[A/N]

Hello people of the world, welcome to another chapter of this fic.

I would like to inform that the chapters from the 1 to the 14 will be re-written/extended. There's no need to worry, they will be shorter than the ones I am writing currently. Why did I take such a decision?

I was reading them (you know, to keep consistency and such) and I realized the short they are.

I'll take this chance to write the relationship of Adam and the girls better, slowly showing interest and such. I won't rewrite chapters beyond the number 15.

Nex chapter is not the 37 but a special, consider it as a flashback.

Birth Of The Legends

Chapter 36: Minuscule Portion of Power.

Haruki ran through the vacant halls of the abandoned building. The hall echoed his footsteps and his erratic breathing, the walls were witnesses of his babbling.

The Emperor of Kyoto tried to create magic circles to defend himself but his mind was too disturbed to perform such a task. The senjutsu was useless in that place, there was no spiritual energy there!

But the creature chasing, no, toying with him had energy. It was the most malignant and cruel Haruki had ever sensed.

"Please!" he pleaded. "I'll pay the double!"

His words seemed to fall on deaf ears until he received a reply.

"It seems that you are beginning to understand what you have done."

The voice came out from everywhere but due to the low-pitch of it, was obvious that it belonged to a male.

"I...know I shouldn't have do-"

A nauseating odor filled the kitsune's nostrils. He knew what it meant. His brain instantly sent signals to the body to activate the fight or flight response; his legs moved faster than rational thought.

The mere sight of that walking corpse was fuel of nightmares. He saw what that thing had done to one of his guards.

"We needed the nekomatas, Emperor. We needed the magicians you promised us."

Energy, he could feel multiple creatures approaching his position. He was trapped!

The walking corpse approaching from behind, those creatures coming from the front. Would his senjutsu be effective enough?

After a moment of torturous wait, he was able to see one of the creatures.

The first thing to notice was its big size, being three meters tall.

It was bald and possessed a human face. That was the only thing humanoid about that beast.

Its body resembled a chicken. Its limbs were human-like but the skin was pale, pinkish, just like a chicken.

Haruki felt fear just by looking at it. What the hell was that thing?

"Do you have the slightest idea of how malleable is the DNA of a nekomata?"

If something was scarier than the creature before him, was the calm voice recriminating what he had done. It was almost as if the owner of the voice was sadistic; enjoying and savoring Haruki's fear.

"Yes, dragons, devils, and angels have a malleable DNA as well but their compatibility with other species is too low. I have done the test."

More of the creatures arrived, the revolting odor of the walking corpse was nearby. What can he do?!

"But nekomatas, just like lamias are pretty compatible and have the advantage of a malleable DNA. They were important for my experiments, you know?"

"I'll find them!" the Emperor cried out. "I'll give you the entire village!"

"What about the magicians, your highness?"

If Haruki wasn't surrounded by those creatures, he would have felt offended by the sarcasm. But, he was not in a position to complain; he went back to be a weak child struggling to not starve, to not be looked down.

"I'll double the number, I'll buy them, I'll give you whatever you want!"

"That is nice. I'm afraid that your lack of respect for our deal must be paid with the last thing."

All of sudden, the humanoid chickens noticed his presence. Somehow, having those eyes staring at him, those ugly faces; it was even more terrifying.

"What is it?" he cried out in panic. "Whatever it is, named it and is yours!"

"I want the Grass-cutting sword."

The panic canceled any kind of rational thought and forced him to accept without thinking. The importance of the sword was secondary for him, his life was more important than a relic.

"It's yours."

"We have a deal then."

A portal opened in front of Haruki, a man he recognized came out from it. No, it wasn't him but someone almost identical.

Haruki didn't have time for that, those things were getting closer.

The man unsheathed his katana. The shining blade moved through the air just once before being sheathed again.

A second after, what could be just described as humanoid giant chickens were cut in half. Their torsos fell to the floor, tainted it with their blood.

Jonathan turned around to see Haruki in the face. That cold glare was just like his!

