Mighty World. One of the many theme parks modeled after the now-late All Might. Of course, it wasn't all All Might, it was based on. There was Endeavor, Hawks, Miriko, and lots of other things based on other heroes.
It was Izuku's favorite park...and so naturally when Ochaco, jokingly, pointed out one day that they had enough money to just buy it, he did so immediately.
Meaning that Izuku could, when the park was normally closed, open it back up for himself, and whoever he felt like bringing.
Of course, he would hire temporary employees to operate everything, exclusively for when he felt like doing this, because he couldn't reasonably ask that the normal employees just not have a day off.
But aside from them, it would be a pretty much empty park.
And leave it to Bakugo to ruin that for him.
He watched as his daughter ran around the park with a smile on her face. She instantly got on all the rides, she effortlessly won all the prizes(Because they made everything easier), and all the food was pre-paid so she could just ask for whatever she wanted. And she was having fun. Lots of it! And he loved that.
But Bakugo's words about him hiding her away from everyone, seeped into his mind, as he looked at the completely empty park.
There should be people here. It was unnatural for a park this big to be this empty.
It made them look...alone.
And so that is what led to Izuku, sitting down on a nearby bench, holding an enormous Unicorn plush, pouting as he watched his daughter do the ring toss game not too far away.
"Izuku, you gonna spoil it for her!" Ochaco scolded. His wife was sitting next to him, holding up some half-eaten Cotton Candy.
"I'm sorry dear it's just that...she shouldn't be running around this park when it's so empty," Izuku confessed to her.
Ochaco gave her husband a confused look. "You want to be in this park on a normal day?"
"No. I don't think she could handle that...honestly I don't think I can handle that." Izuku admitted. "But she should have some friends! Growing up without any friends is unhealthy! I mean look at me! Remember how I was when we met!?"
Ochaco grabbed Izuku's face and made him look at her directly, eye to eye. "Izuku, you know that the reason you were the way you were, was not just because of a lack of friends. And you know that we would never. EVER. let her get like that."
"I know. I know. But friends, and having a social life, is a big part of a child's life." Izuku told her, before looking away. "Sometimes I wonder, what would have happened if I met you instead of Bakugo back then. How different would my life have turned out? How different would both of our lives have turned out?"
"Well." Ochaco leaned back into the bench. "My guess, we would have been best friends from minute one. I would have been kicking the crap out of bullies in elementary school. We'd have been dating since middle school. And we'd have been married way sooner...and you wouldn't have had to endure all that pain...and you'd probably have better self-esteem."
"Hmmm. I'm not sure about that last part." Izuku remarked. Getting a questioning look from his wife.
"You think I would have let people talk to you like they did?" Ochaco asked him. "I wouldn't have even let them near you."
"And that's kind of the problem," Izuku told her. "I have no doubt my life would have been better if you'd been around earlier. But as much as I hate to say it, it would have been far from perfect. At the end of the day, I would have been living my life in a cage. With you keeping me from everyone else, away from the rest of the world. No one would be able to hurt me. But all I'd ever have was you and mom...and if something happened to you...I wouldn't have been able to keep going."
Ochaco gave him a concerned look, and Izuku immediately started panicking.
"It's not like I'm saying it's your fault or anything! You just wanted to keep me safe, and you helped me through the darkest period of my life. But because I never really...improved. I became dependent on you." Izuku clarified. "And I just let you, because I had no aspirations left."
Ochaco frowned, and looked down at her feet thoughtfully for a good minute, before giving her response. "I get it now. I'm sorry that I...I didn't do more to help you-"
"I told you it's not your fault. If anything it's mine." Izuku cut her off, not letting her blame herself for this. "You're not a psychologist now, and you definitely weren't back when we met. You were just a high school girl, doing her best to fix a broken person that no one else really wanted to deal with. And I'm so grateful for it. But mistakes were made along the way. And we're making those same mistakes with Eri, I think. We're keeping her away from the rest of the world, and we need to stop."
Ochaco nodded. "I see what you're saying. We need to expose Eri, bit by bit, to the outside world...but where do we start? None of our friends have any kids we can introduce her to, and I think school may be a bit much right now."
Izuku paused to think about that. "I...I don't know. All I know is that we need to get her some friends."
The two parents looked out towards their daughter, who was still running around, playing games.
"Alright." Izuku set the giant Unicorn aside. "Let's get to brainstorming."

