I'm dead. I've just died. I can't believe I'm dead. I'm never going to grow old, or get married, or have children. I'm never going to see dad or Draco again. I'm never going to see the Weasleys or Hermione again. This is my life now, not that I know where I am. Everything is so white and there seems to be no one around. Maybe I should just wait here, I mean, Harry might join me soon then we can cross over together.

I jump when I hear a noise behind me. I turn around expecting to see Harry, but I see my mom stood there smiling instead. That's my mom. I can talk to her. I can hug her. I can tell her I love her to her face instead of saying it to her picture.

"Mom" I breath out. "Oh my god. It's really you" I say, before rushing over to her and hugging her so tight that she probably can't breath at the minute. "I miss you, mom. I miss you so much."

"I miss you too, sweetheart" mom says and I break down like a waterfall. She voice is more soft spoken from when I saw her in dad's memories. It's like it could calm down even the most angriest person with just one word. In other words, it's beautiful and I want to listen to her talk all day.

"You've been so brave, Sophie - Oh wait, it's Ava now, isn't it?"

"Yeah, wait, how do you now that?"

"Just because I'm not with you on earth, that doesn't mean I've not been keeping an eye on you" mom pulls away from me and wipes away my tears. "I'm so proud of you, Ava. After everything you've been through, you're still here, still fighting."

"I was still fighting. I just died about 5 minutes ago."

"Yeah, about that. You're not as dead as you think you are."

I frown at her. "What do you mean?"

"Look where you are, Ava" I look around properly and see that we are at King's Cross station, but there's no trains on the tracks.

"I still don't understand" I say.

"When you let Voldemort kill you, he only killed apart of his soul that was living inside of you, which means your soul is whole and completely your own" she tucks my hair behind my ear, then down my scar on my cheek. I see the sadness in her eyes but she doesn't say anything about it. "You're still alive back on earth, sweetheart."

"I-I'm still alive?" she smiles and nods. "Wait, does that mean the same for Harry?"

"Yes, he's talking to Dumbledore as we speak. You will both go back to your bodies in the forest."

I look at her and smile. "I can't believe I'm actually talking to you, I mean, I talk to your photo all the time, but it's not the same since you never talk back."

"I'm listening, you know. When you talk to my photo, I hear everything you say. I love hearing about your day, or your problems."

"You listen to my problems?"

"Of course I do. I just wish that I could have answered you."

"Me too. There's been so many times when I've needed you."

"I know, sweetheart" she sighed a little, before looking at me and smiling, "but we have time now if you want to talk about something."

"Erm …" I trail off, trying to think about something to talk about. Then I remember about dad becoming a Death Eater. I look at mom. "I found out that dad used to be a Death Eater, and I guess I want to know why you stayed with him after you knew he became one."

Mom sighs. "I saw the argument between you and your father and I was very disappointed with Severus for what he did, but I didn't like you blaming him for my death either. I knew what I was getting myself into, Ava, and I stupidly thought that we would be safe. I thought that we could have hidden it from everyone, but I was wrong. Plus, I loved him, I loved him so much that the dangers didn't matter. He was worth the risk."

"I get that, mom, and I don't blame dad for your death, I mean, I did, but I was just angry and wanted to blame someone and he was the only person there" I look at her. "My boyfriend is also a Death Eater."

"So, history is repeating itself then?"

"Not 100% repeating itself. Draco was forced to become one, whereas dad wanted to become one."

Mom sighs. "Yes, I guess you're right there - and don't say you're always right" mom adds when I open my mouth to say just that. I laugh and close my mouth.

I was about to say something, but stop when a train comes out of nowhere. "Looks like your ride is here, sweetheart."

"No, no I don't want to leave you."

"You're not leaving me, Ava. I'm always with you, in here" she says, pointing to my heart.

"But it's not the same."

"I know darlin, but think about everyone back on earth who need you. Go back for them, they need you, especially your father."

