Moving and Getting Settle in New Home
"Wow, I can't believe you're going to moving close to us!" Rana excited as everyone has gathered in the Slayer's home for dinner.
"Easy there, little guy. We still need to get some of my old stuff I have in the previous place I was living him." Dante stated.
"I still can't believe you brought an old house like that; I would have settled with something more elegant to my fancy." Elina bragged.
"Not all of us are into that kind of fancy stuff, kitty girl." Dante joked.
"Well, I'm glad you have found a place where you can do you demon hunting work from now on and not have to keep moving around every now and then." Leina said.
"Yeah, traveling around has been fun and all, but I've have tried to find myself a forever to settle in." Dante admitted.
"Although, I am curious about one question that's been pounding my mind for a little." Tomoe mentioned.
"What's that?" Leina asked.
"Do you intend on moving away from the home you and your sisters are currently in to be with Dante?" Tomoe asked.
That question was a big surprise to Leina as she didn't know how to answer that question consider everything she has gone through, same could be said with her older and younger sister as they also wonder if they are going to move away from home as well remembering how they live most of their life in that house.
"I guess we've been busy dealing with the supernatural things that suddenly appeared before us, we haven't thought about our future much." Claudette realized.
"Except for reminding us about our homework." Elina deadpanned.
"Aren't you guys like one big team together?" Rana asked.
"They had their own lives before they met Dante, so I'm sure they might have a lot of things to think about." Cattleya stated.
"Although, I think the "normal" life they had probably won't be like that ever again consider demons have been showing up in the world even though it's just little by little." Ymir pointed out.
"She's right, I wouldn't mind my life becoming a little more danger." Risty smirked.
"No need to tell me what life I would choose as long as I have Lady Tomoe with me then nothing else matters." Shizuka said strongly as she held Tomoe's hand making her blush a little.
"And maybe we can get in on that "Devil Fun in Bed" with Dante later too." Shizuka whispered the last part to Tomoe's ear making her blush harder too.
"Hey Nanael, don't you have to return to Heaven at some point?" Ymir asked.
"Once in a while, but I've been assigned to watch over the Vance sisters and this time, I'm glad." Nanael smiled.
"I know my life has always been beyond normal and it's a great life, aside from the demons trying to kill me and all." Dante shrugged.
"And we have gotten ourselves involve with the demons and other supernatural stuff, so I'm going to be with Dante no matter what." Leina decided strongly as she leans her head on Dante's shoulder making him smile.
"She does have a point there; I hope Nyx is okay with me moving away." Elina wondered how Nyx would react to this.
"I'm sure she would understand." Claudette believed.
"And hopefully she doesn't get too emotionally about it either." Risty commented with the memories of her previous life that Nyx hated the past Elina, but glad that is not the case in this life.
"Well, there's plenty of rooms at my new place if you want to get cozy in there." Dante offered.
"We'll have to think about transferring to a new school in this city too." Leina pointed out.
"Morrison, think you can help with that?" Dante asked.
"Sure, you know I always got your back." Morrison grinned.
"Great, then tomorrow morning is the big move for all of us!" Dante declared raising his cup.
"YEAH!" Everyone cheered raising their glass too.
(The Next Day)
The Vance sister, Dante, Nanael, Risty, Tomoe and Shizuka are standing in front of the soon-to-be former house of the Vance family as they are getting ready to start packing some stuff from their home, they also got more help from Melpha, Ymir, Cattleya and Rana who wanted to come along.
"Okay everyone, the mover men will be here in a few days. That means we got to pack as much stuff as we can and any other stuff that we don't need anymore will be sent away to other places that might need them like donations. Now, let's start cleaning!" Claudette ordered.
Everyone got inside to begin their rolls in cleaning the house first, Elina stops when she saw Nyx running up to the house at full speed no less.
"Sorry I'm late, I had to help out with my mom at the house which took a bit longer than I thought." Nyx panted a bit.
"No worries, we just started, so you can help us out." Elina smiled.
"I still can't believe you're moving away, I always thought we were going to be together forever." Nyx said looking a little sad.
"Me too, but we'll still be able to keep in touch with each other and you make some new friends too." Elina stated.
"But I'm always nervous around others." Nyx reminded of her shyness.
"Hey now, I know you can make a few friends by yourself, and I know you're stronger than you realize." Elina said feeling confident in Nyx.
