A/N:I would like to welcome everyone to Part 5 of the Guardian Chronicles Series: Disillusioned. For anyone that is reading this series for the first time, I recommend that you go in the order: Nirvana, Guardian, Divulgence and Reconstruction before reading this chapter as it will make some sense.

"Remind me again, why Hyuga-san couldn't join us?"

The strawberry flavor of her cake burst in Naruto's tongue as a waitress slid the chocolate cake right in front of Setsuna's starving eyes. Their female friends frowned and tilted their heads at her. Their eyes burned with an innocent curiosity as they took sips of their respective drinks. I wish Hinata-chan didn't tell me in the last minute. She sighed and licked the creamy goodness off of her spoon before putting down her spoon.

"Hinata-chan has to hand in some kind of report to Hokage-sama," she placed the spoon underneath her nose and offered them a frown. "I tried to convince her that the Old Hag could wait but Hinata-chan prefers to finish her report on time."

Ochako sighed. "Hyuga-san is really hard-working, isn't she? She is working instead of celebrating with us."

Naruto nodded and her tiny spoon crashed onto the white plate. Her friends jolted and jumped up before shaking their heads at her. She offered them an apologetic smile before looking down as creamy, glossy strawberry shortcake. I hope that it is her report that is the cause of her weird behavior. She grimaced. Hinata hadn't been the same since they came back from the exam site a couple of hours ago.

Her friend had even left before Kaminari was done making dinner for them.

"We are here to have a girls night out and to have fun!" Ashido declared. Her yellow eyes flared up with determination and a little pout played on her lips as Hagakure and Pony bobbed their heads in agreement. Naruto scooped her cake and let out a content sigh as parts of her cake crumbled into tiny dust. "We're going to be talking about more interesting things like…Todoroki and Uzumaki's relationship!"

"I thought you were done gossiping about my relationship!" She shoved a spoonful of her cake into her mouth and looked away from the greedy, starving eyes of her classmate. Blood rushed to her cheeks and heat buildup inside her. You would think now that I've been with Shouto for 2 months now that Mina would be bored with us. Sinking deeper into her seat, Naruto tilted her head down and licked her cold metallic spoon.

Hagakure giggled. "Well we were done until Todoroki-san and you did that little stunt after the Exam!"

"What did our two lovebirds do?" Setsuna asked. Her muddy green eyes darted from her to the other girls of Class 1A. All of the girls, except for Tsuyu, flushed a deep shade of red and avoided the teen's curious gaze. "Judging from all of your reactions, Naruto and Todoroki might have gotten pretty busy…haven't they?"

Tsuyu coughed and then nodded her head. "They had a rather heated kiss after the exam."

"Don't forget to mention the hickeys!" Hagakure giggled.

The girls of Class B swirled their heads at her, their eyes growing wide with disbelief before flushing a deep shade of red. They'll never ever let me forget the fact that Shouto and me got heated. Naruto bit back a groan and hid her face underneath her hands. It was barely three seconds later when the other girls erupted into a fit of giggles.

"I didn't think my hickeys would be shown to the whole world," she tugged her braid and folded her arms against her chest while everyone else snickered. Yaoyorozu coughed and then reddened while Uraraka covered her face. "And neither of us thought that people were going to watch us kiss! It seemed like everyone was distracted at the time!"

It was excuses but what could she say to them to explain their behavior? Shouto seemed to have gotten into the mood when she locked their hands together. I mean I could have protested when I had the chance. Naruto lowered her head as more blood rushed to her cheeks. But it wasn't everyday her boyfriend showed her that kind of affection in public, and kissing was a natural process and…

Now she was just making excuses for their behavior.

"You guys can't keep your hands off each other, can you?" Tokage snickered. Another groan escaped Naruto's lips as the girls of class 1A snorted at her plight. I'm going to get all of you boyfriends so that I can tease you about your own relationship. She bobbed her head. Yup, it would be a perfect way of maintaining her dignity.