I blink and tears fall don't my face. Mom wipes mine away. "You have grown into a beautiful young lady, and I couldn't be more proud of you than I am right now."

"I will keep making you proud, I promise."

"I know you will" mom says, pulling me into a hug. "I love you, my Ava"

I smile to myself. "I love you too mom."

"When you see your father, tell him that I love him and that he's doing a great job of rising our little girl."

"I will tell him" I pull away from her. "I will see you soon."

"Not too soon though. I want you to enjoy your life."

I nod and go to walk into the train but mom stops me. "Oh, and Ava" I turn around to look at her, "when you see Sirius, tell him that it was me and Lily who put worms in his and James's bed."

I laugh a little. "I will tell him" I walk onto the train and look at her. "Bye mom, I love you."

"I love you too, my baby girl."

The doors close and I wave to mom until I can't see her anymore.

Third Person P.O.V

Harry and Ava are lying still as statues on the ground of the forest. They could hear footsteps all around them.

"My Lord" Bellatrix said, trying to help Voldemort off the floor, but he pushed her away.

"I don't need your help" he hissed, as he stood up and looked at Harry and Ava. "Are they dead?" he asked, but no one answered him. "The boy and girl, are they dead? You, go and check on them and tell me if they're dead."

Harry and Ava no idea who was walking over to them. They had to stop themselves from flinching when they both felt a hand go over their hearts. The person who was checking on them gaped when they felt their hearts beating. Harry and Ava thought that they were going to tell Voldemort that they weren't dead, but instead, they talked.

"Is Draco alive?" Narcissa Malfoy whispered. Ava let a little smile appear on her lips, glad that it's Narcissa and not another Death Eater. "Is he in the castle?"

"Yes" Ava whispered as quietly as she could. Narcissa removed her hand, stood up, turned to face the Dark Lord and looked him in the eye.

"They're dead" she lied. Voldemort smirked, whilst his Death Eater started cheering.

"Now we go to the castle and them what has become of their hero, Harry Potter" Voldemort said, laughing. "Wait, you, you can carry him. He will be nice and visible in your arms. Pick up your little friend, Hagrid."

Harry could hear a sobbing Hagrid getting closer to him and it took all the strength his had not to open his eyes and show Hagrid that he's ok. Hagrid gentle picked up Harry and walked back over to the Death Eaters.

"My Lord, what about the girl?" Bellatrix asked.

"Leave her here. She's not important to me anymore. I'm sure something in the forest will find her soon."

Voldemort beckoned all of his Death Eaters to follow him out of the forest. Ava waited a few minutes before slowly opening her eyes and looking around. She stood up and brushed the dirt off her clothes.

Voldemort is in for a massive shock, Ava thought, giggling to herself. She turned herself into a phoenix and started flying back to the school. By the time she got there, everyone from the Great Hall were now walking out into the court yard. They could see Hagrid carrying someone is his arms but they couldn't make out who it was.

"Who is that?" Ginny asked. "Neville, who is that Hagrid is carrying?"

"Harry Potter is Dead!" Voldemort shouted.

"No! No!" Ginny shouted, trying to run over to him but her father held her back. Sirius, Ron and Hermione shared a look of disbelief. Draco looked around and felt sick when he couldn't see Ava anywhere, little did he know that she was sitting on top of the school roof in her Animagus form watching everything that's going on.

"Where's Ava?" he asked Voldemort. He looked at Draco and smirked.

"Your little whole is dead! I just killed her and left her in the Forbidden Forest."

Gasps were heard echoing around the court yard. Draco felt like his heart had fallen into his stomach. His vison went blurry and it felt like he was spinning even though he was standing still. He hold onto Sirius for support because he felt like he was about to fall over.

"Harry Potter and Sophie Snape are dead!" Voldemort said again, probably just to twist the knife in more. Half of the school stood there confused on why he called Ava Sophie. All his Death Eater, but Narcissa, Lucius and Blaise, started laughed. Bellatrix was the loudest by far.

