Log 1- Series Alpha-Date: August 12th 22xx
[The video feed turns on to reveal the image of a boy of high school age wearing a gray uniform and a red tie that was crudely put on inside a room full of hero merchandise. The boy has a head of messy green hair and shining eyes of the same color. Though obscured by the uniform, the body of the boy is rather scrawny looking that gives off a rather pathetic look.]
"Hello, I am Izuku Midoriya and I suppose some background information is needed before I continue. On my last birthday, my father had sent me this camera along with a good number of blank USB drives. I guess he remembered how I wrote in my notebooks when I was little, and this was his way of updating my habits."
[Izuku flashed a nervous smile at the camera lens]
"So…I guess let's start off by stating the intention of this video journal for the record. The purpose of this video journal is to serve as another method of recording my progress to become a hero. Future entries will contain my analysis on quirks, scientific progress, and the whatever thoughts or theories come to mind. Now with that out of the way, I think this first entry should begin with my first day at UA High School…"
[The rest of the entry details Izuku's acceptance into the support course with him acing the written and practical exams. He further details a friendship he sprung with a girl named Hatsume Mei and along with a good first impression with the new support course teacher: Power Loader.]

Log 7-Alpha Series-Date: October 6th 22xx
[The video feed boots up to reveal Izuku Midoriya in the exact same position as the previous logs. However, much of the of the hero merchandise had been removed in the place of robotics and engineering gadgets, books, and posters. The physical appearance of the boy changed significantly into a more solid and muscular look, but he was still on the lean side.]
"This is Izuku Midoriya, hero-in-training, updating on my progress."
[The green haired boy closes his eyes and clears his throat before speaking]
"As I stated in in entry number three, the UA Sports Festival offers the opportunity to transfer to the hero course provided they show acceptable performance in the festival. And for the last few months, I have been experimenting with several prototype support equipment to help me out. I also have been religiously hitting the gym to get rid of my noddle limbs, as Mei puts it. In fact, if it weren't for Mei or Maijima-sensei, I don't think I would even stand a chance in sports festival.
[Midoriya pauses for a moment clearly lost in thought]
"Anyways, onto the fine details of my gear and strategies…"
[The rest of the entry delves into a rather detailed and brilliant strategy to use the support gear to make up for his weaknesses. He also greatly detailed and analyzed quirks of hero course students. His analysis ends with the mentions of a boy from the general course who could pose a threat to him, and remarks that he was not able to find out anything about his quirk]

Log 8-Alpha Series-Date: October 10th, 20xx
[Video feed opens up to Izuku Midoriya with a large smile whilst he was holding a gold medal. Midoriya begins to talk so fast that it is completely unintelligible. Eventually the boy stops talking and begins to take several deep breathes. He looks to the camera and gives a contagious smile to the machine.]
"I did it. I won the Festival. I am going to be a hero."

Log 9- Alpha Series-Date: October 13th, 20xx
[The camera opens up to the image of Izuku Midoriya inside a room in which all of its contents appearing to have ripped from their place or thrown about in a violent fashion. The entry maker himself is in a disheveled state with red eyes and an expression of a broken child]
"I finally got the news about whether I could transfer to the Hero Course or not…"
[Midoriya remains silent for 10 seconds]
"Principle Flintlock told me that I would not be allowed to transfer to the hero course on the account of my…disability. He said that I didn't win my festival through my own skills, and it was the gadgets I used that made it possible. He said the quirkless have no place in this world anymore, much less the world of heroics. So, he didn't want to waste the spot offered on someone like me."
[Midoriya chokes back a sob as his face looks down into his lap, and tears can be seen falling from his hidden face.]
"Majima-sensei tried his hardest to fight for my transfer, but he was overruled by not only the principle but also a good number of the UA factuality. They said I am lucky I wasn't expelled because I made them and their students the laughingstock of all of Japan. They said I jeopardized their student's careers because weaklings like me shouldn't be able to beat those with strong quirks like that. It made them look pathetic they said."
[Midoriya looks back up to the camera, his face distorted by distressed expression.]
"I thought UA was going to be different, that I could finally be someone that is…is…is n-n-ot a D-Deku..."
[Midoriya's hands cover his face as he begins to bawl uncontrollably whist, he sobs different words and phrases that are unintelligible by the camera. This continues for a few minutes before Midoriya looks back into the lens of the camera. His sadden expression suddenly changes into one that is full of a wrathful rage. The green haired teen snarls at the camera before swiping at it with his hands, causing the camera to careen across the room and hit the wall. The video feed dies on the impact with the drywall.]

