Time to see how things are doing back in Royal Woods and to the others doing what they do, especially what Gyro has planned with some allies. Enjoy reading this everyone.

Chapter 731: Back with the others.

(July 23. Ketcham Park.)

The summer is nearing the close, sorta. The kids around the Park are still going about and making the most of everything before classes begin on August, and even some of the older kids and grownups are having some fun summer time with their kids.

At the fountain, we see Loona, Gwen and they're speaking with Katherine, the wife of Boomer and former Channel 3 News Reporter. Sergei is by the playground with his pups, and they play alongside Darcy.

Neil and Leon are sitting next to Boomer who seems concerned, and each of them are eating a calzone. "Dude you feeling alright?" asked Leon. "Does this have something to do with Katherine?"

Boomer sighs and his Pokémon companions Electrode and Garbodor try to reassure him. "Guys, you all know what month it is, right?"

Neil nods. "Yeah, this is the month of July… What the heck is it with you and this month?" Then he recalls something, 9 months ago. "Oh, never mind. Right, awaiting the moment when Katherine's water breaks."

Boomer looks towards Katherine as she laughs alongside Gwen and Loona. "I'm so concerned. I mean, I know my infant is clean and not a walking radiation field like me, but I don't know if the kid is gonna have my kind of mutant powers someday, it could be dangerous."

"And even with my infant child without my powers, I fear for losing Katherine. She's…. She's seen through me and she understands the conflicts I have within my mental issues and physical issues. She tries to comfort me, and I do my best to make her feel special and that I will always be there for her."

Neil then finishes eating his calzone. "Boomer, calm down. Everything is gonna be alright, just you wait. You're wife and child are gonna make it and surely you're gonna be a great dad."

Leon then gives the rest of his calzone to Boltund. "Yeah, even though you have a dumb-dumb factor inside of your brain. But you're gonna be a good dad, just don't let your kid be a total nut head."

Boomer looks to Leon sternly. "You are such a dick, you know that?" He then looks back to his wife and she continues to enjoy her time with the others. "We're still doing what we can, and trying to see what the future holds for the two of us, and we're just a bit concerned."

"Sounds like a lot of concern" said Neil. "Dude, calm down and look at the positives of this. You're gonna be a dad, and you're gonna have a child soon, and that child will have a future here in Royal Woods, and we're all gonna be here to have your back and same with your wife and child."

"A kid with a name that would be special, and dubbed as an honor by the parents" said Leon. "We don't even know the name, did you guys figure it out yet?"

Boomer is about to speak, but then he stops. "Oh, oh boy. Umm, I don't know."

Neil, Leon and the Pokémon look to him confused. "You guys never came up with the name yet?!"

(Gus' Games n' Grub.)

At the arcade, they all look towards Rusty Spokes, the kid who is no longer grounded and he looks nervous about them looking at him. The ones there: Clyde, Chloe, Zach, Liam, Stella, Emma, Paige, Renee, Tabby, Giggles, Artie, Cookie, Jenny, Flat Tire, Chad, Richie, Tyler, Jennifer, Johnny, Timmy, Coop and Gunther.

"So, things have been different lately, huh?" asked Rusty. He's now wearing a green shirt with yellow sleeves, blue baggy jeans with many pockets, light blue sneakers, red beanie hat and yellow bracelets with green stripes.

They all remain silent and then eat their pizza, then Clyde speaks. "You do recall what Polly said to you, right?"

Rusty sighs and looks disappointed, with himself. "Yeah, I know. She broke it off with me, looks like I'm back to being single again, huh?"

Jenny is annoyed from this. "Rusty, stop with that! You are not a ladies man, just some preteen formerly a kid who kept taking in the stupid advice from his dad who thinks that he can make you him, and it seems to be working."

"Dude, you following his dumb advice is gonna make you into an even bigger loser than long ago" said Chad. "Did you at least learn something while being grounded?"

Rusty nods and is still upset. "Yeah, I won't be able to play any video games until the end of the year, and I have to never ever take in the advice my dad gives me. My mom and even Rocky are disappointed in me, and I don't think Rocky looks up to me anymore either."

"I made a big mistake with that game and acting all flirty and perverted to that video game character. I just…. I don't know what I was thinking, I thought it would be cool to play it, and then try what the other folk's online do with that vampire…"

"Stop!" said Artie. "You're making me sick and tired of everyone falling for some dumb vampire lady! Trent, Lance and I play the game for the lore and the action of the game as if it was playing the old Resident Evil Games, and you took the advice from watching other YouTubers and Twitch Streamers who act all gaga and dumb for that vampire bitch!"