"Harry Potter is dead" Voldemort said, before doing a weird laugh. He turned around and looked at everyone. "From this day forth, you will put your faith in me, now is the time to declare yourself, come forward and join us, or die."

No body moved.

"Draco" Lucius said. Everyone looked at Draco, but he didn't move, so Lucius called his son again, but Draco still didn't move. Lucius looked at his wife desperately, she nodded and stepped forward.

"Draco" she said softly, holding out her hand. "Come."

Draco chocked back the tears. He could never say no to his mother. "I'm sorry, Ava" he whispered. Ava sat on the roof and watched as Draco walked over to the Dark Side, but she didn't care. Ava wanted him to go over, not to the Dark Side, but to his mother and father.

As soon as he reached his mother, he broke down crying in her arms. Blaise stood there and watched him. He was trying so hard not to cry himself. He can't believe that one of his best friends was gone.

"Everything will be ok" Narcissa whispered, rubbing his back.

"Everything will not be ok, mother. My girlfriend is dead and -" Draco stopped myself from talking. Thinking about Ava hurt too much. Narcissa thought about telling Draco about Ava still being alive, but she knew that his reaction would give everything away.

Just then, Neville stepped forward on what looked like a broken leg. "Well, I must say, I hoped for better" Voldemort said, making his Death Eater laugh. "And who might you be, young man?"

"Neville Longbottom."

"Well, Neville, I'm sure we can fine a place for you in our rank."

"I'd like to say something" Neville said. Voldemort looked like he wanted to kill Neville right there and then, but he decided to let him talk.

"Well, Neville, I'm sure we will all love to hear what you have to say."

"It doesn't matter that Harry and Ava are gone."

"Stand down, Neville" Seamus said.

Neville shook his head and looked at him. "People die every day. Fiends. Family. Yeah, we lost Harry and Ava tonight, but they're still with us, in here" he pointed to his heart. "So is Remus, Tonks, all of them, but they didn't die in vain" he turned to face Voldemort, "but you will, because you're wrong, Harry and Ava's heart did beat for us, for all of us. It's not over!" Neville pulled the sword of Gryffindor out of the sorting hat.

Bellatrix pointed her wand at Neville, but before she could use it, Ava flew down and started attacking her with her claws. Bellatrix was screaming and trying to knock Ava away but she wouldn't move. Draco gasped when he realised that it was a phoenix that was attacking his auntie.

"Oh my god" he breathed out, before turning to his mother. "You knew, didn't you? You knew Ava was ok?"

"Of course I did, but I couldn't tell you just in case you did something to give it away."

Draco grinned and hugged her tight. Blaise stood there frowning for a few seconds before he hit him that Ava was the phoenix and that's how Draco knew she was ok. He so happy that he even joined in on Draco and Narcissa's hug.

Once Ava was finished with Bellatrix, she flew off and landed in front of Voldemort and turned back into herself. Voldemort was so shock to see her that he didn't even think about rising his wand.

Ava looked at him with a smug smile. "You really need to work on killing us!" she smirked. "Now, Harry!"

Harry jumped down from Hagrid's arms and pointed his wand at the snake, but the spell missed her by inches. Harry cursed under his breath and ran off, ducking every now and then to dodge the spells Voldemort was firing at him. Voldemort turned around and pointed his wand at Ava, only to find out that she wasn't there anymore.

He looked at his Death Eater and saw that half of them were disappearing into thin air, which only made him more angry than he already was. He commanded the Death Eater that had stayed to crash the school and to kill anyone who isn't Pure-Blood, they obeyed, and one by one, they started flying into the school.

Voldemort looked at the Malfoy's and Blaise, gave them a look of disgust, then turned into mist so he could go and look for Harry and kill him once and for all.

Draco looked at his parents. "I'm going to find Ava" he ran off before they could open their mouth. They looked at each other before running off after him.

