"I know what you're thinking, and it's not going to work." Castiel whispered, as we slowly approached our table.

I sighed, ignoring my annoyance. "Wouldn't hurt to try..." I muttered, as he scoffed at my response.

Dean tensely sat as he clenched the side of the table.

As soon as he saw our approach he stood up and rushed over to us, pulling me into a fierce hug.

"Are you alright? What in the hell was the noise?" He asked before turning to Castiel.

"You! I told you to give little warning before disappearing and reappearing like that again!" He growled at him.

"Dean, I'm fine. Calm down. It was a demon. It's gone. Now, let's eat so I can go to sleep." I muttered as I moved out of his hold and slid into the booth with my food.

Sam gave me a wince as I slid into the booth and sat down. "Are you going to be alright, Lailah?" He asked, eyeing me.

I looked over at him for a moment before I looked away, sighing tiredly. "I'll be ok, I am just a bit tired from all the travel. Don't worry about it." I muttered as I stared down at my stomach.

"Is something wrong, Lailah?" Castiel asked.

I shook my head at him wordlessly, before turning to look at my food, before taking a sip of my drink to settle the queasy feeling that appeared in the pit of my stomach.

"What's wrong?" Dean asked, as his fingers gently gripping my chin, forcing me to look at him.

"Nothing is wrong." I replied looking down.

"Then why do I feel as if you are lying to me?" He asked me, as he leaned in closer.

I sighed, before joining hands with him, and closing my eyes.

'Can you hear me?' I asked, tiredly.

'Yes, I can.' He replied, calm.

'This is what's wrong.' I replied, calmly as I showed him the images of what I had seen on the thing's mind.

'What in the hell….!' He replied, jumping back, wide-eyed

"Hang on a minute there. They're — are you— how — ok, nevermind." Dean muttered, dropping his head into his hands.

"Let's eat. I am getting tired." I muttered, silencing everyone else as I turned to begin eating my food.

We all ate in tense silence as Castiel stared out the window.

As we walked into the rooms, Castiel quickly cut his forearm with a blade, and began to quickly moved around the room placing Devil's traps and Enochian sigils everywhere.

"What are you doing?" I asked tiredly.

"Warding the room. Dean and Sam are doing the same as we speak." He replied as he finished.

I sighed nodding, as I walked over to the couch and sat down, feeling exhauted, I was about to fall asleep when a sudden thought occurred to me.

"Hey, Castiel, why can I sleep, but none of you need to?" I asked, quietly, as he walked into the bathroom, placing the sigils and Devil's traps before turning to me.

"Because your mother turned you into a part human when she hid you. Blocking your angrlic grace, and other gifts alike, except one. Until now, the angelic grace, along with other things, were dormant." He explained as Dean walked into the room.

"So, what are we going to do about the situation?" He asked us as he moved towards me.

"First thing is first." I muttered moving towards their room.

"Where are you going?" He asked me as I slowly stood up.

"To heal Sam." I replied, as I walked through the door, and closed it behind me.

Sam was standing in the middle of the room, with his back towards me as I walked.

'Touch his chest, forehead, and abdomen.' The unfamiliar voice instructed as I walked deeper into the room.

As he heard my approach, he turned and looked at me confused. "Lailah? What's wrong?" He asked.

I sighed, "Nothing, I— I recently found out that I can clean out the demon blood from your system…" I explained.

"What do you mean? How?" He asked.

"It's— It's complicated to explain. But I know I can." I replied, staring at him.

"Will this hurt?" He asked as he sat down, with a confused look.

"No, it'll be like you're taking a hot shower, and then a lethargic nap." I replied, as I stood before him.

"Will Lucifer still try to get me?" He asked.

"Michael and Lucifer know what will happen if they come near you… But I can only try to protect you. The choices you make from here on out are yours and yours alone." I replied.

He stared at me for a moment, before nodding in response.

"I'm glad you understand." I whispered before reaching over, touching his chest, forehead, and abdomen.

He gasped, before falling back onto the mattress, groaning in pain as I watched a glowing light begin to flash within his body.

"What did you do?" Dean asked, rushing into the room.

"What I had to do. Sam was affected by this, if Demons and Angels can no longer find him or you, then I have nothing to fear." I replied as I watched Sam's back arch off the bed.

"Castiel …" Dean said, looking down as he spoke before turning to look at me. "What's wrong?" He asked me, frowning at Sam.

"Nothing, I didn't think it would hurt this bad." I replied as I reached over to touch his ankle only to be pulled back from Castiel, as he shook his head at me.

"If you stop it now, you could kill him." He informed me, staring at Sam.

Dean's head snapped towards us, as I tried to reach for him again.

"Dean get her out of here. I'll stay with Sam. Go!" He ordered, as Dean quickly pulled me out of the room.

I allowed him to pull me out of the room, as my eyes stayed glued to Sam's twitching form.

"Please, you have to let me help him…Let me ease his pain." I begged tearfully.

"Lailah, sweetheart, you need to calm down, this isn't good for you. Or the baby. Please calm down, doll. Sam is going to be alright. He is with Cass. I am sure Cass will help him." Dean assured me as he led me further into the room, before shutting the door between the two rooms behind us.

"Don't you tell me to calm down. I have to help him." I replied firmly.

"Not going to happen, doll. Now, sit your ass down before I make you lay down. I am being serious." He warned, pointing towards the bed.

"You can try." I retorted with narrowed eyes.

"Lailah." He warned, but it was too late, I had already charged at him, and touched his forehead.

I watched as his eyes rolled to the back of his head as his knees buckled and he fell in a heap to the ground

"I'm sorry." I whispered as I moved my hand in the air, causing him to lift into the air.

I sighed, moving him onto the bed, before going to sit with my back to the door.

"God, please let him be ok. Please." I whispered, as I wrapped my arms around my knees, dropping my head onto them before I allowed the tears to fall.