"Swordsman. Have you approached the park yet?"
Standing in an alleyway close to the amusement park that Izuku and Ochaco were located in, was a man dressed in bright purple, wielding a Katana, and talking into a communicator.
"I am nearby." The uncreatively named Swordsman said into the commutator "The others are in position, I will start approaching no-"
SLICE.
Suddenly a knife flew past Swordsman, skewering his communicator.
Swordsman looked behind him and saw Stain standing there, with his own Katana in hand.
The purple grabbed villain readied his sword. "The hero killer I presume? If I recall correctly, I am not a hero?"
"I'm in the interest of getting rid of scum." Stain took out his second Katana. "And you. Definitely qualify."
"Well then, I believe no more words are required." Swordsman got into a battle stance. "Have at you!"

"Hey, maybe we should start a program!" Ochaco suggested, gaining her husband's attention. "After we take care of this tech leak, we can start a program for exceptional students to be mentored by um...I don't know Hatsume or something, and then we can take a look at their profiles and how they behave and see if we can introduce some of the kids to Eri! How does that sound?"
Izuku took a minute to think about it. "Sounds reasonable. I can imagine we can find some good kids to make friends with. And they'd all share an interest in technology."
"Ok, but real quick. We are sure she is actually interested in making and studying technology, and it's not just her wanting to be interested in what you're interested in right?" Ochaco asked him.
"I think so. At least she seems eager. It'll be hard to know for sure given that she'd probably say she's interested regardless of how she actually feels." Izuku said. "I think we should go through with the plan and see what happens. If she is genuinely interested then that's good. If not, then I'm sure they can find something else to bond over. Although Mei won't like having a bunch of kids distract her during work."
"Well we all have things we don't like to do for work, and we literally pay her a fortune to do her dream job, so I think she'll just have to deal with a bit of discomfort," Ochaco smirked, but stopped when she saw her husband's disapproving look. "What! I'm just making her earn her paycheck."

The sounds of swords clashing rang, as Stain and Swordsman's blades clashed on the rooftop close to the park.
Swordsman jumped back and activated his quirk, making his sword glow with a yellow light, before he slashed his sword through the air, unleashing a sword beam at Stain.
Stain jumped to the side and dodged the beam, however, Swordsman unleashed three more beams, covering all sides he could escape from.
Thinking outside the box, Stain backflipped off the building.
Swordsman stood on guard, deactivating his quirk as he prepared to defend himself. Knowing his opponent wouldn't have done such a thing thoughtlessly.
He expected that his opponent would come from behind or his sides.
What Swordsman did not expect was for a drill to burst from the ground below him, and cut his cheek, as it soared into the sky.
And then his opponent came at him from behind.
Swordsman barely reacted in time, bringing his blade up behind him to block Stain's sword, but due to the rushed nature in which he did this, it left his stance rather weak, and so Stain was able to kick him back, creating some distance between them.
And that was all Stain needed, as the drill from earlier came back down, and fell right into Stain's hand, with just a smidge of blood on it.
Stain took a lick of the drill, and the battle was over.
Swordsman's body shivered before it locked entirely. Not budging an inch. "What!? No! No! Move damn it!"
Stain smirked and raised his blade. "Sorry. But I have to take care of you friends next."
Swordsman could do nothing but look on in despair, as the hero killer approached him.

"Hey Eri, are you having fun!?" Izuku asked his daughter as they walked through the park, looking for the next ride.
Eri nodded very enthusiastically.
"How much fun?" Izuku asked her with a huge grin on his face.
Eri paused for a moment before she put her arms in the air and spread them apart. "This much."
"Wow." Izuku smiled at her, genuinely overjoyed that she was having fun.
"That's amazing Eri." Ochaco patted the small girl on the head.
Eri turned her head over to a particular ride. "What's that ride?"
Izuku and Ochaco looked at what Eri was referring to and blushed a bit when they realized that the ride she was referring to was Midnight's tunnel of love.
"Um...that's a ride for lovers to go on. Like me and your father." Ochaco told her.
"Because you're married?" Eri asked, tilting her head.
"That's right Eri," Ochaco confirmed
"Hmmm." Eri stopped to think about something. "Will I be married one day?"
Izuku opened his mouth, only for Ochaco to put her hand over his mouth. "If you want to honey if you find the right guy. And if mommy approves of him."
"What about daddy?" Eri asked her mother.
"If mommy approves of him, then daddy will too. Right. Izuku." Ochaco gave her husband a look that dictated if he disagreed with her here, then he'd be in the proverbial dog house.
Izuku looked away to hide his expression. "Yes, dear."

