The Daily Prophet was out and the headlines read Voldemort is Really Half-blooded Tom Riddle!

Harry smiled. It was the first time the Daily Prophet ever used Voldemort's name. I guess knowing he's a half-blood makes him less scary.

"Do you think this will work?" Hermione asked from where she sat at his left.

Harry sighed. "I don't know, but he might lose some of the support from his most devoted followers. What Pure-blood who believes in blood purity would want to follow and bow down to a mere Half-blood? It goes against everything they believe in. If it lessens his numbers at least a little bit, I think it's worth it."

As days passed, Harry waited and hoped to hear about some change concerning Voldemort's army. Everyone at Hogwarts was abuzz with the news. He even heard Malfoy loudly proclaim that no Pure-blood should ever follow a Half-blood, and Harry wondered what Lucius Malfoy thought about his son's feelings.

When wizards and witches known as followers of Voldemort turned up dead, Harry wondered what happened.

Harry talked to his one Slytherin contact, Daphne, to find out if she knew anything.

Daphne nodded. "It seems some of his followers didn't want to follow him anymore. When they tried to leave, he killed them for treason. I don't think anyone else has the courage to leave. They're too afraid for their lives as well as their family's lives."

Harry nodded. It looked like not that much was changing after all, but he noticed more people were calling him Voldemort instead of You-Know-Who. They weren't as afraid of him. Maybe they'd find the courage to fight instead of putting all of their hopes on Harry. Maybe everyone finding out the truth did some good after all.

Harry watched as everyone's resolve to fight grew. Yes, finding out the truth did do some good.
