"Eight years and you still haven't learned why standing up to me is mistake."
Kingpin answers his phone, "Don't worry, Vanessa. It's only a minor setback. I'll still be there as scheduled."
Kingpin dusts his suit off, "Looks like I have to buy a new suit."
"In the next hour, I'll be gone and all my lawyers will have this whole mess swept under the rug."
"You should've accepted my offer when you had the chance."
Fisk holds up Spider-Man's mask. "All these years, and the one thorn in my side has been…a nobody."
(After Fisk's arrest)
"You should've known. My influence stretches out even through these bars."
"I knew I'd have my revenge against you. I just didn't know it would be so soon."
"Now I just have to wait on Wesley schedule for my release."
Shocker:
(Chase Downtown)
"Eat my dust, Spider-Freak!" Shocker hops away with his shock gauntlets.
"Looks like you lost your edge, Web Head!" Shocker hops away.
"Just stay outta my way and we won't have an issue!" Shocker hops away.
(Fight in the Bank)
"Oh my God…I beat you…I beat you! I FINALLY BEAT YOU!"
"I don't hear you makin fun of me now, Bug!"
"I told you to stay outta my way, Spider-Man!"
"I know my job was to rob this place, but I figure I'd give myself a bonus," Shocker aims his gauntlets at the downed Spider-Man.
"Looks like I ain't an inferior foe after all."
"Want my advice? Sit this one out. You don't wanna mess with these guys."
Screwball:
"OMG! Spider-Man died on camera! I'm going to get so many views!"
"Did you seriously fail my challenge?! I'm going to lose like a thousand followers for that!"
"Get back up, Spider-Man! Don't you know how hard it is to catch a superhero on film?!"
Screwball checks her phone with glee. "I'm trending! I'm trending! Thank you so much, Spider-Man! I'll never forget how you helped my rising star!"
Screwball takes a picture of the downed Spider-Man before texting. "Spidey's down, but still lookin fire in his new suit. #OnFleek."
"Ok, ok! I know you're bleeding out now and I'm going to let you finish, but can I get a selfie before you die?"
Screwball checks her social media on her phone and frowns. "I just killed Spider-Man on stream! This should be trending at the top! So why's everyone trying to get me banned?"
Tombstone:
(When MJ sneaks on his turf)
"Wasn't bright snoppin around my turf."
"Sorry, lady, but I can't let you go snitchin about me."
"Gonna have a talk with the boys about upping security."
(Taking Down His Gang)
"Shoulda stayed outta my business, Spider-Man."
"Guess now the streets are gonna be filled more freaks like me."
"I gotta thank you for takin down Fisk. Now it's my time."
(Beginning of his Boss Fight)
"Always figured you'd put up a better fight than that."
"How'd Kingpin have such a hard time with you?"
"Sorry, but business is business. And I can't have you haltin it."
(Halfway through his Boss Fight)
Tombstone wipes some blood off his lip. "Damn. Haven't felt nothin like that in a while."
Tombstone cracks his neck and chuckles. "Haven't a fight like that in years."
"You ain't half bad, kid. Shame I had to kill you."
Mr. Negative:
(Rise of the Demons) *Mr. Negative wears a demon mask at this point*
Mr. Negative places his hand on a downed Spider-Man. "Don't resist. You'll soon be a part of us."
"Don't bother trying to stop us. We're New York's saviors now."
"This city will soon learn of the Demons' Wrath."
(After the City Bombing) *He no longer wears a mask*
"If you're half the hero you claim you are, you would've stopped the bombing."
"Don't worry," Mr. Negative places his hand on a downed Spider-Man, "once you join us, you'll be delivering true justice to this city."
"Everyone will be a part of our cause soon enough."
"To get revenge, bring out true justice, one must crossover to the darkness. That is the will of a demon."
(After he finds out Peter is Spider-Man)
"Why did you make me do that, Peter?"
Mr. Negative points his sword at Peter. "You get one chance; join me or die, Peter."
"Do you really want to leave your aunt all alone?"
Mr. Negative places his hand on a downed Spider-Man, "Don't fight me, Peter. With you on our side, we'll finally take down Osborn."
"You've had so much power, Peter, but you never used it to its true potential."
(MJ Stuck in the Station)
"Trying to sneak past us wasn't a smart idea, Miss Watson."
"I really wish you didn't try to stop us, Miss Watson. There aren't many journalists with integrity these days."
"We can't have you stopping our plans." Mr. Negative turns to some offscreen minions, "Kill her." Mr. Negative walks away.
(Failing to disarm the Devil's Breath)
"Because of you, our plans have actually moved much quicker than I anticipated."
"You've just killed everyone in the station. How do you feel now?"
(Final Battle)
"You had your chance to join me, Peter. Now you'll die alone."
Mr. Negative turns back into Martin Li. "I am sorry about what happened to May. If it's any consolation, the two of you will reunite with the rest of your family."
Mr. Negative holds the bottle of anti-serum. "We can't have this get out. Not while Osborn still walks free."