"Wait for me!" Blaise shouted, running to catch up with them.

Meanwhile in the corridor, Ava, Fred and George are seen fighting Death Eaters, who only seem to be trying to kill Ava but Fred and George are protecting her the best they can. They managed to knock out all four Death Eaters and lock them up in the store cupboard. Ava, Fred and George high fived each other before running off.

They turned the corner and see that Nagini was about to attack Ron and Hermione. Ava was about to run over there when Neville came out of nowhere and cut the head of the snake off with the sword of Gryffindor. Black smoke came out of the snake and turned into Voldemort's face. It screamed then disappear. The last Horcrux is gone, now it's just him.

Fred and George helped Ron and Hermione to stand up before pulling both of them into a hug, whilst Ava hugged Neville. They all pull apart and run into the Great Hall where they see students, teachers and Death Eaters fighting. Ava looked around and couldn't see Harry anywhere, but she wasn't worried about him just yet. She knew that if Voldemort did find him then Harry will be able to take him.

Anger filled Ava's body when she saw Bellatrix firing the killing curse at Ginny, which just missed her by an inch. Ava went to go over there but someone grabbed the back of her top and pulled her back. She turned around and saw Mrs Weasley looking angrier than she's never seen her before.

"She's mine!" she growled. Ava put her hands up in defence and let Mrs Weasley push past her and walk over to Bellatrix, who was stood there laughing at Ginny. "Not my daughter, you bitch!" Mrs Weasley hissed as soon as she reached her. Both of them had a murderous look on their face.

They started duelling and everyone stopped to watch them. Ava stood there amazed by what was happening in front of her.

Shit me, Mrs Weasley is a total badass, she thought in shock, as she watched Mrs Weasley winning her fight against Bellatrix. Ava jumped when someone suddenly grabbed her arm and pulled backwards. She turned around and slapped them around the face only to find out that it was Draco who had her.

"Oh my god. I'm sorry. I didn't know it -" Draco shut her up with a kiss before she could say anything else. "Don't you ever do anything that like again, do you hear me?"

"Loud and clear" he nodded and kissed her again. He pulled away and Ava looked at Narcissa. "Thank you. You know, for what you did back there."

"Your welcome, darlin" she said smiling.

"Back where?" Draco frowned.

"I will tell you the long story later, but the short vison is that me and Harry wasn't dead when your mom checked on us but she said we were, which gave us the chance to get back up to the school" Ava explained before turning back to Narcissa. "I also wanted to say thank you for talking some sense into my dad all those years ago. If it wasn't for you, then we wouldn't have the relationship we have now."

"How do you know about that?"

"Dad showed me some of his memories earlier, and I saw you talking to him, well, I say talking, you were more like telling him to get me from the Dursleys."

"Well, someone had too, didn't they? And I wasn't going to take no for an answer."

"I saw that" Ava said, giving Narcissa a hug. "You're amazing" she whispered. Narcissa smiled and hugged the young girl tighter in her arms.

They pulled apart just in time to see Mrs Weasley blast Bellatrix to a million of pieced. "Well, that's one way of killing a psycho" Ava said, before realising what she said. She turned to the Malfoy who all just smiled at her.

"NO!" someone yelled. Everyone looked to where the voice came from and saw Voldemort stood there with his wand pointed to Mrs Weasley. He raised his wand but Ava was faster.

"Protego!" she shouted, but she wasn't the only one who shouted. She turned around and saw Harry running over to them. Their spells blocked Voldemort's and he wasn't too happy about it. He looked around and saw that his Death Eater they stayed by his side were either dead or were caught from the Order.

"I don't want anyone else to try and help" Harry shouted, as he turned to face Voldemort, who just laughed in his face. Ava walked over to where they were standing with Draco, Blaise, Narcissa and Lucius following behind her, whilst everyone else made a circle around Harry and Voldemort.

"Who are you going to use as a shield today, Potter?"