"Move, your city will burn tomorrow."

"What?"

"Don't make questions and you'll conserve your throat."

With a gesture, Jonathan ordered Haruki to cross the portal. He obeyed as fast as his legs could.

They both crossed the portal, disappearing from that dimension.

"Rose Residence",Kuoh.

Elin fixed her maid uniform while looking at herself in the mirror. She smiled when her dress fell to her calves.

The runes she had put over its surface should be enough to avoid possessions and mental attacks. She didn't trust the women around Adam, with exception of Jennifer.

"Message, message."

The white-haired woman turned her head toward her familiar. That message was likely from her Master or Mistress Samantha.

Correction, from her brother or her mother.

Elin's familiar was an elemental eagle. It was completely white with some cyan in the feathers and eyes. Its beak and talons were made of hell ice. The bird wouldn't succumb to the heat unless it was incredibly extreme.

"Thank you, Munin. You must be hungry."

Elin went to the desk and uncovered the tray on it. The beautifully made sushi instantly provoked Munin to flew there and eat it.

The young woman looked at herself in the mirror again.

Her long white-as-snow hair was tied up in a ponytail, her face wore no make-up with the exception of red lipstick which, along with the black maid dress, accentuated her pale skin.

"What is the message, Munin?"

The eagle turned towards his master and stretched his wings. It opened its beak and the voice of Elin's mother came out from it.

"Hello, Roses, that time of the year is near. Within two days, all the roses will reunite in the rosebush. You know the rules, every Rose has to go regardless of the situation and this is not an event that you can miss."

Elin sighed, she would have to personally drag her master to the manor.

"Follow the normal protocol and we'll meet at the Rosebush. Remember, it doesn't matter what is happening in the world, every Rose must assist."

The eagle closed his beak finishing the message. He returned to eat Elin's otherworldly sushi.

The white-haired massaged the bridge of her nose. How could she present herself before Samantha when her master kept being single?

No, he wasn't single at all. She saw it with her familiar; Adam had a date with the pretty kumiho.

Well, he lived in that house with other women. There was no way they weren't interested.

Natasha seemed very interested back in Area 51.

"Munin. How am I going to expand the Leonard-Rose bloodline if my master doesn't want to have children?"

The eagle seemed to shrug, reproducing was far easier in nature. A female called males with her sing and the males had to show whose aura was colder. Beyond that point, the only thing that the male had to do was mating and take care of his offspring.

Elin decided to let her eagle alone. He seemed to be happy eating her sushi.

With quick steps, she went downstairs straight to the kitchen.

She had cleaned the first and second floor, played Adam's videogames, read his quite explicit hentai collection, and saw his notes about contingency plans against the supernatural factions. These things weren't in an accessible place but she knew her master's hideouts and habits.

For example, he liked to hide personal stuff under the floor or between the walls.

Okay, it was time to cook. His master had a voracious appetite and now was amplified by the experiments.

To redeem herself, she had to serve her master as much as she could.

After preparing a quite large meal, she stood in the middle of the living room and, through magic, carved the magic circle of the Rose clan. It would activate in two days at the hour of the meeting.

She was ready to go and take a nap when someone knocked at the door.

That was some bad timing.

Elin quickly went to the door and opened it. Not without creating a fire dagger first.

Her preparation proved to be unnecessary when she saw the people on the other side of the threshold.

Neopolitan and Axl were there.

"Hello, Elin. May I come in?"

The white-haired stepped aside and let them pass.

Neopolitan was easily recognizable. Her small height and heterochromia are present in both eyes and hair. Pink on the right side, brown on the left.

She was wearing a white vest, white pants, and white heels with some black.

Axl was just as recognizable as her. His impressive height for a human, almost reaching two meters. Always wearing a black shirt and gray vest, either dressing trousers or simple pants, and cowboy boots. Along with a cowboy hat and antiquated equipment like a bandolier or utility belt with twins revolvers.

His gloved hands closed the door behind them.

