A Siren's Song
Chapter One: The Letter
A/N: JK Rowling owns this universe , not me. I only own my OCs.
Dear Mr Potter,
Due to an incident last year, resulting in damage to the school grounds, we have decided to relocate. Our new school castle is in Greece. You may still enter via Platform 9 & ¾, but new routes have been added. We have also added new train features in order to travel to Greece. Diagon Alley is still the required place to purchase school supplies.
But in order to use the Greek school grounds, we have agreed to also host Greek students. They will be added to your classes. I have also assigned a students from second year up to help a Greek student around Diagon Alley. As you are a second year, you and Ms Hermione Granger will help Ms Sallia Sirenore with her school shopping. She will be a second year due to her level magic.
Yours sincerely,
Minerva McGonagall, Deputy
Headmistress of Hogwarts
Harry stared at the letter in disbelief. He knew after the 'Quirrell having Voldemort on the back of his head' incident, the school had some renovation to do, but he thought that Dumbledore could fix everything with a swish of his wand. Apparently that wasn't true.
He grabbed an old Greek Mythology book that Dudley had discarded, and tried to figure out who 'Sallia Sirenore' could be. 'Hopefully not a Sphinx.' He thought. 'Their endless riddles are so annoying.' He continued flipping through the book, ruling out several creatures.
Hedwig flew in holding a letter. It was once again from McGonagall, but this time including a portkey to Diagon Alley. He tapped it, before finding himself in Diagon Alley.
"Harry!" Hermione panted. "I've been looking everywhere. Anyway it's great to see you! Also I think Sallia is over there." She pointed at a lineup of Greek students.
A beautiful girl ran over to them. "Hello!" She beamed, her pearl white teeth shining. "I'm Sallia Sirenore."
Harry found his eyes glued to her, while Hermione looked away. There was no doubt about it. She was a Siren.
