Heah guys.

I seriously didn't know it had been three (3) months since I updated until my dear Plotbunny Guest left a review on one of my other stories telling me.

I am SO SO SO SO SO SORRY! It's just I've been kind of stuck on where to go with this fic and on a Transformers kick while trying to get a second job and dealing with family drama.

CHAPTER 103#

BUNNY/CASSIE/DRIVER

They probably broke all kinds of speed limits and traffic regulations leaving Xaviers school and each second Cassie expected to see Logan or Victor barreling after the car.

Her thoughts raced as fast as the vehicle. `Am I really doing the right thing…..?` She was, wasn't she? After all, she reasoned, she HAD a life, an apartment, a JOB; things she worked hard for. Victor was just going to have to come to understand that.

Suddenly, she sat up straighter with a gasp. "Dang it!"

Bunny raised an eyebrow, checking behind them again. "What's wrong, Cat?"

Cassie looked over to her onee-san in horror. "I didn't say good-bye to Roddy!"

Bunny didn't roll her eyes, but it was a close thing. "I'm sure you can call the school later and talk to him, Cat."

Cassie leaned back in her seat and groaned, covering her face with her hands. "And how am I supposed to explain it to a six-something year old! He probably thinks I've abandoned him!"

"You're not his mother, Cat." Kayla pointed out patiently and Cassie growled.

"Thanks to that kidnapping, feral-jerk Victor, Roddy thinks I am."

"We can go back if you want," Bunny offered, holding onto the door handle as the car took an extremely sharp turn, "but getting away a second time won't be as easy."

Cassie groaned again. "No kidding. Victor might actually lock me up in a padded room or something." She wouldn't put it past the over-protective feral.

.

When another sharp turn made her knock her head against the car window, she winced and exclaimed; "HEAH! Who's driving this thing anyways!"

.

The brunette man driving smirked in the review mirror. "That would be me, ma'm."

"And who's 'me'?" Cassie asked grumpily.

"He's a military friend of Mannys," Bunny explained. "I told Manny we needed a fast get-away and this guy volunteered.

.

Cassie bit her lower lip anxiously. "Um," she addressed the driver. "you do realize we're probably going to be chased by angry feral mutants, right?"

If anything, the drivers smile widened. "Yes, ma'm."

Cassie shrugged, holding the side of her head that had hit the window. "Okay, then." She barely bit back the urge to make a comment about his funeral.

ORORO/ STORM

The Convenience Store

Completely oblivious to the drama happening back at the mansion, Ororo Munroe (also known as 'Storm') calmly walked into the convenience store and headed towards the feminine needs section.

.

The expression on her mocha face was calm, serene; her gait smooth and unhurried while her mind was anything but.

What-ifs' and maybes spun in her head like the very storms she was capable of creating. Excitement and joy warred with worry and a slight fear.

.

Could she really be pregnant?

.

If so, there were a few changes that would have to be made; nothing major for several months, but, still, she would need to make some Doctors appointments, plan for a brief sabbatical from work, ready a nursery, buy some maternity clothes, bottles, diapers…..

,

Her mind was spinning with plans and thoughts so it took her awhile to realize that some people were screaming in what sounded like surprise or shock.

.

Ororo turned just in time to see her husband barreling down the aisle on all fours, scaring shoppers into hysterics.

Her jaw dropped.

XAVIERS SCHOOL FOR GIFTED YOUNGSTERS

THE OBSERVATION AREA ABOVE THE DANGER ROOM

ROGUE/JUBILEE/JONESY/RODDY/CLARISSE

When Victors roar boomed through the school, all of them jumped, a few startled from their sleeping, and looked around.

"Sounds like Tooth's back." Jubilee yawned, rubbing at her eyes. "And he's mad about somethin''

Roddy looked around the room groggily and frowned. "Where's Ma?"

Rogue put a hand on Roddys shoulder comfortingly. "I think she went down to the med-bay with Logan." She explained, then frowned to herself, because it sounded like Logan was having a fight with Victor in the entrance hall.

Did that mean Cassie and her sister had stayed in the med-bay?...Something was off, and she didn't need to borrow Wolverines instincts to feel it.

VICTOR / LOGAN

To say that Victor was not happy was an understatement. The older feral was beyond furious; a fact demonstrated when he grabbed his brother by the throat and slammed him against the wall.

"YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO WATCH HER!"

Automatically, the Wolverines claws came out, but instead of immediately attempting to gut him, as he usually would, Logan tried to explain; "I thought they were right behind me!" but when his older brother hit him so hard he could feel his adamantium skull vibrating, he growled—

"*&^% diplomacy."

-and stabbed his claws into his brothers side.

Victor roared, tossing the younger feral across the room, removing the adamantium blades from his side as he did so.

Logan smashed through one of the not-yet-bulletproof windows and landed on the lawn outside, immediately climbing to his feet only to have his brother barrel through the window and land right ontop of him, pinning him to the ground.

.

"MY MATE-"

-Punch-

"CAN'T EVEN"

-slam!-

"WALK ACROSS"

-punch-

"A ROOM WITHOUT TRIPPIN'"

-head butt-

"AND YOU LET HER GO!"

Here he slammed his claws into his brothers shoulder, just to get his point across, of course.

This time it was Logan who roared, bringing his feet up to strike at his brothers chest to dislodge him, then rolling so that he was ontop.

He got into his older brothers face, the man whom he was just beginning to remember as an older brother, and tried to yell some sense into him. "YOU CAN'T JUST KEEP HER PRISONER, VICTOR!"

"NOT PRISONER!" Victor bellowed back. "SAFE!"

Just then, the Avengers, minus Natasha, rushed into the front lawn; having heard Victors first roar they had begun running towards the entrance hall and now reached it.

.

Clint gave a low whistle. "Now that's what I call sibling rivalry."

.

Steve Rogers gritted his teeth. "We should stop them."

"You really want to get in the middle of that?" Bruce asked, gesturing towards where Logan had literally torn open his brothers stomach.

.

They watched, horrified, and all a little sick as Victor grabbed his intestines, shoved them inside his body, then held them there until new skin closed over, all the while evading his brothers attacks.

.

"I think I'm going to throw up." Bruce commented, leaning over with his hands on his knees.

"Okay, new plan." Steve Rogers commented. "Let's just make sure none of the kids come out here."

"Right." Clint agreed.