A heavy hand patted her back and Naruto relaxed at the empathetic eyes of Kendou. I can trust Itsuka-chan to not tease me for this incident. Her friend offered her a smile and darted her eyes around the café. Naruto frowned when the smile on her friend's lips faded, replaced with a tiny frown and knitted eyebrows.

Who is Itsuka-chan staring at? She knitted her eyebrows together and followed her friend's gaze. A stoic white-haired man with light brown eyes gazed at her for the longest time before looking away from her. That was strange. She tilted her head and hissed at the crack echoing from her neck. Did she ever serve that guy? Oh yeah, her co-workers called him Mr. Brooding but she never severed him.

"I didn't think you liked the brooding type, Itsuka-chan." Her friend blinked and flushed a light shade of red before shaking her head. At that moment, the orange-haired girl looked like an embarrassed puppy with her flushed cheeks. Oh, it is so fun teasing her. Naruto grinned. "If you want I can try and introduce you to him 'cuz he comes by my workplace."

Her friend shook her head. "I'm not interested in him, Naruto."

"Then why do you keep staring at him?" Naruto darted her eyes to the white-haired boy, who now pulled out a magazine, and then back to her flushed friend. Girls stared at boys that they liked. That was a fact…but then again, she didn't stare at Shouto in the beginning because she liked him. He just wiggled his way into my heart. She chuckled. "If you really aren't interested in him then why are you looking at him?"

Was there other reasons to look at a boy if it wasn't because of interest? She didn't know. But it was probably hypocritical of her to just presume Itsuka was interested in a guy she barely knew. I keep telling people that love at first sight doesn't exist. Naruto bobbed her head. She leaned against her chair and gazed at her glossy, half-eaten strawberry.

"He looks really heartbroken," Itsuka explained. Naruto blinked and directed her gaze at the boy. Heartbroken? How could Itsuka-chan know? Nothing about that guy's expression screamed heartbroken. Y'know his posture reminds me of Sasuke. She shook her head and looked down at her hands. It was her imagination. Her mind had played tricks on her before.

Clearing her throat, she looked at the door. "I don't see how you can tell."

"It is really subtle but if you really focus on him then you can see it in his eyes," her friend replied. Naruto tilted her head and slid the spoon back into her mouth as Itsuka took a bite of her brownie. I still can't see it. She poked her tongue against her cheek while Itsuka continued to gaze at the boy with a frown playing on her lips. "I wonder who was the girl who broke his poor heart."

"He might not swing that way, Itsuka-chan," Naruto stated. Her friend shrugged her shoulders and in that moment the door bell rang. She turned her head to the door and blinked at the sight before her. Standing right in front of the door, were the Suna Siblings. Temari blinked and then offered her a slight nod while Kankuro gawked at her. You would think he would be used to the fact that I'm friends with girls by now. The blonde grimaced.

Ashido blinked and flickered her eyes between the four of them while Yaoyorozu waved her hand at them. Most of the other girls blinked before knitting their eyebrows together. Naruto grinned and waved her hand, gesturing to the empty seats right behind her. Hey, if they are still here then we can catch up! Her body practically vibrated with excitement.

Gaara hadn't told her at all what he had been up to for the last couple of months.

"Oi Naruto, what are you doing here? And mind telling me who are these…ouch!" Naruto snickered when Gaara jabbed Kankuro on the ribs. The Suna Puppeteer scowled and rubbed his ribs while Temari shook her head at them. The girls exchanged glances before chuckling and shaking their heads at the male.

Gaara pulled up the empty chair from the table behind them, dragging it between her and Yaoyorozu. The floors continued to screech as the other two Suna Siblings followed their youngest brother's league. Is Gaara the type to be popular with girls? It seemed so if that secret glance from Komori told her anything. Naruto sighed and took a bite of her cake.

Kankuro cleared his throat and Naruto exhaled. It seemed like her friend really wanted to know why they were here on a Tuesday's night, instead of being in school with the others. But we need to celebrate and a break from all that training! Besides, I know Aizawa-sensei is trying to figure out how to poach what happened between me and Shouto. She shoved the cake into her mouth and groaned.

