Willa's Point of View
Tell me again how you think Marn is a wonderful coach? He wasn't a pleasant person if your feelings get hurt easily; or in general, but he is fair, and hates everyone equally. And that's supposed to be good? Of course it is.
"It's time to play, come on." Marn said leading everyone to the end of the changing rooms, where we got on our brooms. The Gryffindors we're still in their changing room, it made sense because Marn didn't waste any time on anything really.
His attitude was both good and bad, depending on which type of career he chose. If it was in the ministry, it would work as long as he was still respectful. In that career path he had a chance at a wonderful career. If he chose an occupation like being a teacher though; then he was screwed. I actually almost snorted at the prospect of him being a teacher.
The Slytherin team has entered the pitch! They have three new players this year, I guess they'll lose! Ow! Okay, Okay, they have a good a chance as any. There are the Gryffindor's! And if I say Ashley Hendershot is looking good in that keeper outfit. I would keep her. Ow! Okay! everyone is at the starting positions!
It seemed McGonagall was getting on the commenter's case, "I want a nice clean game, from all of you." Madame hooch said before letting the Quaffle up in the air. The snitch had already been up in the air and now she was going to release the blugers.
Nancy, the other beater on our team, moved to take a more defensive position and stared to shield our teammates. This meant, I was to try and knock people off brooms. Sweet.
And the game kicks off immediately! McLagan steals the Quaffle from London! boo! It wouldn't be a game of Slytherin versus Gryffindor quidditch if the commenter wasn't bias, "Hey, have you seen the snitch anywhere?" It was teddy, apparently, he couldn't help being dramatic even a few hundred feet in the air.
"No, you should probably ask will." It was nice seeing him though. To my surprise, I found out he did indeed ask will if he knew where the snitch was. Snickering, I hit a bluger at an unsuspecting chaser failing to de-seat him.
Did you see that swing?! It could have broken the bat! for a second, I thought it might have been the commenter finally complimenting something the Slytherin team has done, but then I remembered that there was no way he'd do that. Not only that, but I heard an approaching bluger and moved out of its way. Of course, I had to spend some time getting the thing off my tail to the point I could hit it at someone.
I decided on the fifth year who decided it would be a good idea to shoot a bluger at me, "Nothing personal!" I shouted at him after he had a near miss. I stand by what I said before, it was just a game, but it was a game where hitting a ball at someone that will make them fall about three hundred feet on average was almost expected, and I was loving it.
And Slytherin scores. the score is currently 50 Slytherin and 60 Gryffindor! It had been about twenty minutes so far, and I had yet to de-seat a player. That was a sad amount, but I guess it was to be expected. Practice dummies don't move and playing a quidditch friendly was a lot easier than the real thing as the B-team had nothing on the house team.
"It seems my cousin is watching you." Taking a look at the crowd, teddy was indeed right, and it made me blush slightly, "What do you think? Is he getting my good side?" He snorted, "Probably, both sides are your good side." Well, that sounds good then, "I guess I'll go and hit some more blugers at some of your unsuspecting teammates."
What is this? The Gryffindor seeker teddy Weasley is talking with the Slytherin beater lily Volturi! I hope there exchanging some banter, "Oh, teddy. Want to banter?" He shrugged and smiled, "I guess we got to give the people what they want." Really? You're going to be bantering with teddy? That's almost unheard of! I know right?
"You'll be looking for the snitch for days before you realize the game was already over with." I ended my banter with sticking out my tongue, "That's not true!" He wiped a nonexistent tear from his eyes and even turned away pretending not to let me see him 'cry'.
"Your aim sucks so much, that when you send a bluger at someone there across the pitch." Oh, burn. I pretended to feel hurt, "Well at least my arm is strong enough to hit them across the pitch." Comebacks favor the bold, and I was bold enough.
"Hey teddy! Pay attention!" It was the Gryffindor's team captain ruining our fun, "It was fun distracting you teddy." I said and then left. I hoped it sounded ominous, and teddy wondered if will found the snitch or not. It seems the Gryffindor captain has broken up the banter! Someone better let me know what it was about later today!
I think McGonagall just gave up by this point. The commenter wasn't going to be fair anytime soon. I found the snitch. What?! It would seem that teddy would have had a right to be worried about if will found the snitch or not.
It seems the Slytherin seeker has found something! Is it the snitch!? The Gryffindor's seeker is now following close behind! I think it's the snitch! Teddy's in the lead! Now will! Now teddy! Are they having a conversation?
In fact, they were having a conversation. It was literally, oh hey will how are you? 'oh, I'm fine, just diving at high speeds toward the ground for the snitch.' Cool! I am to. Go will and teddy I sent mentally knowing will would tell teddy about it. Yup, he did.
