Based on a prompt sent to me by Tulie4EVER. Kovu and Kiara have been trying for cubs and are successful. Kiara fears they won't be able to produce an heir, but a cub from a broken Pride may be the answer.

25. Chapter 25

"What?" Kiara asked in shock.

"My Pride really needs help." Kanu begged. "We need the help of your Pride!"

Kiara seemed unsure. It hadn't felt that long ago since the feud between The Pride Landers and Outsiders ended. She was afraid, more than anything, this could start another war.

Kovu stepped forward, the same fear in his eyes. He didn't want to go through another feud either. He looked over at Kiara. "Maybe we should check at least check it out."

Kiara still seemed unsure but sighed. "All right...lets go..."

The group of lions headed back to Kanu's old Pride.
