I asked and you said I should do this story so I am writing it. This is my 10th story that I have started although I may have removed a couple due to not updating them for so long by the time you read this. For those who didn't see the AN on The saiyan wizard; this is a challenge story from a reader who wishes to remain anonymous. I've copied the challenge from a message.

Here is the challenge for Harry Potter story that I have for you Spartan.

Voldemort has to be a good guy

Dumbledore has to be a bad guy

Pairing: Harry x Lily Evans

Harem optional (Which you may do knowing your track record)

As long as you meet the requirements above, you can write the story however you want.

There it is. The pairing is why the reader wants to remain anonymous since the reader likes the pairing. Due anxiety he/she was worried about being judged.

Enjoy this story and this chapter. Remember if you don't like incest (Which will be in later chapters) then don't read.

Prologue

A beautiful 16 year old girl was in a crowded alley carrying boxes as she followed a boy who was the same age as her carrying larger boxes.

"Ok Lily. What will you need now?" The boy asked.

Lily was 5' 4 girl with long red hair with beautiful emerald green eyes. She was wearing muggle style clothing.

"All I need now is the 6th year books for the N.E.W.T levels. I wish you would let me pay for this James." Lily said.

James was a 5' 7 with messy jet black hair and hazel eyes. He was wearing formal robes with a crest on them.

"Nonsense Lily. I don't mind. I know your parents have been struggling recently and my family have more money than we imagine and that's just the money the Potters have made. I'm not adding the money from a certain ancestor of ours." James said.

"I still can't believe the Potters are descendants of Godric Gryffindor. When you told me that last month I nearly fainted." Lily said.

"The look on your face was hilarious." James said.

"Don't remind me. Your parents have a moving picture of it." Lily said.

"Come on. Let's go get your books." James said.

"What about your books?" Lily asked.

"At home. You know what my parents are like." James said.

"True. I still feel a bit guilty about you having to pay." Lily said.

"You're too nice that's why." James said.

"Last time I checked that's what you love most about me." Lily said.

"That it is." James said kissing her.

Then a guy pushed past them and stole a box.

"HEY!" James asked as they chased the guy into Knockturn alley but they ended up losing the guy.

"Damn." James said.

"Come on. It's only books. We can get more." Lily said.

"You're right." James said.

Then a spell hit him in the head and he fell to the ground.

"James!" Lily shouted as she knelt down to his unconscious body.

Then a cloaked man and the guy who stole the box emerged from a dark path.

"Thank you kid." A man said handing the guy some money.

The first man put the box on the ground and left. Lily pointed her wand at the man who was looking at her.

"Who are you?" Lily asked.

"Don't worry Lilith. I just want to talk. I mean you and Heir Potter no harm." The man said removing his hood.

Lily froze as she saw his face.

"Voldemort." Lily said.

Lily went to attack but he just disarmed her with little effort.

"You best call me Tom while we are here. Like I said I just want to talk." Tom said.

He wandlessly moved James out of the way and slowly walked toward her. Tom smiled as he recognised familiar features on Lily's face.

"Just like your mother." Tom said.

"What?" Lily exclaimed.

"I'm not talking about Lisa Evans. I'm talking about your real mother." Tom said.

"I'm not adopted." Lily said.

"Of course you don't know the truth." Tom said as a goblin emerged from the dark path.

"I have what you requested." The goblin said handing Tom a piece of goblin parchment with the name Gringotts on top.

"What have you done to that goblin?" Lily asked.

"Now Lilith. Bloodbane is here of his own free will. Thank you." Tom said as the goblin disappeared.

"My name is Lily." Lily said.

"That is the name those muggles gave you." Tom said.

Tom reached for Lily's wrist but she slapped his hand away but he just chuckled. He then waved his wand and bound her body.

"To think if you had your full power and abilities I wouldn't have stood a chance and you're only 16." Tom said.

"What are you talking about?" Lily asked.

Tom then grabbed a dagger and cut her hand. Her blood poured from the cut and dripped onto the parchment. Tom let go of Lily's wrist as the parchment glowed. As the glow disappeared Tom smiled but it didn't last a minute as he handed it to Lily who was free from the spell. She took the parchment and read it.

Lily felt her world turn upside down.

"What would the headmaster do that?" Lily asked.

"He is a liar and a manipulator." Tom said as he wordlessly fired as spell at Lily's head.

Tom was thankful he had made silencing and notice me not charms around here. He watch his daughter clutch at her head screaming in pain as the erased memories came back to her.

The first memory to return was her in the library during first year where she was researching magic and Madam Pince who lead Dumbledore to Lily. He saw the book she was reading.

"I shouldn't read that if I were you Lily. Some of them spells are dark." Dumbledore said.

"Really Headmaster? According to this book no spell is dark or light. It is the intent of the user. Some of them spells are fascinating." Lily said.

Dumbledore snatched the book from her and pointed his wand at her.

"Obliviate." Dumbledore said.

The second memory appeared as it showed a 13 year old Lily reading a daily prophet about a man that raped a total of 18 girls.

"Terrible that is." A boy said.

"Too true Sirius." A 13 year old James said.

"All of them should go to Azkaban." Another boy said.

"Too right they do Remus." Sirius said.

"My opinion is that they should die for their crimes." Lily said.

Dumbledore who was walking to the teachers table was within ear shot of what Lily said. He remembered who had the same way of thinking.

"Now Lily. People do bad things but they are still human beings." Dumbledore said.

"People like this man who raped 18 girls is a human being? He forfeited the right the moment he started doing that." Lily said.

"Come with me." Dumbledore said.

"Someone's in trouble." Sirius said.