"We are celebrating the fact we passed the Provisional Hero License Exam." Naruto swallowed her cake and wiped away the tear of delight from her eye. She picked up her hot chocolate, sipping in on the sweet goodness that was her drink. Yaoyorozu and the other girls exchanged glances, their eyes radiated with an intensity that made her palms moistened with nerves.

What was going through their minds?

"We're also celebrating your promotion," Yaoyorozu finally said. The other girls bobbed their heads and darted their eyes to the Suna Siblings. Gaara kept his expression blank, eyes showing absolutely no emotion, and took the offered menu from one of the waiters. Kankuro and Temari blinked before exchanging surprised glances with each other.

Her red-haired friend flipped a page on the menu and darted his teal eyes from her to Yaoyorozu. He furrowed his non-existent eyebrows together and tilted his head to the side. His teal eyes looked a little bit distant as if he was in another place entirely. Naruto grimaced and took another mouthful of her hot chocolate.

"Congratulations for getting your promotion, Naruto," Gaara finally said. The blonde beamed and the red-haired male paused before looking at the black-haired teen. "And congratulations for passing the license exams, Yaoyorozu. Knowing you, you must have worked really hard to pass the license exam."

Thank god! Ashido found a new target! Naruto picked up her mug and hid her grin behind her cup. Her heart twisted and turned with joy as yellow eyes gleamed with hope. Kendou chuckled and pushed her chair closer to her. Her bright green eyes gleamed with amusement and her friend offered a tiny, quiet giggle.

"I think Ashido found her second target," Kendou giggled. "She is definitely looking at Yaoyorozu and Gaara with hearts in her eyes again."

Naruto bobbed her head, licking her dried lips, and scooped up a little bit of her strawberry shortcake. Shoving the cake to the side of her mouth, she inspected her beaming yellow-eyed friend before shifting her gaze to Yaoyorozu and Gaara. I want Gaara to be happy but you can't force feelings…and I don't know if it is a good idea anymore. She shook her head.

"She shouldn't imagine everyone has feelings for each other and a relationship between those two would be so difficult."

Kendou sighed and regarded Yaoyorozu.

"It might be difficult but it could be worth it, don't you think?"

It will be…if they have the endurance for it.

The blonde sighed.

Maybe she wasn't the right person to have this thought.

"You should leave, Tomo-chan."

The corridor lights flickered and the shadows grew longer, as Touya's voice echoed in the corridor. Tomoyo took a deep breath and crossed her legs together as turquoise eyes focused on her. The cold air-condition air tickled her skin and goosebumps rose up from her skin, but it wasn't enough for her to squirm in her seat. Not enough for her to abandon her friend sitting before her.

She slumped against the wall and stared at her white-haired friend. My Kekkei Genkei can't heal those purple burnt scars. Her heart throbbed and wept at the molten scars. Tomoyo clenched her jaw and took in a deep breath as her lungs burned with agony. Eisuke wants me to convince Touya to spill information and I can do this. She cleared her throat.

"I still have things to ask you, Dabi." Bitterness coated her tongue and Tomoyo thinned her lips. Dabi wasn't a name she wanted to use, not when it sounded so unfamiliar to her tongue. Tou-kun was better but the police could be watching them. His heritage can't be leaked out until his siblings get the news…or until that asshole comes to talk to him. She grimaced and inhaled.

Her best-friend was still in the dark about this.

"What do you want to know, Tomo-chan?" Touya asked. His turquoise eyes pierced through her and Tomoyo gulped down a lump. I can do this. Her fingers trembled and she took in another deep breath. Eisuke shouldn't have pressured me to do this! I don't hold any power over Touya. No one did. Their friend was his own person.

She took in another deep breath. "Who was the shinobi that gave you that seal?"

