Ichigo stared at the three almost warily as they each took several moments to finally find their voices again and came to terms with what she had just shown them.

Sukuna's finger...

Had there ever been anything more dangerous to a person's well being? Aside from it falling into the hands of someone who didn't know or even seem to comprehend just why it was so dangerous?

The man hadn't been called the king of curses for absolutely nothing.

Pretty much every part of his body was imbued in evil, cursed energies that drew other curses to it like deranged, flesh/blood hungry magnets.

And here she was, Yuji's mother, running around with one of the goddamned things in her pants pocket like it wasn't detrimental at all to her health.

Gojo made a funny little strained sound in the back of his throat as he bent down to carefully pick the finger up. One part of him wanted to crack a joke about this new turn in the situation. And the other part of him wanted to just go ahead and feed it to Yuji and get it over with.

However he did possess some self preservation instinct. Not a lot of it mind you, but a small amount that he often tended to ruthlessly push aside and refused to acknowledge.

And right this second, it was rearing it's head with a vengeance. That normally annoying, nagging little voice had turned into a roar and was all but shouting at him, Don't do it dumbass! And for once in his life, he found himself agreeing with it.

Feeding Yuji Sukuna's finger right this second would be beyond a terrible move. Especially since Momma-chan was staring him down in a strange way that kind of reminded him of a hawk staring down it's prey.

He had no doubt in his mind that if he so much as tried to hand the finger off to Yuji, she'd be up on her feet in a flash and raring to tear his head off. And since she'd already managed to reach him through the infinity of his abilities and hit him once- and even managed to elbow him too- then she'd probably be able to reach him again.

Especially if she were fueled by a mother's rage.

She might also just manage to kick his ass six ways from Sunday too since he wasn't feeling terribly enthusiastic about his chances at defending himself without Yuji getting involved.

Thankfully before he could manage to say anything that might prompt the woman to attempt to kill him, Yuji knelt down in front of her and took a firm hold of her shoulders and gave her a little shake. The boy's usually calm and bemused expression had taken on an uncharacteristic frown. His dark eyes were stormy.

And if Gojo had to put a word to the kid's expression it would be angry. Maybe a tad bit concerned too.

"Mom, you know that I don't ask for much-" It was really weird to Gojo to hear his student taking on such a father-esque tone with his mother. "Just come home in one piece, and and for the love of god, stay alive." Wow. He thought. Yuji really didn't ask his mother for much. That...was just a tad bit alarming. But it also explained a bit more too, the man mused to himself as Yuji went on.

"But this... Mom that cursed spirit is dangerous. Things like it kill people! They're monsters!"

Ichigo wanted to point out that she already knew that. After all, she'd had a seven hour crash course in just how lethal the monster was. She'd also been tossed around a fair bit and got blood all over her. Granted, Yuji probably couldn't see it any due to her dark clothing and reddish blond colored hair. And it had been raining off and on the past few hours now.

Still...he didn't have to lecture her as if she didn't have a single functioning brain cell in her head.

She'd seen enough of what the stupid thing could do first hand. Experienced it first hand too. She'd learned enough about the cursed spirit thingy to be able to come up with several ideas on how to injure, stop, and destroy it.

Which is probably better than her son and his friends. Especially since both Yuji and the girl didn't seem terribly observant when it came to details about the enemy. It had tentacles, indeed. She thought with a small huff of annoyance as her kid gave her another small shake to get her attention back on him and then leaned in so that his face was close to her own and he hissed out.

"Please tell me that you didn't fight that thing. That you just found the finger and you've been hiding it. Not that you've traded blows with it."

She gave him a deadpan look, and didn't say a word. She saw no point in lying to him about this particular subject. Especially when her hands were covered in bruises, and she had some broken bones.

If Yuji had bothered to really look at her hands, he'd see that her knuckles were a mess of torn and shredded skin, some dried blood, and even her knuckle bones were showing in a couple of places. Granted, the injuries were healing rapidly, but not so rapidly as to make the wounds disappear completely.

