Part One: The New Kingdom of Gilgamesh
Prologue
In the street known as Grimmauld Place, a shadow lurks. This creature is made of nothing but hatred. A powerful force, but one without a body. It could have used anyone as a host. Just take over any person's mind and twist it into pain and hate. But there is one person that he is particularly attracted to.
A teenage boy. His angst is normal for his age, but the circumstances of said angst is not. He has gone through more than anyone else his age. He has suffered abuse, seen death, ridiculed and mocked by the people that he saved. For now, this pain and resentment is pushed down with joy and hope. He is with his friends and the closest that he has for a family, and about to go back to the one place that he calls home. But the resentment is still there, and will continue to grow. Anger that can fester and blacken his heart.
When it found the current object of it's desire, the shadow senses that something– a broken soul, is already possessing him. It doesn't matter. The shadow forces itself into the sleeping boy. The soul fragment that is possessing the boy tries to fight back, but the shadow easily devours it. Settling in the body, the being that is known as All the World's evil began shaping itself into the darkness of the Boy who Lived.
Elsewhere, a blond man wakes up on top of a hill, found by a similarly blond girl. He stood up and asked the girl one question.
"Answer me mongrel. Where am I?"
A/N: So this is my first attempt at publishing a Fanfic. It's just an idea that came to me and just rolled with, ever since I had the urge to write a Fanfic about Fate and Harry Potter (I also want to write something with Kamen Rider in it, but I'll do that next time, once I figure out what I wanna do with them). I actually don't know how this one would go, (though I already have an ending in mind), so I'm just gonna figure it out as I go. Until then, thanks for reading!
