Rating: This fic is rated MA for language and graphic violence/rape/sex

Warning: Some parts of the fic may be considered violent or cruel. I've tried to be as true as possible to the Dragonball Z storyline. There are several original characters included. No V/B pairing. English is not my first language, so appologies beforehand for any errors…

Disclaimer: I do not own Dragonball Z or any of the characters used in this fic.

AN: I first started posting chapters for this story somewhere in the year 2009 and took it down certain I was never going to finish it. The story had me blushing A LOT while rereading this. It really is very explicit, so be ready for that. It is also a story I very much like to try and complete, if only to give the Saiyajins the happy ending I think they deserve.

This story was originally posted under the title Concubine/Odalisque. If there are any old followers still out there, I am rewriting everything and will be putting the chapters back up in the coming weeks. Hope you enjoy!

Chapter 1. Discovery

Eleven year old demi-Saiyajins Goten and Trunks were hovering in midair above a large crater in an uninhabited area North of West City. It was the battleground where Frieza and King Cold met their downfall some thirteen years earlier.

"You really did that?" Goten asked, pointing to the crater beneath.

"Future me." Trunks corrected him.

Goten scratched the back of his head sheepishly. "Ano… I still don't get that. It was you, but it wasn't you?"

Trunks sighed impatiently. He really didn't think it was all that hard to understand and besides that, he had told Goten this story so many times already. "It was me from the future. I travelled time to save your dad from a deadly virus."

Goten just looked at him, obviously working hard to make sense of it. "So it was you?"

"Yes! Seventeen year old me. Never mind." Trunks gave a dismissive shake of the lavender-haired head. "You know future me was even stronger than my dad back then?"

"Really?" Goten frowned at his best friend, still struggling. "The old you. You're not stronger than Vegeta-sama."

"Exactly. Anyway, I did that." Trunks pointed down. "When I came here from the future this Frieza guy showed up. You know, the alien your dad defeated on Namek. He came here with his dad, King Cold. They wanted to kill our dads, but I killed them instead."

"That's cool." Goten said. "Want to take a closer look? That crater is pretty huge."

"Yeah, their spaceship was in that spot. I blew it up." Trunks said with a smug smile.

The two demi's descended and landed inside the crater.

"Maybe we'll find parts of that spaceship." Goten said as he scanned the cracked, dry earth.

Trunks did the same and after a moment something glittering in the sunlight to his left caught his eye. "What's that?"

Goten followed him as Trunks trotted over to the glittering object. Just as they reached it, the earth beneath their feet started quaking. They took to the air yelping in surprise when the ground collapsed in on itself with a loud crash. They squinted down through plumes of sandy dust at the large hole that had originated from the cave in.

"Something's down there." Goten said.

"Let's check it out." without waiting for a reply, Trunks descended down the hole.

It was dark inside. He could sense that there was quite some space around him. His feet touched a tiled floor. Soon Goten joined him. It didn't take long for their keen Saiyajin eyes to grow accustomed to the gloom, the only light inside coming in from the hole above, and as the dust settled they found that they were standing inside part of a wrecked spaceship.

"Wicked." Trunks breathed. "This thing's still intact."

The two demi-Saiyajins went deeper into the ship, both looking around excitedly.

"This is so cool." Goten said. "We could make a hangout here."

Trunk nodded, his eyes travelling the slanted walls around them. "We should reinforce the walls first. This thing looks like it's about to cave in. We better keep our voices down."

Goten's attention was drawn to a soft, steady bleeping noise coming from the far side of the room and he went over quickly to see what it was.

"Masaka…Look at this."

Trunks hurried to join his friend standing at a strange rectangular object. It looked like some kind of coffin with tubes and cables running from it and a panel full of illuminated buttons on the top. Whatever it was, it was still operating. He gasped when his eyes found what was inside the strange object. Through the glass top he could see the outline of a body. There was someone lying inside the coffin. He moved closer with held breath to find the scarred, still face of a woman beneath the glass. Her eyes were closed and there was no sign of life in her.

Goten moved in to look at the marred face as well. "Is she dead?"

A shrill bleep cut the silence and to both the boys' horror, the glass top of the coffin like object slid aside with a loud swoosh, steam billowing up out of it as it did.

"Did you touch something?" Trunks asked sounding half scared, half exasperated. He found Goten's hand leaning on the panel of buttons. "Goten, you idiot!"

Goten looked down to his own hand and pulled it away from the panel with a guilty look. "Oops."

The woman lying inside the coffin remained motionless. They waited anxiously to see of she would stir, but her eyes remained closed.

"Oh my Kami, she's naked." Goten squeeked, unable to decide whether he wanted to divert his eyes or have a closer look.

Trunks wasn't having that problem and with a very soft and heartfelt: "This is awesome." he looked the woman's naked form up and down.