Not after she'd used up so much of her spirit energy.

She must have zoned out on him without meaning too. Because one second Yuji was begging her to tell him that she hadn't done anything stupid, like fight the monster. And the next...someone must have pointed out that her hands were a mess because he had hold of them and was examining them.

His idiot teacher and the other two kids were too.

Wait- two? It took her a second to realize that the other boy had woken up and decided to join them. And even then, she still blurted out, "When did you wake up?"

The boy gave her an odd look and merely muttered something inaudible before then asking her if her hands were okay. She blinked at him for a second, and then nodded her head and then tugged one of her hands free of Yuji's grasp and then reached out and snatched the finger from the white haired idiot's grasp.

"Hey! I was going to put that somewhere safe!" The man griped as she re pocketed it. Much to the dismay of her kid and the others.

"Yeah, well. Unless that someplace safe happens to be an actual portal to Hell, then I don't trust you enough to let you run around with something like this." Gojo opened his mouth to argue with her and point out the fatal flaw in her logic, but she stopped him by saying, "Besides, I may not totally know what makes it so important, but even I can tell that there's something evil about it. And frankly it's safer in my hands than anyone else's since I can already tell that it corrupts others."

"Y-You can tell that?" Yuji asked in a strained voice.

"Sure can."

"But how? You'd have to be able to sense or see cursed energy. And from what I can tell about you, you can't." Gojo said bluntly.

Ichigo gave him a grim smile. "I think it's funny that your telling me what I can't do without knowing anything about me first."

"Are you planning to educate me, Momma-chan?" Gojo asked with a grin.

"Yes. But not right now. We have a monster to worry about. And we need a plan."

"We have a plan," Yuji said. "We're going to kill the monster."

No sooner than the words left the boy's mouth, Gojo flinched knowing that this little bit of information wasn't going to go over well, at all. Especially not with Momma-chan staring at Yuji like she was now.

Of course her stare only seemed to become even more intimidating when she turned her head to glare pointedly at him as if she knew without a doubt where the blame for this idiocy lay.

A chill shot down his spine as he watched the woman turn back to Yuji, smile and then poked him in the forehead with her index finger. His eyes widened in apprehension as he saw something blue pass from her fingertip to Yuji a second before the boy's eyes rolled back in his head and he flopped over onto the ground snoring.

"Gahh! Yuji!" The girl shrieked as she moved away from the other two to come and check on the snoring boy. Ichigo got her too, and was even nice enough to catch her before she could hit the ground and laid her next to her kid before then turning her eyes to the other boy, and smirked as he took an automatic step back.

"Don't bother trying to run kid," She warned him. "Resistance is futile."

Megumi looked at his sensei in alarm for a second, which was all that she needed to close the distance between them. He was only vaguely aware of Gojo giving him a slightly concerned look before his eyes rolled back in his head and he fell too.

The moment that Megumi was down, Gojo waited a moment to see what Momma-chan was going to do next as she laid the boy on the ground gently and then straightened back up.

"Alone at last." He said with a playful wink.

"Don't think that I won't feed you to that monster if you keep acting like a jerk." She warned him as she walked over to Yuji and Nobara and then began to go through their pockets.

Gojo cocked his head to the side as he watched her do this. Wondering if she had merely knocked the three kids out just so that she could steal their wallets.

"Ah-ha!" She said in triumph when she found what she was looking for. "I thought I sensed something like these before." She said as she pulled out some of the straw dolls that Nobara kept on her and took a moment to examine them before holding them out to him.

He took them automatically, because well, Momma-chan was a violent person and had threatened to feed him to the cursed spirit. So for survival's sake, he should do what she wanted. At least while the kids were unconscious and couldn't stop her.

"You can use these to stop the monster while I babysit the kids."

"Huh?"