Before Elin could speak, Neo embraced her. Her aura strengthening her physical attributes, made Elin's bone crack a little.

"Glad to see you here, Miss Neopolitan."

Elin caressed her ribs, the affection was welcomed but not so much.

"You look good, Elin. Happy for returning to your duty?"

Elin nodded. Being an operative of the Foundation was...thrilling but after she did to her master, she had no desire to return to the action. She was comfortable making theories and helping out with the understanding of some anomalies. However, her real work and the thing she was most happy with, was serving Adam as his personal maid.

"I am, Director. Thank you for taking care of my...transition. I apologize for causing trouble."

Axl raised his hand. "It was nothing, you are almost like family."

"I am glad that you two are here. But may I know the reason for your visit?"

Axl looked at Neo before giving an answer. "We are here to give Adam something."

"He's still in Kyoto but you already knew that."

"I do," he said. "I want you to give it to him once he gets here and tell him something."

Elin nodded and crossed her arms.

"Anomalous activity has been rising in the mythological pantheons, he must be ready for duty."

"I'll tell him. Do you know when will he come?"

"Two days, I'll order him to come back to Kuoh. He has some important matters to attend to first."

"What do you mean?"

Neo crossed her arms and scowled. Whatever Axl was going to say, she didn't like it a bit.

"He will likely have a duel and I don't doubt that he will be betrothed to the Empress of Kyoto."

...

Elin didn't react, she had a completely neutral face. Neo scratched her head knowing exactly what just happened.

Elin had disconnected her mind from the world and now was trying to accept the fact that her master and brother were destined to be married.

That was what she wanted but not so incredibly fast. The Empress was thousands of years older than him!

What could she do to him?

She has centuries of experience in seduction and in...intimacy matters. His brother was going to lose his purity!

"Betrothal?!"

Axl sighed. He was not going to blame him for falling for her, the Empress' beauty and body were otherworldly. She could say that she was the very embodiment of beauty and lust and he would believe her.

"Elin, calm down. You can talk with him about it later. If you allow me to give you the "present" I got for Adam."

Elin walked to the couch and sat on it. The new had shaken her greatly!

"I'm fine. I'll give it to him once he gets here."

Axl made a quick series of gestures with his hands evoking a magic circle with a triangle in it.

From the circle, energy flowed to the floor and took shape. A moment after, a box was there.

Well, it wasn't a box at all. It was a really big weapon cache; that was not a good idea. Giving Adam such destructive power was dangerous for everyone's safety.

It had a rectangular shape, more than 2 meters in height and more than 2 in wide. At least three human beings could get inside it.

It was gray and had a keypad, reticular scanner. It was hard to spot but there was a device to read DNA.

"Director, this is an exaggeration. You cannot give Adam an arsenal, that is guaranteed destruction."

Axl rolled his eyes, Neo had told him the same. It wasn't like Adam was going to blast everything in his sight.

"It's done. Take this."

Axl handed a scroll (paper) to her, it was ancient-looking but contained a complex geometrical figure that she recognized as a storage spell. A portable arsenal, that was worse than a normal arsenal.

"Instructions of the thing are inside."

"I understand."

"I really would like to stay a little longer, Elin, but there are matters that require my presence. Neo, on the other hand, has free time."

The mentioned frowned.

Kyoto

Yasaka took a seat in front of Jennifer and Natasha. They were on the bar inside the palace, unlike the previous day, this time it was empty.

The person responsible for serving them drinks and Ichika, Yasaka's undead bodyguard were the only ones in the bar.

The three of them had a bottle and a glass to pour its content.

Currently, they were passionately talking about Jennifer's dream. Yasaka understood most of the scientific terms they used but some were completely unknown to her. She wasn't annoyed by their enthusiasm, two young women so excited and cheered was a nostalgic and somehow happy view.

Maybe she was getting old.

By the way, Jennifer's dream was noble, she might consider funding it.

Jennifer dreamed of the day of having her own company of bionics to help people who have lost a limb. Help people with some kind of degeneration in eyes or ears and even replace horns.

