Prologue I: Speculations And The Medical Emergency
The Explosion- Weine's POV:
"Adams?" Agent Wesley Weine heard his boss say. "A Alex Browning told you to tell me this directly, but we got a possible repeater of our last case?" he said slowly and then nodded. "Which one?" Weine said softly to that and then heard his supervisor say it sternly "Ran into two members of our last case, and named names, and then said..., bridge collapse and premonition." he said and their counterpart straightened up at that news and they nodded quickly.
"He also spotted a black man watching a young couple no older then 30?" he said slowly and he nodded sternly at that news. "Did he give a description of said couple?" he asked and nodded. "He didn't have to, as the second he came to out of that trip, the couple came into his compartment and he got into a talk with them. Just to confirm it, but Sam Lawton and Molly Harper are on this plane?" he said and the agent nodded quickly at that as he said it then quickly at that.
"Yeah I'd say my hiatus just ended, it just started up again." their counterpart said sternly and Weine nodded to the news in shock. "Next question is what is this one going to be, another accidental killing spree, or whatever, if he's injured someone is in big trouble." his partner said and their boss nodded in stern agreement to his thoughts. "The duo just happen to be on his plane, and then it jumps from them and right into my student." he said sternly and nodded.
"Alex said this plane is so old, it's ready to go in the launch, and then suggested we check it from top to bottom, hmm, well I call that a very good reason. To delay till we know for sure, but this is more then just a good idea, it's simple common sense, with equipment this old, it's protocol to check everything." he said and Weine nodded in agreement. "Yeah smart move kiddo, if it's ready to go, you had every right to ground this plane." his partner said to that sternly.
"You damned brat, just where the hell is your common sense, are you trying to kill everyone?" their counterpart said sternly and Weine nodded in stern agreement to that. "If the fuselage is so old, that it's coming off in your hands, that's a dead giveaway you need to check this plane from top to bottom just to be safe. It's only another 90 minutes, but that's more then fair, it's simple common sense right now." an agent in range of them said and he nodded to that.
"By calling us up directly, we know it's not you, we know that, I get it, you're in shock right now, but wait till I get there and you can fill me in cub." Weine said softly and his partner nodded in agreement. "Going to be okay, damn it, this is traumatizing enough already, but dreaming about it is one thing, seeing it as you describe is another thing altogether right now." his partner said and their counterpart agent nodded in agreement to that as he said it then.
"That's issues in the emotional/psychological damage, but like Dustin said, whatever damage done by this after a plane crash right now, needs to be watched. If our young cub is clearly shaken up, it's dreaming about this is one thing, but seeing it like you describe is too much right now." he said to that news then. "And why would any perp actually call the cops and federal agency to report this if they did it, it's not him at all." Weine said in response and he nodded then.
"The idiot construction workers working on that bridge, hit support beam, just before it came down right now." their counterpart said and he nodded. "More like two support beams, and the wind plus the weight of everyone in cars and other automobiles are the reason it broke down right now. It's a wonder his own vision never hit, and it killed everyone, but Molly that day last month." he said and a female agent nodded as they and her partner exchanged looks firmly.
"Looks like the drug enhancement made clear what could cause it, but to him said vision is nothing, but an acid trip, said could possibly be correct. Well if there's a leaking pipe in the fuselage, that makes it doubly necessary to check that plane, cub clearly has the right idea of checking it out." he said in response and his partner nodded. "Now the next question, is this connected to my case or is it not even connected." his partner said and their counterpart nodded then.
"Son what happened up there, did that Coroner show up or not?" the agent next to him said and his eyes narrowed. "What do I got to do here, arrest this mortician, before we have a repeater here!" Weine said sternly and he nodded. "We may have to Wes, but first Sam and now this kid, if this little brat attacked him for only exercising common sense, there is no excuse we'd ever accept for unprovoked acts of violence." he said sternly and their supervisor nodded.
"And especially when he did nothing to deserve that reaction, what he decided is beyond responsible and common sense, so why lose your temper?" his partner said sternly at that remark. "The little brat is clearly drunk or speed-balling, not thinking straight, so clearly he needs a trip to the hospital, but the little shit possibly drugged him." the agent said in response and their supervisor nodded to confirm that remark and Weine nodded in stern fury at that news.
"Dragged us up by name and said then what could be considered as an accident now looks pre-meditated, his girlfriend found a 46 oz bottle of alcohol. Which one?" he asked sternly and then said it. "Said is a bottle of Jack Daniels and with it was a box of matches, the crap is 90% proof, okay?" he said slowly and Weine crossed his arms at that. "They drugged him, but he still got you to listen to him, and then did a test and Horton freaked out?" he said and they nodded.
"Good first impression, we know it's not him right now, as if it was, he wouldn't be calling us like this." his partner said to that remark and their counterpart nodded in agreement to that. "Cub never did anything to have us point the finger at him as he immediately calls us up right now to tell us this now, so to him all this is. Is just a drug induced hallucination and said could be correct, but did they do a speed-ball on him?" he said in response and he nodded to that then.
"This crap is 90% proof, yeah that's a good way to kill yourself, if they're binge drinking repeatedly, this stuff has an ABV level of 40 ABV, and that's enough. As after 2 straight shots, you're clearly too loaded to think straight here." his counterpart said crossing his arms. "They're addicted to this crap, but after crossing the uppers with the downers on one occasion he collapsed at the wheel of his car and drove into a power pole." they heard in response.
"Damn it young man, like I said, are you trying to kill yourself right now?" they heard in response, before a radio beeped twice to get their attention and their counterpart team leader yanked it off his belt then and tapped back and it tapped once in response. "You got to be kidding, he has a counterpart radio to you guys, Jared?" his partner said and he nodded. "Nice touch pal, that's classic, if too dizzy to get to a phone, use a back up." Weine said smiling gently then.
