This is a re-writing of Suzanne Collins series The Hunger Games from Peeta's point over view. In scenes that that were in her books the dialogue and events will be the same, however everything else is of my own headcanon. The characters, settings and plots belong to Suzanne Collins. Willow is a survivor, she had to do what she did during the capitol, things she's proud and not proud of.

The day after aging out of the Reaping, Katniss crosses paths with Peeta. She thanks him for the bread and to her surprise a tentative friendship begins. After the 74th hunger games Katniss has to go through a press tour. With Peeta who loves her, she has to act like she loves him too. On that tour she also meets Finnick, an arrogant asshole. But then Haymitch comes around with a terrible idea. Katniss is sure she will never be able to fulfill his expectations, but maybe it's the only way for her to survive...

Sequel to From The Ashes. The 75th Hunger Games brought the dead back to life and upset the order of Panem. Now it is over, Panem is at war. Only one person can bring peace to the country - The Phoenix, a young rebel hero with big ideas. But he finds himself trapped in a web of plots and targeted from both sides. Will he be able to end the conflict or will history repeat itself?