The damphir and the scientist were talking about creating a medical branch named Asclepius.

If they remained loyal to their dreams and purity, then she would help them in the future.

"Admirable dream, Jennifer. I might help you to fulfill it in the future."

It was important to remark that while Yasaka and Natasha barely suffered the effects of alcohol; Jennifer, being the almost alcoholic she was, had ingested the entire bottle and now was drinking another one. She was a little tiny bit drunk.

"Oh, that is so nice from you, Empress ̴"

"Jennifer, I think that would be good for you not to drink more."

The blonde looked at Natasha while pouring more vodka into her glass. "You know, Natasha. You could really use a drink or two."

Natasha crossed her arms. She knew that drunk people used to be friendly but Jennifer...

"What are you doing?"

The Russian didn't know what to do, Jennifer's slender fingers were caressing her neck slowly. Even that touch sent a slight wave of pleasure through her body.

"Your creamy skin is so soft. So delicious."

"..."

Natasha covered her neck with her hands while a deep blush took over her face. Well, if she turned into a vampire, it would be so cool.

"Jennifer, you wouldn't like to turn your friend into a zombie, wouldn't you?"

It wasn't cool, it wasn't cool.

"No, Adam wouldn't like it. She doesn't deserve it."

Natasha breathed out.

"But maybe I can taste some of your blood. It can't turn you into a vampire if I don't want it."

Yasaka put a hand on her chin. She was not familiar with succubus vampires, maybe it worked like that.

"No, I don't want to make the test," Natasha refused. "Drink Adam's."

"But he is not around."

"Control yourself then."

"Fine. I'll drink vodka as a substitute for blood."

Yasaka just smirked before taking a sip from her glass. Natasha covered her neck with her hair, she wasn't sure how disciplined was a drunk vampire but she didn't want to get her blood sucked.

"So, Yasaka ̴" Jennifer called. "What are you going to do about the duel?"

Yasaka sighed. She didn't want to think about it but was inevitable.

"I have faith in Adam's strength. The thing I don't know if he's going to be here."

Jennifer finished the bottle and folded her hands while leaning on her seat. She was trying to have a serious face but just managed to look cute.

"Adam may be an idiot, a huge pervert, a cute little child, thick, but he is committed and has enough will to push forward and raise victorious."

"Those are reassuring words. Thank you."

Jennifer leaned forward and with a smile she stated. "And he will kick everyone ass...butts, rears?"

Natasha pushed Jennifer and forced her to lean on her seat again. "No more liquor. Here, drink water."

The damphir took the glass of water and drank slowly.

Yasaka didn't want to trust blindly like that but she was desperate not just for her current state of emotional misery, she was worried about her people. She realized how focused she had been on wanting to fulfill her mother's wishes, it had provoked harm to her subjects and that was unforgivable for a ruler.

But how could she be an optimal ruler if she wasn't happy as a woman?

She sometimes had Serafall, she was happy with her and could feel really loved when they made love.

Yasaka and Serafall haven't really gone further, besides being kind of lovers; they really hadn't dared to make the choice of being an official couple.

The essence of their passionate encounters was the feeling of being a secret. It was for Yasaka, when Haruki let her alone and didn't give her attention, she would go with Serafall who was more than happy to spend time with her.

Remembering the first time they got intimate wasn't hard. She cherished the memory even more than her honeymoon.

However, Yasaka wanted to marry a man, an honorable and worthy one. Serafall had told her about wanting to find a boyfriend that considered her as just Serafall, not as the Maou Leviathan.

Yasaka couldn't just get rid of the idea that she was manipulating Adam. She was aware of her beauty, enough to make anyone fall in love instantly, she used it to seduce Adam.

No, she wasn't going to have a miserable love life. She would do her best to make it work, to develop true love.

But he already had three girlfriends. Kuriho told her that she had to be friend of them so there wouldn't be problems for they sharing the same man.

