"You are so loved, Harry. Mama loves you. Dada loves you. It will be alright…"

"Lily! Take Harry and run!"

Harry woke up with a sharp gasp. For a moment he was confused where he was until he remembered everything as his head ached so bad it felt like it might burst open when he realized he was stuck.

Looking around he found himself entrapped by the statue of the grim reaper of the graveyard when his eyes fell on a man wearing a black robe and standing by a huge cauldron of potion on fire before he stopped and slowly turned around.

As if someone had punched him Harry's breath hitched looking at the man's face while his anger shot up in an instant. He struggled trying to free himself but couldn't as the man walked towards him. He noticed that the man was missing half of an arm.

"Hello, Harry," he said looking at the bespectacled boy before removing his long hairs from his forehead and touching the scar on Harry's forehead. Harry winced in pain as the man smiled before slowly starting to laugh.

"Pettigrew!" Harry growled looking at the buck-toothed man in front of him, the man who was responsible for his parents' death and Sirius' incarceration.

"Hurry up!" a hissing voice echoed in the graveyard causing Peter to flinch as his grin vanished, his look replaced by that of fear as he quickly turned around and headed to the right of the cauldron and disappeared behind one of the tombstones. He returned a few moments later holding something in his arms wrapped in black cloth before dumping it in the large cauldron. Harry caught a glimpse of it. It looked like a skinny doll-like thing. As he wondered what it was he saw Peter walk up to the tombstone beside the reaper's statue where Harry was stuck.

"Bone of the father, taken from his grave," Pettigrew said as Harry saw the man blast a hole in the grave before taking out a large bone from it. Harry had read the name on the tombstone which said Riddle. He also looked at Cedric lying dead behind it when he remembered that Fleur and Viktor could be here somewhere. He'd seen them get thrown away from the explosion's impact before he got hit by one as well and woke up trapped by this reaper statue. He looked around wondering where the two could be and whether they were alive even as Peter dropped the bone in the cauldron before approaching Harry.

Harry's eyes widened as he saw Peter take out a knife from his pocket and forcibly grabbing Harry's left arm. He then went on to make a cut on Harry's hand as it started to bleed. Harry winced from the pain as Pettigrew collected some of his blood on the knife before walking over to the cauldron and putting the blood in it.

"Blood of the enemy, forcibly taken," he said. The moment Harry's blood dropped in the cauldron the potion began to boil violently and turned red in an instant while Harry's painful scream filled the graveyard as he felt like his scar would explode. It hurt so bad that he had his eyes closed. He cried for about a minute before slowly opening his eyes as his pain subsided until it was a little bearable.

Barely conscious from the pain Harry opened his eyes and saw there was someone standing by the cauldron other than Peter as a robe appeared on his body from what looked like the smoke of the potion.

"My wand, Wormtail," the man said and Harry instantly recognized that voice as the hair behind his neck rose. The man seemed to feel his body the way he was touching his head and face and looking at his hands and legs before he turned around and his eyes looked at Harry's as a grin formed on his face.

"Harry Potter," Voldemort said as he walked towards a struggling Harry who desperately tried to get out of the statue's hold. Voldemort stopped and looked at him before he chuckled until it changed into a loud, cackling laugh. "When I got news that Barty had been caught I thought he was worthless," he said, "but he actually did it. He brought you here…to me." He then turned towards Peter who whimpered just at his gaze. "The other three, where are they?" Voldemort asked.

"Dead," Peter said.

"Hmm," Voldemort grunted before looking at Harry again. "At last, we meet again, Harry and unlike last time I can touch you now." Saying so he put his finger on Harry's scar, who screamed in pain. "Do you remember how you got this scar? Hmm…the scar that made you famous?" removing his finger Voldemort took a few steps back, his grin never leaving his face. "The boy who lived! That's the lie that you've been living with your whole life, aren't you Harry?" He paused, enjoying the struggling look on Harry's face before he turned around and spread his arms apart. "Let's get an audience!" he said loudly before looking at Harry again, "Tonight will be the night that I finally get rid of you. Wormtail!" The man flinched before quickly coming to Voldemort's side, his head down as Voldemort took out his wand, "your hand."

