You got it, Kora! We'll keep them safe!" The blonde gave a thumbs up to the wizard. "We aren't the best in the world for nothing after all!"

"Tch, shut it you idiot." Lal slammed a hand onto his head before nodding towards the wizard. "We got it covered here. Figure out what we're up against so we can stop whatever is going on here."

Harry nodded and then turned, disappearing with a sharp crack.

The world of Britain's Magical World was cooky and old world style, having very little change in the modern world. That was something he knew when he was first introduced to the place.

The Japanese world was completely different.

It was much more modern and had the same bright lights as Muggle Tokyo. Fairy lights and burst of magical fires lit the entire place up, bringing attention to different stores and shops around him. He could even see several different people waving in front of their stores with samples or flyers to hand out, wearing all sorts of outfits and costumes.

It made Harry smile as he looked around, taking in the different feeling of Magical Tokyo. It was more abound with magic and sights, more crowded with people that were whispering in excitement and joy. It didn't feel as depressed or oppressed like Britain was. It was a joy to be there.

He smiled at the atmosphere before shaking his head and looking around. He needed to find a library or a book store. Those would have the books he would need to research Japan's Magical culture and location. "Hmm, where would I be if I was a book store?" he hummed to himself as he began to walk around, watching as the kanji and hiragana changed into English around him. He was forever thankful for the fact that he had learned that translation spell.

He looked around at the signs and watched each sign closely. None of them really pointed towards being a bookstore, making his ire start to rise at the moment. It was rather annoying at the moment as he was in a hurry. He had to figure out what was going on before something happened to his pup and then find the rest of his pack. He had just been reunited with Sirius and Remus, he didn't want to lose them again.

In the end, he turned towards one of the workers holding a samples tray. They were helpful enough to point him in the direction he needed and soon he was entering a sleek looking store front that had a picture of books piled haphazardly on top of each other. Harry could only sigh in relief when he entered the store before gaping.

It had to have an expansion charm on the inside, because the place was almost as large as the great hall at Hogwarts, if not bigger. Shelves upon shelves rose up high, touching the ceiling of the store in what seemed over three to four stories. "Oh my merlin, this might be harder than I had anticipated." He grumbled as he looked around, looking for signs to follow. There had to be sections for where he was looking for his information.

Only, he wasn't sure exactly what he was looking for.

"Alright, find an attendant." He mumbled to himself as he wondered to the front, wondering if this was going to take forever and a half. "Excuse me, ma'am, can you point me in the direction of books that contain information on Magical areas in Japan?" He questioned the front desk clerk.

She looked at him with a raised brow, looking him over with a tilted head. "Yes, got to the far left that way, then you'll take a right and got about twenty three yards down that row before taking another left. That will be the row with the books with Japan's magical locations. If you need any more help, just give a holler." With that, she went back to her book, adjusting her glasses to better sit on her nose.

Harry wasted no time, following the directions quickly, locating the section that he needed. Books filled with maps and guides sat in front of him, but he ignored all but the ones about islands in Japan. "Now, to find what that hidden island is about." He grumbled as he pulled a book down and began to flip through it.

She was running out of time. They were going to be there for her child at any time now. She had gone through all the werewolves that were in the town that excluded her son's pack. None of the antidotes had fully worked but the latest one held the beast at bay for a solid twenty four hours. It would leave her son human long enough to pass the test that the Aurors were going to perform to verify her son as a werewolf.

She sighed as she stirred the crimson potion, watching for it to begin slowly changing colors. It had to be a certain colored ebony for it to be of use. If she got the shade off just a little too much, then she was going to end up killing her son. With the way she had based her cure off of the Wolfsbane potion, she had a very small chance at succeeding. She had come close with the last werewolf she had done this to, it having held together for almost five hours before finally combusting and being torn apart by the beast inside. She had to set the body on fire to hide it from the Maho Janais in the area. Though she hadn't bothered to actually hide the results.

She felt it had been a great threat for the others and to push them out of hiding. She could have tracked them down, but the threat of death had always been a great motivator to get them to run from their holes like the vermin they were.

It didn't help that she apparently had to hide it from that Potter boy and Reborn, who was a mafia hitman. She was sure that either of them could figure it out if they had enough time, but so far, neither had. It must've been pure luck on her end, she was sure, because she knew how powerful and intelligent both were.

Either way, she just needed to finish this and then make sure her son drank it before the Aurors arrived. If they got there before she finished, he would be taken and she would never see him again. Killed cruelly with all the other werewolves on that damned island. An island created back when she was just a teen that had been attacked by a werewolf.