Thinking about it, polygyny was nothing uncommon in the supernatural world. There was unbalance between the population of males and females, the numbers varied from a place to another.

In her territory, Kyoto, there were five women for each man.

She was used to seeing a man with more than three wives.

If she wanted that to work, she had to be honest but Jennifer seemed too drunk to remember anything.

"Ho, ho, I like you. Don't be afraid, they will understand."

The Spirit of Fire supported her...apparently.

"Belikova-san."

"Just Natasha is fine. Do you need something, Empress?"

"Just Yasaka is fine. You are Adam's girlfriend, right?"

"Uh-huh."

Yasaka averted her gaze briefly before staring at Natasha's eyes. The red-haired had to admit that the kitsune's eyes were incredibly beautiful.

"Can you tell Jennifer something once she is sober?"

"Of course."

"Hey!" Jennifer called. "I am here, tell me."

She remained silent for a moment before throwing the bottle of water and grabbed Natasha's wine, she stuck her tongue out before starting to drink. It wasn't like drinking would affect her, she had experience and her vampiric metabolism was unmatched.

What was she drinking again?

"Natasha, I lied to them," the Empress said really fast.

Natasha replayed the words in her head to translate them, her Japanese was far from fluent. It took her almost a minute to understand what she said.

"Did you lie to them?"

"I'm afraid so. The rules of the sacred Sun are fake, I created them to make Adam help me."

"Oh. That wasn't necessary, I'm sure he would help you anyways."

"I know. That's the reason why I feel so bad, he is so pure and willing to help anyone. It's just that I am desperate."

Natasha put her hand on her chin. Why was she desperate?

Without needing to talk, Yasaka said everything to her.

Her situation was quite...hard.

She didn't know exactly the date but Yasaka had more than 40 years of marriage. After talking to her and looking at what the Emperor had done, she could deduce that she was manipulated or too blind by love.

Her husband constantly neglected her and left her alone. As a woman, Natasha could say how bad was to want the company of the person you love and not getting it. Adding to the mix the fact that she had more animal instincts, she might have suffered some kind of emptiness each time she got into heat and what was supposed to be her partner wasn't there to attend to her needs.

For some reason, Yasaka kept trying to be with her husband when it was obvious that he wasn't interested in her feelings and turning a blind eye to his bad actions. Those were signs of co-dependence.

At least she had taken the brave step to put an end to that unfair and abusive relationship. That was a great change, a good one.

Now, the problem was that she was so desperate and the customs pushed her to focus all of her pent-up lust and "love starvation" on the only male that seemed to have the qualities she was looking for in a partner. It wasn't a good idea but at least the target of Yasaka's strong emotions was Adam.

Natasha had seen Adam's willingness to help others, how he was able to sacrifice his own physical integrity to protect others. He also was very kind and compassionate and childish.

He also had dark aspects like any other person; he was violent, suicidal, love-starved, obsessed, and possessed some psychopathic behaviors.

Of course, she had to analyze a couple of minutes to think about all that.

"No need to worry, Empress. I can comprehend your situation. I just warn you that Adam is a fragile man and very romantic, if you are going to seduce him be ready for a life-long relationship."

For a second, Yasaka doubted Natasha's words. Adam hadn't really shown some sign of psychological trauma, he was always serious but not too much.

"I am ready. I will love him and he will love him the same way he loves you all."

"Miss Belikova, you should give her the chance," said the Spirit of Earth.

"Her feelings are real. Be careful, true feelings can change," Sapphire said with her monotonous tone.

She had no reason to negate Yasaka's words. Trying to deny her to be with Adam would generate friction between them, Natasha hated to have interpersonal conflicts.

Again, she was completely fine with the idea of Adam having more than a girlfriend as long he doesn't neglect her.

Natasha and Yasaka turned their gazes to Jennifer, she had fallen asleep.

"Maybe we should take her to her room," the red-haired said aloud.

"Certainly."

[...]

Training field of the Dark Knights.

