Doctor McCoy is commonly thought of as a rather grouchy and prickly doctor. This time however, it is the patient that is prickly, and not the common kind at all. However, our favorite doctor is not one to be deterred and he will do his best to save the patient, regardless. Meant as a character study of Doctor McCoy's relationship with Sulu.
