Willa's Point of View
Entering our common room, I led Cristian in. The Slytherins resting in the common room were looking at us like we were insane. I understood the sentiment, but that didn't mean I couldn't feel protective about it. I looked at them in a silent growl begging them to argue. We may have been on the quidditch team winning for Slytherin, but that didn't seem to help the fact we were complete oddballs off the court.
"Come on." I said to Cristian after he slightly freezed up from the glares, "You alright?" I asked him after getting away from them, "Yeah, this was just the first time people have seen me here. It's weirder when there are a lot of glares." That made sense, to be honest peer pressure was a big reason people act the way they do.
"Just remember, if someone asks if your allowed to be here than we can list off-" He started finishing off what I was about to say, "-Chapter 4 page three correct?" I said "yes," embarrassed, and then I added, "do I really quote the rulebook that much?" He shrugged, "Not really, it just sticked."
Hey love birds, finish with your rulebook and come on. After blushing, I pulled Cristian in the way of will's dorm. Oddly, girls could go in the males dorms, but males couldn't go in the females dormitory. Apparently, it was because females were more trustworthy, at least to the founders.
"Hey, lily, will, isn't a bit too early for you to be down here Cristian?" Snowy looked at me to translate, "Um, I can tell Cristian later I have a question for you." Will took over on the question asking. Teamwork is great, "Did you, bite Ashla?"
We had told snowy about Ashla, and we never specifically told her not to bite her, but we never really thought that would be something she would do. She was actually quite chill for a snake, or all snakes were chill, I didn't really know, "No, why would I?" I breathed out a sigh of relief.
We knew she was telling the truth because of her pulse. It was nice knowing that she didn't do it, "Sorry for asking, but Ashla was bitten by a snake." If a snake could be, she looked a bit offended, "Oh, I see, you thought it was me." Hurt was obvious in her words, "Look, I'm sorry but I had to ask McGonagall asked us if we had sent you on her, and…" She waited for what followed the 'and', "And she wants us to send you to Volterra."
A Few Days Later…
Rebecca's Point of View
despite having a phone call for communing with will and lily, I still wrote to them. It had been four days since I last sent a letter, so I should be getting one soon, *Tap!* *Tap!* *Tap!* Well, that should be Dante. Looking at the window, I did see him, so I opened the frame and saw a package, "Is this bird done with the bumpy ride?!" whatever it was, it was talking. Putting the package down, I took the letter. It said.
Hey mom! Sorry about the package, it contains snowy, Wills snake.
Why would they send snowy to Volterra? I continued reading.
A snake bit Ashla, and snowy was supposedly the culprit. Even though she didn't do it, so we had to send her to you, Either way please take care of her.
I guess that explained things…
About your last letter, yes that was hilarious, Felix and Emmett really need to do animal impressions more often. Here not much has happened, Marn is working us harder for future games, but it's still fun for me. Will is rolling his eyes at me right now if you couldn't tell, and I have a question for you. How would you petrify someone without a basilisk? (I was wondering about the spell work that might go into it, and it would look a little weird if I asked anyone.)
Lots of love, Will and Lily.
She was wondering how to petrify someone, after all why not? Petrifacis totalus did that, but I was guessing she meant petrifying someone in a more magically powerful way. Like what happened to mark lancer.
I actually wasn't sure about that, I would need to look it up in a tome of some sort, "Hey, it's snowy right?" Snowy hissed back with a, "Yes," With that, I opened the box saying, "Please don't attack me." Looking at her for the first time, I guessed that if lily hadn't called her cat sir Timoteo Montenegro the third on sight; I would have wondered why she called will's snake snowy.
To be honest, I still wondered, but something like this was a more common occurrence, I was actually quite sure Dante is glad he was named by me and not her, "Oh, my, gosh!" My eyes must be starry eyed because I had the best idea ever!
Bella was sadly grounded in her room, and since Edward was away. I had been coming in to check on her and talk to her despite Charlie saying I probably shouldn't and that 'she needed to learn her lesson'. I still came anyway. My idea was what if I took snowy with me to talk to Bella? She might want the extra company, and I did need to talk to Charlie about clearing Bella for charades. She'd already missed four games, that's two weeks of grounding so far in Volterra, "Do you want to meet my cousin?"