Adam was taking a nap, he was lying on his belly and his tail waggled occasionally. He had chosen to lay near the campfire after eating.

"I'm impressed," Ophis said. "He is indeed an offspring of the Queen of Pleasure."

Serafall felt curiosity rise inside her, during those days Ophis had been saying that title. She guessed that Ophis was referring to the mother of all devils but after analyzing it, the option was very unlikely.

Ophis talked about her with respect, not respect that a person had for another but the kind of respect that someone had for royalty. She also showed respect to the being of darkness. What were they?

They were really powerful if Ophis respected so much and she apparently served them since she followed the command of that being of Darkness.

"Salutations, Miss Serafall. Apologies for not talking to you earlier, you seemed focused on training."

Serafall looked around before facepalming after realizing that it was in his head. Of course, Kenkyo had gotten inside her body.

"Don't worry, it is an honor to be the host of one of the primordial forces."

The Maou had read the Demonic Codex and for some reason, she felt respect for the primordial forces, it was something so sudden yet so natural as if it was written in her genes.

Ophis made no question, she began to consume the huge tail. It belonged to a dragon, a thing that could be deduced by the black scales.

"Lilith is the Goddess of carnal love and pleasure. She is the supreme ruler of the second circle of Hell, she is the sin of Lust."

"I've been reading about Hell. What is it?"

"Home," Ophis answered. "A place where demons can thrive and evolve, the shelter for the children of Darkness."

"I'll make it clearer for you to understand. It is your home too, young succubus."

"Succubus?"

"You'll know about your nature later."

A projection appeared in front of Serafall. It was almost a loyal representation of the nine circles of hell from the Divine Comedy.

"Dante was a good nephalem, he took the duty to spread the glory of Hell. Unfortunately, on all Earths, his view was changed by the church. The only place of suffering is limbo and the blood pits."

Serafall looked at the projection with interest. It felt...familiar.

"Hell is a macroverse, a universe bigger than the rest, equal in size to Heaven. Just a few universes are as big as them,"

Serafall took some of the dragon tail on her plate and ate it. Ophis got closer without stop eating.

"To create some order in the chaos of realms that Hell was. The demiurges divided it with our help into nine realms."

Adam opened his eyes and leaned his face on his elbow. That looked interesting.

"Actual Hell is the ninth circle, the rest of circles are "layers" of itself as a way to protect it in case of invasion. Each circle is a universe so it is safe to say that Hell is a small multiverse."

Serafallate another piece of dragon tail.

"Even when each Circle has the name of a sin, don't let it fool you. They are like any other universe, the only Circles that are faithful images of your vision of Hell are Limbo and the Circle of Wrath."

"Why are named after sins?" asked Serafall.

"Because of the rulers, we are known as the Great Nine. I am Dahaka, the pride and I am the ruler of Wrath, Lilith is Lust and the ruler of the second Circle."

Serafall ate another piece of dragon tail. She really was curious about Lilith but more about the power of the Great Nine, if they ruled a universe then their power would be immense.

"They are, Miss Serafall. They are almost as powerful as us, they are forces of nature like us."

"I want to see it. I feel the need."

"I understand, Succubi are drawn towards beings of incredible power."

Serafall cleared her throat, the mere idea made her feel the pressure. She didn't know it but the respect for the Great Nine was something that every being of darkness was born with.

She had to think her words. The Darkness entity referred to itself as Dahaka and was one of the rulers of Hell.

"Lord Dahaka. Would it be possible for me to witness your power?"

Adam stood up and with gestures asked Ophis some of her tail, she accepted and let him bite.

"Of course not, youngling. I have to prove why I am one of the Great Nine."

The entire environment changed, they found themselves in a desolated space with nothing but dead soil and rotting trees. They raised their gazes and the billions of stars, dozens of planets, and moons greeted them.

Serafall and Adam felt a stinging pain in their chests and momentary dizziness. Their bodies felt lighter and incredibly relaxed in comparison to before which made sense since they were under the forces of ten times the gravity of Jupiter anymore.