Peter's eyes became wet looking at Voldemort as he smiled before showing Voldemort the arm that he'd cut. Voldemort frowned looking at the decapitated arm in disgust. "Your other arm, Wormtail," he said as Peter's smile vanished. He then quickly moved his better arm forward as Voldemort revealed the dark mark on the rat's arm before placing his wand on it as the snake in the mark began to move.

Harry noticed in the night's cloudy sky a skull made of black smoke or cloud appeared and from its mouth appeared a snake which then divided into six-seven streaks of smoke before coming straight towards the graveyard. It was the same mark that had been sighted at the Quidditch world cup's final match when the death eaters had attacked. Harry knew that because he'd seen it in the papers the next morning.

As the smoke streaks dissipated away he saw there stood seven people dressed in black robes and a silver skull mask surrounding Voldemort and Peter. Voldemort smiled as he looked at them. "It's been a while my dear friends," he said. "It's been years but still, as we all stand here tonight it doesn't feel that long. It's as if we all just met yesterday. However," his smile vanished and was replaced with a frown as he glared at each of the death eaters, "for all these years none of you ever tried to look back. While I, your master and lord was living a tortured life you all had settled into your nice comfortable ones. Isn't that right, McNair?" he said pulling away one of the death eater's mask who fell on his knees letting out a painful groan as Voldemort moved over to another and pulled his mask. He did so to three other death eaters before coming to the fifth one and pulled his mask as Harry saw the man's face.

For some reason seeing Lucius Malfoy as a death eater didn't really surprised him. Sirius and the Greengrasses had always said that Lucius had been accused as a death eater after Voldemort's fall over a decade ago and even before Harry had been told all of that he knew that the Malfoys couldn't be considered good people seeing how they believed in blood purity and despised halfbloods and muggleborns.

"None of you tried to help me from your heart," Voldemort said looking at his death eaters. "None of you came to help me. If it wasn't for a handful of very loyal followers of mine I don't think anyone of us would be here tonight."

"I…I came." Voldemort looked at Peter as the man whimpered. "I came to you, my lord," the man said trembling and bowing to the dark wizard.

"Only because of fear, Wormtail," Voldemort said slowly as he put his hand on Peter's head. "But yes, you did come when I needed you. Show me your arm." Peter showed him his dismembered arm as Voldemort conjured a silver hand on it from elbow to fingers as Peter gasped in surprise and happiness. "A reward for your loyalty."

Peter looked at his new arm, a present from his master as Voldemort looked at Harry. "Now, let's focus on you, shall we?" Voldemort said as his death eaters all wore their masks again and also looked at Harry who suddenly fell on the ground having been released from the statue's grip. He quickly tried to get up but felt a very powerful push from above which prevented him from getting up. "Not so quickly," Voldemort said, his wand pointed at him when Harry saw someone threw his wand at him. "While I do want to kill you I want you to fight for your life. You've been given many names over the years – the chosen one, the boy who lived…why don't we all see tonight if you're really all of that? As a generous man I will allow you to fight for your life. Tonight the two of us will battle…a duel between the great Lord Voldemort and Harry Potter, the boy who lived!"

Harry felt the pressure from above vanish all of a sudden and he stood up quickly, his wand in his hand as he looked from the death eaters to Voldemort. There was no way he could duel with this mad man. He glanced where Cedric's dead body lay on the ground while wondering if Fleur and Viktor were also dead. He needed to get out of here and he couldn't leave them behind. A quick look at the Tri Wizard cup which lay on the ground where it had fallen after bring the four of them here Harry wondered if it could take them all back to Hogwarts. He didn't know where this graveyard was and he couldn't apparated.

