Lily Potter was sitting in her living room on the night of Halloween looking out her window. She was watching the families walking and running around going door to door. She wished she could be out there with her little boy. But she couldn't. She had to play the scare little girl who needed to protect her son from the big bad wizard. Known more commonly as Lord Voldemort, more commonly known by her as Dad. She had to keep that part of her life secret. Because if Dumbledore found out about her she would have been killed before she set foot into Hogwarts. Or she would have been taken away from her dad. But what people didn't know about her dad was that he wasn't all bad. Of course he had problems with muggleborns coming into the magical world. He wanted them to come into this world. But he had witness that most of them would leave in the middle of their schooling and never set foot back into the magical world. Still having the knowledge of the magical world. He wanted to have another school one where they start showing signs of magic and until they were 11 years old. There they would be given a choice. If they still want to learn about magic and control their powers. Than they would be accepted into Hogwarts. If not their magic would be bound and any knowledge they had of the magical world would be erase from their minds.

Of course Dumbledore had to go and paint her father the darkest wizard of all time. When she first came to Hogwarts, Dumbledore went out of his way to insert himself into her life and especially her love life. She hated the old man. Her father had always told her that if she felt unsafe or if he got to close that, he would pull her out so fast it would make her head spin. But she of course stood her ground and said that she was meant to be at Hogwarts. But what annoyed her the most was James Potter, the biggest prat she had ever meant in her life. But she had to pretend to be a little interested in him. IF not Dumbledore would notice and suspect her. So she let her annoyance of James last 6 years. And in her last year, she had no choice but to say yes to him.

Than she had to married the fool. But she wouldn't have trade it in for anything because James gave her Harry, her little boy. Also an Heir to the most ancient and most noble house of the wizarding world. Which would help the Dark in the most powerful way. As James would die tonight, making her son the last remaining heir to the family. His power and influence in the wizarding world will help them achieve what they want. Lily of course was not going to use her son in that way. She was going to let him do what he would want to do and when he want to do it. But she had no reason to believe that he wasn't going to help them. After all this would concern him.

Lily got up from the chair next to the window and pick up Harry. It was past his bedtime and soon enough her father was going to make an appearance. She had to slip a note to her best friend this morning when she went to the market to get some thing to make dinner tonight. James was out on an order mission and she had to get out of the house because it was getting to constricting and was getting a little cabin fever. So when she saw her friend walking about the store. She quickly wrote her address and slipped the note into her pocket. They couldn't talk to each other. Only reason because Dumbledore had assigned a guard to protect the Potters anytime they leave the house to shop. The old man would prefer them not leaving the house. But when Lily put her two sense into the matter, he knew he was lost the little battle.

She placed Harry in his crib and grabbed a suitcase, and cast a extension charm on it. She waved her wand and all of harry toys, clothes, and other things that she had in the room. She left his crib out until her father came and got her. Next she went to her room and began packing everything into the suitcase. She had a plan if James came home early and ask her what she was doing. She was going to tell him, that she feels uneasy about tonight and that she had pack everything up, just in case if her father showed up. He would believe it because she had to play being scare and jumpy every time something goes bump into the night. So he just would think she just being jumpy and would settle down later that night. She finished packing and shrink the suitcase and place it in her pocket. She went back to her son and saw him sleeping. She smiled at him and went back downstairs. It was ten minutes later when her husband came through the door. He closed the door behind him and sat down on the couch

"How was it," Lily ask her husband.

"It went okay, but we had learn a few things about him," James said to her as he went to the kitchen to grabbed a drink. Lily followed him and sat down at the dining room table.

"Well, what is it," she said to him. "Is it a way to defeat him,"

"Even better, we overheard a death eater talking to another one saying that they needed to move with tonight to bring someone home," James told her. "I wouldn't have believe it if Dumbledore didn't confirm it, Voldemort has children three of them in fact, three daughters,"

Lily didn't have to act shock, because in truth she was. How they found out about her father having kids. She had to tell her father quickly. He was coming tonight so she would have the chance to tell him. She couldn't face the chance of Dumbledore finding about her baby sister. She was young enough to be taken away and made to forget about them.

"What is Dumbledore planning on doing," Lily asked.

"He wants to know who his children are, how old they and how powerful they may be," James told her. Lily now knew the reason about that.

"He wants to take them doesn't he," Lily confirmed with her Husband. He nodded and sat across from her.