They noticed it when moved their arms with much more force than necessary.

A feeling of dread and malice could be sensed, the carbon dioxide-filled air felt hotter. Serafall felt something off in the atmosphere, the malignant energy concentrating in one point was a warning, a warning that told everyone to run as fast as they could.

Adam could not visualize the flow since he needed Kenkyo to do so but thanks to Rayane's instruction, he was able to use the power of Water making him sensitive to the flow. He was able to sense how reality and nature themselves were being bent.

A column of dark flames made itself present, it was as tall as four men and they were made of pure darkness. They possessed and hypnotic beauty.

Rapidly, the flames began to change their shape until they created the shape of a demon clad in ebony armor.

Dahaka, the Demon of Darkness, the Dark God of Pride, Combat, Honor, and War were before them.

Unlike the form that had while possessing Adam. The Demon of Darkness exuded violence and bloodthirst, it was intimidating and its mere presence demanded respect.

He was a humanoid, the armor was made of strange steel that looked like polished obsidian. It had small spikes in knuckles, knees, and elbows; the helmet was just like the ones used for Spartans in ancient times.

Over the armor, he was wearing a pteruges as dark as the armor itself.

The armor also had silver lines in the borders of the plates.

Ophis ceased her activity and knelt before Dahaka.

Serafall felt the necessity but doubted while Adam simply crossed his arms and looked at the deity.

"Is this your true form? I was expecting something more...Lovecraftian."

"This is not my true form. I am incorporeal, I am Darkness."

"Oh, it makes sense."

Dahaka advanced and created a sword of darkness. It was like a spear of light that the angels from Serafall's world used to create to fight.

Contrary to what Adam and she thought, the sword somehow shone. It made sense, if it didn't reflect light or emit it, then they couldn't see it.

"You wish to witness my power, Succubus."

Serafall nodded.

Adam took the decision of moving away from Dahaka, Serafall did the same, just for security.

Dahaka concentrated a minuscule amount of his power, his target was a chain of dozen of planets in the distance.

Their sizes varied but the Dark God knew that it wasn't going to matter. They were young planets, they were a barren wasteland and still required millions of years to develop life or at least their own ecosystem; their destruction wasn't going to be a problem.

"Adam, look closely. This is a minuscule portion of my power. To achieve your desire of being absolute and make every foe realize your might, you shall be powerful enough to make entire galaxies shiver before the mere mention of your name."

Dahaka swung his sword sending a wave of Darkness. It grew in size as its speed increased.

Dozens of light-years were traveled in a matter of seconds. Once the massive wave of Darkness got in contact with the surface of the planets, a curious phenomenon took place.

The first planet exploded while the rest of them were reduced to less than atoms. The way in which they vanished was similar to the power of Destruction of the Bael house from Serafall's world.

Just the explosion was visible since the sound didn't travel through the vacuum of space.

It was a majestic view.

The demonstration of power shocked everyone with exception of Ophis. She was able to do such things with ease with that avatar, let alone her true form.

Adam's shock passed quickly thanks to either his anomalous biology or to his experience like seeing his father cutting a mountain in half or parrying .50 BGM bullets at a close range.

He turned around, Serafall had fallen to her knees after witnessing the power of Dahaka. Nothing in her world could compete with that, the top ten of strongest beings were nothing but an ant before a volcanic eruption.

She sensed the aura of the Dark God, it was supreme. Even when her mind kept repeating how weak was she in comparison, her instincts, something inside her wanted to battle it.

The Dark God of combat felt Serafall's fighting spirit. It was something normal in every demon, defying the strongest, envying them, the need to show their power before such beings. Serafall was a young succubus and seemingly even after Lucifer mingled his blood with the lifeforms of that world, the demon blood was still strong.

"You have improved succubus, you are starting to be one with the demonic blood in your veins. Regardless, your power is not enough to fight me or Ophis, the result of the combat your heart desires will let you greatly unsatisfied."