"You know I'll tell you a lot of things but I can't tell you about him," Touya replied. His eyes lacked any emotion while his tone had a hardness that she had never heard before. She hated it. Touya used to have a soft and hesitant tone but Dabi had a cold tone that pierced through her body. Yet for some reason, both tones could make her shudder.

She took a deep breath and cradled her legs closer to her body. The cold air seeped into her skin, nipping her bones and Tomoyo closed her eyes. I can't force him to tell me and guilting him to tell me is wrong. We never had that kind of relationship. Another deep inhale and the gray-haired woman gazed at her friend with blank eyes.

"Dabi, if you ever want a chance of seeing them again then you need to cooperate with the heroes and officers," Tomoyo whispered. Touya closed his eyes and his jaw trembled just a little bit. I just have to tell him a little bit more so Eisuke won't have a problem talking to him spilling some details. She took a deep breath. "If Uzushiokage wants a chance of getting you out of this mess then you need to spill everything you know."

If we can have the government make a secret program of exchange, then will you keep an eye on Touya in Konoha?

Her throat tightened and Tomoyo sucked in a deep breath. He is putting his reputation on the line for you and I can't do much because I never wanted to become a hero. The best thing she could do was try and get Touya to admit everything he knew about the shinobi. That was the only task Eisuke asked her to do before telling the police officers that she could be alone with Touya.

"Why is that fool going this far for me? I'm a murderer and I certainly don't deserve this from him," Touya whispered. He kicked his head back; his shackles chimed and rattled. Tomoyo licked her lips and took in a deep breath. You still don't understand that Eisuke loves the hell out of you! She clenched her jaw and took a deep breath. If this had been someone without that many issues then those words could be said.

Touya was now more fragile than ever and he didn't need curse words thrown at him.

"No matter how many people came into his life, Eisuke will always call you his best friend," Tomoyo replied. The white-haired man closed his eyes and his whole body trembled. I know I shouldn't say this but he needs to know this. She dug her nails into her hand. "You were the friend that saw him when Kenji-ojisan was too harsh on him and didn't judge him for being a big crybaby. If the roles were reversed…he thinks you would save his ass."

The older boy lowered his head. "He is being a naïve fool again."

"He has always been an idealist and you know that, Dabi," Tomoyo whispered. Blood clung to her nails as turquoise eyes faded just a little bit. The villain gazed at her with blank eyes and the gray-haired woman inhaled. "He always thinks that if someone shows just a little bit of kindness and empathy then the world would be a better place. Until you did this, he wouldn't even try this hard to get a villain a chance to be…happy."

You should go with him, Tomo-chan if I can get the government to agree to this exchange! You can learn under Tsunade and the two of you can be happy.

Her cousin was so naïve to believe that Touya loved her. I could never read with his actions because he was always so quiet. She shook her head and clicked her tongue. This was not the time for her to have those thoughts. Touya was not in a mental state to accept that kind of feelings and she still had to focus on her career.

"You need to knock some sense into that naïve fool before he does something to ruin his career."

Anger boiled inside of her blood and her vein throbbed with irritation but she swallowed it in. He doesn't need a verbal lashing right now but once he is in a better state then I'm going to scream at him. Tomoyo inhaled and chewed the inner corner of her cheek before smoothing the wrinkles of her white, pristine jacket. She needed to maintain control.

She had to be honest with him.

"I'm a naïve fool too, Touya," Tomoyo declared. Her words echoed in the corridor, ringing against her ears as Touya's shackles crashed to the ground. Her bottom lip wobbled and her eyes burned with tears. Don't show weakness. She rubbed her eyes and took another deep breath. "I'm naïve enough to believe that Eisuke can find a way for you to get the help that you always needed! I'm the fool that is trying to figure out how Eisuke can get the best of both worlds because…I fucking hate the fact he is going to ruin his career for this."

