Chapter 19
Over the few weeks following the containment ward runic spell cast on Angel, Harry saw the group at Angel Investigations only a handful of times and most of those were unscheduled visits to talk to Faith who he was still very interested in. She however was still snubbing his advances, and reacting less and less to his overly flirtatious behavior making him wonder if anything was ever going to happen on that front. It hadn't bothered him all that much however, as he had heard back from Lois during that time and made a quick apparition trip to Smallville to spend an entire weekend with the sexy woman in his old apartment doing what they did best together and releaving a lot of the stress form Faith's cold shoulder.
When back in LA, he learned that Angel had tested the curse on his soul with Buffy, and that despite a slight moment of discomfort after reaching true happiness, the smirking vampire said he felt a magic wave emminate from his runic tattoos before everything went back to normal. Harry was glad for the guy who truly did love Buffy, and saw how hard it had been on him to leave her for his own soul's safety, and accepted the other man's thanks gratefully. Angel also confided in Harry recently that Faith did have a thing for him, but had a history of bad decisions with regards to men in her life and was playing it cautious and that he should take his time.
AN 7/20/21: This is where this story stopped, and I have no plans to continue, or even read this disaster. I tried throwing in as many elements into one story as I could, and it never really worked. Anyone is welcome to any part of this, just drop me a line so I can find and read it ;)