Adam shared Serafall's disappointment, not because he wanted to prove his new strength but for an empathic connection, he had with her as her servant.

The first servants of a succubus were something incredibly important. Succubi were emotional creatures and the kindest and more benevolent of demon species.

Unlike other demons that imposed their power or will to force their servant to, well, serve them; succubi used emotions to convince creatures to serve them, the creatures could feel their mistress' emotions and decided if follow her or not.

If someone wanted to make a pact with a demon, Succubi were one of the best options.

Dahaka looked with interest at how Adam knelt beside Serafall and patted her head. That kid had Lilith's blood running through his veins.

When did she go to get laid with a human?

No, it wasn't it. He had Lilith's blood but wasn't her offspring.

Regardless, he was a half-demon with the blood of the strongest succubus and he had the traits as evidence. His adaptive and malleable DNA, strong emotions, libido, immense love; those were the traits of a succubus.

Adam was one of the few thousands of incubi out there. Not just that, something inside him was not right.

Normally, demons had a limit of souls they could consume, said limit varied from species and power. Half-blooded demons had a low capacity of soul absorption compared to any other demon. Adam, however, had a pretty high limit and capacity of absorption for a half-blooded.

Such phenomenon was witnessed just in one special type of demon that was scarce.

Dahaka couldn't remember which race was. Millions of years had passed since he had that immense power.

The more the power the less the limits for soul absorption.

Maybe a meeting with Tiamat, Lilith, or Apophis was in order.

The only thing he was sure about, was that the kid was special.

"Ophis," he called.

The dragon quickly walked towards him, eagerly she said. "Yes, my Lord?"

"I want you to accomplish the mission I assigned you before. Make sure he gets all the power he needs. That world is interesting and should be part of Hell."

"May I know what are your intentions with that world, my Lord?" Ophis looked at Adam, he was pinching Serafall's cheeks, they were at a considerable distance. "And with the child?"

Dahaka thought for a minute. Damn it, the eons had softened him after all.

"He is special and might be part of one of Lilith's plans. I will go to her domain, I want answers."

"I'll fulfill my mission."

"Give the kid one of your snakes. He has to train with his true potential unlocked before the real threats start to arrive."

Dahaka could feel the conflict in that world, it wasn't going to be something small. That world would be devastated by war.

He couldn't just appear there and solve the conflict. His mere presence would change the world in a negative way, the denizens would try to attack him out of desperation, all of their beliefs would be crumbled and they would kill each other.

No, that wasn't what he wanted.

That world had the perfect condition for demons to thrive and be born with extraordinary power.

The different realms, the rich sources of energy, the many different species of magical beings that could give birth to more half-blooded demons.

Adam was the only half-blooded there, his offspring could spread the demon blood all over the planet in a few thousand years. His relation with one of the rulers of the Underworld could provide him an excellent position to take demons to that world.

Angels couldn't claim it first.

Without a warning, Dahaka turned into Darkness and vanished.

Adam saw this but didn't know what to do. Did that mean Dahaka finally was out of his head?

"He is. This is not going to be the last time seeing him," Rayane said inside Adam's mind. "For now, this is none of our concern. You need to keep training and go back to your women."

As if she had read his mind, Ophis approached.

"We still have 20 days. There's no time to waste."

Adam agreed, Serafall had recovered from the shock a while ago.

Without too much talking, Ophis transported them back to the training fields.

[A/N]

If for some miracle you, dear reader, have been following the story (and not leaving reviews, huh?) or if you for some cosmic reason couldn't find it and decided to search it. You probably noticed that I changed the category of the crossover from SCP Foundation mythos to misc. Anime/manga.

I've been reading and I realized that the fic is more about DxD than SCP but the Foundation plays an important role in the plot as well as some RWBY and To love Ru characters. This fic has elements and characters of different franchises playing a role in the plot either major or minor.

I am probably going to change it back to the category of SCP Foundation Mythos but once I am finished rewriting the chapters from the 1 to the 14.

With nothing more to say, I wish you all a nice day. Read you all later.