"Well, if you say so." Nyx smiled, believing she can do this.
"Great, now let's go help the others before they think I've been trying to slack off." Elina said and the two share a giggling moment before entering the house.
Everyone has done some cleaning which would normally take half a day to clean up the whole house, Dante and Nanael wanted to use their superspeed power to help clean the house much faster though Leina turn it down saying everyone should do it the old fashion way which they decided to do so. After all, with so many people in one place the clean up for the house was much easier to do almost as using superpowers to help up a simple house, and everything went well that the job was done in half a day.
"Man, I can't believe I've completely forgotten about these little kitty ears I used to wear as a little kid." Eina surprised as she looks at the box full of cat ears she wore.
"I remember you used to wear this one during Valentine's Day." Nyx pulled out a red cat ears with a white heart on each ear.
"Right, I wanted to right for this guy I used to have a big crush on back in middle school, but he never returned my feeling and gave up on him." Elina remembered that time.
"Everyone has always thought you were weird for wearing those cat ears over the years." Nyx giggled.
"That's because they don't have the same inner feline spirit like me." Elina chuckled with a smirk.
Then Elina spotted something within her closest that looked very familiar and decided to reach out for it to see that it's a book, but it's not normal book to Elina as she immediately recognizes it and gasp of joy.
"No way, Leina and Claudette have got to see this!" Elina excited.
"Hey, you two, everyone is gathering at the living room for some well deserve break." Leina informed the two.
"We'll be right there." Nyx said.
Nyx got up seeing that they have finish cleaning Elina's room as the girl herself decided to bring the book along to show her two older sisters, they joined everyone downstairs as they share some food and drinks together.
"I got to say, that was pretty awesome doing some hard labor." Dante commented.
"Easy for you to say, my arms have been soring from all the cleaning outside and I was sweating like a pig." Nanael complained.
"Well, with all that done. One last thing that needs to be taken care of is the packing." Leina pointed out.
"Hey Leina, you and Claudette will never believe what I just found in my room during the clean up!" Elina pulled out a familiar looking book to show her sisters.
"No way, is that what I think it is?" Leina asked surprise as did Claudette.
"You betta, it's our family photo album!" Elina smiled.
"My word, I haven't seen this book in years." Claudette wondered where this has been after all these years.
"Yeah, I found it in my closest where I must have put it away some time ago, and the old photos of us are still here." Elina showed the girls the pictures of them as little kids.
"Oh my, you three were so adorable back then." Melpha complimented.
"You three were big as me!" Rana commented.
"That's right, when we were little kids, we always had the best times together!" Leina smiled, then she gasps upon seeing one photo.
Dante notices her reaction and saw her hand try to snatch it away only for the devil boy to grab it first faster than she could react and laugh when he saw a photo of little Leina wearing a cute gorilla costume with her naked butt expose in the open.
"What is this? Were you trying to become the next wild child of the jungle!" Dante laughed.
"No, no, don't look at that picture! I never want to remember that day, and seeing it again just force the memories to come back!" Leina cried as she tries to take the photo back.
"Oh yeah, that was my fault… I wanted to get back at this one girl for scaring me and saw she was gonna wear a gorilla costume, but that was costume was actually Leina and she didn't realize until it was too late." Elina explained while embarrass pressing her fingers together.
"I never came out of my room for an entire week because of that!" Leina snapped.
"And what's makes this more embarrassing was when father accidently took the picture when he thought the butt part was part of the costume." Claudette added making Leina groan in embarrassment.
"Man, that reminds me of the time mom embarrassed me to death when she gave me a piggyback ride to my school and to my classroom." Rana covered his blushing face with his hands.
"But Rana, your ankle was twisted, and I had to think of a way to get you to go around." Cattleya stated.
"You could have just given me a crotch!" Rana yelled.
"Man, you humans sure know how to live an interesting life even without being caught the big supernatural life." Ymir commented with a chuckle.
"Is this by any chance your mother in this photo?" Melpha asked pointing at the photo with the three girls and a woman with them.
"Yeah, what's our mother back when she was alive years ago, she was you could say the purest woman in the world." Leina smiled as she and her sisters the time it was with their mom.
"She was always there for us no matter what even on her busiest schedules." Elina said.
"Sounds like someone my mom would get along with." Dante commented, remembering how kind his mom was.