The woman's bronze body was covered in scars, kind of like the ones his dad had, and she had similar impairments in her face. A long scar ran across in a clean pink streak from temple to forehead on the right side of her face, cutting into a neat black eyebrow and giving her a permanent frowning look. The second was a smaller scar that ran in a curve up from the right corner of her mouth so that she almost looked to be smirking up at them. The last was a tiny, reddish burnmark shaped like a flame beneath her left eye. It was no bigger than the tip of a finger, yet it stood out on the still face.

"I really think she's dead." Trunks decided after a moment.

Goten, his curiosity having won him over in the end, hesitantly prodded a well developed, lean bicep. "She feels warm though." He let out a nervous giggle. "This is way better than old Kamesennin's naughty magazines."

"Right?" Trunks at his side agreed enthusiastically.

Goten pointed out the red, furry length coiled about the dead woman's waist. "Is that a tail?"

"Think so." Trunks said. "Touch it."

Goten's eyes were transfixed on the tail. "No way. You touch it."

"Wimp." Trunks snickered. "Okay, I'll go first."

Just as he reached out to touch the tail, the woman's chest heaved in a great deep breath. Both boys backed away with a startled gasp. They jostled and made a run for it. Trunks dove behind part of a collapsed wall to hide with Goten skidding to his knees beside him, panting and looking as shaken as Trunks felt.

"Man that was close. Think she saw us?"

Goten chanced a peek from behind the wall. "No. She hasn't moved."

Trunks crawled to his friend's side to peep around as well and just as he did this, the woman came to sit up inside the coffin. Now that it had come alive, her scarred face was a frightening, menacing mask. The lethal way in which she was testing her limbs left no doubt about what she was.

"She's a warrior."

Goten next to him reached out with his senses at that. "Her power level is rising pretty fast."

They watched with bated breath how the woman rose to her feet inside the coffin and stretched her back with a discontented snarl, the popping sounds of her backbone righting itself audible all the way where they were hiding. The red tail that had been lying coiled about her waist now uncurled and shot up behind her, lashing from one side to the other in slow consideration while she took her bearings. She dashed to the floor, making her way over to what looked to be two more coffin like objects.

"This doesn't look good." Goten hissed, only now becoming fully aware of the two additional coffins. "Maybe we should get our dads before she wakes those others up."

But Trunks took too much after his proud father to allow his own apprehension room and he wasn't inclined to back away from a challenge either. "We can take them on ourselves if we have to."

Goten was ready to object, yet refrained from it at the sound of another glass top sliding aside. Not long after that a very tall and broad chested man sat up inside the second coffin. His black hair was standing up in a mohawk so high it defied gravity and his burly frame, though paler skinned than that of his female companion, was thoroughly covered in scars as well, suggesting that he too was a warrior.

Trunks reached out with his senses to measure him, finding the man's power level building now that he had awakened, and discovered that this second warrior was fairly strong as well, though not as strong as the woman.

"Captain." the man acknowledged his companion. He stretched his muscled arms above his head with an enormous yawn. "Where is everyone?"

The woman was already on her way over to the last coffin as she answered in a grating and very rough voice: "I don't know. Looks like the cunting ship crashed or something. I haven't seen Cold yet."

The man jumped out of the coffin with some haste, his dark eyes scanning his surroundings like the woman had done. There was a hint of apprehension in them and the brown furred tail that was twitching behind his back, bristled like that of an aggravated cat.

"My power is unbound."

"Mine as well." the woman said, showing nothing of the apprehension the man displayed. She seemed cold and calculating as she pushed the button on the last coffin. "I have no idea what any of this means, but we're bleeding well not waiting to find out."

"Want to try legging it again?" the man sounded frightened now.

"This is our chance. There is no one here." the woman gave him a hard look, then focused back on the last coffin and snarled: "Get your arse up, Turles. I am not waiting for Cold to get back. We are getting the fuck out of here. Ringo, fetch our clothes."

The tall man with the insane mohawk sprang into action immedietly by making his way over to a row of lockers that stood slanted against the wall behind the coffins. He pulled one open to retrieve a couple of blue battle suits and three pairs of battered looking white boots from inside.

Trunks and Goten, still watching from behind the wall, exchanged knowing glances.

"Those are like the suits your dad wears." Goten hissed.

"I bet they are Saiyajins." Trunks whispered back.

The similarity became uncanny now that the strangers donned their battle suits. There was no doubt that these warriors were of the same race as his dad. Trunks could hardly contain his excitement.

Finally the last man came into view as he sat up grunting inside his coffin and Goten and Trunks let out identical perplexed gasps at the sight of him.

"It's Goku-sama!" Trunks hissed.

"Unreal." Goten breathed. "He looks exactly like dad."

The female Saiyajin, now busy pulling on gloves, turned swiftly and her fierce eyes fell straight on their hideout. It was almost like she was staring right through the wall behind which they crouched. "You can come out now, kid. And your little friend too."
