Unexpected Reunion with Blue and Silver
Hayato, Shadow, and Claire exit the elevator after the unexpected ordeal of meeting the youngest Harvey sister and finding out she alone powers the whole Little Garden city ship.
"Well, I'm gonna hang out with Rouge for a bit before heading back to my room. See ya." Shadow walked away.
"Hey Shadow, are you sure you're okay? You did look like you had a headache." Hayato concerned.
"I'll be fine, just got a piece of my memory back. Nothing serious." Shadow assured with his confident smug.
"(Besides, I want to see if Rouge can find out more on what Vitaly is doing right now.)" Shadow thought with seriousness in his eyes.
Hayato wasn't too convincing that Shadow is okay, but he decided to let him be because he wanted to see if Claire is alright after what happened between her and Judar down there.
"Claire, do you truly hate your brother?" Hayato asked surprising Claire a bit.
"Figured you would ask me about that, and to answer your question… I guess you could say our family's relationship is over complicated, and what he does pisses me off." Claire explained honestly.
"Like how he made Liza into Little Garden's power source." Hayato said.
"Yes, I could never forgive him for that." Claire said a little angry and clutching her fist, then Hayato took that fist into his hand.
"Claire, if there's anything troubling you or when you feel down, you can always come to me, and I'll be there for you. Always." Hayato promised with the kindest of words as he pulls her in for a hug.
This surprises Claire in the long run that she is being hugged by her secret crush and promise to comfort her whenever she needs him to, her soul felt calmer and her heart racing a little as her arms moves on their own wrapping around.
"Feeling better now?" Hayato asked.
"Yes, most definitely." Claire answered with a smile.
"Hey, just between you and me but…" Hayato paused for a moment.
"What is it?" Claire asked.
"When Liza moved her right arm, I think she was reaching out to Shadow." Hayato said.
(Outside the Office Building)
"Hayato!" Emilia hugged Hayato tightly.
"I can't believe you ditch me like that without saying a word!" Emilia pouted angry.
"Sorry about that, I got caught up in something. I promise to make it up to you." Hayato kissed his forehead.
"You better." Emilia said.
"So, did you have a private time with Claire?" Emilia asked.
"No, there were others, and I can't tell you what it is. Why don't we just walk together to see Karen." Hayato suggested.
"Sure, I would like that." Emilia agreed.
(Two Days Later)
The eight Slayers are riding on a big plane heading over the sea making their way to the Peacemaking Army rendezvous point.
"Let's review mission protocols once more." Claire said as everyone is in the meeting briefing room of the plane.
"This is a map of the mountain range near Tian Quan City in the Empire of Qin." Liddy said as the blue screen map shows.
"Based on our estimates, there are roughly fifty Savages within this radius." Liddy informed.
"Sounds like a lot." Shadow commented.
"We've established a base camp in Tian Quan City, which is also Xuemei's hometown. She will act as your guide for the upcoming mission, so please refer any inquiries you have to her." Erica explained and looked to Xue-Mei Liu.
"Yes, I'll be here if you need me!" Xue-Mei Liu said.
"Moving on, those Those Hunters are still on the loose. You should be prepared for the possibility that they'll track you down." Claire warned.
"One of the reasons you were chosen for this mission is your prior experience. Judar likes that you've fought these guys before, he thinks it'll be easier to fend off the Hunters since you've already faced them and know what kinds of action to expect." Liddy explained.
"Really, Judar made the decision." Shadow said.
"So, then it wasn't LiZA who put this squad together, like it usually is." Emilia surprised a little.
"No, this entire clean-up operation was drafted and proposed to the UN by Judar Harvey himself." Erica mentioned.
(Later)
The plane landed at the campsite where Slayers from other countries have come together.
"I know they warned us and all, but I guess this mission is kind of a big deal. I'm starting to get really pumped up!" Latia excited.
"Simmer down, no use getting fired up about it now, the fight isn't till tomorrow." Fritz reminded her while petting her head.
"I'm not a kid! Would you stop patting my head?" Latia demanded to be treated like an adult.
"Everyone, we're moving out." Erica informed.
"I hope Rouge doesn't get too bored without me." Shadow said.
"I'm sure she'll be fine; you did say that she's a stronger woman than she looks." Hayato said.
"That's the truth, you could say she's the better fighter than Liddy." Shadow bragged.
"Now that I would like to see." Emilia wondered if that could happen.
Just as the three were about to enter the tent of their group.
"Miss Emilia!" A girl's voice shouted causing Emilia to flinch of shock and fast footsteps are approaching towards her.
"Who's that?" Hayato asked.
"I don't know, but we better step out of the way." Shadow pulled Hayato away from Emilia.
"Princess Emilia!" The girl who shouted for Emilia jumped far and right onto Emilia hugging her waist.
"Oh my goodness, I've missed you so much! How are you? Tell me everything, I bet you had fun on Little Garden even though I thought I'd never see you again!" The girl cuddled happily onto Emilia.
