1 Piece Screwed up Rewind

"Hey! Luffy!" Ace waved brightly when he saw his brothers ship dock at Fishman Island, although he tensed when he saw a Charlotte pirate exit the ship behind his brother. The rest of the Whitebeard pirates behind Ace all tensed and got ready for a fight. After all Big Mom had been wanting to take Fishman Island from Pops for the last two years.
"Oi! Ace-nii! Come meet my wife and kids!" Luffy said grinning and he had Jordan and Caramel in his arms while Linlin rode on his head wearing his hat, Pixie beside him holding her practice sword and trying to mimic her mothers stance which looked pretty adorable.
Ace relaxed, recalling meeting Amande and Pixie when he and Luffy met up at Alabasta and making his crew relax as well despite some of them exchanging looks. The kid was married to Demon Lady Amande? And had knocked her up at least twice?
"You joining Big Mom Luffy?" Ace asked honestly curious for a moment before he realized how stupid that question is.
"Nope!" Luffy said with a cheerful laugh.
"Don't tell my younger siblings when they get here in about an hour but I'm part of the Straw Hats. Not the Big Mom pirates." Amande said smirking at the Whitebeard pirates who blinked once, twice, and then Ace laughed while most of his ship brothers jaw dropped.
A Big Mom pirate was betraying her mother, not that they blamed her with how her mother acted mind, for an upcoming pirate who was only about to enter the new world now? And her siblings weren't too far behind them yet she said that so openly as if she didn't care if untrusted ears overheard and informed her siblings.
What the hell?
"Nice to meet you all." Amande said smiling at them all and they carefully did not show their shock at the sight of the woman actually smiling. Every picture of her showed nothing but a melancholic look or sad look, never a smile.
"Nice to meet you too!" Ace said approaching her and giving her a hug.
"Welcome to the family now sister. And hey there little runt. You got a lot bigger, and who are these three?" Ace asked beaming as he looked at his nieces and nephew who were either shy looking or beaming up at him.
"These are my baby sisters and little brother!" Pixie said immediately latching onto her uncles leg and beaming up at him.
"Yeah? And what are your names munchkins?" Ace asked grinning at his new nephew and nieces.
"This is Linlin, Caramel and Jordan!" Pixie said pointing at her siblings in turn as she introduced them.
"Hi Uncle Ace!" Jordan launched himself at his uncle with Linlin right behind while Caramel held onto her big sisters hand.
"Hey there runts." Ace ruffled each childs hair fondly and then introduced his crewmates to his brother and his brothers family and crew.
"Unfortunately things have been a bit tense around here as of late. Someone's been spreading some false information about humans and someone killed the queen…there's even someone after the Mermaid Princess. So try not to take it personally if the Fishmen don't trust or like you all." Ace warned the Straw Hats after the introductions were over, although he noticed that none of them looked the least bit surprised to hear this aside from Amande and the kids, and he was surprised to see that there was another child on the crew although she looked a bit older than the little Monkey's.
"Not a problem." Luffy said not looking bothered by that information at all.
"Sora-chan, why don't you stay close to the little ones just in case?" Sanji asked his charge who nodded her head and moved closer to the little prince and princesses, Linlin climbing onto the older girl fearlessly and clinging to her back like a koala.
"Don't worry Captain. I'll keep the little princesses and prince safe." Sora promised her captain who smiled and patted her head.
"I know you will Sora-chan. Thanks for helping us watch after them." Luffy said and he knew what Sanji was doing. Luffy was the strongest person on the crew, and they all knew it. And Amande was just as strong as him and had more experience at fighting than he did. And there was no way in hell the two of them would leave their children alone when there was a chance of someone nearby being hostile to the little ones. By asking Sora to keep an eye out for the little ones, Sanji was not just giving his King and Queen an extra pair of close eyes on the children but was also making sure his charge would be in the safest spot possible, right next to the King and Queen.
Sora beamed, happy at the chance of being useful, and immediately held Pixie and Caramel's hands since Linlin was clinging to her back still. Jordan was just happy to be held in his mothers arms and getting to cuddle her as he looked around curiously.
"Come on Luffy. Let's go introduce you to King Neptune." Ace said grinning at his brother who smiled brightly at him and held Pixie's other hand as the family moved to follow after Ace and Marco and Nemur.
"What should we be doing?" Sasha asked looking at the other members of the crew, specifically Zoro as the first mate, for their orders.
"You can explore if you want or go with Nami to get some supplies. Do whatever you want as long as it doesn't end up with us having to break the island to save you." Zoro said shrugging it off as he wandered in a random direction. Nami had already gone off to haggle for supplies with whatever shops would actually let her buy them while Jolan went with her since having a Fishman with her may help given how tense things were recently.
Robin was walking off to go look at the poneglyph again and everyone else was already wandering away to do whatever it is they wanted to do here as they waited for Hody Jones to make his move so that they could kick his ass and be done with it.
They all knew what was coming up. The damage to the Candy Factory, Luffy taking the blame, and then claiming he was going to kick Big Mom's ass in order to make Fishman Island his territory.
They wondered if Amande being here, or Daifuku and Smoothie since they were less than an hour behind the Straw Hats, would change anything.
Knowing their captain? Probably not.