Taskmaster:
(First Fight)
"I was hoping you'd put up more of a fight than that. Oh well. A paycheck's a paycheck."
"I was planning on copying your moves, but you just proved why I shouldn't."
"Since you don't have any moves worth copying, I think I'll just help myself to a little bonus." Taskmaster kneels down to steal Spidey's stuff.
(Second Fight)
"I don't know what the client saw in you."
"At least I got some new tricks thanks to you."
"You can do whatever a spider can, but I can do it better."
"I did make my own, but why don't I take you webshooters? I could use them a lot more than you right now." Taskmaster kneels down to steal Spidey's stuff.
"Not a bad fight, but I was just better."
Electro:
(Chase through Ryker's)
"Ha! You've really gotten slow since our last match!" Electro laughs before flying away.
"What? Did you seriously just die before I could reveal the surprise?!"
Electro shakes his head. "Man, I just wished you could've lived long enough to see what we had planned for the place."
(Electro Attacks the Police Station)
Electro gets super charged off of the transformers. "Bet you feel dumb turning on all the towers now, huh?"
Electro hovers above a downed Spider-Man, "Ha! Didn't you know spiders don't do well with bug zappers?"
"Now that you AND the police are gone, I'm a free man!" Electro flies off laughing.
(Boss Fight with Electro)
Electro puts on a thick Russian Accent. "If he dies, he dies."
Electro laughs as he hovers in the air. "I ain't the same two bit punk you locked up all those years ago! I'm a god now!"
"Only if you had a sidekick, maybe you'd stand up to our teamwork."
Electro charges some electricity in his hands. "Oh no. I ain't done with you yet! I'm gonna start your heart up again so I can kill you myself!"
Vulture:
(Boss Fight)
Vulture hovers above the downed Spider-Man. "I was cursed to be there at your beginning, but blessed to be your end."
"Looks like that electric buffoon was actually helpful." Vulture takes off into the skies.
Vulture kneels down next to Spider-Man. "I feared that my time would come before I'd finally have my revenge on you." Vulture stands up. "I have much to thank Octavius for." He flies away.
Vulture pulls off Spider-Man's mask but gives a shocked and sorrowful expression. "You…You're just a kid. After all these years, I was beaten by a nobody?"
"Don't feel so sad, Spider-Man. The city may grow sicker, but with your death I will be cured of my disease. So, in a way, you did save a life today."
Scorpion:
(Scorpion Poisons Spidey)
Scorpion crawls towards a downed Spider-Man. "Aw. I was so hoping to kill you in a much more…intimate way."
Scorpion laughs and points his stinger at a downed Spider-Man. "I just got to say, watching you die was to most satisfying thing in my whole life."
Scorpion shakes his head with a smirk on his face. "You used to put up a better fight than that, web head. Oh well. Looks like I'm starting my new life much sooner than I thought."
(Boss Fight with Scorpion)
Scorpion crawls towards a downed Spider-Man with his stinger pointing at the hero. "Oh, I've been waiting for this day for a long, long time, web head." Scorpion's stinger darts towards Spidey's face.
Scorpion wraps his tail around Spidey's neck and lifts him up into the air. "Look into my eyes, Spider-Man. I want to see your life drain from yours as I choke you out."
Scorpion laughs at a downed Spider-Man. "I knew that Russian idiot would be good for something. Now you're as flat the pavement." Scorpion leaps away.
Scorpion takes off Spider-Man's mask and narrows his brows. "You! I got hired to follow you for those Spider-Man pictures! Were you enjoying making a fool out of me?!" Scorpion sends his stinger right into Spidey's face.
Rhino:
(Rampage through the City)
Rhino walks over Spider-Man. "I wish your defeat came at later time to enjoy, Spider."
Rhino steps on top of Spider-Man's chest and laughs. "I was not hired to kill you, but it is bonus I will keep."
Rhino steps over a downed Spider-Man. "You should have stayed out of my way, Spider!"
(Miles Sneaks Pass Rhino)
Rhino shouts, "I hate chase of goose!" Rhino stomps his foot right onto Miles' head.
Rhino grabs Miles by the head and shouts right into his face. "You enjoy making a fool of me?! I will show you what happens you make a fool of me!" He charges his horn into Miles.
"I found you!" Rhino stomps his foot onto Miles.
(Boss Fight with Rhino)
Rhino steps on top of Spidey's chest. "I have longed for this day for years. I am glad it did not disappoint."
Rhino yells at the sky as he holds Spider-Man by the throat. "On this day, I FINALLY SQUASHED THE SPIDER!"
"I was always stronger than you, Spider! Now is the day I proved it!" Rhino charges his horn into Spidey.
"Looks like Gargan isn't such a weakling after all. Still, I will be the one to deliver the final blow!" Rhino punches Spidey right in the face.
Silver Sable:
(Sable Hunting Spider-Man)
Silver Sable points her guns at a downed Spider-Man. "You're beaten. So much as attempting to escape and I will shoot you."
Silver Sable talks into a walkie talkie, "Mr. Osborn, we have captured Spider-Man. We're bringing him into custody."