"C-Claudia, stop it! You're being stupid right now!" Emilia blushed of embarrassment.
"Oh, Emilia! Even when you're being harsh to me, I still follow you to the ends of the world and there's no other person than Princess Emilia!" The girl now named Claudia declared before Emilia immediately covered her mouth.
Claudia is a young girl with a described baby-face with long bobbed light brown hair and matching eyes, as well as being short and dressed in the blue inform issued to the members of the Britannian Slayers. Breasts sizes: B-cup.
"Don't say that out loud!" Emilia begged as Claudia tries to speak again.
"Wait, did that girl called her a princess?" Hayato asked.
"She did and it's not a silly nickname either, she's a real-life princess." Shadow revealed.
"What, she's what now?!" Hayato gasped as Emilia chuckles nervously.
The four went to a spot where no one could hear their conversation behind a random tent.
"I was sure if I came here, I'd run into you sooner or later, Princess!" Claudia smiled.
"Stop, you can't call me that around here, especially with other people here!" Emilia stated.
"So, not only did you disguised yourself as a boy when we first met, but you also hid the fact that you're a real princess from a kingdom and never told me!" Hayato said still freaking out a little.
"And why would she tell anything to you, weirdo?" Claudia asked pointing her finger at Hayato.
"Hey, take is easy! We're classmates and her boyfriend too! Hayato Kisaragi." Hayato introduced himself.
"WHAT?! BOYFRIEND?!" Claudia screamed of shock as she looks to Shadow.
"I'm just her friend, Shadow Chaos." Shadow said.
"Now Claudia, before you go wincing like an angry child, you should at least introduce yourself since Hayato and Shadow gave you're their names as a proper way to greet new people." Emilia scolded and Claudia sighs knowing she's right.
"Claudia Lowetti, reporting in. I held from Gudenburg, member of the Federation of Britannia, I am a certified Britannia Unified Army Slayer." Claudia introduced herself and status with a salute.
"Wow, impressive position. Anything else?" Shadow asked.
"I'm also the best and closest friend for life." Claudia proclaimed proudly.
"That's very nice, it's an honor and pleasure to meet you, Claudia Lowetti." Hayato greeted with a proper bow.
"Hmm, you have some decent manners, I'll give you that. But I refuse to simple believe you're in a lover's relationship with Princess Emilia!" Claudia glared angry at Hayato.
"Well, you better believe it because we are." Emilia said making Claudia groans and face-first to the ground.
"It looks like this girl isn't the sharing type." Shadow commented.
"I miss you so much!" Claudia cried immediately.
"Whoa, she recovers fast." Hayato surprised.
"Please, come back home to Gudenburg, pretty please?" Claudia begged.
"I figured as much." Emilia sighed.
"Your loyal subjects all eagerly await the return of Emilia, the hidden princess!" Claudia mentioned and Emilia tries to hush her.
"Hidden princess, wait? Does that mean your kingdom doesn't where you are?" Hayato asked.
"That's right, because I decided to run away. Even though I'm their princess, third line for the throne, I was always treated unwanted by the royal family save for my father and was kept hidden until my mother passed away. Even then, the royal family still treated me like I was a disease." Emilia explained.
"That's awful." Hayato said feeling sad for his girlfriend wanting to go in for a hug, but Claudia got between them.
"Oh, Emilia. After you finish your mission, what do you say we go back to Gudenburg together?" Claudia asked.
"Did this girl now hear what Emilia just said?" Shadow wondered if this girl is stupid or not.
"I'm sorry, I can't go back. Not ever." Emilia answered much to Claudia's shock.
"I made a vow; I'm never going back to Gudenburg." Emilia said strongly.
"But I'm so lonely without you, why won't you stop being selfish and think of me for a change?" Claudia sobbed.
"I love you so much, my life is meaningless without you!" Claudia said.
"Hey, Claudia." Hayato placed a hand on Claudia's shoulder.
"What do you want, Princess stealer!" Claudia growled, scaring Hayato little though stand brave.
"Listen, I understand that you would want to stay by Emilia's side as a good friend, but you also have to let Emilia do what she wants to that makes her feel happy meaning you should be happy for whatever decision she makes." Hayato stated.
"Oh, like you would know ANYTHING about what makes her happy since you're her "boyfriend"." Claudia grinded her teeth.
"I do, and I know you feel the same way, but that doesn't mean you two won't see each other again. You can always write letters or call each other." Hayato suggested, gently placing a hand on Claudia's cheek.
"And I'm glad that Emilia has a friend like you back in Gudenburg when she was all alone." Hayato smiled.
Suddenly Claudia's heart skipped a beat or two as her cheeks blush red a little, but she quickly pulls herself together and slaps Hayato's hand away.
"I see what you're trying to do! Getting me all butter up so you take Emilia away from me! Well, that is not happening!" Claudia clutched her fist.
