Harry Potter woke up on his rusted bed in the small bedroom of 4 Privet drive. His scar Prickled and burned a little but he was used to it now and his arm hung loosely off the bed. He wondered what the time was but didn't hesitate to quietly open the door to his bedroom and peek out to see if Uncle Vernon or Aunt Petunia were awake. Fortunately they weren't. He slowly crept out and wandered idlerly down the stairs hoping to be able to grab a piece of fruit, or if he was lucky one of Dudley's Chocolate bars! But to his Utter Horror he walked in on Dudley, Uncle Vernon and Aunt Petunia eating breakfast.

"What are you staring at Boy?" Roared Uncle Vernon suspiciously.

"Nothing.." Harry murmured back, he did not feel in the mood to talk to his Uncle for he rightly predicted that he would bring up the fact that he was a disappointment and most likely mock him.

After a few seconds of silence He thought that it was probably best to go back to his bedroom and get his DADA homework done and possibly owl Sirius to see what he was up to (He didn't expect he would be up to much) But his uncle spoke again.

"We have been thinking boy…" His Uncle retorted "That even though you don't fit well in this family we need to take Dudley to the Dentist, and we thought we better get you looked at..We found a pair of partially good dentists that will do the trick, What were their names Petunia? Oh yes Mr and Mrs Granger"

Harry's heart stopped...Mr and Mrs Granger? He had to be dreaming, Hermione's Parents were dentists and they had the same surname. It had to be them...He couldn't help but smile and felt the urge to laugh. He thought how mortified his Uncle would be when he found out that their daughter was his best friend and exactly like him, a wizard.

Uncle Vernon watched him closely noticing the smile creeping upon his added "they are perfectly normal...yes perfectly normal.." But after seeing the boy's reaction he wasn't so sure.

"Uhhh so when are we going uncle?" Asked Harry, he tried to make his voice sound as casual as possible but he could barely contain his excitement, Finally after months of being trapped in 4 Privet drive he would be able to get out of the house to most likely see his best friend!

"In a few hours..so you best get ready..And don't wear anything that will make it look like..well Less Ordinary!" His uncle Bellowed Noisily.

Finally able to Get out of his Uncle's Presence Harry Ran upstairs and Grasped a piece of old parchment from his Hogwarts trunk and a quill and ink pot and started to write…

Hurriedly sealing the letter, he tied it to Hedwig's feet and set him out through his Window. Grabbing his homework as he left (He needed Hermione's help) he rushed down the stairs to see his Uncle and Cousin putting their coat on.

"What do you need your homework, Cousin? Too dumb to do it so you will ask the dentists" Dudly sneered

"Mind your business!" Harry retorted back, But even as he Hurriedly stuffed his books and quills in his backpack he could still feel his Cousins gaze upon him.

Finally after around 10 minutes the Dursleys (And Harry) got in their car and drove to the local dentist which was around a mile from their house. Harry looked out the window the entire journey feeling more excited then he had been this summer! He sniggered at the thought of the Durslys and wondered what there reaction was going to be when he found out who these dentists actually were.

Suddenly the car pulled to the hult, they had arrived. Jumping out of the car happily, Harry looked around, the tower was quite tall and grey with several windows and posters around the building with a sign at the front with rainbow colours saying, Clean your teeth! The outside looked quite nice he thought and jogged to keep up with the Dursleys. He wasn't surprised that the inside was also lovely as well! Posters hung on the walls with shelves full of books...Children's books, adults books of all different shapes and sizes with different covers some with great dinosaurs others with animals! Taking a seat he felt nervous what if the Durslys were rude to the Grangers or something went wrong...But of course that wouldn't happen why would it, After all he wasn't about to let them know who they were and sat quietly.

BING the speaker above the door began to speak "Could Mr and Mrs Dursly please make their way to room 6 thank you!" taking a deep breath Harry along with the Dursleys sat up and started making their way down the endless corridors of doors and finally found the right one. They were greeted by a man and a woman who he most likely assumed were the Grangers, the woman's hair was curly and brown just like Hermiones and the mans was brown and a little scruffy. They both smiled and greeted them with some words of hello and beckoned them to sit down, and Harry thought he saw mr Granger give him a small wink. Sitting down Mr Dursly began to speak

"So uh...You must be the Grangers...I am Vernon Dursly, this is my Wife Petunia and my son Dudley!...And uh...my nephew Harry." He stammered,

"Ah yes! Well welcome! Glad you could come...So do you want to go first Vernon?" Asked Mrs Granger

"Oh yes of course!" replied Mr Dursly

"Excellent! Oh and I almost forgot! My daughter is in the other room...why don't you call her in…!" Smiled Mrs Granger looking directly at Harry with a small smile.

Harry Grinned and stood up and walked to the nearest room, it was quite small with more books sprawled out across the tables and he knew that Hermione had been here but she wasn't. Frowning he was about to walk to a new room when something hit him in the head. Looking down at what had been thrown he saw a bit of parchment and before he could question it another bit flew in mid air and hit him again. Looking around he found a cupboard in the room slightly ajar. Opening it he stepped inside and found himself in a broom closet with nothing inside but before he could take another breath some hands touched his shoulders and he let out a gasp!

"Gosh Ronald what an excellent way to scare the hell out of Harry!" Came a very familiar voice from the other end of the cupboard

"Well what else did you want me to do!" came another voice and a Massive smile was instantly planned on Harry's face.

Suddenly light filled the room and he was face to face with his 2 best friends, Ronald Weasly and Hermione Granger.

"Ron Hermione!" Harry exclaimed "I have missed you too so much!"

"Us too!" Replied Hermione happily "After I got your scroll I knew I had to go with my parents to work and bring Ron…" she sighed staring at the red haired friend next to her with an annoyed look on her face.

"What!" said ron looking shocked and slightly offended "i onl-"

"Distracted me from Homework and everything else I tried to do...!" finished of Hermione angrily

"Well...Maybe, any who Harrys here now so..." ron said hoping to change subject

Harry smiled and realized he was back with his best friends; the golden trio was one once more.