"Nobody. There are no more Horcruxes. It's just you and me. Neither can live while that other one survives, and one of us is about to leave for good."

"One of us? You think it will be you, do you?" Voldemort hissed. "The boy who has survived by accident and because Dumbledore was pulling the strings."

"Accident was it, when my mother and Ava's mother died to save us?" Harry said, making everyone, who didn't know about Harry and Ava being cousin, look at Ava confused. Harry waved her over to stand next to him. She glanced at Draco before walking over to Harry and held his hand.

"Accident when I decided to fight in the graveyard? Accident that me and Ava didn't defend ourselves tonight and still survived and returned to fight again?"

Everyone's eyes were fixed on Voldemort, Harry and Ava. Sirius, Draco, Blaise, Ron and Hermione all had their wands at the ready just in case something happened.

"You won't be killing anyone else tonight" Ava said. Voldemort looked at her but didn't say anything.

"You won't be able to kill any of them" Harry added. "Don't you get it? Me and Ava were ready to die to stop you from hurting them."

"But you didn't."

"We were meant too, and that's what we did" Ava said. "Haven't you noticed how none of the spells you put on them are binding. You can't torture them. You can't touch them. You don't learn from your mistakes, do you, Riddle?"

"You dare" Voldemort growled, gripping his wand tighter.

"Oh yes, she dare" Harry smirked. "You see, we know things you don't, Tom Riddle. We know lots of important things that you don't. Do you want to hear some before you make another big mistake?"

"Is it love again?" Voldemort scoffed. "Dumbledore's favourite solution, love. Which he claimed conquered death, but love didn't stop him from falling the Tower. Love didn't prevent me from stamping our your Mud-Blood mothers little cockroaches."

Ava gripped her wand tightly. Draco went to move closer to Ava, but she held up her hand a little, telling him to stop. He nodded and stayed where he was.

"And nobody seems to love you enough to run forward this time and take this curse, so what will stop you both from dying now when I strike?"

"Just one thing" Harry answered.

"If it's not love that will save you this time, then you must believe that you have magic that I do not, or have a weapon more powerful than mine?"

"I believe both" Harry said.

"You think you know more magic that I do, Lord Voldemort? Who has performed magic that Dumbledore himself never dreamed of."

"Oh, he dreamed of it, but he knew more than you. He knew enough not to do what you have done."

"You mean he was weak. Too weak to dare. Too weak to take what might have been him, what will be mine."

"No" Ava said, shaking her head. "He was clever than you. A better wizard. A better man."

"I caused Albus Dumbledore's death" Voldemort smirked.

"You thought you did" Harry started.

"But you were wrong" Ava finished. Everyone frowned, but didn't dare to take their eyes off all three of them.

"Dumbledore is dead. I've seen his body, he will not return."

"Yes, Dumbledore is dead" Ava confirmed. "but you didn't have him killed. He chose his own manner of dying. Chose it months before he died. Arranged the whole thing with the man who you thought was your servant."

"Severus Snape was mine."

"Severus Snape wasn't yours" Ava snapped, making Voldemort glare at her. "Dad was Dumbledore's. He was Dumbledore's spy from the moment you threatened my mom and you never even realised it."

"Dumbledore was already dying when Snape finished him off" Harry added.

"It's doesn't matter if Snape was mine or Dumbledore's. Dumbledore was trying to keep the Elder wand from me. He intended that Snape should be the true master of the wand, but I got in there ahead of you. I reached the wand before you could get your hands on it. I killed Severus Snape three hours ago" Voldemort smirked at Ava.

Jokes on you sucker, she thought, as she stopped herself from smiling.

"And the Elder wand is truly mine. Dumbledore's last plan went wrong, Harry Potter and Sophie Snape."

"Dumbledore's last plan didn't backfire on us, it backfired on you, Tom Riddle" Ava said. Voldemort tightened his grip on his wand, which made Harry and Ava do the same.