"I think he already did that when they sex on the island we went to sometime ago." Shadow mentioned causing Claudia to gasp.
"No… This can't be…" Claudia slowly turned her head around to Emilia as she looks away blushing.
"Hey, you guys having a party or what?" A guy asked.
The four Slayers turns their heads to see two boys walking up to them wearing different uniforms from Little Garden and Claudia's uniform as well. Shadow looks at those two boys getting the strong feeling that they are very familiar to him; this feeling keeps getting stronger and stronger as they got closer.
"Sorry to drop in unannounced, but we were just wondering if we could be friends with you guys." The boy with silver hair said.
"Yeah, you guys look like some cool dudes to hang out with." The boy with blue hair smirked.
"Oh, I guess it wouldn't hurt to get to know the Slayers we'll be working with." Hayato smiled.
"My name is Hayato Kisaragi, this here is Emilia Harriet and her childhood friend, Claudia Lowetti." Hayato introduced himself along with the girls.
"Nice to meet you." Emilia greeted with a friendly smile.
"Hello." Claudia greeted simple.
"And this here is" Hayato noticed Shadow is being quiet and walking up to the two boys.
Shadow took at good look at the two and the image of his two brothers from years ago, Sonic and Silver before they were separated during the escape from that lab, the resembles are undeniable even though they are older. Just looking into their eyes tells Shadow the truth that these two boys are indeed the ones who knew.
"Sonic? Silver?" Shadow asked.
The two boys look at each other confuse a little and back at Shadow.
"Okay dude, not sure how you know our names, but…" Sonic weirded out of this.
"Sonic, I think… I think that's our brother." Silver realized.
"Wait, what?" Sonic confused.
"He's right or has all the speed finally made you lose your brain over the past five years." Shadow joked.
"Hey, I have you know that my speed will always be the best! Better than you… Shadow?" Sonic's eyes widen of realization, finally seeing this man for who he really is.
"Sonic, Silver, my little brothers." Shadow opened his eyes to arm.
Tears have started to form from all three long, lost brothers as they couldn't hold back their feelings any longer causing Sonic and Silver to jump at Shadow into a big hug.
"SHADOW!" Sonic and Silver screamed of joy.
Soon, some more memories have started to return into Shadow's head mostly about him and time he had with his brothers that they once had a normal life to the time when they were in the lab meeting Sakura and making her their little sister.
"Oh man, it's you! It's really you, big brother!" Silver cried tears of joy.
"I should have recognized that stupid edgy face of yours from the start!" Sonic joked while still crying.
"Nice to see you still have your wits to say those things to my face." Shadow smiled hugging his brothers tighter.
Hayato and Emilia hug each other at the sight of Shadow being reunited with his two long, lost brothers after the years of separation and knowing they're going to make up the lost times for each other. Claudia didn't understand exactly what was going on right now, all she knows is that the moment is so touching and just hearing those boys are brothers having beautiful moment is enough to make her cry with a little smile.
"Oh man, wait until Sakura hears about this!" Shadow said.
"Wait, Sakura? Our little singing cherry girl?" Sonic asked and Shadow nods.
"She's okay! How is she?" Silver asked.
"She's doing great, better you could say as she is now a world fancy pop-idol as Sakura Kirishima the Oriental Wizard or whatever stage name she likes to be called as." Shadow answered.
"Whoa, she's a popular idol! That's so cool, I wonder what she looks like now." Sonic smirked.
"Actually, she looks pretty much the same as before. See." Shadow showed Sonic and Silver thye picture of the current Sakura on his phone.
"Wait a minute! That's Sakura?!" Sonic gasped.
"Yeah, you didn't know it was her?" Shadow asked.
"He thought it was a random girl who he has a big crush on for her awesome music." Silver explained.
"Dude, you knew it was Sakura all along!" Sonic gasped again.
"Yes, and I didn't tell you because it was funny." Silver laughed and Shadow joins in for the laughing too.
"Not cool, Silver! Not cool!" Sonic angered but couldn't stay made for long as he laughs too.
"It's good to see you two are looking great and the fact that you're here as well means you have also become Slayers." Shadow figured out from just looking at his younger brothers.
"You got that right, we're the best of the best at our school!" Sonic bragged.
"We've been training hard for when we reunite with you, promise to always have each other's backs no matter what." Silver mentioned.
"That's great to hear, at least being reunited with you guys is better than seeing Scourge again." Shadow said.
"Scourge? That green punk is still alive?" Sonic exclaimed.
"Yes, and he's working with some Hunters taking down Slayers and stealing Savage cores for some reason." Shadow explained.
"Well, it's a good thing we're together because those guys won't know what hit them." Sonic believed as Silver and Shadow nods.

Shadow has reunited with his two younger brothers, Sonic and Silver as now they can become stronger together for this and probably other future missions, and they'll need to be together because of the mission they're in could be more than any Slayers thought.