"Yeah, and this says he brought his radio with him, so though he can't get to a phone he does it like this, son what the heck is going on over there." he asked him and it beeped a gentle remark. "They just dragged him off the plane right now, while Jim Campbell is keeping him covered, Clear and I moved to the far side. Of the chairs here, so we could tell you this, but the bait and switch worked like a charm here." he said and they nodded sternly.
"Jim and Allie Barnfield are on duty tonight, so we happened to walk right into two more locals, are you guys also from Mount Abraham?" he read out and nodded. "Yeah we are, in fact, my parents live next to your teacher, and my partner's next to the Waggners, on the right." his partner said and knew he nodded. "Perfect, alright, to make clear we know they're trying to lie, make clear you already spoke to me." he read out and they nodded.
"I knew there were only three teams that did teenage felonies of this level, my uncle is one of them and you two were the other now. To get the right team, I decided to page you ahead of time, before this thing does go in said engine test right now, but it could be, in truth. What they brought or said pipes in the fuselage are leaking, I don't know, till we do an engine test." he read out and they all nodded gently at that news.
"But Adams wasn't kidding, Sam and Molly ran into me on the plane, and one catch of dragging up said bridge did it finally now in truth. That he gave me a heads up, but is Agent Block back on duty, though it's been a couple weeks since the shootout." he read out and nodded. "Yeah he is right now." he said and they heard a aggravated sigh. "I don't know if this is going to follow that same pattern." he read out and heard a gentle tone.
"But it gets better, I saw a black man staring at Sam and Molly, and another black man with them, before he left, the look on his face now. Said was enough to worry me to say the least, it looks like he felt cheated at not getting them or you Sir, as his next project now in truth. Or that he figured if he didn't get you a couple weeks ago, he could now, finally, by combining it with us." he read out and the agent nodded sternly.
"The mortician." the agent said and they nodded in shocked fury at that news. "His attention switched off the trio and me, and went right to the kids!" he snapped and Weine nodded in shocked fury at that news. "I think it's him, but I need to know this now, if you're back on light duty right now." he read out and it shifted to him. "Sir, are you at the office right now?" he added in said read out and their counterpart hid a smile at his concern.
"Yeah son I am right now, but if this matches the last one, I'm not taking it lightly, but I'm possibly the third agent getting involved here right now. But I'm staying of said climax." his counterpart said in response and Weine hid a smile at the question then. "It's looking like it could be right now, but he flipped out after everyone took a vote of staying put till we get said engine test ran." he read out in response and Weine nodded sternly to that news.
"That says he was trying to save himself from getting arrested by us and the cops, but do you, young man, realize what something like this could do to you. With your record, if you have one with the cops?" Weine asked sternly and his partner nodded in stern agreement. 'He does.' his supervisor wrote out and he nodded. "Well you screwed up kiddo, but if you were thinking straight, you'd realize react at all, and you're mine." Weine said sternly and his partner nodded.
Before they heard a tapping sound came out of their counterpart team's radio and nodded. "That was a test, Uncle Jared, he fell for the bait, but two strikes, one more, and he's all your's, he doesn't realize I brought my radio with me here as well." Weine read out and they nodded. "Alex, son, is that you?" he asked quickly and he got a single beep in response and nodded. "I'll take for a yes." his partner said in response with a slight smile then.
"Looks like Horton never considered Alex had brought his radio on board with him, not to realize he could tap this out to us in morse code. And before the flight director called us directly for him." he said in response and their counterpart smiled gently at that fast thinking then "Psyche evaluation, and he reacted to the steward's question so quickly he just exposed himself to us and the Air Force, who exactly here if one of the spec ops teams is on board that plane."
"Because if it's someone I know he just dug himself into a very deep hole here?" he asked and then said it in shock. "Eric is one of the teachers involved in this field trip?" he asked and nodded sternly. "Well that doesn't surprise me, who of this brat's gang are on board this plane?" he asked nodded sternly. "We got 4 members of this kid's gang and himself, and with it, they never paid attention to their surroundings to realize the man that addressed him now, is Eric's EMT."
"Eric's team is on this plane?" their supervisor said in shock. "Eric's his godfather, he's training him to be a cadet, we did federal and Dave did local." their counterpart team leader said and Weine nodded to the news. "I don't know who of you guys is coming up here, but what I will say is this right now, he's so drunk that he's not thinking at all clearly to realize, he just put the target on his back right now." he read out and nodded sternly then.
"But never mind said premonitions guys, in fact, all that vision is to me, is an adverse reaction to what these idiots drugged me with here. So it could be right, but better safe then sorry, and I said we should check this plane from top to bottom, and everyone in the plane agreed with it. He flipped out and nearly started a riot, said that could have destroyed the compartment anyway, as to why exactly right now in truth."
"Is we got a scuba tank in the compartment, one false move and he could have destroyed the plane anyway before we could even leave." he read out and they nodded to the news. "What Sam and Molly couldn't explain here in your last situation over this, I can as these idiots enhanced, said it. The vision so highly, that said is now completely unreliable, so I went with SOP to handle this, and found out the big reason here."
"Why these idiots are in a rush to leave, but all straight drinking alcohol in colors matches propane or straight up diesel fuel here now. And a septic tank has enough gas in it to destroy a tanker if it explodes now, but alcohol, propane, methane and phosphorous combined with oxygen. All of these together create a bomb, and a plane this size, it's one the size of a space shuttle." he read out and they all nodded slowly at that news.
"But it could be one of two things, this or said fuselage is now so old, the piping in the frame work is now so corroded it's leaking here now. So that's true, and it could go either way, though I yanked the fuse out by the roots, so though doing that, if it goes after we finished this call. And you're going to know I had nothing to do with this, though they sure did, by bringing along said evidence." he read out and they nodded then.
"I'm just taking a guess at this theory, but I believe deterioration of silicon insulation on an electrical connector to the scavenger pump. Said may have leaked it, said it combustible fluids, as a spark in the fuel switch in the fuselage may have ignited the fuel line and proceeded. And straight to the fuel pump, or it could be deliberate, that someone destroyed the septic tank on this plane." he read out and they all nodded firmly.
