AN: Yep, two chapters at once, figured with the length being an issue I'd just post both and not risk being unable to post this one for a while. My luck sucks lately.

Reminder: Writing in Diary, Tom/SI's Writing back, Parseltongue.

Warnings: Manipulations, Magic, Probably Violence? And whatever else I put in...

Disclaimer: See Chapters 1 or 6.

Chapter 8: Opening Acts

You truly don't know how much you enjoy breathing until an arsehole tears you out of your body and shoves you in a bloody book of all things to ensure he can haunt whoever kills him.

'Bloody Moron, Seven Horcruxes and already dead twice over before reaching Seventy... How's that better than any other Dark Lord or even Dumbledore? Darkest Wizard of All Time my arse.' Ah, my favorite pass-time... Mocking Misty The Stalking Shade.

'Would this count as self-loathing?' I'd say 'no' as I like to view it as more of me ditching the moron and taking my mind and looks with me.

Anyway, back to the current situation... I'd just gotten back from sending my latest batch of letters for the third day since I took over this body and when I reached the abandoned classroom that Ginny and I had claimed for ourselves.

Where I found her crying with her bag torn, wand in one hand, and with various light cuts on her robes.

Suddenly my cheerful mood was gone... I recall a faint memory of how Draco would use a spell to cut open her bag, but those other cuts? Nothing comes to mind.

While I would prefer to limit my use of magic to 'essentials' like Howlers as too much could leave me at risk of triggering Colin's magic to potentially fight me for control, I do believe that murder was just added to the list.

'Colin, if you want to survive being possessed you better say under.' Cautiously approaching the distraught girl as I didn't want her to react violently to my approach.

"Ginny?" I kept my voice barely above a whisper.

"What happened to you?" Instead of answering my question and letting me leave to commit a little pest control, she did what she really needed to stop doing, and latched onto me... Since I doubt she's going to calm down easily without me using a Cheering Charm which would most likely backfire, I merely returned the hug.

'If anyone finds out about this I can just use Fiendfire...' How did a previously aspiring immortal dark lord get reduced to an immortal therapist?

...An Awkward Hug Later...

I held her until she had calmed down enough to talk and then got the story/murder list from her.

"I-I just... Don't understand why?" Ginny was barely heard over her sniffling, I don't know how long she was here but I'm definitely interested in where her siblings are.

Apparently... It was Draco and his inbred twats that decided to play target the 'blood traitor' after feeling emboldened by the 'Heir' returning and yet it wasn't that which really affected her the most, the true reason she was so upset was she ran past her brothers... And they did Nothing!

At least she didn't see them do anything and I'm not going to defend them or say otherwise.

Slowly pulling her to her feet, I use my right hand to wipe her face with my sleeve, ignoring how this would usually be beneath me and drawing my wand with my left hand, motioning towards her ruined clothes and belongings.

She flinched at first, almost jumping back in surprise as she saw and felt them stitch themselves back together.

"I can't say why they'd allow you to suffer like that, but I'm going certainly going to 'ask' them once I make sure you're alright."

"After all, if they seem to care so little about family it means they don't deserve that honor." I've long since dealt with her connections to everyone else, but apparently, that didn't seem to register with her? Or maybe she's unknowingly trying to reason why she's lost what love she had held for them?

"W-what do I do now Tom?" She stares at me completely at a loss... And expects me to give her a 'good' answer? Subtly casting a compulsion on her I decided to give her exactly what she wants, an answer.

"View them without the title of 'family' and ask yourself if they are any different from the Malfoy's." Both linked to House Black, fanatical in their beliefs and equally hateful of the other.

After giving her a little time to think and for my Compulsion to get to work, I ask her my next question...

"Now Ginny, what do you want?"

Ginny remains silent as she looks away while she thinks on my words before she stares straight back at me, directly into my eyes, and says something I thought I'd have to wait slightly longer to hear.

"I want to make them suffer! Malfoy for his constant bullying and my 'brothers' for just standing by with Potter and watching." I'm pretty sure her sudden emotional jump from distraught to cold isn't a good sign... For others.

"Ginny, we're going to do so much more than that..." I smirk as I begin forming a couple of plans and as we discuss how to get what she wants I quickly notice something I doubt Ginny herself has... She's the one pushing for increasingly dark choices.

'First barely willing to trick others into using my Diary and now she's gone to ignoring I'm possessing a fellow student and even wants to torture her own siblings to insanity?' Where do I find more like her? I don't think it was just my work to trigger this, but I suppose her siblings had a reason to take rather dangerous jobs in other countries with low life expectancies.

'I may need to see what her siblings know with their jobs... Maybe I could recruit them?'

...Later that Night...

After almost an hour of planning, we had a plan of sorts to go on.

Ginny was currently sleeping as she'd had a rather stressful encounter and I wanted to 'prepare' everything for the best outcome... For me.

She'd join me soon enough.

