This is a cute short of how Merlin and Arthur's lives might have looked if they had gotten together (and if the show hadn't been rated PG). This story is DEFINITELY FOR A MATURE AUDIENCE (you've been warned). I'm not sure how to edit it down, while still staying true to the storyline. At the battle of Camlann Merlin saves Arthur's life. However, everyone discovers that Merlin is a sorcerer and Arthur banishes him. Five years later, Arthur and Merlin realize they can only fulfill the prophecy together, side by side. The next morning they wake up in the past, in their young bodies.

On a scale of one to ten, Merlin would rate being married to Arthur a six and a half. Sequel to "Bells Will Be Ringing" a Merthur story. Side Arthur/Gwen, past Gwaine/Merlin.

So Addison lives, in the Camelot dungeons, enraging Uther, teasing Arthur and making friends out of the servants. But when Merlin comes, the real adventures starts. [Currently rewriting Season 1]

A newly healed and freshly motivated Arthur isn't the only one facing an overhauled view of the world around him.