Silver Sable looks at a downed Spider-Man before looking at her men. "Restrain him and bring him back to the base. He has a lot to answer for."
Silver Sable crosses her arms and shakes her head. "When I came to America, I heard two different opinions on you. You were either a hero that saves people or a fool that makes things worse. Now I know which one is the truth."
(MJ Sneaks into Sable Base/Osborn's Home)
Silver Sable stomps her way towards Mary Jane. "You're not allowed here, girl!"
Silver Sable points to her men. "Get her out of her. I will question her at the base."
Silver Sable points her guns at Mary Jane. "You have a lot to answer for girl."
"I don't have time for snooping reporters," Sable shouts. "Get her out of here!"
(War on Hammerhead)
Silver Sable shakes her head at a downed Spider-Man. "You should have stayed out of my way."
Silver Sable kneels down next to a downed Spider-Man. "Sorry Spider-Man, but I must handle this on my own. So, leave me be."
Silver Sable kneels down next to a downed Spider-Man. "Do not worry, Spider-Man. I will make sure your death will not be in vain."
Silver Sabe pulls out a walkie talkie. "Sable requesting immediate medical attention! I repeat, I need immediate medical attention! Spider-Man is down!"
Doctor Octopus:
(Release of Devil's Breath)
Doctor Octopus uses his mechanical arms to walk over a downed Spider-Man. "We warned you to stay out of our way. You should have heeded it."
Doctor Octopus's mechanical legs lower him down to Spider-Man as he shakes his head. "Such a disappointment."
Doctor Octopus uses one of his mechanical arms to lift an unconscious Spider-Man up by the head. "To think this city viewed you as a hero. You're nothing but a failure." He tosses Spidey's body away.
Doctor Octopus walks on the ground normally. "This city will only suffer as long as Osborn remains free. Once he gets what he deserves, THEN I will fix all this destruction." Otto then uses his mechanical legs to leave.
(Boss Fight with Dr. Octopus; First Phase)
Otto's mechanical legs move him above a downed Spider-Man. He waves the anti-serum bit in his hand. "I'll give the city the antidote when Osborn pays for what he's done."
Doctor Octopus uses his mechanical arms to stand above Spider-Man. "Now that you've been dealt with, I'll finally deal with Osborn."
Doctor Octopus wraps one of his mechanical arms around Spidey's neck. "All you've done is delay the inevitable." He then tosses Spidey away before walking away.
One of Otto's mechanical arms slams Spidey into the ground while he aims another arm at Spidey's face. "You've had your chance to stay away. You should have taken it." Otto's pointed mechanical arm thrusts towards Spider-Man.
(Boss Fight with Dr. Octopus; Second Phase)
Otto waves the anti-serum in front of Spider-Man. "I'm sorry, Parker. But I can't hand this over until I get my revenge."
Otto looks genuinely sad as he lowers himself next to Peter. "I tried to warn you, Peter. Why didn't you listen?!"
Otto wraps his mechanical arm around Peter's neck. "I'm sorry, Peter. But I have to do this." He then crushes Peter's neck.
Hammerhead:
(Normal Hammerhead)
Hammerhead smokes a cigar and puffs some smoke out. "I gotta say, I do thank you for takin care of Fisk for me. Shame we couldn't do business."
Hammerhead has a smirk on his face. "I knew it was a matter of time 'fore the Maggia would take you down."
Hammerhead grabs Spidey by the neck and shakes him violently. "Now, you're gonna tell me where the Cat's at. Better spill it quickly, cause I don't think you're gonna be awake much longer."
Hammerhead puts his foot down onto a downed Spider-Man's chest before shouting into the sky. "Better come on out, Cat! You wouldn't wanna see your boytoy die, would you?"
(Maggia gets ahold of Sable Tech)
Hammerhead holds up a high-tech gun, "I really gotta thank Sable for leaving her gear behind. Made takin you down so much easier."
"I hear Miss Watanabe's havin a lil break down with my gang. Wonder how much worse it's gonna get with you gone."
Hammerhead is accompanied by a group of his high-tech gang members. "Not bad, boys. Now, let's see what we can salvage from his corpse."
"Looks like the Maggia is back on top, boys!" Hammerhead laughs as he walks away.
(First Boss Fight with Armored Hammerhead)
An armored Hammerhead aims his arm canons at a downed Spider-Man. "That white spider made you a real easy target, web head."
An armored Hammerhead looks down at Spidey. "How should I finish you off? My new suit? Or the good old hard head?"
The armored Hammerhead lifts up Spider-Man by the neck. "Ha! I always knew I coulda done what Fisk never could!"
(Cyborg Hammerhead)
"I gotta thank you for being the guinea pig for my new parts, Spider. Really helped iron out the kinks."
Hammerhead rubs the side of his exposed metal plate. "Now you're dead, I'm gonna kill Sable too."
Hammerhead flexes his metal arms. "Way better than whatever your spider strength's supposed to be."
"What do you think, Spider? Am I still too stuck in the past now?"
