But in doing this he must give up the thing he wants most, a life with Tauriel. Torn between duty and love Kili must do what is best for his people like his uncle would have wanted. But after spending one night with Tauriel, letting go might not be so easy.

Tauriel should know better than to suppose Kili would forget her story of youthful midsummer's eve antics. And Kili is out to prove that Tauriel still hasn't grown up from the girl who once jumped into a fountain in Thranduil's palace.

So, we've got Thorin and Thranduil, Bris and Dwalin, Dis and Damaril: three nice, tidy pairings. Trouble is, in the past, some of them have been in love with some of the others – and there are a few problems when all six are gathered together in the same place! While suffering from his line's obsession with gold Thorin Oakenshield rashly makes an agreement with the Shire's Thain that results in him having to marry one of the hobbit's relatives. Needless to say he isn't pleased, but cunningly picks Bilbo Baggins to be his consort. For his part Bilbo decides to accept the proposal, though Thorin will be quite surprised to find out why.

Keona is a half-elf who lives in Rivendell. When she met the dwarfs her life changed. She fell in love with one of them and experienced many things.

Half-human, half-fairy, Lessil has the fairy's gift of being unseen, perfect for a hired burglar. But that is not the only reason Gandalf the Grey enlisted her help to reclaim the Lonely Mountain. Perhaps it can be in the healing of a dwarf king without a throne. Thorin/OC.
