Hey guys! So as I was writing this part even though it is small...I ended up giving birth to my daughter, May 14th 2021, 6lb 9oz. It's definitely a life changer but I love being a mother. As hard as it's going to be to get time to write...i'm still going to find some time...I have been at this story for quite a few years now, I couldn't never abandon this...not until the very end. I'm here to stay, even if ONCE is no longer airing.

Regina stepped into her office, letting out a sign, her mother just short of her trailholding the dark ones dagger in her cold murderous hands.

"It's nice to be back," Regina said as she looked around the roomof her office, decorated as a black and white forest.

"I like what you've done to the place," Cora mentioned, sitting at the queens desk, setting the dagger down.

"So happy you approve," Regina said, it took a lot for her mother to approve of anything she done, that's why she pushed her into the seeing glass in the first place.

Cora looked at her daughter, she could sense something was wrong, something was on her mind. "What is it child? You look troubled."

"You never did tell me about your history with Snows mother. You don't think I deserved to know exactly what it took for me to become queen?" Regina questioned, remember what her mother had revealed to Snow about killing her mother all them years ago when she was just a child.

Cora had a wickedsmile, one she could not hide, she was proud of the life she forced upon her daughter.

"That day at the stables, when I rescued her, that wasn't an accident, was it?" Regina questioned, knowing all to well of exactly what had happened as she thought back to that day in her head "you made sure I would be at the pastors as Snow rode past, you had to make sure that when I met Snow White, her father would be searching for a new queen."

"And what does this knowledge change for you?" Cora questioned, she did what she had to, to make sure her daughter had everything that she didn't while growing up.

Regina scuffed as she stepped toward her desk to her mother, "that you won mother, I am the queen and if that's what you wanted so badly, why do you need Rumplestiltskins dagger now?

"You're worried my interest no longer aligned with yours?" She knew her daughter would never fully trust her

"My only interest now is showing Henry that I've changed, showing everybody that I'm trying to be a better person. How can I do that? Now that Mary-Margaret and David know we have the dagger, there's no way of showing them or Henry that I've changed."

Cora smirked, "have patience, my love, everything will work out just how it's suppose to."

David had followed Snow out into the hall, away from Emma and Killian as Killian tried to comfort his wife, their son dying as each second ticked by. Snow knew she had to do something about this.

"I can't let her do this Charming, hurt our family," snow said, he back towards him as she chewed on the nail on her thumb,"and not get any justice from it, not again."

"And we won't, we will save Henry, I'll make sure of it, good always wins Snow," David tried to comfort her, today was hard, firstly it was the anniversaryof her mother's passing and then finding out how her mother really died and then losing johana, lastly their grandson being poisoned and dying before them.

"I've lived by the same rule my entire life, hold onto goodness, it's what my mother taught me. How many more lives is following that lesson going to take away from me?" Snow questioned, as tears rolled down the apples of her cheeks.

David cupped her cheek, "you can't let Cora make you lose faith in who you are, someone who does the right thing. You know, that's exactly what she wants"

Snow scuffed, she never made the right decision as she thought back on all of the "right" decisions she made through the years. "I made the right decision when I stopped regions execution, when it could've saved us all of this heartache. I made the right decision when I let my own mother die from Coras poison. If it weren't from my right decisions, Henry would be safe, we would all be happy and not have to fight anymore." At that moment she had wished she just let Regina die when she had the chance, she had fought through so much to get where she was today, but nothing had changed, they were still being tortured by Regina. "All I want is our happy ending, it's time we've earned it, no more lives lost, no more heart break."

"They haven't used the dagger yet, that means we still have time to get it back and bring them justice," David reminded her, "we can fix this."

Snow shook her head "I don't care about justice anymore, we keep thinking that people will change, what if that's wrong? What if I'm that one that has to change?"

"Change how?" David questioned.

Snow looked her husband deep in the eyes, deep down into his soul pretty much so that he knew she was serious when she spoke these next few words. "I'm going to kill Cora."

I know it's short, I'm really trying to just give you guys something. I'll try to make the next one longer.

Next time - A life for a life.