"If they are older than five he going to lock them up and than erase their memories and plant new ones, He's thinking that them being his children that they would be powerful enough to defeat him," James told her as he toke a sip of fire whiskey. Lily began fuming but silently. She couldn't afford to slip up now of all times. How evil could an old man be. Taking away children from their families. She couldn't imagine her son being taken away from her. The only reason Dumbledore wanted to do what he wanted, was because of who their father is. He didn't want people to know that Voldemort was a family man. Who would do anything for his family, that he didn't tear families apart. Yes he did some nasty things to people. But that was only because they had came after him full force. He was a peaceful man. Only wanted peace and for the wizarding world to stay hidden from the muggles.

History only proved what muggles were like when it came to people with magic. Hence the Salem witch trials. She closed her eyes and breathe.

"Yes, that could work, now that we know that the prophecy about Harry is fake, just Sybil wanting a job, yes she is a seer, but not a powerful one to created that big of a prophecy," Lily informed James. He nodded at her.

"So, you see why we want to do this for," James said. She nodded. "I'm going to lead the mission on it, so I'm only going to be here for a couple days, than I'll be gone for a few weeks maybe a month,"

Lily nodded as she toke a sip of the fire whiskey from the bottle. She smiled to herself as she toke the sip. He wont live past tonight, so she wouldn't have to worry about him finding anything out about her. The mission will still happen but they would fail.

Lily felt a burn in her arm and knew it was a message from her father stating that he is coming up the pathway to her house. She got excited soon she will wont be able to pretend for while. When her father comes and attack the house to make it look convincing. Dumbledore still wanted them to hide out until he had been dealt with. James got up and began checking the wards and his nightly checks of the house and the yard. Lily got up and look out the front window. She smiled and waved at her father who was standing at the gate. He waved back and pointed at the top of the house. She nodded and walked upstairs to her son's room. She woke him up and quickly shrink the crib and placed it inside her pocket. Now all she had to do was wait for James to yell and than she will apparate out to the graveyard there her best friend would be waiting for her and Harry. She would wait for a couple weeks before appearing to Dumbledore.

She would have to come up with a story about where she's been and why she was gone for so long. But that's what the three weeks are for. She just wanted to be with her family and friends. She always wanted Harry to be around kids his own age. He didn't like the weasleys little boy. She also didn't like him or his mother at all. Right now she just had a little girl and all she talks about is how it would be so nice if Harry and Ginny would grow up together and fall in love and to married. She didn't like the fact that Molly was planning out her kid future and had to nerve to plan out Harry's life too. James had to keep her calm every time Molly started on about it. If James wasn't there, she would have hex that woman into the next century.

"Lily its him take Harry and go," James yelled twenty minutes later. She ran out of the room with Harry on her hip and saw the door get blasted open. "Lily go i'll hold him off and catch up with you,"

Lily nodded and apparated out of the house to the graveyard. There in the distance she could still see the house. Lights flashed in the house as she watched. She didn't know who was winning all she knew was that her father would come home eventually. But she still wanted him back home with her mother. Who probably won't let her out of her sight for the next year.

"You ready Lily," she heard her friend say behind her. Lily turned around and saw Narcissa walking up behind her. She too had Draco with her. "He wouldn't go to sleep, he wanted to see his Aunt Lily,"

"Hey there little guy," Lily said to Draco who giggle and waved at her. "Ok, lets go,"

Narcissa nodded and grabbed Lily's hand and she apparate all four of them to Malfoy Manor. This will be the place she would be staying at for the next three weeks. But first she needed to see her mother and sister. Her older sister Petunia was in the muggle world with her husband and kid. She too was told of a plan. But it would be another couple weeks before she got to see her.

"Lily thank the Gods you are okay," She heard her mother yelled as she ran across the yard and wrapped her arms around her daughter. Lily smiled and hugged her mother back. She didn't care what most people say. She had dream of this moment for the last year and a half. She was finally back to where she belong and no one was going to take that from her.

It was hours before her father showed up. He came back in one piece but the battle that happen at Godric Hollow drained him to the point where he had almost died. James was dead and Dumbledore was wounded watching as the house blew up. Her father said she had to come up with a plan soon. Because the order was sent out to track her down. Lily knew she had to be ready at a moments notice. The deal was for her to stay here for two weeks and than for the remaining time to go to Petunia's house and wait there for Dumbledore to show up.

Lily nodded and went back upstairs to her room. But before she left she went to Draco's room to see how Harry was doing on his first night in a new place. She smiled when she saw the two boys sleeping soundly in the bed. She closed the door quietly and made her way to the guest bedroom. Once she got in and closed the door. She dropped on the bed and pass out from the lack of sleep she had for the past three days.
