How many seconds are in eternity?

Every 100 years, a green bird hovers on a dazzling rock and sharpens its beak on a mountain of diamonds. When the whole mountain is gone, the first second of eternity will have passed...

And then, peace will have come.

...

Six o'clock in the morning, the alarm of the only phone that began to light up and resound in the area, its wobbly vibrations shaking the small table next to the huge family bed.

Izuku Midoriya opens his eyes with heaviness and stops irritating the lack of sleep. He lets out an audible aching moan, muffled by his almost pathetic movements to try and silence the sound scourge of the device. He scratched his scratchy three-day beard, sighing and losing his strength as he recognized the day.

Monday. Not that he hated this day in particular, but it was clear that this would be the fundamental sign of the debt he would have to pay for the protection to which he was almost obligated.

A new year in the school cycle was beginning in Japan and that would be enough to reason in Izuku the positivism that new students would be synonymous with quirks as magnificent as his title of professor and former scientist.

He crawled out of bed while demonstrating that under the sheets, the large, tall body that accompanied him spat out in blood the battles that the scars carried under his white muscle and his sleeping shorts. Tough battles that he almost lost to the point of disappearing from existence or even physically recovering from the fatal wounds.

Going into the bathroom is no challenge for him as he begins to prepare the shaving cream and the hot water fills up in the small metal cup he would use to clean the razor he now held in his hands.

His delicate movements were stopped in their tracks by the sight of a little girl behind the door as she carved her eyes and held the huge green rabbit in her hands. Eri Midoriya, the sun in her eyes, and the one for whom he would give his life just by seeing her smile. She would accompany him on his first day and he couldn't ask for more to stay by her side... There were times when he reproached himself for being a very spoiled father.

No friends, no partner, no parents. But there he was with a white-haired daughter who looked at him with her beautiful red eyes and a little horn in the right corner of her head.

He still remembered the psychological and physical pain of facing such an enemy as Overhaul.

- Who are you?! Do you even know that you have screwed up an investigation of years?!

- I'm an ex-Pro Hero! Did you know he was holding this girl captive and you did nothing?! Follow me! We have to lead him away from the city!

Izuku sighed deeply as he remembered that, looking down slightly as he recalled the entire incident. All the time he was hiding from the world he would have almost gone down the drain if it weren't for Nezu.

- Good morning, little mousey. Did you get a good night's sleep? - He consulted as he resumed his work and noticed her breathing against the plush friend as she carved her face against him.

- Mr. Imitator protects me at night. I can sleep with him... - she said with a small smile as she watched him finish conditioning and sigh with a smile.

- Does that mean Imitator has already replaced me? - He asked with some amusement, noting how she denied him outright and looked at him with determined seriousness.

- Imitator is Imitator. Dad is the one who saved me. He is my hero!

Hero. That word had been something for him after he had reached his dreams.

Victorius. His hero's name had been a symbol of his undefeated historical streak since he was born. His absolutely thrilling wit and overwhelming mind allowed him to achieve the heroism he always wanted while studying for his faculty in the theory of the existence of the quirks.

His theory of a cerebral evolution beyond the absolute. The unimaginable... Crumbled on a rainy night wrapped in blood, tears and a promise.

- So get ready... We'll meet hundreds of heroes and you'll have your beloved colored cereal and milk for breakfast.

The confidence that he could have a peaceful life, a future finally peaceable, free of pain and remorse. Where a hero died and a killer was born; where a killer died and a father was born; where the father would now be a teacher.

He smiled at his soft reflection. He is smiling. Eri wants to see that smile that motivates her to go on. She is his pillar... And he is hers.

Then, his smile was shattered as he remembered the list of teachers at the U.A. Oh, no. Not her, for God's sake... Nezu was a real bastard and it's a fact that he would enjoy this.

- If I ever see a damn camera, I'm going to cut his throat... - He said he was worried about his dignity... Or at least what was left of it when Eri was by his side.

...

- She is very adorable. But, think about it, having a child before we get married... What would others think of something so outrageous?

Izuku sighed as he stretched out his tie, which he felt was embracing him with total uneasiness. He was sure that it closed against his neck every second that Nemuri Kayama talked about his sexual and family yearnings for him.

In her heroin suit, she could barely reach his nose. Her heels could only help her reach that height and it was unusually funny to notice that. He never imagined a dominatrix who wouldn't reach his six feet.

- Can you put aside Eri and your insinuations? Your flirtation is unusual, Kayama. I find the attachment of your confident expressions to a relationship with me hilarious... I don't want any more witches in this sea. The list is already big. - He declared with a funny smile, noticing how she was shaken by his comment. Poor Aizawa could not even face her with her bitter attitude that was always embarrassed by his terrible opposite. It was seeing an extrovert harassing an introvert, or so Nezu made clear.

- You and your dialect are still as juicy as ever... Despite being two years older than me, you keep rejecting me. When will you say yes to a date? You well know how many men would go to the end of the earth just to have a night with me...

Eri had the good fortune to be so focused on her headphones and her classical music that she refused to be taken in her father's arms and noticed that he rolled his eyes in circles.

- Nemuri, despite your enormous physical attractiveness and remarkable burning charisma, which I will not deny have been part of my desires at one time, you are not my type. You can keep trying if you want, since it seems that being one of the few who rejects you makes you very... Committed. - He ended with a suggestive smile that called for the blush of heroine.

She regretted having to part with him to do paperwork at that moment as she watched him walk into the class 1-A testing yard. She loved his rejects, showing how he was so unique and interesting to the men she had dealt with most of her life.

