You probably heard the term 'the world of video games'? But have you ever heard about the literal 'world of video games'?!

Welcome to the world of Gamesphere where it's inhabitants are characters from various video games franchises! From AAA games to indie games, Flash games to Doujin games, any character that appears in a video game either as in-game character, cameo or an Easter egg are part of this world. Characters with MMD or GMOD models, and characters from cancelled games are also accepted in this world.

Gamesphere existed in the late 1970's where it's inhabitants are from the video games at that time however, the world became uninhabitable after the Video Game Crash of 1983 but become inhabitable again in 1985.

And there till now, Gamesphere gotten more livelier after more and more characters became part of this world!

But enough about that... let's go and meet the one of main characters of this story.

At the A Pier and a Seafront Promenade MMD stage located in PC Kingdom, we see a young man sitting on a bench while reading a newspaper. The young man has a messy brown hair with yellow zigzag highlights and has brown eyes. He wears a white collared shirt, blue pants, white & red sneakers and wears a black headset. This is the Player Character or PC.

The Player Character is the representation of various video games with a featureless & nameless protagonist. He was the fifth player of the Poker Night at the Inventory, he is the talented alchemist from Potion Maker, he is Crazy Dave's neighbor from Plants vs, Zombies and he is the faceless protagonist from various survival-horror games such as Granny's House, Dead Signal and Do Blink.

The Player Character's personality though is extremely bland due to the fact that he never gets any characterization in the games and never will even in this story.

As PC kept reading the newspaper, we see two girls walking by the sidewalk towards his direction. The first girl has red eyes and somewhat had a tanned skin, along with shoulder length salmon pink hair that is tied into a ponytail on the side using a ball with the same winking skull. She is currently wearing a purple blazer over white blouse, red tie, pink plaid skirt, thigh-high socks, black loafers and a glove that has a winking skull and crossbones logo on the back of the hand. This is Honoka.

The second girl is shorter than Honoka, she has a blonde, bottom-length hair that's held up in twin-pigtails with black ribbons and has dark blue eyes. She wears a denim shortalls with badges, a black shirt, a pair of striped socks, platform ankle boots, a pair of mismatched wristbands, and a choker. This is Marie Rose.

Honoka took notice of PC, "Hey, PC!" she greeted.

PC looks up at them and nodded in response before going back to reading as the girls walks past him.

Marie Rose then leans towards Honoka, "The others are right... that guy is so silent." the blonde whispered.

"Well... he never speaks in the games he is part of." Honoka whispered back, "I guess being silent all the time became a part of him." she pointed out.

"Kinda like Mister Freeman, Chell and Link." Marie Rose listed, "They don't speak in their games but they at least can talk with us." she pointed out, "He, on the other hand...'' she trailed.

Honoka shrugged her shoulders, "We'll never know why he remains like that." she replied, "Still... from what I heard, he is a nice person to hang around." she claimed, "I mean... he had many friends and Ying even has a crush on him." she pointed out.

Marie Rose facefaulted, "I still fail to see what she sees in him." she muttered.

As the girls walks away, PC continues to read the newspaper with an article about Pokemon Home getting a backlash for whatever reasons.

And as he reads, we see two males walking towards him. The first male is slim and tall. He has dark-maroon hair and mustache, round nose and has blue eyes. He wears a blue overalls over a green long-sleeve shirt, white gloves, brown shoes and a green cap. This is Luigi.

The second male has a grungy, unkempt appearance. He has messy dark brown hair, a short, scruffy beard, and thick eyebrows. He has a long, thin neck, lines under his eyes, and has four fingers on each hand. He wears a wears a gray-green cap with straps that hang down past his ears and have gold-colored rectangles at the bottom. He also has matching gold-colored goggles with small spokes around the rim and a gray-green strap. Over all his clothes that he wears a light purple-brown coat that goes a little past his knees and is folded at the end of the sleeves. On the back of the coat, at the waist, is a decorative strap held at either end by square gold buttons. On each of the lapels are misshapen gold buttons. He wears an orange shirt with small white buttons down the middle, two white stripes around the lower half of the shirt. Around his neck is tied a dark red scarf, and around his waist are two diagonally crossed brown belts with several pouches. He wears beige pants and heavy, dark brown boots just below knee-level. The boots have folds on the top with tiny gold buttons and straps over the middle of the shoes with rectangular gold buckles on the ends. This is Rufus.

Both Luigi and Rufus are also main characters in this story.

"Hiya, PC!" Luigi greeted as the young man turns to them with a smile, "What are you-a-doing?" he asked.