"Yeah I think he took your training him, just a bit too far is he's now thinking like us, to know we're not leaving anything out to wonder why this thing went." he said and his partner nodded as his counterpart team nodded with a bemused smile at that. "But it could be the tank itself or just a someone dragged along such a dangerous amount that it went off even though the fuse was yanked here." he said and they nodded as his counterpart for the last case nodded then.
"Yeah I call that a very good reason to call it, this plane could explode if it's old enough to start falling apart on you." his counterpart said and he and his partner nodded in stern agreement. "His idiotic classmate never considered he knew what he was talking about if she's not listening to Eric in class right now at the moment. Or that Eric is a munitions expert and did home-made bombs in his training Alex." the other agent said crossing his arms and Weine nodded then.
"I know and trust me these idiots see him as just a football coach, and keep forgetting what he really is, and said is a spec ops soldier." he read out and they nodded. "And one skilled in making weapons, if these little idiots never considered what kind of live wire they created they're never going to survive this. As the little shits never considered you're a skilled cadet of 6 years field training in Spec ops, and 5 in Federal." his counterpart said in response.
"And why would I use my training in what you guys or Uncle Eric's team taught me and do it this sadistically?" he said in response and he nodded in agreement. "You're not the type, you may say it, but you would never do it, you're not like these little shits, so don't try to be and out think think these brats, and you did just that." his counterpart's partner said in response at that remark as Weine crossed his arms at that reveal at the news as they heard it.
"These idiots have a few dozen bottles of this crap, one goes off with them in such close quarters, they all start going off and taking the tank with it." he read out and he nodded. "Uh huh, okay so this brat has no idea who he's screwing with, with cub turning this in, before the little shit can turn this around. And point it at him, said has backfired, we're now on this little brat, no matter what he says now." Weine said and his partner nodded in agreement.
"Alright how do you expect to make us think it was him, if he's right and that plane goes exactly, when he turned you in already?" Agent Joe Shea said to that remark sternly. "No kidding, how do you expect us to take anything you say seriously if he's right and you're now the reason your friends are DOA, and borderline dead right now?" his partner said, crossing his arms as they and Weine exchanged stern looks then as they knew the person that did finally cracked.
"So not the paranormal, we're keeping this as SOP as possible." his counterpart said and he nodded. "Yeah, cub was drugged, he didn't take any drugs, he was drugged and there is huge difference between the two, so he never gets in trouble, and he doesn't drink or take drugs, well that makes this more simple. He's also getting on the line with us to let us know this information, before we see him face to face now." he said and as he and his partner exchanged looks then.
"Get to us, before the little brat has us pointed at you, nice thinking, but that's the mindset of a skilled junior agent." his partner said sternly and he nodded in agreement. "Better bring that radio along, so that we make clear we know who the real reason for this is, if that plane does explode right now in this case, guys. Because the little brat doesn't realize in who the hell he's playing mind games with here right now." their counterpart said and he nodded in agreement.
"The little brat doesn't know who he's screwing with and cub clearly knows we had said radio on the same transmission as his right now." Weine said and he nodded. "Good first impression, before we even see you face to face, well that really works, so this brat just blew any mental edge he had against us right now. And now we got him where we want him, and you're talking to me, before I can even see you face to face cub." he said and he heard a gentle response.
"Well this idiot never considered I'm just as good as Crusher is, and to make sure I don't get it, but he does, he's got the idiotic personality. And of O'neill like he currently is on the show, not listening to genius till he gets arrested for a court martial here right now, but if they. That's the shows, were connected, he's Locarno right now, and I'm Crusher I knew better then to keep showing off to you guys right now in truth."
"What you got here with him, as Uncle Eric has the personality of Nordling on the last Mighty Ducks movie here, he made a clear point here. But like what Adams is about to say, screw with said crap you're benched." he read out and nodded sternly at that news then. "Sir, if you're one of the teams coming to see us, what you're hearing on your side of the connection is enough to tell you that Carter here is a magnet for trouble."
"But in truth, he's been arrested one too many times for drinking and when said results in a riot next at the school but he's got, in truth. Quite the record with the cops here right now, but a case of anger management and his drinking's come close to killing him one too many times. This latest one drove home the final point, but he never got the message before, so why start now in the cops and the medical department's eyes."
"And this is strike 3, so get ready, if you're anything like Uncle Eric, get ready to use that tone on him, but star pupil here in my case now. I never had to show off to get the members training me to like me, I'm just being myself here with you, but my bond with your counterpart. Said team is the one I've got with Uncle Eric's old unit, and to the point nothing Carter says could get you to change your minds here now."
"But he gets in trouble so much it's reached the point that they expect trouble every other week here right now in truth now, me now. I never get in trouble at all, I don't drink or take drugs, but the idiot drugged me, but he and his gang are so loaded it's they never took a look. Now, around the compartment to realize Uncle Eric's team is on board this plane right now and with them, 1/50th of our town here right now."
"But as I don't drink or smoke, let alone take drugs here, just why are you about to find a few dozen pounds worth of alcohol on this plane. And with or next in their luggage, when I'm also being trained by you guys and thirdly is why would I just change over night, into a person. Like him as the book comes to mind right now, as this idiot is like the said Soc." he read out and they all nodded to the remark sternly then at that.
"Did Larry decide to end all rivalries between you guys by a sting operation?" his uncle's partner asked and they heard a firm tone. "Yeah he and the coach did, but now this reached more then a single case of manslaughter, but first degree murder." Weine read out and his eyes narrowed sternly. "Do they not realize what this could get them, if you never had that drug enhanced vision?" the female agent said sternly and they heard a stern tone then.
