AU. So what happens when your boss is a grumpy, brooding, slightly attractive and a 'definitely more than meets the eye' kinda guy? This, basically this happens. Bilbo Baggins is sorely regretting taking up that job at Erebor Academy.

None of these have a continued story. I would be daydreaming, and I would just start writing. There are a few that are part of the same time line of sorts, with the same OC's. Others are just plain one shots. Some are Fili/OC. others are Kili/OC and Thorin/OC.

Fíli always takes care of Kíli. He would do anything for his brother. He decided long ago that he would gladly lay down his life for him. But when it comes down to it, the situation is not that simple. Death might be the easy way out when life means living as a kin slayer. The last thing Fíli can do for Kíli is to take the decision out of his brother's hands.

Thorin arranges a marriages between himself and his One. But is she happy with it? And is she who she seems to be? I have thought of some Dwarven morals, casted them into a story about an arranged marriage, and complicated the matter a whole lot more by adding some problems and then changed the whole timeline of the story so it would fit more properly. Fili and Kili are singing this 'cause they're excited to go on their first big quest! Thorin is nervous about leading it because of how his father and grandfather had fallen and he's trying to feel worthy.

Kaja is a thief content to live her life in relative peace. Until two orcs come knocking, seeking her out for a job that gets her wrapped up in the journey of Thorin Oakenshield's company. The reclaiming of mountains matters little to Kaja, but things in Middle Earth are rapidly changing, and she finds herself invariably in over her head.

Tauriel has rushed Kili, nephew to King Thorin, back the Forests of Mirkwood to save his life from the lingering poison of a deadly arrow. Tensions between Dwarves and Elves have not been forgotten among these trees. But, could the first friendship between the two races begin to form as Tauriel learns about the Dwarf she saved? Or perhaps something more than friendship...?

After getting a job offer from a Grey Wizard, Bilbo finds himself on an aging farm, surrounded by rambunctious and sullen men, facing troubles far too big for a small, simple man.

Kíli and Tauriel have fought many battles in order to be with each other, have overcome many obstacles. Now that they are finally allowed a shot at happiness, they realize that maybe their greatest challenges still lie ahead of them. Sequel to my story "Only the Stars Were Watching."