Log 1- Beta Series- Date: Unknown
[The camera feed opens up to the image of a man in early twenties sitting at a desk filled with scattered papers inside a rather rundown apartment building.]
"I don't even know why I am doing this, I stopped recording everything so many years ago."
[The man looks away from the camera with his mouth and chin resting in his hand, clearly in deep thought.]
"But I guess I don't really have anyone to talk to anymore…so I guess you will have to do." [The man points directly to the camera.]
"I guess let's start things as we always have. I am Izuku Midoriya, assistant robotics researcher at the University of Tokyo, and I guess this is just my journal now. [Midoriya gives the camera a deadpanned expression before resuming to speak.] "A lot of things have happened to me since my last recording, so I think we will start there. Firstly, I actually quitted UA's support course after the last entry, and instead went to a private High School specializing in science and engineering in Tokyo. I can't complain too much because I was able to land a full ride scholarship to Tokyo University as a result from the school's staff. I kept contact with Mei and Maijima-sensei even though it all, and she would eventually come with me to Tokyo University. Heck me and Mei were even dating at one point, and it got serious enough between us for me propose to her but…"
[Midoriya's expression saddens.]
"My mother died. They said it was an accident, but its no accident when some junky decides to shoot trigger whilst robbing a grocery store for his next fix!". [Midoriya slams his hands hard on the table, shaking the camera and causing many papers to fall off.] "A-After that, everything fell apart. My relationship with Mei, my scholarship, my living situation, my mental wellbeing."
[Midoriya shakes himself like a wet dog does before faking a happy expression to the camera.]
"I SHOULDN'T BE THINKING THESE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS! THE DOCTOR SAID I NEED TO THINK MORE POSITIVE TO GET BETTER! HE SAID I NEED TO GET BETTER!"
[Midoriya hyperventilates for a few minutes before eventually calming down.]
"I-I shouldn't be too distraught over it all. After all, I still attend the University and I appear to be on the breakthrough of lifetime with my robotics research. My mother's death also allowed me to reconnect with Aunt Mitsuki and Uncle Masaru."
[Midoriya reaches out to a place out of the camera's view and pulls out a picture frame of a baby with a few locks of blonde hair.]
"This is Katsuki, their little boy, and my godson."

Log 6-Beta Series-Date: Unknown
[This entry in the Beta series is the only remaining piece aside from first entry, and only really contains details concerning Midoriya's involvement in the development of the first sentient Robot. Most of the entry contains robotic and engineering lingo behind the basic design and inner workings of the robot. It also demonstrates that most of the project's brainpower came from Midoriya with only limited participation from a man named Dr. Yuuto. The most noticeable aspect of which was Midoriya's name for the machine.]
"As such, I dub him as…Blitzcrank."

Log Unknown – Series Unknown-Date: Unknown
[The camera feed opens up to a desk completely devoid of papers with Izuku Midoriya sitting in the same place as previous two logs. However, the limited background caught by the camera displays a room that is of similar state to the room seen in Log 9 of the Alpha Series. Midoriya is slouched in his chair, head looking down at his lap. His weak looking frame is shaking, it is not clear if it is from anger or from a mental breakdown. Midoriya sits in silence for six minutes before finally speaking.]
"He stole it all. All of my work. Dr. Yuuto took the robot and all my findings and presented it as his and his alone. Eight years of sweat, tears, and many sleepless nights for it all to be attributed to another?"
[Midoriya falls silent for about 15 seconds]
"I tried to counter claim him, I tried to tell everyone that it was all of my work, I tried to stand up for myself for the first time in my life…And you know what happened?"
[Midoriya paused briefly to take a strained breath.]
"I was heralded as a fake, fraud, and a liar. I was seen as a quirkless nobody trying to claim the work of the quirked; it didn't matter that he couldn't even explain how Blitzcrank worked or what made him seem so alive. All it mattered was the fact he had a quirk, and I didn't"
[The shaking in Midoriya suddenly ceased.]
"I lost everything because of that man…him and all…ALL THOSE DAMNED BIGOTS!"
[Midoriya slammed his hands on the table causing the camera to shake and fall from tripod. The rest of the footage only shows a floor covered with discarded papers and scrap parts.]
"WHYWHYWHYWHYWHYWHYWHYWHYWHY?! WHY AM I TREATED LIKE SOMETHING LESS THAN HUMAN BECAUSE I WASN'T BORN WITH A DAMNED QUIRK! WHY CAN'T I HAVE HAPPINESS IN THIS FUCKING WORLD!"
[The sound of pounding can be heard as Midoriya screams his voice raw. For approximately five minutes only the sound of heavy breathing could be heard. Midoriya would suddenly speak, but as if he were speaking to someone.]
"Not all men are born equal…. Some were born rich…Some were born poor…Strong…weak…smart…dumb…but not equal. We weren't even equal among animals in our prehistoric era. We were too slow, not fast enough, blind in the dark. What made us distinct from animal made us nothing more than prey to them. Until…we discovered how to use tools…we used technology to not only become equals but to become superior."
[The sound of fingers being traced on wood could be heard.]
"We became superior to beast, but then some men became greater than others, and like the beast are ancestors faced, they too were dethroned. Warrior classes disappeared when firearms made men equal on the battlefield, the clergy died when the printing press allowed everyone to read, and monarchies fell when machines made their primitive rule obsolete though ruinous wars of pride."
[The sound of fingers being traced on wood becomes even more intense.]
"Men were never born equal, but technology made man equal. Then it means that quirks are…"
[Midoriya ceases speaking for approximately 41 seconds]
"HAHAHAHAHAHAH! IT'S ALL SO CLEAR TO ME TO NOW!"
[The sound of a chair moving, and the thumps of footsteps could be heard]
"A revolution is coming, and it will be something only worthy of man's ascension from prey…. I need to get to work immediately!"
[The sound of footsteps gradually grows softer and softer until the sound of a door opening could be heard in the camera's audio.]

Hello everybody itsa me your favorite author from another story about a mermaid. Anyways, this is a sort side project that I will occasionally update. Say like every two or three chapters of "Lady in the Pond". This is a villain Deku Au with an aged up Izuku that partially inspired by Viktor and Jayce from League of Legends. I wanted to test the waters with this prologue chapter to see if anyone is interested in a such a story.
