Soo I actually waned to write a story where Voldemort won and this plot came up in my head. It could've been a oneshot but I wanted to leave some surprises for another chapter. Don't hate me, I'll upload it soon enough. Enjoy:)

Just mentioning I am making no money from this story as the characters aren't mine

Chapter 1

"Come on, Hermione, why are you so determined not to admit it? Vol-"

"HARRY NO!"

"-demort's after the Elder Wand!"

That's how it started. A loud crack immediately sounded outside the tent, and Ron leapt to his feet furious his best friend had forgotten the most important piece of information he had brought back. Harry couldn't believe he had been so stupid and had most surely just signed their death penalties. Hermione was pissed at Harry's stupidity but her brain kicked in fast enough. She pointed her wand at his face and sent a Stinging Jinx his way. This would never fool the Death Eaters, of course, but if these were mere Snatchers...

All three of them realized just how much trouble they were in when they recognized Fenrir Greyback as one of their captors. They managed to think of different names. Harry lied his father worked at the Ministry and he actually had the luck to have said the name of a real Ministry worker. There was hope, after all...

Hope, Hermione decided, was overrated. It all went downhill when they recognized her from the Prophet. Naturally, the morons in the newspaper had written she was 'known to be travelling with Harry Potter'. And they had found the sword of Gryffindor. Why couldn't things go according to plan, just once?

When the wrought-iron gates they Apparated in front of proved to be locked, Harry and Ron gave little sighs of relief, but Hermione frowned. She knew they would get in; even those... people weren't stupid enough to Apparate Harry Potter to a place they knew won't open for them. Sure enough, less than two minutes later the gates had swung open. Ah well.

When Narcissa Malfoy's voice began interrogating the Snatchers, Harry recognized it. He could tell from the sharp intake of breath to his left that Hermione had too. Ron still seemed blissfully unaware of their whereabouts. Until they were dragged inside a large Manor and saw Lucius Malfoy and Bellatrix Lestrange, and Draco Malfoy was given the order to recognize them. The blonde looked reluctant, Harry would give him that. And he didn't say their names even though Harry was sure he had indeed recognized them.

The Death Eaters did find out who they were, after all, and Lucius Malfoy prepared to summon Voldemort. Hermione thought it was over. Then Bellatrix saw the sword. After the brief fight for it the woman gave orders for the prisoners to be placed in the cellar. Hermione struggled quietly against the ropes. She really didn't want to get acquainted with the Malfoys' cellar. Bellatrix's voice effectively stopped her movements.

"Wait" the Death Eater said sharply. "All except... except for the Mudblood."

The brunette paid no attention to Ron's anguished words. She tried to still her slightly shaking hands and set her jaw. She would endure it.

Bellatrix took out a small knife and used it to cut the ropes that tied the girl to the others. The last thing Harry and Ron saw was Bellatrix dragging Hermione to the center of the room by the hair.
