Willa's Point of View
Will was thankfully my twin, and had some similar thought processing systems as me; so he agreed to what I wanted to do. Over the winter break, me and Cristian had gotten more used to kissing each other, even in a more public settings; so, the plan was when we heard teddy was coming onto the train. I would kiss Cristian. When he saw the two of us kissing, will, Mary, Tasha, and matt, would be 'conveniently' somewhere else. They were supposed to come in seconds after teddy saw us. It would be fun pranking him.
With that, we entered the compartment we all wanted to sit in, and now teddy was walking to it, so I started to kiss Cristian. Teddy, of course, walked in and saw us in our make out session. We ended it and looked to the open compartment doorway.
We saw teddy there, mouth agape. It wasn't often I got to see him like this, so I was trying to commit it to memory, "Hey teddy!" Will said walking in with Mary Tasha and matt. Of course, for this prank to truly take off we had needed some help from Tasha and matt, who were following their parents legacy and being the pranksters of the generation.
"They. They. Details!" I knew what he was trying to signify, but seeing him tongue tied, I decided to mess with him a bit more and told will to say something, "What's gotten you so speechless?" Everyone except me and teddy were snickering.
For a second time he attempted words "They. You! I need details! What changed just now that you kissed?" Smirking, I said, "Sorry teddy, your two weeks to late in your assumptions. It was a snowy Christmas eve…" I said with a dramatic narrators voice.
I did pause after those words though, waiting for him to sit down, and he eventually did. We actually haven't told Tasha and matt the full story yet, just that we could let them see teddy speechless if they let Mary and will stand in there compartment for a few seconds.
They obviously agreed, and here we were now with even Tasha and matt sitting down excitedly for the story, "Like I said." Returning to my dramatic narrator voice, "It was a snowy Christmas eve. Me and Cristian had excused ourselves because we were tired, then… suddenly… I saw some mistletoe!"
I felt like everyone in the room was both smiling at the fact I was speaking it with as much suspense as a horror story, building suspense, and just lost it and talked regularly after that, while still being excited to hear the story, "Anyway, I pulled him close to me because that's what you're supposed to do in that situation, and we kissed"
Teddy looked at will, "You owe me ten sickles." Will rolled his eyes and handed ten sickles to teddy. Before I could ask, will said, "We had two bets, one on the quidditch game, and the other on who would kiss the other first." I opened my mouth again, because, of course, I was still confused. He stopped me before I could say anything again and continued explaining.
"We had a bet whoever didn't catch the snitch would have to convince their family member to kiss the other in your relationship. For me, if I lost, I would have had to convince you to kiss Cristian, and teddy had to convince Cristian to kiss you. The second bet" He started, "Was a ten-sickle bet on who would be the one to kiss the other. I put my money on Cristian, teddy put it on you."
I could see that will knew why he had lost, but will decided to get some revenge on teddy for losing ten sickles and patted his head, effectively messing up his hair, "So basically teddy won." Will ended, and teddy, after fending off will, fixed his hair. I will never get what it is with boys and fixing their hair.
"That's wonderful!" Tasha said and hugged me. I think if it had been anyone else who hugged me, I would have just sat down and felt touched by the message, but this was Tasha, one of the best pranksters in her generation, and I say this only because matt also exists in this generation.
I knew she would have done something to prank me, but I couldn't figure out what until I felt the whoopee cousin on my back. Taking it off I saw it had been attached by use of tape, "That was brilliant." I muttered.
Most, expect a whoopee cousin as they sit down while sitting next to the Weasley cousins; but no one would expect it on the back. You would sit down no complaints, and then you would lay your back back, and let lose a supposed fart.
Tasha was just smiling at me for either figuring out the prank, or because she had another prank under her sleeve. I don't trust that look I thought as I sat down staring at her, "See! It's brilliant because it combines two muggle pranks, to make one better combined one."
Well, you heard that folks. We have to be on the lookout for merged pranks now. At least when the Weasley twins were in school, they only did unmerged pranks. You do realize that there just called pranks, right? Or is one merged prank deceiving your reality? 'Shut up will' I told him with whatever emotion you associate with facepalming.
The Weasley cousins ended up staying in our compartment on the way to Hogwarts. We discussed our holidays, and what we got for Christmas. Will got a potions kit with some books. I got some pleasure reading books and dehydrated water. I wasn't sure who it was who thought up that gag gift, but I loved it, it was absolutely hilarious. The can's label said 'add water to get water' I imagine it was the best advertisement ever. Cristian got a broom, and a kit for taking care of it.