Upon arriving at the courtyard, Izuku smiled as she saw the group ready to begin their examinations and with his eye on each one began to deduce who might be promoting the "Big Three" energy on the outside.

The test of particularities was his favorite, since there were few cases where students were expelled, as happened with a whole course at the hands of Aizawa. Taking Eri down from his arms, he leaned on a tree with his arms crossed while both looked at all the young people.

Momo Yaoyorozu, Katsuki Bakugou and Shoto Todoroki immediately caught his attention in front of his exceptional quirks. On the other hand, people like Koji Kota made him smile with tenderness when he noticed their effort, since his quirks were surely not suitable for this test. However, he liked the quirks so much that even one like talking to animals seemed so splendid to see it in action and dazzle a smile on Eri.

Poor Minoru Mineta. Seeing him battle in many of the trials, crying out for the fear of coming last, which would surely lead to the expulsion that the eraser hero was always used to. He liked his quirk, but was amused by his extremely shameless perverted attitude. There were women who didn't like having a boy kissing their feets and the poor boy would learn it the hard way.

He and Aizawa made eye contact. The green-haired man's smile showed the man with the irritated eyes that there was something funny about all the students and he had the luxury of trying it out.

- I almost forgot... The expulsion was a lie to see them use all their power.

The screams didn't wait. Momo apparently proved to be the most aware of Aizawa's apparent charade. Oh, child. How wrong you are...

- Just as I said, that's all. Your curriculum sheets come in when you return to class with your next teacher. Take a look... Midoriya, the class is yours.

Was laziness a quirk or was this man carrying it as a capital sin? Izuku was sure that he absorbed his disinterest and couldn't help but get excited about having the young people under his control for his class and could use that theory with them. He would certainly motivate them.

- Yoh, youngsters! My name is Izuku! Izuku Midoriya! I am your teacher of quirquean theory! I want you ready in 20 minutes in the classroom! The first class will try to explain how Aizawa can take five steps without falling asleep!

Renewed spirit and latent grace. The teacher's smile and energy was enough to get the young people on his side and they immediately obeyed his order. He looked at his side, noticing that Eri had done what he had asked.

- You can come out, Eri. They didn't see you.

The little girl came out from behind the tree as she took off her headphones and continued to hold on to Impostor, now in a tiny version.

- Why did I hide?

- I want to surprise them. It is not usual to see a man with a daughter at 32 and I want to dazzle them when they are not expecting it. - The man smiled machiavelliantly as he said this, hunched his back and rubbed his hands together with apparently diabolical intentions.

- Daddy is bad. Daddy is a villain. - The girl said as if nothing had happened while smiling, terrifying the man who immediately tried to contradict his explanation.

For a beginning job, having your daughter as an enemy is the worst.

...

- Well... As I said before, this is my name and this is the class that corresponds to the course. We will start by checking your questions and then tell me your names. Finally, I will explain what my area consists of and what you will achieve by mastering it... It should be noted that this is my first year teaching and my field is under constant analysis, since it is an experimental function that we will have the habit of reinforcing in order to motivate the government to include it in the educational system. Of course, you can count on my presence in countless activities, but that would be discussed with the director. Questions?

Mina Ashido immediately raised her hand and Izuku had to simply sigh to irrevocably express his displeasure. He knew what the girl would ask and was already preparing to answer it.

- Go ahead, young lady. Shoot.

- Why is there a little girl next to you?

Everyone couldn't help but look at Eri as she shook from side to side while smiling with her headphones as she played with a seemingly small console that had the well-known game "Tetris".

- Eri is my little daughter and will be under my tutelage for the whole year. I am very suspicious of Midnight-sensei's ability to take care of her without trying to take advantage of it in any way and that is why she will be joining me in your regular classes. Any other questions?

The hands extended again and he only let out a bitter whimper.

- Not about Eri?

Most hands (and floating shirt sleeves) went down immediately in the face of that counterattack. He looked at Momo who was still waiting for his acceptance and he was convinced.

- The podium is yours. Shoot.

- Midoriya-sensei, what is your particularity and name of Pro Hero? I'm sure I've never seen him in this place, but there are rumors that he was a student with an undefeated streak that proved to be incredible in front of many teachers.

He sighed. It was inevitable that the rumors would slip away from the teachers as they remembered him.

- I'm not a hero, I'm just a teacher... As for my particularity, it's not really important.

The less they knew it was better. Myūkopī was his name for Vigilante and from then on he kept himself hidden from the world as much as he could. However, his pride was somewhat damaged when he saw that "Victorius" had never been heard by his students.

Izuku could not reveal the information that very few knew about his quirk. He was grateful for his quirkless life as a child because he didn't know how to use it, so very few knew of his ability, as he was always physically devastating with his own body.

His smile fell slightly and was hidden in a hint of sadness when an old memory took him in.

Among the blood and bodies, a kneeling man wrapped in another's blood cried disconsolately while he embraced a little girl Eri, who was unconscious, in front of a little bear-mouse who looked at him with a sad smile along with the heroes that accompanied him.

- Please... Help me.

The subject's response was to extend his little hand while smiling softly.

- Become a teacher at the U.A. and leave your life as a Watchman behind. Teach young students what you once were and instill your values and knowledge in them... Show them that what was once Victorius is still alive within you.

The bloody hand of the subject shook with that of the director. Thus, Izuku Midoriya's life took a complete turn towards a latent future where she would forget what she once was to reform herself into a present full of life and happiness.