He saw Voldemort taking his position about fifteen feet away from him as he swirled his wand between his fingers. "Now I suppose you already know the basic etiquettes of a proper magical duel, don't you Harry? It's the least you'd have learned in that forsaken school," he said. "The first thing we do is bow to each other as a generous gesture. So, bow!" Harry grimaced in pain as he felt a powerful force forcing him to bow. Voldemort grinned looking at him. "Yes, that's more like it. Now, we begin!"

Before Harry could understand or think of anything an explosion threw him off of his feet. He fell on the ground on his back, air knocked out of his lungs as he quickly tried to stand up. Running over to where Cedric's body was he hid behind the tombstone before looking around and found Viktor on his left lying on a grave with his arms spread apart and eyes closed. He'd had a serious injury on his head but luckily he wasn't bleeding anymore. With no idea whether the Bulgarian seeker was alive Harry wondered what he could do when he saw spells being fired inside the cloud of dust that was a result of the ground exploding.

He heard the death eaters' cry of pain when one flew right over him and hit one of the tombstones, shattering it into pieces before hitting the ground rather roughly. Harry wondered what was happening when suddenly the cloud of dust cleared and he saw the death eaters were all down. Some of them were moving while some not so much when to Harry's utter shock he saw a man pointing his wand at Voldemort. Even the dark wizard looked extremely shocked.

Harry wondered who this mysterious person was. It couldn't be Dumbledore as this man wasn't that tall. He had his face covered in a simple mask with cuts only made for his eyes.

"AAAAAAARRRRGGHHHHH!" Voldemort's cry of anger filled the graveyard as he fired the killing curse right at that man who quickly conjured a heavy metal cube which took the hit point blank. It remained there for a few seconds before finally giving in to the killing curse and exploded but that was enough time for this new person to quickly fire a series of small exploding spells, many of which Voldemort blocked using his shield but some did hit the ground underneath his feet and caused the dark lord to lose his balance. The speed with which this man was casting his spell was out of this world.

As Voldemort fell down the man looked towards Harry and their eyes met. Harry froze for a moment before he saw the man moving his wand in the air. Prepared for an incoming attack the shield spell was on Harry's lips when he saw Viktor and Fleur's body flying towards him. He was confused as he looked from the two to the man who gently put down Fleur and Viktor.

"Go!" the man said in a morphed voice but by that time Voldemort had found his feet as he fired a series of dark spells including the unforgivables. The man had gone crazy experiencing somewhat of a challenge from a mysterious person.

"Harry…" Harry immediately looked at Fleur and saw that she was conscious. He was by her side in an instant. "The…The cup," she said. He could see that her mouth was all red from the blood but there were no injuries on her body which made Harry wonder whether Fleur had suffered internal injuries from her impact from the explosion. Wasting no time he looked at the cup before glancing at the two people dueling with each other. He didn't know who this man was but Harry owed him his life. Feeling bad that he couldn't help this person he pointed his wand towards the cup and summoned it with the 'accio' spell. Quickly lying on top of Fleur, Cedric and Viktor he grabbed the cup coming towards him and was gone.

Voldemort blocked a blasting hex that was aimed at him by this mystery person but the moment the spell collided with his shield it covered him in a thick cloud of smoke. Realizing it was a duped spell Voldemort quickly cleared it and saw that the man was nowhere to be seen. He looked around and saw no one but his fallen death eaters as he let out a cry of anger, his magic causing his death eaters to fly away while the many tombstones and graves exploded from the bout of his explosive magic.

Harry woke up feeling his entire body in pain as he realized that he was in the infirmary. Looking to his side he found Daphne sleeping by his bed who then woke up as if knowing that he was awake. She looked at him for a moment before smiling.

"Don't worry," she said looking at his slightly panicked face, "no one's going to come here at this hour. Also, Madam Pomfrey promised not to tell anyone."

Harry glanced at the clock that was hung on the wall of the infirmary and saw it was about two in the morning. Everyone was asleep and the infirmary doors were closed for the night except for any emergency situations. "Wha…What happened?" he asked slowly as he looked around. "Where's Fleur and Viktor and…" he paused remembering what had went down as his eyes became wet. "Cedric," he whispered the boy's name as a tear fell from his eye.