Her father had always been protective but now it was coming back to bite her in the ass.

She huffed as she narrowed her eyes, watching the crimson begin to slowly fade in a dark ebony. One more half stir.

It was done! Finally, she could save her son from the fate that awaited him.

She smiled as she bottled the potion, staring at it happily. This would save her son and then, perhaps, she could continue on with her merry image of a muggle wife hidden away from all the dangers that a Mafia man could bring to her.

VC

"Oh man! That was brutal Reborn!" Tsuna whined as he collapsed on the ground, huffing out tiredly. They had just gotten back to his house, but he hadn't wanted to go inside just yet, so he had decided that the grass just in front of his house was a good place to rest.

"You need to get stronger, in both your wolf form and your human form. Not to mention the use of your flames must be mastered as well." He explained with a eye roll, knowing that his student was just annoyed at the workout. It hadn't been one of the harder ones, but it had been grueling and extensive enough to wear him out. "Don't be a baby about it or I'll make tomorrow's training even worse."

The teen huffed at that but kept his mouth shut, he knew the threat was true and wasn't about to make it a promise. He was an idiot sometimes but he was not suicidal. "I need a shower." He grumbled as he slowly stood up, groaning as his body gave a full throb and ache. He hurt but it was one of those satisfying aches that spoke of a good work out.

"Ah, there you boys are!" Tsuna blinked as his intuition flared that something was right as his mother appeared from the house. He looked around with a frown as he tried to figure out what it was. He couldn't see anything that was off and even Reborn seemed completely relaxed. If there was something truly nefarious nearby, then Reborn would give some sort of indication. "I have lemonade for the two of you!" Nana cheered as she walked up to the two, holding said glasses of cool looking lemonade. Each had a lemon edge on the edge though Tsuna's didn't have ice in it since he hated the cold clinking against his teeth like little icebergs.

"Oh, thanks mom." Tsuna smiled as he took the cup, shuddering as his intuition flared with the glass in his hand. He looked at it with a furrowed brow, trying to figure out why a simple glass of lemonade made his senses flare in danger. He huffed as he took a gulp from the glass, ignoring the pulse of danger as he continued to drink. There was probably just a little too much sugar in the drink, as it was super sweet. Much more than normal and not something he preferred his lemonade to be, he was sure that was the reason why his intuition was alerting him to danger.

Since his flames had been completely unlocked, that had increased his Hyper Intuition to such a degree that it would go off if his Takoyaki wasn't completely cooked or he was about to stub his toe on a side table. Simple things like that that would just irritate him slightly or put him off. It was more annoying than it was helpful.

So he ignored the fact that his lemonade was just a tad too sweet and continued to drink it. "Thanks mom! I appreciate it! Reborn had me working hard today." He informed her with a sunny smile.

Only for it to disappear as the empty glass fell from his hands and he dropped to his knees, head hitting the ground, clutching at his chest as drool began to dribble from his wide open mouth, a silent scream ripping from him.

His entire being screamed as it seemed to fall apart at the same time. Something was wrong, so very wrong, and his entire body throbbed with it. He was being torn asunder and he could feel it falling apart.

All he could feel was pain.

VC

"Tsuna!" Reborn yelled as he fell onto a knee next to the teen, summoning his sun flames as he tried to figure out what was happening with his partner and student.

He could see the teen's flames flaring at his forehead and dying, as well as his hair lengthening into the wild mane it was when he summoned up his wolf side partially. He could also tell that whatever it was, it was nothing but painful as the teen's muscles clenched and spasmed as if he was having a seizure. He could even see foam falling onto the ground from where he knelt.

"Oh no, it seems it was a failure as well." Nana fell to her knees next to her son, worrying her lip as she pulled out a bottle from a pocket. "Damn it, I thought for sure this was the one." She dipped a finger into the bottle before reaching around and dabbed the potion at her son's mouth, even as he continued to convulse.

"What the fuck do you mean by that?" Reborn growled as he kept himself from attacking the Outside Advisor's wife. The woman looked at him as the convulsions seemed to slow slightly, thought Tsuna remained tense and locked in place.

"I was trying to make a werewolf cure to make sure my baby wasn't taken away." She explained as she dipped her finger again before reaching around and dabbing at the boy's mouth again. The potion was a crimson and he was very tempted to rip it from her hands. It was apparent that she had dosed the lemonade with the supposed 'cure' and was now feeding the boy something else.