Water dribbled down the sides of her face and Tomoyo froze. It wasn't water. Tears gushed out from her tear ducts and she clenched her jaw together. Only those two can make me cry like a baby. She rubbed her eyes. This was the main reason she didn't want Eisuke searching for Touya in the very beginning, because this was a result she always imagined would happen if Touya finally cracked.

I know no one would accept Eisuke's idea but I can't help but hope. She licked her lips and clenched her jaw. There was no way the Fifth Hokage would agree to this and the Government would never accept it because of the backlash that could come from this action. Tomoyo inhaled. Her cousin was being an idealist again and this time she couldn't snap him out of it.

Her heart was not allowing her to be a realist this time.

"I'm sorry for putting the two of you through this."

Tomoyo shut her eyes and took several deep breaths before covering her hand over her mouth. This should be enough to cover up the pathetic sobs coming out of her mouth. She sniffed and rubbed her burning eyes before sinking even deeper into her seat. What could she say to him? That she forgave him? It would be a mockery for what her cousin could possibly go through in the upcoming weeks.

It would be a mockery for how much his family needed him.

"I don't need an apology and the same goes for Eisuke," she dropped her shoulders and locked her gaze on the quiet man in front of her. "If anyone needs an apology then it is your siblings! It is your victims' families! You always talked about how Endeavor inflicted pain to your family…so how could you do the same thing to innocent people? They are in so much pain, Touya."

She tried to hide the judgmental tone but it was difficult. How could she just pretend she was fine with what he did? She was training to be a doctor. Her job required her to save lives and what Touya did was a mockery to her job. The problem is that I know this and my heart still flutters around him. She clenched her jaw and took a deep breath.

"You know a day doesn't go by where I didn't think of their families," Touya admitted. His tone was soft and blood dribbled down from underneath his eyes. I've to be strong. She balled her hands into a fist as her heart wept for the man in front of her. "I keep thinking about it and how I'm no different from the man that created me. I'm doing what I thought would get rid of the corrupt heroes like him."

You really are an idiot.

"You better hope Eisuke can pull a miracle out of his ass because you really messed things up."

She hoped that Eisuke wouldn't have to resort to plan B because plan B could get him into a load of trouble if people had even a whiff of what he wanted to do for the male in front of her.

"Where is Dabi?"

Sasuke leaned against his seat as Shigaraki focused his gaze on him. It had been hours since Dabi had been taken in by the heroes and the police. It had been over an hour since he saw Naruto hanging out with her friends, smiling with a sincerity that made his heart ached. What is important is that she is happy. He inhaled and shook his head.

"Dabi got caught by the heroes," Toga admitted. Sasuke gazed at the blond-haired teen. The older girl balled her hands into a fist and her lips curled into a tiny scowl as her yellow eyes flickered to him. Accusation shone through her eyes and the black-haired teen only grunted. Why should he care about the fact Dabi was captured? It was bound to happen with how he clung to his first love.

Shigaraki clenched his jaw and took several deep breaths. He has gotten a lot more calmer now that his mentor is no longer around him. Sasuke leaned against the chair as Kurogiri eyed the trembling man in front of them. Magne sweated and picked up a napkin while Mr. Compress continued to stare at the trembling blue-haired man in front of them.

"The both of you abandoned him." Toga winced and pulled out her knife from her pocket as Shigaraki inspected them. Those red eyes swirled and burned with rage. Murder screamed in his eyes and Sasuke leaned further away from the male. For someone who claims to see them as reliable tools, he is getting irritated over the fact a man was left behind. He traced the hilt of his sword and inhaled.

You will always imagine what it would have been like if you had your first love.

He clenched his jaw as the words replayed in his ears and the grey-haired woman smiling at her cousin danced before his eyes. He didn't know anything about Dabi. The fact his turquoise eyes looked similar to that one eye of Naruto's boyfriend could be a coincidence. They couldn't be brothers. He thinned his lips as warm black eyes flashed before him.

"You know that if there was a possibility that Itachi was good and he had a good reason for killing him…then you would want him by your side." The voice sounded so much like his mother and Sasuke clenched his jaw. His brother was evil. His brother abandoned him in Konoha and gave him some bullshit reason about desiring power. I have to kill him in order to protect Naruto. He clenched his jaw.

