This is my first story, so tell me what you think of it, and review please. I am always up for suggestions on how to improve my work! Hope you enjoy!

Alex stepped out of the doorway and entered a dark, gloomy back alleyway, with Kaiden and
Soraya close behind. 'Welcome to Freya' she announced with a flourish. 'Seems quite dark and gloomy' Kaiden noted looking
around at their unwelcoming surroundings. Alex rolled her eyes.'It will get better further on, I promise,' she said. 'Follow me' She
started walking towards the exit, walking quickly not wanting to run into anyone. She turned the corner and ducked behind the
wall again. There were two teenagers around her age, fighting? She gestured for Kaiden and Soraya to stop, and continued
watching the teens. They seemed to be fighting a winged woman with flaming hair, and a prosthetic leg. She couldn't see the
other one clearly. One of the teens was a girl with blond hair, and she was wearing an orange T-Shirt. The other one, who was a
boy, had black hair, and an orange T-Shirt as well. While the woman was busy fighting the boy the girl snuck around the back and
stabbed her. The woman exploded into golden dust, and was gone. The boy wiped his brow. 'That was tiring.' he said. 'Yes it was.
Let's get back to camp' the girl agreed. 'They're pretty good fighters' Kaiden commented watching them as they sheathed their
swords. 'Think they could beat you?' Alex teased. 'Maybe.' he mused. The girl seemed to hear that and her head whipped around.
Kaiden and Alex ducked their heads behind the wall again. Soraya however, wasn't quick enough, and both of the people saw it.
The boy muttered a curse in a language Alex couldn't understand and unsheathed his sword. The girl took out a dagger. They
advanced toward Soraya,who growled, her hackles raised. Just as the boy was about to strike, Alex summoned A'enara and
blocked it. Somewhere behind her, Kaiden had his sword out too. 'Why are you attacking my dog' she demanded.