"No, and they're too drunk to realize they've been exposed right to the Air Force in addition to you and the cops." he read out and nodded sternly. "Who's the target for this?" he asked and they got a stern tone. "The coach himself, our biology teacher and Mr. Murnau, reason being here, is they all said it. They don't pass these classes, they don't graduate, and they're not letting them go with a C grade." he read out and nodded sternly.
"But how stupid would you have to be to target someone who's got connections to all three of you right now, and with knows how to counteract this?" he read out and nodded in agreement. "And if was me, I wouldn't choose someone who never gets in trouble, but someone who does, and for the same reason, so this happens so much, what's one more added to said list?" he read out and nodded in agreement to that gently.
"This kid never considered you can think like him, and pull a cross and double cross so they got the target on their backs and not on you?" his partner asked and they got an gentle response. "Yeah, I basically just used the fact I could think circles around him, to make sure of this, but his plan backfired in such a way. That it's a wonder I never collapsed before I could get it out right now, but I came to out of it, and then realized what it was."
"Made clear this was a false alarm and then decided better safe then sorry, it's only another 90 minutes, so what's the big deal?" he read out and nodded in agreement to that gently. "Yeah I agree with that, it's only 90 minutes more, so better safe then sorry, but if they don't want to give it the added 90 minutes. Then I can consider that reckless endangerment, borderline attempted manslaughter here right now." Weine said in response sternly then.
"If I never met this cub before, it's easy to see a bond forming between us, before I finish his training for you Jared." he added and the duo hid a smile at that. "Never had to hide anything from me, but then why would he, he never lied to us before, and he's not starting now, and with those words in mind right now. It's case of this kid never considered his previous crimes could come to this right now, and it's now bordered on felony." he said and his counterpart nodded.
"Yeah I call that a motive for attempted murder here, they don't pass these classes, and they don't graduate, and my friends are not letting them go. And with a C grade, and they're being held back a year." the boy's uncle said and he nodded sternly in agreement to that. "Me too right now, but how stupid do these kids have to be to choose the one person that is connected to us, the Air Force and the cops, in either adopted or real family." Weine said in response sternly.
"And how could we not see this as anything but that, if they get in trouble this much." his counterpart said in shock to that and the teenager's uncle and his partner nodded sternly. "No kidding, if these kids were innocent, then just why are we finding that level of this crap on board this plane, when we had rules to keep this crap out of your hands till you were of age to." his uncle said in shock and his partner and the trio nodded sternly then as he listened to it then.
"As soon as I showed this or I'm about to now, it's as though this crap could be seen as gasoline, and a pack of matches. Then what's your immediate thought?" he read out and they nodded. "That he's about to dump this shit down the drain and strike a match and destroy the septic tank." his partner said and he nodded. "And that alone could destroy the plane, what proof yield is this crap?" a female agent asked and they heard a firm tone then.
"It's the 90% proof crap, their brand name is J.D.." they heard gently and nodded. "Damn it, just where the hell is this kid's brain, anything higher then 70% proof ethanol is completely flammable, any scientist knows that?!" Weine snapped in shock and they heard a gentle tone to that. "Eric is my chemistry teacher, but these idiots weren't paying attention in class, again, this morning, and Uncle Eric destroyed a box worth of this crap."
"Before destroying a scuba tank and with a couple sticks of dynamite, which explains the explosion like a tanker went up this morning. If you heard that." he read out and nodded. "We did, so this was part of the class prep this morning, let me guess, your chemistry teacher is munitions expert?" his partner asked and it gave a gentle response. "Yeah he is, he's a retired spec ops." he said and they nodded to that as their counterpart shook his head.
"For god sakes Eric, did you have to show him that this morning?" their counterpart team leader as he started laughing and he nodded. "There's two reasons this plane is ready to go in the launch, one is this crap I just told you about and the other is the piping in the fuselage now. Is leaking, and something could spark a fire, an explosion and the chain reaction can rip the plane in half like a twig." he read out and they nodded sternly.
"That explains this phone call, I needed to make sure, and get you up here, before we tested that thing out, but he freaked out right now. And has now convinced himself, now that he got himself arrested I'm to blame, but they drugged me how is that my fault as said mistake. He made every mistake it's possible to make, has a panic attack, attacked me and gets arrested, how is that my fault?" he said and they nodded sternly.
"It's not, his actions are his own, and every action has a consequence here, but he gets himself arrested, he did this to himself." their counterpart said sternly and Weine nodded. "Well that I understand and that's rational and beyond reasonable, if this plane is ready to go, best to make sure that it's safe right now, in our eyes. Now, but if these brats are freaking out, because you're only doing the responsible thing, what more is there to say." his partner said sternly at that.
"I know and the co-pilot realized that as well, as did the spec ops team on board, they see this the way you see it right now in truth. If the idiot never took said demonstration seriously, I'm about to do it again, but this explains it, I told the flight manager to get ready. And call you, so you can hear this on your end, but if he never took said warnings seriously here, he's never going to last long, as you're as good as Shea is."
"If not better, I know for a fact you had a teenage network for felonies like this, but this went passed what they get in trouble for. And for a real felony your department covers." he read out and nodded. "That level could destroy a building or a tanker if it explodes." his partner said in shock. "These idiots are the type of chronic drunk, in truth, that don't go anywhere without it, but the stench of this on his clothes it's so heavy here."
"He gets too close to said demonstration, it's going to set his shirt on fire, but he dropped his water bottle on his shirt." he read out and they nodded sternly. "Not smart you little brat, you honestly think we'd take your word for it, even if he hadn't just commed us right now young man, if you think that. You did enough damage to your mind, you need serious help here, but this crossed a line and one where you need help." Weine said sternly at that news.
"Well the stupid idiot never considered we knew what they were planning to do, and we turned the tables, my french teacher now in truth. He and I joined together this idea, and Mrs. Hammond, our biology teacher was also in on this as well, but if I'm right they're not telling you this. And I'm making sure, they get tried as accomplices, but either way, he's too drunk to even think straight right now in this case, so with that."