PC showed his newspaper to them with the article about the Pokemon Home issue which Rufus rolls his eyes in annoyance, "Why are you even reading this garbage?'' he asked indecorously while grabbing the paper, "No one cares about this nonsense that the toxic Pokemon community started...'' he stated while tearing the newspaper into pieces, "... their opinions don't matter to begin with." he pointed out.

Luigi raised a finger, "Actually... it-a-does." he said.

"Shut up, Luigi." Rufus quipped, "Your opinion doesn't matter either." he pointed as he turns to PC, "Anyway... Luigi and I are about to head towards the Nintendo Valley to meet with Pit." he said, "Wanna come?'' he offered. PC the nodded in response, "Cool! Race you there!" he cheered.

And with that, the trio of main characters ran like chickens towards the Gamecube City.

Thirty minutes later, the trio then arrives a large, red-colored rectangular building called the Sakurai Dorms located at the Gamecube City in the Nintendo Kingdom. The trio then enters the lobby area to see a few tenants there such as Bowser and Gandondorf Dragmire whom is having a conversation at one coffee table when Kamek approaches them.

Bowser is a huge, burly, green-shelled Koopa with spikes, horns, and hair. His bushy eyebrows and mane are fittingly a bright, fiery red-orange and has bright red eyes. He sports two small horns, many spikes on his shell with brown-orange spike-rings, as well as along his tail. He wears several spiked collars around his neck and arms. He has three claws on each of his massive padded feet, four claw-tipped fingers including a thumb on each hand, and his arms are noticeably burly, indicating his vast physical strength. While his face and his shell are green, his plastron and muzzle are beige colored, and his tail and limbs are an orange-tinged yellow.

Ganondorf is tall with a dark skin tone, a sharp bird-like nose, amber eyes, and red hair with a head brooch. He wears a brown body armor over a black bodysuit, he wears a black shoulder-collared armor with a red cape, white hand gauntlets with a tattered cloth, black armored knee-pads with spikes over white tattered cloths and brown armored boots.

Kamek has a yellowish skin tone, he wears a pair of round spectacles and a set of blue robes, complete with a blue wizard's hat. Both the brim of his hat and the edges of his sleeves are white.

At the another coffee table, we see Nick and Hikari hanging out while having a lively conversation.

Nick is a young man with a spiky brown hair and white-fogged glasses. He wears an orange Hawaiian-shirt over a white tee with a purple necktie, a black belt with a rainbow-colored buckle over red pants and blue shoes.

Hikari is a petite-girl with a pale-white skin tone, she has a black hair tied in large buns while decorated by colorful flower and fan ornaments, she has blue eyes and a red blush on each cheeks. She wears a long-sleeve kimono with a red collar, red and violet flowery dress tied by a large purple ribbon and wears brown sandals with a flower motif.

The trio walks past the lobby area to the hallways of the first floor, they then entered an elevator which then takes them to the second floor. They then walk through the halls passing four doors before stopping at the fifth door.

Rufus then knocks on the door, "Hey, Pit!" he called out.

"It's open!" a voice replied.

Rufus then opens the door and enters the room, they were greeted by the sight of a boy moving around frantically while looking at every nook and cranny of his room. The boy has a large, blue eyes and fluffy, brown hair, with a small cowlick poking out from the back. His chiton is decorated with red and gold hems along the bottom, which is fastened on the shoulder by a golden fibula with a red gem in the center. He wears the outfit with a brown belt lined with silver and a gold, triangular buckle on his waist. The boy also wears navy blue tights beneath his chiton. The angel now has a pair of bronze and gold cuffs around his forearms, and singular gold rings on his upper left arm and right thigh. His brown sandals are decorated with crossing beige bands, and are edged at the top with white wool. This is Pit.

Rufus raised an eyebrow, "Pit? What are you doing?'' he asked.

Pit turns to them, "Oh men... this is bad! My bow and arrows are missing!" he exclaimed. PC tilted his head at him, "No, PC, I didn't misplace it!" he replied, "I left it here on my desk when I took a bath but when I came back it's gone!" he explained.

"Maybe someone took your weapons while you were taking a bath." Rufus pointed out.

"But who would-a-steal your bow and-a-arrows?" Luigi asked.

"I don't know... I mean, I wasn't involve in any argument with anyone lately." Pit replied.

Then a young woman enters the room. She has a long blue hair and has blue eyes. She wears a yellow headband on her head, she wears a blue tunic dress with yellow linings over a black woolen bodysuit, blue scarf around her neck, two blue shoulder armor plate on both sides, two straps around her body, blue fingerless arm gloves with white cuffs and knee-high blue boots. This is Lucina.