"That wand still isn't working properly for you because you murdered the wrong person" Harry said. "Snape was never the true master of the Elder wand. He never defeated Dumbledore."

"He killed -"

"Haven't you been listening" Harry said, cutting him off. "Snape never beat Dumbledore."

"Dumbledore's death was planned between them, he intended to die undefeated" Ava added.

"Dumbledore good as gave me that wand. I took it from his cold dead hands. The power is mine" Voldemort said.

"You still don't get it, do you, Riddle?" Harry sighed. "Possessing the wand isn't enough, holding is, using it, doesn't make it really yours. The new master removed the wand from Dumbledore against his will."

Ava looked at Draco, who looked at her confused. She smiled at him and turned back to Voldemort. "The true master of the Elder wand was Draco Malfoy."

Everyone looked at him in shock, even he was shocked by this news.

"That doesn't matter" Voldemort snapped. "After I've killed you Harry Potter and Sophie Snape, I can kill Draco Malfoy."

"But you're too late" Ava said.

"Snape disarmed Dumbledore, the wand was his, then I killed -" Voldemort started but Ava cut him off mid sentence.

"It was Draco who disarmed Dumbledore that night in the Tower, every since then, the wand answered to him. Until, Harry disarmed Draco a few weeks back at Malfoy Manor. You're too later. You've miss your chance.

"So, it all comes down to this, doesn't it, Tom?" Harry asked. "Does that wand in your hand know that it's last master was disarmed?"

Voldemort raised his wand, making Harry do the same. Draco quickly grabbed Ava and pulled her out of the way. He pushed her behind him and pointed his wand at Voldemort just in case he tried to hurt Ava, but Voldemort was only interested in Harry.

"Avada Kedavra!" Voldemort shouted. "Expeilliarmus!" Harry shouted, but they ended up saying them together. Their spells met in the middle. Harry's spell was stronger then Voldemort's. The Elder wand flew out of his hand and into Harry's. Voldemort fall backwards and hit the floor as Tom Riddle. He was dead. Killed by his own rebounding curse.

Everyone started cheering whilst Harry stood there staring to Tom Riddle on the floor. McGonagall walked over there and vanished his body, but Harry still looked at the floor.

"I'll be back in a minute" Ava whispered to Draco, who nodded and watched her walk over to Harry. "Harry" she said softly. Harry blinked and looked at her. "You ok?"

He nodded. "I couldn't have done this without you, you know."

"Me?" she frowned, unaware that everyone in the Great Hall is watching them." "But I didn't really do anything."

"No, you have. Look at all the times you've been there for me. Look at all the things you've done for me and not once did I say thanks. So, thank you, Ava Snape, for being my rock through all of this."

"It's what families do. They look out for each other. Fight for each other. And maybe on an occasion or two, they annoy the shit out of each other."

"On an occasion or two? Try since I've bloody met you."

"Just be grateful that I didn't know you all those years before - That's not me admitting to I'm annoying by the way" she quickly added.

Harry laughed. "You're only annoying in arguments but that's only because you have an answer for everything" Harry took her hand into his. "But seriously, I really do appreciate everything you've done for me, Ava. Even if at times I was a -"

"A little bitch" Ava cut him off.

"Alright, jeez" Harry said, whilst a few people sniggered. "But yes, even those times, you were still there."

"And I will always will be" Ava smiled, pulling him into a hug. Harry smiled and hugged her back.

"So" Neville said, as Harry and Ava pulled out of their hug, "you two are family?"

"Yes" Ava answered. "We're cousins."

"And you didn't know?" Seamus frowned.

"No" Harry said, shaking his head. "We found out after the 3rd task."

"How long have you been an Animagus?" Dean asked Ava.

"Since my 5th year."

"How did you managed that, Miss Snape?" McGonagall asked, looking shocked and impressed at the same time.

"Sirius helped me. He made the potion and I did the rest."