"That he needs to be in detox, he never realized I knew he was likely to try this and set him up, so I got you pointed at him." he read out in response and he nodded. "Then again he never considered how this looks to you guys, and why would I actually call you up if I was the one who did it?" he asked and they nodded, "Good point, and that's not a case of mind games with us, you're innocent." his counterpart said and he nodded to that.
"Where's your common sense young man, if he was the one who did it, why would he be calling up the federal department responsible for the last case along these lines." his partner said sternly and Weine nodded. "Hmm, mmm, okay so that makes perfect sense, let me guess to everyone else, you're the cub that could do no wrong. To these little brats, so it's they're trying to destroy the golden boy image in our eyes, over you?" he asked and it gave a beep gently then.
And they both nodded sternly. "Dumb idea kid, but like the others, I see this the same way, good first impression right now, but you want to cross me, you better get a good lawyer." he said sternly and a young agent no older then 25 flinched at that remark. "This kid is clearly playing mind games with a skilled agent of 20 years field experience, but how does he expect to win this, as Alex turned him in already?" his partner asked and they heard a gentle response.
"What happened on this plane, was a bait and switch, he takes said bait, and you got him, mind games." he read out in response and he nodded. "The idiot just blew any sort of edge to have you off his back here, so you got him where you want him now, with me getting on the line. And with you this quick, then again, I'm a cub agent in training." he read out at that and he nodded as his partner shook his head with a smile at that.
"Said first exchange was meant to say here, I'm not going to fight him, but the idiot is so drunk he's not realizing he makes a move here. And you take him down." he read out and nodded. "You just used Emilio's exchange with the kid playing Marcia's boyfriend against him, he took the bait and lashed out, well young man, you just blew your cover here." he said sternly and his partner crossed his arms at that remark as he went further then.
"And the following two sentences are meant to say now, in my case, 'you're out of your territory, so you better watch it' and with it now. 'You know what a Soc is: white trash with mustangs and madras.', and to you both of those are fine, the second sentence, it means the same. As what's coming here, but I never meant said sentence, I had enough of his crap, but nothing he says now is going to get you off his back."
"But I meant 'screw you, and drop dead, you motormouth' in the second sentence." he read out and he nodded. "The first remark means keep it up here and the only trip he's taking is right to see your father, Sir, if your father is Hawthorne's boss. He's supposed to be in rehab anyway here, but keeps breaking it for a stiff one." he read out and he nodded. "He is, my name is Wesley Weine son." he said and he knew he hid a nod to that.
"Oh boy, well this brat never considered you're the son of his doctor's boss." his partner said to that. "No kidding right now, but trying to get me off his case is doomed to failure right now in this case, like Joe, it's the same thing with me now." he said and the said agent nodded gently at that remark then. "Expecting trouble, at least Alex knows to keep an eye out, and recognize we're there, waiting in ambush." his counterpart said and his partner nodded in agreement.
"Blasted kid, how do you expect to get me off your case, after Alex just translated all three remarks." he said with a bemused tone. "Well that's the same as putting said F word in there, but he knows we don't like going with the profanity here, as we're adults and he's changed that last sentence. But that keeps him out of trouble, he never did or said anything to get him in trouble with us." his partner said to that and he nodded in agreement to that remark gently then.
"I'm not entirely sure, but cub is thinking straight and enough to know what remarks are appropriate here at the moment and losing his temper here now. And in front of us, that kills his case no matter what he says now." he said to that question then. "As for the first remark, it's a case now, of, and I'm saying this in my character's case now, of I'm not doing this in front of you, and we're out of our territory, so watch it." he read out in the last remark.
As he shook his head smiling. "Well that says it all, he's the narrator in everything that counts right now." his counterpart agent said smiling and Browning, his partner and their counterpart team chuckled at that remark. "You got a massive audience listening to this entire conversation and the camera is working here young man, so what excuse is there for attacking him in front of 80 to 120 people all over the terminal here right now?" his partner said to that remark gently.
"And if this brat realized what he just said he would realize you say said remark, and you got the target on your back no matter what you say now here now. So you never meant the second sentence not in the way it sounded, but he says his, and we can call that a very good reason to consider a motive here. Now, if you get hurt, as said words leave a very big motive in our eyes, son." he said and they heard a gentle beep at that remark then as his partner said it gently.
"Kids, well this cub clearly knows what he's doing to get him to crack, before we see these guys face to face." his partner said and he nodded with a chuckle. "Nice touch kiddo, that was nice work, but he better control that temper, if he doesn't realize this, that though I'm not the one training you, as of yet. He doesn't realize we get severely territorial with our students, cub." he said and it gave a gentle beep in response and he hid a smile then to that response.
"Well I realized how this looks to you, but if he thought this doesn't look serious he lost his mind finally, after 4 murders and said all look pre-meditated. I caught said latest one, before it could be attempted." he read out to that. "No one needed to tell me this part, but this, to you and the cops, all looks pre-meditated, and what idiot actually reacts to said warning call?" he read out and he nodded in agreement to his thoughts then.
"To put this bluntly what reason would the NID have by trying to keep Jackson from leaving after said mission ended here?" he read out and he crossed his arms. "To keep from getting arrested right now, and this brat doesn't realize his desperation to get out, before we get up there could be seen. Now, and as why is he so desperate to leave right now, what is he hiding?" his counterpart said in response and Weine nodded in stern agreement to that remark.
"You, young man, should have thought this through, as in, in the second you react, you expose yourselves to us and we all have reason to see this. As a real one, instead of accidental." he said, crossing his arms and his counterpart and partner nodded. "Dumb move kid." another agent said in disgusted shock and several others all nodded. "You got to be kidding me, he immediately reacts to Alex's warning shout?" a female agent said in shock and Weine nodded sternly.