He knew too little of the wizarding world to know what the potion was nor did.

"Fuck, you could've killed him!" He growled as he finally laid his glowing hands onto the teen and allowed his energy to flow into him. He nearly roared in rage as he realized the damage that had been wrought on the inside of the teen's body.

"That's what this potion is for." She explained as she reached forward and allowed some of the potion to dribble into the boy's slacked mouth. "it's a potion meant to flush toxins from the individual's body. I figured just in case something happened, I would use it to reverse what the potion was doing."

"You're lucky I'm here, otherwise, even with his ability to heal due to his werewolf side, he'd be dead." He hissed, continuing to feed his flames. They were healing the damage, but even with his help, Tsuna would remain weak and unable to move for some time. He'd probably have to take him to the hospital as well, with how bad off his partner would be.

"I was trying to save him!" Nana just about shouted but kept silent as she watched the hitman work on her son. "I don't have a lot of time left, they could be here at any time and take him from me."

That made Reborn frown and he went to ask exactly who was going to take Tsuna, but was stopped when the three of them were surrounded by seven men.

All held wands.

"You'll be coming with us now werewolves." One man wearing a red cloak stated with a stone cold face.

"You can't take my son!" Nana leapt to her feet, standing in front of the two with her own wand held out. "I won't allow it."

"You know the laws here in Japan witch, we'll be taking the two to the island for containment and extermination." It was obvious he was the head of the group, but Reborn wasn't sure exactly what was happening. He knew they had to wizards, most likely something akin to the Aurors in England. The problem here was, why were they going to take him and Tsuna. He knew it was because they were werewolves, but still. Was that really a reason to attack them like this? "Now, move or we'll be forced to stun you for your own protection."

They didn't even wait a single second, as soon as the head finished, a spell flew from the side and slammed into Maman, knocking her to the ground and out cold.

Reborn growled as he stood up, prepared to attack before they could hit the two werewolves and harm Tsuna further.

"Why are you attacking us? We haven't done anything to harm anyone here. Non wizard or wizard." He pulled his gun from its holster, glaring at the wizards all around him, even as he kept his stance over Tsuna. The teen was still too hurt to be able to take a spell easily, insides torn asunder from the potion, and even with his healing it was still a mess. It would take several healing sessions to fully heal the teen.

"Simple, you're a werewolf and all werewolves are to be exterminated to be sure the continued peace for Japan, magical or not." The head raised a brow at Reborn. "We've had more than one wizard attacked by you beasts before, it didn't matter if they survived or not, they were lost to the wizarding world completely. Maho Janais died instantly after being bitten and the population of Japan suffered for several years."

Reborn huffed as he glared at the man. "Japan's population has hardly been affected, as it has completely blown up for some time now. More Japanese people flee the country every year due to overcrowding and the lack of jobs as of late."

"That would be more towards the Maho Janais then the wizards. We've lost more wizards to werewolves then them, so we had to come up with a plan to save our own." He explained as he tilted his head to the side. "Either way, you've become a pest for our country, so we'll put you with the rest of the beasts to deal with."

Reborn ducked under a spell as he shot one of the Aurors down, ignoring the cries from his companions as he fired off several more shots, taking out two more in quick succession. The others managed to either shield or dodge his attacks. Three down, four to go. It would be easy enough.

Only, it wasn't when he felt Tsuna's entire body slide out from underneath him and into the arms of one of the Aurors.

That's about the time he loses control of an instinct he hadn't realized he had.

"GIVE HIM BACK!" He roared as he flipped around and stormed towards the wizard, intent on completely ripping the man apart limb by limb.

He could feel his entire body tremble with rage at the audacity of this man to dare take his mate. To lay hands on what belonged to the alpha. His fedora fell from his head, his hair lengthening a bit as his claws extended and his fangs poked pass his lips. He was going to rip that man apart, especially as he had yet to release Tsuna and bow in submission.

His sentence would be death.

He leapt towards the man, ready to destroy him with his claws, gun falling from his hand, only for it all to turn black.

VC

He had found a book that would give him the information he needed. Hidden Locations of Magical Japan. It was a simple book and gave him the information on the place and why it had been created and or hidden from sight.

The island that was in the location that the Elder Wand was constantly pointing to had a name and a history that he despised.

Okami wa Shinda. Where the Wolf Dies. An island that was created approximately twenty years ago after the Emperor's youngest daughter, Kumo Nana, was attacked by a werewolf while at school. Created to contain all captured werewolves and when the full moon came, after having been dosed with wolfsbane potion the week up to it, they would all be slaughtered without mercy.