"Shut up." Lily said.

When they arrived to Dumbledore's office that was when Dumbledore fired spells at her.

The third memory shows a 14 year old Lily hurting another student with a bone breaking hex. Dumbledore heard the screaming and rushed to them.

"What are you doing?" Dumbledore asked.

"This Slytherin was about to harm a first year muggleborn. I'm teaching him why that is a bad idea." Lily said.

"Kids can be cruel Lily. I knew my share of bullies when I was your age." Dumbledore said.

"Were the bullies back then going to use an unforgiveable spell on a first student?" Lily asked.

She was then bound by a spell.

"I'm sorry Lily. Stupefy." Dumbledore said firing the spell at Lily.

Lily stopped screaming as the memories stopped.

"That… bastard." Lily said.

"I know my child." Tom said.

"Why is he protecting criminals?" Lily asked.

"He wants to manipulate the world into fear and he'll pretend to be the hero so he can create connections and put influential people in his pocket Lilith. He spun the attacks I caused to make people think that I harm innocents but that is far from the truth. I am not the muggle hating emotionless dark lord that people think I am." Tom said.

"How was I adopted?" Lily asked.

"Did you hear about the attack on St Mungos in 1960?" Tom asked.

"Yeah." Lily said.

"It was the day you were born." Tom said.

Tom put his wand to his head and pulled something misty from his brain. Lily recognised it as a memory. She watched as the memory was revealed showing things from Tom's viewpoint. She saw a woman who looked very similar to her. The woman was holding a baby who Tom picked up in his arms.

"Is that me and my… mother?" Lily asked.

"Yes. That is Valentina." Tom said.

Baby Lily opened her eyes revealing a very familiar pair of emerald green eyes.

"Emerald green. Glad the eyes still run in the family." Memory Tom said.

"What should we name her?" Valentina asked.

"How about Lilith?" Memory Tom asked.

"Perfect. How about a middle name?" Valentina asked.

"I can't think of one." Memory Tom said.

Then the door was blown open. The person who entered was Dumbledore.

"I'm afraid that good times is over Tom." Dumbledore said.

"Why are you here?" Memory Tom asked.

"To stop you from killing the innocent people here." Dumbledore said.

"I've never harmed an innocent person and you know it. You're just trying to protect your interests." Memory Tom said.

Dumbledore then fired a spell at Valentina who put up a shield. Tom then fired a bone breaking hex but Dumbledore dodged.

"Give up Tom and give me the baby." Dumbledore said.

"So you can turn her against me? Never." Memory Tom said.

"Be that way. Avada kedavra." Dumbledore said.

A green bolt of lightning fired from his wand and flew towards Tom but Valentina got in the way and the spell hit her and she fell to the ground.

"NO!" Tom shouted.

"This could have been avoided." Dumbledore said.

"Bombarda Maxima!" Tom shouted and Dumbledore put up a shield.

The spell hit the shield and he was sent flying. Tom held Lily and placed a hand on Valentina and they apparated out of the hospital.

Lily watched the memory disappear and she cried.

"That son of a bitch." Lily said.

"If only your mother wasn't exhausted." Tom said.

"What?" Lily asked.

"Not a lot of people know this but the killing curse on works when the victim is weaker than the user. Since your mother was a succubus she was more powerful than me and Dumbledore but childbirth can leave a woman very tired and when your tired you can't use your full power." Tom said.

"What happened after that?" Lily asked.

Tom then pulled out another memory. Lily saw Tom holding Lily in his arms in front of a headstone.

"Val, I promise that me and Lilith will kill that old bastard of this. All his crimes and secrets will be revealed. I have given a middle name for Lilith: Valentina. Yeah I named her after you." Memory Tom said.

"He's around here somewhere." Someone said.

"Damn. We got to go. We love you." Memory Tom said.

Tom apparated away with Lily. Tom looked around saw building he didn't want to come to. An orphanage. He walked up to the front and looked at Lily.

"Dumbledore is getting too close Lilith. As much as I don't want to but you need to stay here in order for you to be safe. You'll be mad at me but when you grow up you'll understand why. Just know that Daddy loves you very much." Memory Tom said as he placed Lily on the ground.

He raised his hand to knock on the door but he hesitated.

'For her safety.' Memory Tom said.

He knocked on the door. He gave Lily one last kiss on her forehead and left. Tears fell from his eyes as he apparated away.

The memory ended and Lily was on the verge of breaking down in tears again.

"I swear on my life and magic that all I have revealed to you is 100% true. So mote be it." Tom said.

Lily recognised what Tom did. It was a magical oath and if there was one lie in what he had revealed to her, he would've dropped to the floor dead.

"Now that you know truth, will you join me in taking him down and removing crime?" Tom asked.

Lily didn't answer but instead she stood up and gave Tom a hug. It shocked him but he returned it.

"He'll pay for this." Lily said.

"He will." Tom said.

Lily let him go and looked at James.

"I better get him help." Lily said.

"If you want you can try and get him to join our cause." Tom said.

"I'll try. Maybe Sirius and Remus." Lily said.

"Sirius Black? His family is dark." Tom said.

"He is different. His cousins included. Although Sirius and Andromeda are more brave to show it." Lily said.

"I see. I'll be sending you a package full of books within the next couple of weeks. Read them when you are alone." Tom said.

"Where in the hell will I find privacy in Hogwarts so I can read those books?" Lily asked.

"You have heard of the Chamber of Secrets haven't you?" Tom asked.

"I've heard rumours." Lily said.

"I'll send you a letter along with the package with instructions on how to find it." Tom said.

"Thanks Dad." Lily said.

Tom smiled as he disappeared.