Three villains waited on a rooftop near the park where Izuku and Ochaco were located, sitting around, waiting for their time.
One of them was wearing a huge frog costume. One of them was a ten-foot-tall anthropomorphic Elephant man. And the last one Was in an orange and green costume.
"This is getting boring." The frogman aka LeapFrog said as he looked down at his phone. "When is Swordsman gonna hurry up and engage so we can do our job, and make sure the target doesn't escape?"
"Who knows. Pretentious bastards like him might just try to make an entrance first." The Elephant man, aka Mammomax said.
"You don't think something happened to him?" The man in the strange costume, aka the Trapper, asked.
"Don't be ridiculous if that happened the boss would have called the mission off." Leap Frog dismissed.
"Oh, I wouldn't be too sure about that." The villains looked up at a nearby antenna and saw Stain perched atop it, holding Swordsman's blade.
The villains reacted immediately, with Trapper aiming up and shooting out a glue-like substance from his hands at Stain.
Stain jumped up and flipped in the air, dodging the glue blast, and throwing a knife at Trapper.
The knife's blade cut in the man's side and stabbed into the ground.
The blade then sucked the blood into the knife, bringing it into a special compartment in the handle, before the handle shot off away from the blade, back into the air, and into Stain's hand.
Stain landed behind Trapper and brought the knife's handle to his mouth, pressed a button, and the small amount of blood the knife drew went onto his tongue.
"Agh!" Trapper shouted, as his body suddenly froze. "What! No! I-"
Trapper didn't get to say another word, as Stain rushed him with his Katana and cut his head clean off.
"Holy shit!" Leap Frog shouted out in fear.
Mammomax decided to be brave, and charged at the hero killer, reaching him before taking a massive swing at him.
Stain pressed a button on his blade, and caused it to glow, before dodging to the right of Mammomax's punch, and sticking his sword right into his heart.
"Aghhhh. Howwww?" Was all Mammomax could say before he died.
Stain quickly pulled out his sword and moved further to the left, to avoid the dead villain's body toppling over onto him.
The hero killer then gave Leap Frog a menacing look, causing the villain to freeze in pure terror for a moment, before he turned the other way, and gave a mighty leap, jumping to the other building.
"Tch. Should have gone after him first." Stain chided himself before he went to pursue.

The sun went down as the Midoriyas day at the park seemingly ended.
Izuku and Ochaco were walking out of the park, with a very sleepy Eri in their arms.
"So. Best day ever?" Izuku asked his daughter.
"...No," Eri answered sleepily. "It was fun...but not the best."
Izuku raised an eyebrow. "Really? Then what was your best day?"
"...The day we saw the sun again," Eri told him.
A pang of sadness went through him, as he recalled that particular day when he escaped from Overhaul.
Even though he had escaped captivity that day, and that was probably one of the most important days of his life, he wouldn't count it as one of his happiest. Not with all the people he had killed.
He felt a hand on his shoulder, and looked to his left and saw Ochaco giving him a concerned look.
"I'm fine," Izuku told her, bringing himself back to the present. "I'm fine."
Suddenly, one of Izuku's guards ran up to him. "Sir, there is an issue."
Izuku gave the guard a serious look. "What happened?"
"There have been multiple villain sightings around the area. It's as if they were surrounding the park." The guard said, as more guards surrounded Izuku and his family. "They've probably come for you, sir. We need to get you out of here."
"What, how did they know we'd...no...I guess an amusement park owned by Izuku Midoriya being open on a day when it's normally closed would have tipped them off." Izuku grit his teeth in anger at the thought of villains coming after his family. "Damn it I was so happy about defeating Whiplash that I got careless, I didn't even have a suit on me."
"The suit requires a whole mechanism to put on. You couldn't have brought it here." Ochaco pointed out.
"...But maybe I could make a portable suit. It would be less powerful but...better than nothing." Izuku speculated. "Also from now on, we won't go out like this, without Chizome. He'd keep Eri safe."

In an abandoned warehouse, Leap Frog stood up against a wall, talking frantically into a cell phone.
"It was him! I'm sure it was him!" Leap Frog shouted. "He killed them! He killed all of them! I only barely got away!"
"Hmmm. The hero killer...so he is the one who took down all my men." The boss said. "And you said that YOU escaped from him?"
"That's right!" Leap Frog said.
"Hmmm, stay on the phone for a minute." The boss said.
"Huh? What do you mean?!" Leap Frog asked, only to receive silence. "What? Boss!? Boss?! Wha-ACK!"
Leap Frog felt a sharp pain in his stomach, and he looked down to see a glowing blade coming through the wall, impaling him.
SLICE!
The blade traveled upwards, splitting the villain in two from the waist up.
"That's what I thought." The boss said as he heard his subordinate die horribly.
Yeah, some of these guys aren't Iron Man villains...ok listen Iron Man's rogue's gallery isn't exactly as rich as Batman's Superman's or even Spider man's. So I'm gonna have to take a few villains that typically fight other heroes. Not like the Green Goblin or anything typically more minor villains that Iron Man may have fought at some point anyway. The big villains will be either Iron Man villains or Avengers villains.
Anyway, next chapter is back with the Iron Man action.