Luigi turns to her, "Hey, Lucina." he greeted, "Is there something-a-matter?'' he asked.

"Have you guys seen my Falchion Sword?'' Lucina asked with a worried look, "I left it in my room earlier when I decided have lunch with my father but when I came back it's gone." she explained.

"Yowza!" Luigi quipped in shock, "You're missing-a-weapon, too!" he pointed out.

"What do you mean?'' Lucina asked.

Pit then spoke, "I lost my bow and arrows, Lucina.'' he replied, "Similar to your case... I went to the shower and when I came back it's gone." he explained.

"Mamma-mia! Could there be a thief roaming around in this building?!" Luigi exclaimed in panic.

Rufus dons a thoughtful look, "I think so..." he spoke, "... it's no coincidence that both Pit and Lucina's weapons disappeared at the same time.'' he stated, "There's no doubt about it... there's a thief on the loose! We must warn everyone!" he declared.

"What are we going to do?" Pit asked.

Rufus let's out a grin when an idea came to mind, "I got an idea! Hehehe!" he exclaimed with a sinister laughter.

"Why do I get-a-feeling that his-a-idea ain't good." Luigi spoke nervously.

Lucina sighed, "It's Rufus... what do you expect." she replied.

Later that day at the Vianesta MMD Stage Park at PC Kingdom, we see tons of characters gathered around the area, amongs them is Lucina, interacting with one another when they heard a loud shout.

"ATTENTION! ATTENTION PLEASE!" a voice shouted. Everyone turns to Rufus walking in the middle of the microphone with a megaphone in hand while PC, Luigi and Pit following him from behind, "A NASTY THIEF IS ON THE LOOSE! I REPEAT... A NASTY THIEF IS ON THE LOOSE!" he announced, "CLOSE YOUR DOORS! CLOSE YOUR WINDOWS! HIDE YOUR VALUABLES!" he advised, "A NASTY THIEF IS ON THE LOOSE!" he shouted once more.

Everyone began to murmur around when a girl approaches Lucina. The girl has a short, turquoise green hair and has brown eyes. She wears a red cropped-vest with stitches and a wing design over a long-sleeve knee-length dress with a tulip symbol and a large ribbon tied behind her back and another white calf-length skirt, pink high socks and white shoes. This is Farah Oersted.

"Hey, Lucina." Farah spoke which got Lucina's attention, "What's up with those guys?'' she asked.

"Falchion Sword and Pit's bow & arrows went missing." Lucina replied, "Rufus believes there is some sort of thief roaming around and decided to warn everyone." she stated.

"So, who do you think that did it?" Farah asked.

Lucina shook his head, "Even though my sword went missing, I believe it was stolen." she admitted, "I could have misplaced it somewhere that I just forgot." she stated.

"So, there's no thief to begin with." Farah pointed out, "And those guys decided to make a big deal out of it." she said in disbelief.

Lucina sighed, "I tried to talk them about it but they won't listen." she stated.

With the guys, Rufus kept shouting on the megaphone, "A NASTY THIEF IS ON THE LOOSE! I REPEAT... A NASTY THIEF IS ON THE LOOSE!" he shouted.

Then a teenage boy approaches them, the boy is short with stocky build, he has freckles on his cheeks and wears a gold stud earring on his left ear. He also has a ginger buzz cut, and brown eyes. He wears a brown jacket over a white t-shirt, with faded blue jeans and white sneakers. This is James "Jimmy" Hopkins.

Jimmy then spoke, "Okay... if there really is a thief... what are you bozos gonna do about it?'' he asked indecorously.

Rufus snorted, "Well... we bozos will get into the bottom of this and catch the thief ourselves!" he declared.

Jimmy scoffed, "I'll bet a lot of money for that." he stated.

Rufus let's out a grin, "Oh... I'll take that bet." he mused.

"But Rufus..." Luigi spoke, "... how are we-a-suppose to catch the-a-thief?" he asked.

Rufus turns to them, "I had an idea." he replied with a smirk.

And that's the first chapter of this fic! I hope you all enjoy the premise of this story, I know I do because I had fun writing this fic and I can't wait to write the next one! If you read this chapter closely, you'll see that the plot is a parody of an episode of Ed, Edd n Eddy titled Ed-Touchables with a little difference.

This is just the start of this story and as the story goes, more and more characters will make an appearance, though honestly, most of them will start out as background characters kinda like how things goes in Bleedman's PPG Doujinshi comic. As for the plot, it will start with a slice-of-life/comedy genre before it will slowly transitions to action/adventure ala Gintama-style.