It didn't matter if the werewolf was a child or a teenager from the school. They would be rounded up and sent to slaughter to keep the rest of the population safe.

Harry snarled at the book as he slammed the book back into the place and thought about the next full moon that was just a full day away. It would be there tomorrow night and he only had till then to get to Sirius and Remus before they were murdered by the Japanese Government. He'd also have to hit Namimori again and inform Reborn of the danger he and Tsuna were in.

Even though he was the greatest hitman in the world, that didn't mean he couldn't fall to his instincts or make mistakes. He was human, well, werewolf but same thing. Mistakes were in the human nature and Reborn could slip up, especially as he was still learning to control his senses and instincts. Things happened all the time.

Either way, he needed to leave and head out towards his cub and his mate quickly. Wasting time could end with both behind captured or worse.

He left the bookstore and moved to head towards an apparition point when a scent slammed into him. He leapt forward into a roll, growling as he twisted to stare into bright blue eyes and a rotten yellow smile. "Greyback." The growl was deep in his chest as he allowed some of his wolfen attributes to manifest. He couldn't risk holding back against this monster or else he could be seriously injured.

"Potter, bout time I tracked ya down." The man stated as he leaned forward, hands falling onto the blacktop, ready to pounce like a true wolf. "An omega, worthy to be bred by the strongest of Alphas. That's you Potter, so heel like the bitch you are and raise that ass high for me to use."

He sneered in disgust at the werewolf, his growl deepening as his anger took root in his heart. It was disgusting how much a werewolf could be led by their instincts, especially once such as Greyback. "I don't think so, not for a weak alpha like you." He gave a snarl of a smile as he watched the alpha rear back in insult before leaping towards the other wolf.

Harry didn't waste time as he leapt to the side, swiping claws at the beast and drawing blood. Greyback may be powerful for a wizarding werewolf, but it was nothing compared to a dying will werewolf. He could move quicker and easer as he wasn't constantly in a battle for his body with his wolf and his flames were powering all of his body, not just the parts he directed it to like he had to with his magic.

He wasn't held back an inch as he leapt forward, slamming his fist into the other's side, ripping it open and allowing the blood to spray around him. "Fucking omega, should be lowering itself to the ground to any Alpha with enough strength." Greyback snarled as he huffed, a musky scent raising off of him, swirling together with the one of blood. "Any omega would be proud to be bred by me, the strongest werewolf of England!"

"Except I'm not any omega." Harry spat as he ducked underneath a swipe of claws, dodging to the right as the other set came from above to try and pin him by his neck. "I'm the one who defeated Voldemort and I bow only to one man." He wasted no time as he managed to run underneath Greyback's larger form, slashing at his neck and ripping it open. He ignored the warm splash of blood as he looked up into shocked eyes. "Did you really think that I would bow to the likes of you, a weak and puny alpha with no real strength?"

Greyback gurgled as his back slackened, the black haired werewolf stepping backwards so that the beast's body wouldn't fall on top of him. He watched as the once upon werewolf toppled fully over and soon stopped moving altogether.

He sighed as he released his wolfen form and looked around at the surrounding Aurors, all pointing their wands at the Boy who Lived. "So, I just took care of a dangerous criminal, do I get a thank you or are you just going to continue to hold those wands at me?" He questioned as he watched them closely, his own wand appearing in his hand, already erecting a shield to protect against any spells. "Or, are you here for something else?"

"Our laws are clear when it comes to werewolves." One Auror stated as he stepped forward. "Savior of one country or not, once you stepped within our boarders, you were bound by our laws."

Harry tilted his head to the side as he took the information in. "Even if it means beginning a war with England? You would risk killing a werewolf, no matter the consequences of who they were?" If that was true, then he truly was worried for Tsuna, especially if they didn't realize who he was and what connection he held to their magical Emperor. The Imperial Family of Japan was rather tight knit and would do anything for family, even for those who had ran away and hid from them.

He didn't think these Aurors realized the danger they were inviting by doing this indiscriminately. He wondered what would happen to them once the royals realized what had occurred, especially if Harry was too late to get to Tsuna.

"We are bound by the Emperor and his rule. We do not question his leading or his laws." Was spat at him from another Auror. "We just make sure to round up all you beasts and then put you down permanently. Not like you offer society anything but trouble."