He had to kill his brother in order to protect Naruto and in order to stop him from being evil. I didn't abandon Dabi because of a need to fulfill a fantasy. Sasuke inhaled and flickered his eyes to Toga. The blond-haired teen shuffled backwards and forwards, yellow eyes gleaming with just the tiniest glimpse of regret.

"It was too risky to go and rescue him," Sasuke stated. Toga blinked and shifted her eyes at him while Shigaraki narrowed his eyes at him. The blue-haired teen scratched his neck, jaw clenched so tight that it would be a matter of time before it break. "There were a lot of heroes in the area and there was a certain someone, who would have posed a problem in terms of rescue operation."

Shigaraki eyed him for the longest time while Mr. Compress gazed at him with unimpressed eyes. If I ever released the chakra suppression seal then Hyuga would have tried to capture me and Naruto would have been alerted by my presence. He gazed back at them with blank eyes and flickered his eyes to the blank screen.

"They must be pretty strong for you to make that claim," Shigaraki mused. His red eyes didn't betray any emotion while Sasuke just stared back at him. I stayed this long because I wanted to be certain that Naruto is doing fine, now I can go back to Orochimaru and resumed my training. He inhaled and exhaled as flushed cheeks flashed before his eyes.

I didn't think my hickeys would be shown to the world.

The words played against his ears like a never-ending horror movie. Naruto was with someone else and that was fine. She deserved happiness and to be with someone, who never hurt her like he did. She was never a love-blind fool anyway. Sasuke took another deep breath and grimaced as his lungs burned from the lack of oxygen.

If she continued to fall in love with that dense boy then it was going to be fine. It suited him and his needs just fine. She would never go after me now that she has more reason to stay here. His throat tightened again and Sasuke shook his head. He didn't want the reassurance she still cared for him. The bonds between them was broken.

You're still so weak, aren't you…little brother? You are still clinging to her.

Naruto wasn't his weakness and he was going to get stronger in order to kill his brother.

"I managed to meet Naruto-chan," Toga declared. The grimace on her face faded, replaced with a bright blood-thirsty smile. There was a tiny bounce in her steps and the blond-haired teen clasped her hands together. Shigaraki diverted his gaze away from him and focused on the beaming girl in front of them. "And she agreed to come here, next week and listen to what you have to offer her."

What the hell is that idiot planning to do? Sasuke clenched his jaw and steadied his trembling arms. There was no way his best friend would accept to go with these guys. She wouldn't be foolish enough to do it. His whole body shivered as his chair squeaked again. She has no idea of how insane these people are. He grinded his jaw and took several deep breaths.

Naruto was strong. She could definitely take care of herself but she was also a dreamer. She has always been a dreamer when it comes to people because god knew Sakura didn't deserve to be treated kindly by her. Sasuke inhaled and closed his eyes. No, his childhood friend had a plan. She had to be planning something for her to risk her possible future.

"It can't be that easy," Shigaraki said. His words rang in the air and every villain frowned at the male's words. His red eyes swirled with suspicion and darted to the pouting blonde before landing his gaze on the blank television screen. "She must be up to something because her half-cousin was stubborn when it came to our offer."

Sasuke frowned. "Half-cousin?"

"You don't know, do you?" Shigaraki asked. Sasuke scowled and folded his arms against his chest as everyone else directed their gaze back at him. Their jaws slacked opened and their eyes widened with so much disbelief that his whole body bristled. It wasn't a big deal. No one in Konoha knew much about Naruto's family. "Uzumaki Naruto is the child of a missing boy that All Might failed to rescue."

Missing boy? Sasuke closed his eyes and leaned against his seat. Did someone from Konoha kidnap a child from Japan? It would have been possible if the child had a Kekkei Genkei, but Naruto didn't have a Kekkei Genkei. Something doesn't make sense. He curled his lips into a frown and darted his eyes at the various villains, who gazed back at him with curious eyes.