"Alex, what the hell is going on over there, if you commed us here?" she said quickly and she got a fast response. "Attempted catch in the blame game, he got arrested for assault and battery, mam." he read out and she nodded quickly. "Black eye or bruised jaw?" her partner asked and they heard a sigh. "Black eye, and the come down is starting to hit, I'm staying sitting down as long as possible here." he read out and they nodded quickly then.
"His gang tried to start a riot as well, and this barely missed said secondary scuba tank, the Taylors are on board this plane guys, in truth. These idiots never looked around the cabin to realize 1/50th of our town is on board this plane and we got another person also suffering it. Said Asthma as well, and he's heavily disabled, but Peter's on board the plane in our compartment here." he read out and they nodded sternly.
"Young man, where is your common sense, that tank gets hit just right it could destroy the wall!" their counterpart said in shock. "So if he hit the tank just right and it fell over and went off, he could have destroyed this plane before you can even leave?" she said sternly and they got a beep. "As if getting caught with the evidence on you is not enough, he barely destroys the plane anyway here." her partner said sternly to the news and Weine nodded sternly to that.
"He never considered, this could look like a real sabotage case in your eyes, and my supposed vision, just gave enough to prevent a murder. As we got enough evidence to put them away." they heard in a beeped out remark and nodded. "Yeah this kid is in deep shit right now." their counterpart said sternly and then nodded as he answered him then. "It's pre-meditated and this really is suicide terrorism." his partner said with a growl at that news.
As he exchanged looks with his counterpart agent. "More like amateur suicide terrorism here, these idiots get in trouble so much how could you not consider this right now. Before you have that thought right now, these visions, are more trouble then they're worth, as it's too much information. Case in point are they making things better or worse, well mine is nothing now but an adverse reaction to drugs, I needed proof."
"And I get it, when George and Clear find two bottles and a box of matches." he read out and nodded. "What you're about to hear next is said demonstration on what could happen if the entire bag goes off here." he added and nodded bemused. "Just how many bottles did these kids bring along if you grabbed 2 or 3 and said matches?" he asked and they heard a sigh in the tone as he answered him then as Jared grabbed a pen at that news.
"In the area of 80 bottles, 10 in the main luggage, 5 in the carry on." he read out and nodded. "Yeah kid, you should have kept that temper." his counterpart said sternly. "And again, just why would I radio you or phone you directly if I was the one who did it, then again any skilled terrorist knows. Now, to not to react and again if he knew, then why get off the damn thing, before it goes or react to a rhetorical question here."
"I'm saying this the way you would say this now, but if he knew this plane was going to explode, why get off the plane at all right now here. As well as, did this weird feeling have anything to do with the rivalry between our gangs, so if that's really the case pal, then why did you really get off the plane?" he said and Weine nodded in agreement. "Yeah cub knows me a little too well not to know that." he said, hiding a chuckle then.
"Issues it's where said hotshot teenager when beyond loaded doesn't pay attention to the fact his actions don't say innocent at all now. But guilty here and in everyway it can be said right now, but every instance of this was meant to get it pointed at him, he's not thinking straight. To realize he reacts at all to said warning shout or leaving it open and you got him where you want him, as if I was the one, would I do this."
"Knowing I do and I get arrested, but he made every mistake it's possible to make here, and when he never was trained by you, the cops. Or the Air Force, so how stupid can you be to immediately react to your rival's remark, I mean if he knew this thing was going to blow. Then why react or leave the plane at all when said person having so called vision happens to be a cub agent and a cadet in pre-academy training."
"You'd think he'd keep his mouth shut, but no, act before he thinks and he's also drunk so all common sense in attempted sabotage. It just backfired so highly, he blew it, and now has you pointed at him instead of me: game over?" they heard and their counterpart covered his eyes as their friends started laughing. "Yeah nice work with the metaphor there, and if he was smart, he'd have kept his mouth shut." Weine said to that news then.
And with a bemused smile on his face at that and his partner shook his head as the other agents listening to this conversation started laughing. "Yeah Jared, I think you trained him just a little too well if he used that against this kid right now, if he knew what was needed to be said to get him to crack." his partner said and he nodded. "I know I did, but get ready to ask that question Wes, if he knew, then why get off that plane?" Browning said and he nodded sternly.
"How stupid does this kid think we are exactly, if he knew this plane was going to explode why leave the plane at all?" his partner asked sternly and he nodded. "Probably thinking he was lying and it was never going to happen right now." he said and he nodded. "Well if that's the case, then why did he really leave the plane?" he asked and they nodded firmly. "Trying to save himself an arrest and got arrested for assault and battery." Weine said and they nodded.
"And there is no excuse we'd accept for out right violence and unprovoked attacks, when cub did nothing to deserve that reaction." his partner said and their counterpart nodded in agreement to that. "Is this kid speed-balling?" he asked and he heard the next remark. "He crashed into a power pool on campus, three months ago and last summer barely missed killing himself by the pool." they heard from a female voice through the beeps at that and nodded.
"Let me guess, you're Alex's girlfriend?" the female agent asked and they got a gentle beep in response to that. "Name's Clear Rivers, but the idiot never considered Alex brought his radio with him, but I got two bottles and Alex is doing the third in a fast example here. And I got the rest of the matches, mam." she read out and nodded. "So he never saw what he did as a reason for us to consider his actions are criminal." she said and it beeped.
"No he didn't, but he doesn't realize she and I are the only ones of the 40 of us that got a relative, or adoptive in all three departments. As her father was a cop, my other uncle, Jared's younger brother and my dad's twin happens to be a homicide detective, and Eric is spec ops. So one of you is bad, two is beyond serious, and all three of you, no college in the country is going to take him now." he read out and nodded sternly.
"That's the understatement of the century, but one of us is bad with their records about to be sealed, 2 of us is serious as he'd likely get by on being branded. But all three of us, and no one is ever going to let this go and no college in the country is going to take him or his gang now." his partner said sternly at that. "And again kid, if you knew this plane was going to explode, why did you really get off the damn thing?" Weine said sternly at that as his counterpart nodded.