I made my way to the third floor, where a certain Stone had once been held and waited, I'd 'owled' Malfoy as a former 'Ally' of Abraxas Malfoy and used a Compulsion on it to meet me here... Even if the letter itself was me merely hinting at getting Potter in trouble.

Even without the Compulsion in place I doubt he'd have ignored this, his arrogance would likely have him believe no one would harm him here and his grandfather's name likely made him think 'subordinate' or something similar.

Half an hour after curfew and Draco finally entered... Seeing him I had but a single thought.

'Abraxas would be pissed seeing how utterly weak his line has become.' Truly a disappointment to a man who built his House to gain a Black for his son, but Lucius never had more than a fraction of his skill and power.

"About time, I thought Purebloods knew better than wasting their betters' time?" I kept all emotion from my voice, instead sounding almost bored to death with this 'meeting' that quickly irritated the Worthless Malfoy.

"How dare you! Whe..." A single flick of my wrist and he was silenced and bound as I stared down at him, the force of the Body-Binding having sent him to the floor. Pitiful, don't people teach self-defense for their heirs anymore?

Still, such disrespect should be addressed before he thinks he's worth more than a housefly, at least they know to die quickly.

Deciding that a Crucio would be too draining for now and even if it wasn't then I'd still run the risk of a teacher noticing the signs and reporting it I would need to avoid the more common or 'traditional' spells. Good thing I'm rather creative isn't it?

I started off with a simple spell since it wouldn't do to immediately break the brat.

Specifically, I used the tickling charm, but unlike the kids who use it for a little amusement I put quite a bit of power into it and I'm pretty sure Draco couldn't stop himself from having an 'accident' after five minutes.

The trick to torture is creativity after all and while people look for signs of Crutio, how many can say they'd recognize the signs of an overpowered tickling charm when most can't look beyond the basic/official use of their spells?

I spent another ten minutes holding the spell on him and when I stopped he wasn't at all... Clean.

He could barely twitch from the charm due to his current situation and so he was forced to lie bound in his piss-soaked robes on the floor.

"Should Little Lucy learn of this I'm sure he'd not hesitate to cast you out... Who would desire an heir that's so easily tricked and captured?" I truly couldn't help the Sadistic Smirk that formed as I looked down at the inbred twat that dared attack me, even if it was indirect and due to his ignorance.

"Now... I'm going to allow you to speak, if you do anything except sit quietly in your own waste I'll be sure to use more than a little tickling charm. Understood?"

Obviously, he couldn't reply, but I took his silence as a 'Yes', and if not there's plenty of other ways to train him.

I first placed a silencing ward around the room to prevent any attempts of screaming for help and considering how anyone that finds he's missing from his bed will only arrange an actual search for him if he doesn't show up for breakfast, I think I'll be fine for tonight.

Sadly, just as was about to remove my silencer, the door opened, and in came the true participant and torturer of Draco tonight... Ginny Weasley, looking ready to cast the Cruciatus as soon as she saw Draco.

Though her face showed a combination of disgust and glee as she noticed his state and made her throw a questioning glance towards me.

"Tickling Charm, most often overlook the creative use of common spells with a little extra power for more 'specialized' ones... Want to give it a try? I'm sure you'll not fail to impress me, will you?" I gesture to Draco and calmly clean one of the old chairs lying around the room, it only needed some quick repair work to ensure it would hold me which was easily accomplished with a small wave of my wand, even if I actually felt a slight 'tickle' at the back of my mind as a result.

As much as I want to send Lucius a sign of how I appreciate him attempting to use me for his own gain I wanted to see how far Ginny will go even if I don't expect her to murder him just yet, that comes later when he isn't needed.

"I'd love to, it looks rather fun too." I don't think she realized her wand has a green glow at the end or how much she resembles a certain relative of hers... Bellatrix Lestrange.

I wait until Ginny begins to cast her own spells to cancel my own and she got to work without any encouragement for almost an hour as Draco first gave a few threats of his father before rapidly breaking down.

"Was that good enough, Tom?" Ginny sounded completely innocent with her question as if Draco hadn't been reduced to a curled up wreck in his own waste since her torture caused my weak Body-Binding to fail which Ginny only commented on it no longer ruining her 'fun' and yet her eyes were completely focused on mine, desperately seeking a positive answer... To which I merely glanced from her to the former 'proud' brat before moving towards Draco and crouching down, carefully avoiding his mess and staring directly into his eyes.

"It's a good start, but I'm sure you can do better." My words briefly upset her before she smiled and once more raised her wand while Draco gave a weak cry realizing this wasn't over yet.

Draco didn't stop begging, screaming, or crying for the rest of the night.

AN: Figured the last was too small to upload on its own and I had this one ready so why not right? Beats waiting however long it may have otherwise been before I could get it out.

Reviews

Well, I did just upload the last so obviously no new reviews. :)

Hope everyone's been okay and I'm already working on the next chapter as I want to try getting it closer to the number of chapters as my other fanfic.