"Naruto never knew her parents so how would she tell me?" He retorted. Shigaraki frowned and scratched his neck even harder while Toga's eyes gleamed with curiosity. I spoke too much. Sasuke looked down at his seat and inhaled. If what Shigaraki stated was indeed true then it would mean Konoha had done something to that child.

It would explain the presence of Kakashi and the other Konoha shinobi.

"You must know Naruto-chan's life story, don't you Sasuke-kun?" He winced at the shrill tone and Toga gazed at him with excited eyes. She leaned closer to him and Sasuke took a step back. She reeks of blood. His nose twitched as bile rose up to his throat. The blond-haired teen pouted and twirled her knife. "Can you tell us her life story? I wanna know more about Naruto-chan."

"No," Sasuke answered. Toga frowned and puffed her cheeks while the others gazed at him with unimpressed eyes. Naruto doesn't like it when people know how bad her life was. He inhaled and closed his eyes. It had been a miracle that his best friend never ended up going insane like the people in front of him. A miracle that she had never broke from what happened to her.

Shigaraki regarded him. "Her life story isn't rainbows and sunshine, is it?"

"It seems like you aren't an idiot." The villain bristled and reached his hand out, only for Mr. Compress to pull him back. Toga blinked and darted her eyes between them and Sasuke rolled his eyes. Should he have been polite? Maybe but what was the point of being nice to them? He hadn't even been nice during his time in Team Seven.

Kurogiri cleared his throat. "Sasuke-san, I realize that you have no desire to divulge aspects of her past but could you please control your tongue around Shigaraki?"

Sasuke grunted and then rolled his eyes. He slid his hands down into his pockets and then flickered his eyes to Toga. If Naruto truly came here then it would pose a problem. This is definitely not the time for either of us to meet. His heart still wavered from his resolve whenever the whiskered-teen tried to talk some sense into him and there was the fact she needed more time away from him.

He had nightmares when Itachi came back and Itachi hadn't tried to kill him.

If she sees me again then she might revert into that horrible state again. He took a deep breath and jumped off from his seat. The chairs squeaked and Sasuke paused when Spinner took a step forward. His pink eyes gleamed with curiosity and a frown played on his lips as his reptile-like hand clutched the katana like it was his lifeline.

"Where are you going, Sasuke? We still haven't decided on what to do with Dabi or what to do when we meet Uzumaki!"

Sasuke gazed at them.

"I don't care about what you plan to do with Dabi and I'm not going to be here when you meet the Dobe," he stated. Spinner took a step back and Sasuke paused before swirling his head at the stone-faced Shigaraki. He allowed his irritation and anger to leak out of him and a cruel smirk played on his lips when everyone in the room trembled. "If you ever inform Naruto that I was here, then I will end you."

The last thing he needed was Naruto chasing after him.

(Not once did the League of Villains or Sasuke noticed that there was a raven watching them. Three years later when Naruto confronted him about being in Japan, only then would he learn that Itachi had roped her into bringing him to Japan).

A/N: So we have Naruto bonding with the girls of Class 1A and 1B and we had Gaara making an appearance in this chapter. We also see a little glimpse of Dabi and Tomoyo in this chapter and Shigaraki's reaction to Dabi being captured by the heroes. The next chapter will hopefully be a bit longer and will have All Might and Naruto interacting with each other alongside Aizawa.

This book will be the final book before the time skip and will probably tie up as many loose-ends that I had left behind. The relationship between Todoroki and Naruto is still focused in this book but I'll try to explore the other possible relationships alongside Naruto's therapy. Due to the fact that Eri was rescued earlier, the arc that will replaced it will be Naruto's work-studies and her dealing with the offer that Shigaraki posed for her.

I'll be taking up suggestions on which hero that you hoped for Naruto to work for during her work-studies.

Please do drop a review to tell me what you thought about this chapter.