As he crossed his arms. "If he knew this plane was going to blow, then why get off the damn thing at all?" he asked and he nodded in agreement. "Was this uneasy feeling connecting to his animosity with cub, then why would he say that exactly, well if that's really the case young man, then why. Did you really get off that plane?" he said, reading out each question he was going to use on this teenager as his version tapped a beep out and he nodded to that response.
"Yeah Alex doesn't have anything to hide from us, as this is his voice, coming out of that radio, I just got to see this kid face to face to know it finally. And if he was thinking straight, he'd realize this could be seen as the very same accident right now that barely killed my version right now in truth and now. It's just started a second time, and an adverse reaction just delayed the trip anyway, as we check this plane from top to bottom." his counterpart said to that remark.
"I'd consider a drugged reaction to cause this, but this is too much, if he knew then why get off this plane at all, son, who was removed from the plane?" he asked and heard a gentle tone enter the beeps. "Aside from me and him, is my girlfriend Clear Rivers, Val Lewton, Todd Waggner, Terri Cheney and Billy Hitchcock. Our French teacher had Carter removed after he gave me a black eye here." he read out and nodded sternly at that news then.
"Wait, Val Lewton, as Chris and Jane Lewton?" his partner said and it gave a single beep and he nodded. "My parents live in the house next door to her." he said quickly and Weine nodded quickly. "Well mine live in the house next to the Waggners right now, we're town locals here as well, to know where everything in that town is, and the Parkers still run that cafe shop on the drag." he said and their counterpart agent nodded in shock as he said it to him then gently.
"And unprovoked acts of violence are something I do not tolerate here, you didn't do anything for that reaction, no threats, no insults, nothing?" he asked and he heard a sigh through the beeps. "No I didn't do anything at all, he just panicked, got up and socked me in the face, but this is beyond idiotic." his partner read out and he nodded. "Good point and that just says it wasn't you at all, so what do you look like?" he asked and and they heard a few taps.
"That photo on Jared's desk, that's me and him, I'm 16 in that picture." he read out and Weine turned to said photo. "God he looks no older then 15." he said to Jared then and he nodded. "Young in looks, Eric and I've been training him since he was 13, he was considering his options, and we were one, going into the Air Force academy was the second and Dave Goldberg was the third." Jared Browning said smiling and he nodded as he answered him then gently.
"Son, it's either going to be me, or your uncle, but it's looking like I'm the one that got picked to handle this, if Sam already told you this, he's not kidding. Jim is on light duty right now." he said and heard a firm tone to that news as his counterpart was listening to this. "I got it, but if Jim gets yanked back in, Carter is the one needing a trip to the hospital, as once was enough in your eyes and my girlfriend and me with you." he said and they nodded.
"I get why, but don't lose your temper, but what was said so far here?" he asked and it beeped it out gently. "The first exchange, before the attack that night in the book, the quintet in the mustang, after they saw their girlfriends with the narrator and his friends." he read out and he crossed his arms. "Ooh boy, now this brat really is in trouble, cub is using the narrator's remarks, and this brat took the dead Soc's." his partner said and he nodded then.
"Well he's so drunk he doesn't realize this is paraphrasing every remark in the book between the narrator, his friends and Bob and Randy. And just before Bob was killed, we just did the one between Emilio and Randy, before said threat right now, to come after them right now. This keeps up in the same direction, it's the one between the narrator, Cade and the duo, before the murder." he read out and they nodded sternly.
"Yeah that little shit doesn't realize, he gave us the perfect motive to see him as the one that barely missed killing Alex, if he follows this up with arson. And attempted murder, after a close call car accident on the main drag later." Weine said and his partner and their counterpart nodded in stern agreement. "Well you're done young man, you never expected him to get a hold of us and right now you're too drunk to think straight to realize he thinks like us right now."
"But you play his game and you blow any mental edge you had against us, now we know we own you." his partner said sternly and their counterpart nodded firmly at that. "But too late, we know what he looks like to know he's not the type to do something like this right now, and with it, we see him like everyone else does. Our star pupil, our cub, to us he could do no wrong in our eyes." Weine said with a stern growl and as he crossed his arms as he heard the next.
"What you got here is a sting operation, Larry Murnau and I planned this out in advance, these idiots drugged me, not realizing we knew. That they could try to set up one of us we reversed the attempt and he got caught after I blacked out, it's the suicide/murder attempt here. Said that just got caught, the idiots are so drunk they never considered we knew what they planned and turned it around so you're now pointed."
"And directly at them right now, but being a cub agent, they never considered I get a hold of you, and he's finished as you'd listen to me. And more then you would him, if this thing does go off in the launch right now, but this went from pre-meditation and right to a sting operation. Like any good FBI agent, the idiots never realized you trained me just a little too well to out think them." he read out and nodded sternly then.
"Kiddo we're town locals, if you know our fathers, you know who is possibly getting chosen here to handle this." his partner said and he heard a fast beeped out remark. "Then I hope it's you and no one who doesn't know their way around town, as you're both town locals, but let me guess right now. You're Doctors Weine and Shreck's sons?" he asked and they nodded. "Yeah we are and it's looking like it's us, kiddo." he said and to that and nodded.
"Yeah now he's in trouble the idiot doesn't realize your partner is the son of his doctor's boss, but you're the son of the town's psychiatrist." he said in response and he nodded. "I used what the psychiatrist that arrested Nash pulled, react and lash out, and you got just cause to arrest this idiot. But he doesn't think before he acts and more then two and all common sense is shoved out the window." he read out and nodded sternly.
"These brats are so drunk he doesn't realize this looks pre-meditated to us right now, and looking completely like suicide terrorism." Weine said, crossing his arms then sternly. "Alex said it directly, if he never considered this thought in paying attention in class, did he ever consider when Eric shows him that example. That we know he possibly used this lesson this morning, as the punchline, and Alex catches him in the act." their supervisor said in response sternly.