McGonagall gave Sirius a look, and he knew from that look, that he was in trouble. Sirius glared at Ava. "Nice one, big mouth, you've just gotten me into trouble."

Ava just laughed.

"I'm impressed, Ava" McGonagall said, smiling, before her face turned serious "but you need to be registered once everything it back to normal."

"Do I have to?" Ava moaned.

"Yes, Miss Snape, you can't go running around has an unregistered Animagus."

"I won't be. I will be flying around" a few people laughed, but McGonagall raised her eyebrow at her. Ava sighed, knowing that she's lost the battle. "Ok, once everything is back to normal, I will get registered."

Sirius stepped forward and pulled Harry and Ava into a hug. "You were both amazing tonight, but never run off to get yourselves killed again."

"We won't" they both answered.

"I'm so proud of you both. Your parents will also be proud of you, Harry. Your mother too, Ava."

"We know" Harry said. "We saw them, Remus too."

Sirius pulled away. "You - you saw them? When? How?"

"They appeared just before we died" Harry said. "We got to talk to them, which was nice. They stayed with us until the very end."

"And I saw my mom when I kind of died" Ava said grinning. "It was awesome. I got to talk to her, hug her and tell her I love her to face instead of a photo. Anyway, mom wanted me to tell you that it was her and Lily who put worms in yours's and James's bed."

Harry, and a few other people, snorted with laughter.

"I knew it. I knew it was Lily and Jane but James believed them when they said they had nothing to do with it - Gullible idiot" he added in a huff, which made Harry nudge him in the side.

Ava looked at Sirius. "Why did mom and Lily put worms in yours's and James's bed anyway."

"We might have put worms in their soup first."

"And James still believed that they had nothing to do with it?" Ava frowned.

"Exactly my point. You know what it was, Lily smiled at him, and all the blood from his brain rushed to his -"

"Sirius" Harry snapped, whilst Ava snorted. They both looked at her with raised eyebrow, but she just smiled sweetly at them.

Just then Draco walked over to Ava. "Come with me" he whispered in her ear which made her shiver a little.

Ava nodded and turned to Harry. "I'll be back in a bit" Harry nodded and they walked out of the Great Hall and headed to the Slytherin common room. They walked in and sit on the chairs that were in front of the unlit fire. They didn't speak at first and just sat there taking in everything that has happened tonight.

"I can't believe it's over" Ava spoke up after 10 minutes of not talking. "He's finally gone."

"I know, people have been waiting for this day for so long."

Ava nodded. "We can finally move on and forget all about him."

"So, what's this long story you have to tell me?" Draco asked. Ava looked at him and started explaining everything the best she could. Draco sat there and listened to every word. It was a lot for him to take in. By the time Ava had finished talking, Draco's head was spinning.

"It's a lot to take in, isn't it?" Ava asked.

"Just a little, but I'm proud of you, A. I mean, look at everything you've done tonight, saving your father, saving Weasley, standing up to him the way you did. Everything was amazing, well, not everything, I didn't like the way you ran off to get yourself killed."

"I know, I'm sorry about that but it was the only way to get rid of him for good."

"Do you know that you would survive?"

"No, I really thought I was dead until my mom told me different."

Draco smiled at her. "Was it nice seeing your mother?"

"It was amazing. I loved talking to her. I told her that I loved her, and for the first time in forever, I heard her say it back. That was probably the best thing that has happened tonight."

Draco tucked her hair behind her ear. "I'm really glad that you're ok. When he said you were dead, I felt like I wanted to die too just so I could be with you."

Ava looked at him with tears in her eyes. She felt really bad for making Draco feel that way, then her sadness suddenly turned into excitement. She looked at Draco only to find him watching her. "I'm so sorry that I put you through all of that, but I think I know how I can make it up to you."

"How?" Draco frowned. Ava didn't answer him and gave him a lustful smile. Draco smirked and grabbed her hand, they got up and headed upstairs so they could spend some time together.