Daphne put her hand on his, squeezing it slightly as Harry looked at her. "Now's not the time for you to think of such things," she said slowly. "Rest for the night. Madam Pomfrey says you'll be good to go in the morning so I suggest that you wait until then. Besides, the term's ended and we're all going back home in the morning. I've wrote to Sirius and he is okay with you staying with us this summer."

Harry had found out that he'd been in the infirmary for over a week and a lot had happened in that time. Cedric's funeral was conducted in Hogwarts. His father was a mess, losing his only son. Out of respect and because of the demands of Fleur and Viktor Cedric was also declared the winner of the tournament. Minister Fudge was all over Dumbledore when he publicly said that Voldemort had returned. He had also asked Fleur and Viktor to leave Magical Britain when the two backed Dumbledore's claim.

Dumbledore had also been called over by the education board. Some students, mostly from Slytherin, spread the rumor that he might no longer be Hogwarts' headmaster. Harry didn't know how he felt about it. In all honesty he actually didn't care, now knowing that Dumbledore was not what he had other people believe about him.

The only thing on Harry's mind right now was that Voldemort had returned. It wasn't like he was dead before but now he had his original body back, which made him all the more powerful and dangerous. The other thing that was bothering Harry was the mysterious man who had attacked all the death eaters and Voldemort in the graveyard that night. He knew Fleur must've seen him considering she was conscious all that time so he had written her a letter.

As he packed his things, leaving the castle for the summer Harry wondered what would happen now. With Voldemort back and Fudge clearly not in any mood to believe it Harry didn't know if it would be worse than the last time.

As he put his trunk under the seat of the train's cabin he was joined by Neville, Susan, Hermione and much to his surprise Daphne, Astoria and Tracey.

"You believe me?" Harry asked sometimes later as the train was moving towards London at full speed.

Everyone's expression was serious as Tracey handed him a letter from her parents. Harry read it before looking at her. It spoke about her parents thinking of not sending her to Hogwarts for the next term. "The news that the Prophet didn't print this morning was that the death eater raid which took place in the Oakboro, a small magical village about three hundred kilometers north of Sussex. Its population of one hundred and twenty six consisted of purebloods, muggleborns and halfbloods. Two days ago a small team of death eaters massacred everyone in that village and took away some children and women. The ministry has created a perimeter around the village forbidding anyone from going inside. Clearly Fudge believes that you-know-who has returned but is just too afraid to do anything about it."

"Even if he was we hardly have any force to go up against Vo…Voldemort," Susan said. "After the last time that he fell and Fudge got elected our auror force would hardly hire anymore recruits or even train them. Aunty Amelia always complained about the poor management and training of her aurors. Even if the DMLE recruits aurors at full force aunty says that they probably don't have enough time to train them properly."

Everyone thought about the seriousness of that situation when Daphne spoke. "What about that mysterious man?"

"What mysterious man?" Hermione asked.

"Tell them," Daphne said. Harry seemed to hesitate for some reason so she put her hand on his knee. "We're all in this together, you know," she said slowly.

Harry closed his eyes for a moment before opening them and sighing. He told them all what had gone down in the graveyard that night as everyone listened with shocked and horrified expressions. Once he was done Hermione's mind was working overtime.

"Did you hear his voice?" she asked.

"It was magically morphed I guess," Harry said. "It didn't sound like a natural voice that someone would have. "Also, like I mentioned his face was covered in a mask. All I know is that he had a strong presence and I could feel his…I guess the right term would be his aura. He took out seven death eaters who all were definitely of Voldemort's inner circle and then dueled Voldemort himself. If it wasn't for him I'm sure none of us could've made it out alive.

As the train stopped at the King's Cross everyone got off and said their goodbyes to each other. Harry saw Sirius had come to pick him up but soon came to know that they were all going to the Greengrass manor together. Just like Daphne had said Harry would be spending his summer with the Greengrass. There was also another reason for that and Sirius told him about it.

Dumbledore had contacted him informing him that there will be a meeting of the Order members at Sirius' place.