"Clearly this damn brat never considered how this looks to us, and cub did right now, to know we hear this and why he panicked right now, we see cub. Now, as the good one when we see him face to face and this little brat as the devil's spawn." Weine said and his counterpart agent of the first case nodded. "But try to attack him and he blows any chance he had of us seeing he had nothing to do with this." his partner said and he nodded as he said to that remark.
Just as he was answering they heard a loud blast on that side of the line, and a loud clang as whatever got blasted across the room was thrown into something. "I think he blasted a chair or table across the room when he did that." his partner said as he tried to keep from laughing and he nodded as he broke at that. "That wasn't the plane, cub just destroyed the first bottle." Weine said laughing at that and he nodded to confirm that thought gently.
"Nice touch, but if that doesn't make it anymore serious nothing is, but that brings the punch-line home right now in this case." his counterpart said with a bemused smile on his face and his partner nodded with an amused look on his face at this as they exchanged looks. "With that level of power, if one bottle can blast a chair or foot-stand across the room then what is the entire bag going to do?" Browning's partner said and the other agents all nodded in agreement.
"Yeah kiddo, whatever needs to drive the point home, don't blast whatever it was across the room twice, before you break a window next." a member of another team said and the other agents started laughing at that. "I think the security guards already told him that, but if he never was planning on target practice right now, it landed in the right place on a lucky shot." their counterpart agent said with a chuckle and Weine and his partner nodded with a smile.
"Well this kid is clearly like Anderson when he was playing said central character on that show, to get the shot right on the first try, and without it breaking a window next." the female agent said smiling and he nodded. "But if that doesn't bring said punchline home and nothing does, but you convinced me right now, it's not you, but this kid." Weine's partner said to that and he nodded. "And why would said perp try this exactly?" their counterpart team mate said then.
"I'm not sure, but he's using every skill needed to let us know he's not the perp, and he's also a junior agent in training here, so if that doesn't say innocent. And nothing ever does right now, it's Horton." Weine said to that and their supervisor nodded with a bemused smile at that remark. "Yeah we got the point, with you being on the phone with me, I'm hearing everything going on in the background over there." he said to whoever he was talking to then gently.
And with their counterpart. "Yeah, just realizing this, he knew how we'd take that news, hearing said words, well he's right, if he knows this at the moment. He knows how we took the last time we had a scenario like this, and all this is, to him, is a drugged reaction said could possibly be right, and if it is right now. Best turn it in, and before our last case gets blamed a second time for it, and him with him." he said and the agent nodded in agreement to his thoughts then.
As he pulled the file and slammed it on the table. "He means this one." he said and Weine nodded in shocked disbelief. "And this one now has turned into a possible case of suicide terrorism, if someone flipped out, after he raised the alarm to us?" he said slowly and he nodded. "And if he knew, he was clearly doing the responsible thing by telling us immediately, before our thoughts went in that direction of him being responsible." he said and they nodded in agreement.
"Two members, I think he bumped into Sam and Molly on this flight, though if he did, Sam gave him some fast advice and he told them to get off. Now and before it does go right now." their counterpart agent told him. "Before he told him, we have only one Browning working here, and he's related to them and that's true, and this brat was screwed from the second he told him this right now, as going from experience right now, if you got a family member as a cop."
"Or a fed themselves, they report directly to said family member." he said and his partner nodded to that. "We lost 5 members of their group and Friedkin lost his mind out of fear and desperation, the only ones left are Lawton, Harper and Sears." his partner said and he nodded, as their supervisor snapped his fingers at him and the trio moved to him as he wrote down something and underlined it. 'It's gone plane this time.' they read and nodded then as he went further.
'After he came to out of said vision, he said after hearing about this one, if we didn't want to deal with it a second time, they're grounding it. This plane and checking it from top to bottom, Horton flipped out and panicked and assaulted him, Horton and his gang, they lost it. Out of desperation to get out from scrutiny, but cub did a fast demonstration if what they brought exploded.' the said agent read to himself and nodded.
"Oh no, not again." he said to that news. "The little shits drugged him, and enhanced said vision, he said to tell me that it's not useful anymore, and then said to disregard said vision, okay, that's fine, as he knew I heard this, and I wasn't taking it lightly right now." Adams said and Weine nodded. "Nor would I as once was enough of that already, alright pal, whatever was said, before that thing goes there is no way in hell you're getting me off your case now."
"And I don't care if you did have a reason to attack him, there is no excuse I would take for unprovoked acts of violence, and my counterpart says it too. But we have only one Browning working, Jared is this kid, the one that called us directly, related to you by any chance?" he asked and the man nodded. "He's the son of my younger brother, but if it's anyone that got arrested, again, it's Carter Horton, and Jason arrested his gang." he said and the trio nodded sternly.
"Jason is Eric's field medic when he was still a spec ops, so we got the Air Force on board this plane." he said and they nodded to the news gently. "So cub turns them into the team who is training him to be a cadet, and then calls us up directly to tell us this, well I call that the mind of a clear career young agent." his partner said to that and he nodded in agreement. "It's not him at all, Horton, just got arrested for something else." their counterpart said to this sternly.
"Lovely the kid knows he calls in directly to tell us this, we're jumping over said switchboard and Peter takes said call immediately, I can take a guess here. As Sam and Molly were supposed to head for Paris tonight anyway, whatever was said before said premonition happened was a clue now right now. Meant to say our hiatus just came to an end as it jumps from us and right into cub, thanks for the warning son, we needed that." the agent said and he nodded to that.
"And this kid made it worse." he said to him then gently. "Jared did you tell him on this case?" he asked and the man nodded. "Yeah how could he not know this, Friedkin's name is a case once you hear this, no one is letting it go no matter what you try to do right now. And instead of this little brat pointing us at my nephew, my nephew pulls three tries and is about to get him to say said words to keep us pointed at him." he said and and the trio nodded gently to that.