That made Harry frown as he looked at the wizard. "Seems that there is prejudice here in Japan, just like England." He sighed as he shook his head. "Seems like I just need to get out of here before you try anything then. Well, thanks for the chat and you're welcome for this piece of shit's death." He kicked Greyback's body before twisting and disappearing with a sharp crack.

Silence.

"How'd he break through the wards?"

"Harry Bloody Potter, that's how."

VC

Harry stared at the front yard of the Namimori house, a growl deep in his throat as he took in the multiple scents. Seven scents of unknown, Nana's, Reborn's and Tsuna's.

Nana's scent was full of desperation and fear. Filled to the brim that it soaked most of the yard but was overpowered by the other scents that were clogging up the yard.

The seven he didn't know were full of determination and fear, most likely from Reborn.

Who smelt of anger and possessiveness, a grave amount of pheromones trying to mark its territory. He'd lost control. Most likely from Tsuna from being injured.

Tsuna, his cub, his scent was nothing but pain and pain and pain. He had been in pain while he had been here and he wasn't sure what had caused it. It made his own protective instincts flare and he growled in anger at the thought of his cub being in so much pain that there was nothing else to his scent.

In so much pain that his scent must have sent Reborn off, that had to be why the other had lost control in such a situation. He knew Reborn was human, but it was so rare for anything to slip with him and his ability to control everything about himself.

With way, it didn't matter. They were taken and he had to not only rescue the last of the Marauders, but also his cub and his mate. This whole thing just got a lot more complicated, especially if any of them were injured from being captured.

Either way, he was going to make those who dared to touch his pack in any way to harm pay for their transgressions.

He'd just have to gather those that were still in town, mostly Xanxus as the older man would be able to wreck more damage than any of them combined.

A vicious fanged smile appeared and his eyes glowed purple as his rage began to burn in him. "No one touches my pack and gets away with it." With that he turned and disappeared into thin air, leaving only a swirl of purple flame behind.

VC

"You can't go in there miss!" a servant yelled as she chased after a woman dressed in a pink long sleeve shirt and blue long skirt, a tan apron over it. Her wand was held in her hand as she quickly walked down the corridor where she knew that Emperor was located. It was where he dined with his family most evenings when he didn't have any political items to deal with. "Miss! Please, Emperor Kumo does not wish for him and his family to be disturbed at this time!"

"Well, too bad!" She hissed as she cast a simple soap spell on the floor behind her. It would make the floor slick, which ended with the servant slipping and falling on the floor. It would hopefully leave the individual behind her long to reach the dining hall.

One she hadn't been in for such a long time, not since she had run away with Iemitsu so long ago. The only rule she had truly broken when she had lived with her family back then.

Marrying a Mahoe Janai.

She had fallen for the blonde haired man by accident, having ventured out into the Mahoe Janai world when they had a festival going at the time, running into him while they both wore traditional kimonos.

It had been love at first sight for her.

Hard and fast and she hadn't hesitated in leaving behind her family to marry the man and bore him a son. A happy family even though he was gone doing work that paid for everything in the house, even the potions lab she had hidden away from him.

But now, she didn't have a choice. She needed to speak with her father, to have him halt the termination of the werewolves before her son was killed. She couldn't lose her baby boy, she couldn't do it. She had worked so hard to conceive him, taking potion after potion after potion to become as fertile as possible. It had taken going to a Mahoe Janai clinic and undergoing some of their own fertility treatments before she conceived him.

A little boy that she had nearly lost halfway through the pregnancy, but held on till the seventh month. A premature child she had watched through the Mahoe Janai contraption, watching him gain strength and energy to live.

She was not losing him now.

She slammed her hands onto the doors of the dining hall, glare in place as she took in her two elder siblings and her father, sat on cushions around a low table with food lavishing the piece of furniture.

"Father! You must stop tomorrows Werewolf Extermination!" She exclaimed, meeting the deep yellow eyes of the individual that had helped bring her into the world.

"Nana, so nice to see you again my daughter." The man rose from the table as he took his daughter in for the first time in almost two decades. "Please, come eat with us."

A.N. Holy shit, I'm alive and this one took a long time to write because there were things that I thought about trying to put into this chapter but decided against. So yeah, that's part of the reason why this took so long. The other reason was just because I've been working almost everyday of the week and then some. So yeah. Hopefully I'll be able to make sure more time to write as I miss writing these things. Either way, I hope you're all having a great summer and can't hear what you thought about this chapter. More on the Emperor and the prison next chapter! Can't wait to see you guys next time!