"Sorry, pardon my French." Artie then calms down and drinks his soda, and Cookie holds his hand to calm him down.

Timmy then speaks. "Sunset Shimmer is disgraced by you. She's a gamer, just like Lance, Artie and Trent, and even the others we've seen from their wicked game streams. But you are just delusional falling for that one Resident Evil 8 character, the game is all about the lore and saving a baby!"

"Heck, if you'd grow up and start a family, I doubt you can keep a kid safe from harm" said Tyler. Jennifer even agrees, they all see that Rusty is not so easy to trust.

"Guys, I'll do whatever I can to regain the trust from all of you, I swear I will!" Rusty then calms down. "I just… I didn't think how far it would be to…"

"Rusty." They all look towards Clyde. "We'll give you another chance, but we're gonna be keeping an eye on you. Also, take note that Lincoln and Linka will be back soon after they're stay at Camp Mastodon, so you're gonna have to speak with them as well."

Rusty nods, he understands and now sees what he has to do. To try and fix what he did and show that he is not some kid too messed up on one ridiculous video game character.

(Royal Fortress.)

Right now thus battle platform is located somewhere near the dreaded Tremors Island, and all forces are trying to keep the Shrieker population from rising. But we're not gonna deal with that one.

We go to the FutureTech Chronosphere room and right now Martin, Victor and Jack Cyber are doing some final inspections on the machine, and with them is the guardian Gyro, the Sith Lord Hollow and their newest ally, M.O.D.O.K.

"So, the Chronosphere is locked, loaded and all systems have been scanned and are doing fine." Jack Cyber then comes down. "We're ready to initiate the test run."

Gyro nods. "Alright, this is it. Time for me to figure out what the hell is going on with the dimensional rifts popping out and making things come to our world and other worlds."

"Because the Hybrid did not do this" said Victor. He then finishes running diagnostics. "Alright, big headed guy, time to place down that crystal you have."

The villainous dad goes to Victor. "First off, my name is MODOK! That name stands for Mental Organism Designed Only for…."

"MODOK. Place that thing in" said Martin. He then readies the container. "We need to see if this works, and then I have to go to another world and help beat a case and send someone to jail for a long, long time and someone in juvie to get the death penalty faster than he was originally sentenced."

MODOK places the time crystals into the container, and they begin to float. Hollow pushes the button and the Chronosphere turns on, and then the time crystals begin to spark and make a humming sound. "And, now!" Jack Cyber pushes the lever and the energy of the crystals is extracted.

"Holy shit, it's working" said MODOK. "I mean, of course I knew that." Hollow looks to him confused.

The measurements don't show time travel, but they seem to be on tracker mode. "Alright, looks like this is working. Using the time crystals as the purpose to find the source of the dimensional conflict is working!" said Martin. He then flips the switch.

The machine hums louder and soon a pink portal that then becomes rainbow is made. Gyro smiles. "Perfect, this is it. This is the portal that will take me to the world where the source of the portal fractures have been going on and perhaps I can solve it."

Gyro looks to the others. "I do not know how long I shall be gone, but I shall return!" Gyro flies through the portal in his raven form and then it closes.

"Did he just stole the line of Douglas MacArthur?" asked Jack Cyber.

Victor checks the crystals. "Still intact, we're gonna need these to remain here just in case we need to go after the guardian. We don't know if he does need backup and we are not losing Gyro."

"Hey, I'm chill with you guys keeping the crystals" said MODOK. "I do not wanna have to face another stupid ass and rude version of me, man my younger self is such an A-Hole."

Hollow looks to MODOK. "You're a rude little asshole." They then walk out of the room. Even Martin leaves because he has to help with the case in another world.

Victor then looks to the machine. 'Those rainbow colors, were red, green and blue. Something isn't right here, seemed like the same colors from the world of… Amphibia. Oh boy, I do not wanna go back there and neither does Martin.'

A/N: Somewhere in late July, Boomer and Katherine will have their child, Rusty has a long way to regain trust and forgiveness and we'll see Gyro soon, with a new and badly wounded ally. Leave a review and tell me what you all think.

Also, Trent, Lance, Joy, Kat, Mollie and Sadie are at Camp Mastodon with their families, and the Sharp's are on a one week road trip.

Oh, and I play Resident Evil… for the lore, action and backstory of so many things. I don't stick with looking at one character, and just stick with how to fucking shoot them till they drop dead.