"And she always finds a way to cheer us out whenever we were in our darkest times." Claudette remembered how depressing and sad she was years ago before her mother came in for comfort.
"Yeah, your mom was a really sweet woman back then before her untimely passing. I can go back to Heaven and check up on her for you guys if you want?" Nanael asked.
"It's okay, somehow we know our mother is doing fine in Heaven and watching over it." Leina turned down the offer as she smiles.
"(Looks like your girls have grown up to be such fine ladies, Maria.)" Nanael thought smiled.
(Few Days Later)
"Careful with those stuff, boys." Morrison said to one of the mover men as they have started taking the stuff inside Dante's new home.
"Well, the move wasn't so bad." Dante smirked.
"Yeah, and we didn't have any demon attacks to boot." Leina nodded.
"But it was all a bored that I wish there was a demon attack right about now." Shizuka complained.
"Now Shizuka, you should be careful of what you say out loud otherwise you might get karma." Tomoe warned.
"Relax, Lady Tomoe, I was only kidding." Shizuka chuckled.
"You know what, I'm actually glad we decided to move here because I seem to remember about wanting to move into a big city." Elina mentioned.
"And now that dream has come true." Claudette chuckled.
"Although, I kind of wish Nyx was with me right now." Elina said looking down sad.
"Don't worry, I'm sure she will be okay without you." Leina placed a hand on her little sister's shoulder.
"Yeah, but it's also about something else…" Elina rubbed her arm.
"Is it about the memories of you being a bitchy spoiled brat?" Risty asked blunty.
"Risty!" Leina snapped.
"No, she's right. Back on that other life, I was never nice to Nyx and drove her away to seek a power from a slimy, tentacle demon just to get her revenge on me, but here we are best friends and I'm glad for that meaning I can make up the sins my past self did to her." Elina explained.
"Well, if you ask me, I say you have already made up for those sins and more." Dante grinned.
"I know, but I still wanted to spend more time with her before we went our separate ways." Elina sighed.
"Maybe we can still do our usually Saturday hangout." Nyx said.
"I know, Nyx. But it's going to be really heard moving from one city to the next just for us to hang out." Elina said.
Then Elina's eyes widen of shock upon hearing that voice and turns around seeing her childhood and best friend, Nyx, standing right there smiling at the girl with a little giggling sound as she waves at the shocked Elina.
"Hi, Elina!" Nyx greeted and walked up to her.
"Nyx?! But how…? When did you…? What are you doing here?" Elina gasped.
"Well, I also felt the same that I didn't want to be separated from you just yet and as luck would have it… My parents got a job transfer to THIS town and our new home is just a few blocks away!" Nyx pointed her thumb to where her new home is.
"That's amazing!" Elina jumped at Nyx as they hug each other.
Elina just realizes something as she separates the hug.
"Wait a minute! If you were going to move here, why didn't you tell us instead of having me go through all that emotional stuff!" Elina asked pouting her cheeks.
"I'm sorry, but I was worried at first about moving away and when I learned that you guys were going to this city. I thought about making it a surprise." Nyx explained.
"Hold on, did you guys know about this all along?" Elina asked her sisters and the others.
"She asked us to keep it quiet until we all came to the city." Risty mentioned.
"And I was certainly surprised, you truly are the best friend a girl could ask for!" Elina smiled hugging Nyx again.
"There is also another surprise you should know." Nanael smirked flying down to the group.
"Allow me to show them." Nyx closed her eyes and a few seconds later, her clothes changed into something differently.
Nyx is now wearing a red dress with 3 or 4 tails, and a flame design on the bottom and a heart shape hole where her bellybutton is. There are long, dark feather-like attachments on the shoulders. Underneath, she wears a purple bustier, with a red heart on the garterbelts which holds up her long red stockings that ride up her thighs. She also wears red elbow gloves, red heels, and a black collar.
"Whoa, that's amazing!" Leina shocked, that is something she and the others didn't know.
"I hope you don't mind that I join your little against the demons." Nyx smiled as she snaps her finger and burst out a little flame.

The moving in is complete and everyone has come together for the start of the new life in a new home including Nyx who has also unlocked her past life powers, making the number of the group bigger by one.
Only a few more chapters before we get to the Devil May Cry 3 Arc and to save the world!
